The Czech Republic's Zemlinsky Quartet has a substantial recording catalog exploring works from around Eastern Europe, Russia, Austria, and Germany in addition to its home country. Trained by members of several leading Czech quartets, the group can lay claim to being inheritors of the Czech chamber music tradition.
