know what, We're going to keep bringing you on this
this platform so people can continue to discover it. Uh,
welcome in. Uh, let's let's jump straight to it, man,
no doubt about it.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Three.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
It's game three that we're heading into Game four. But
let's talk about what's happening so far.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Hey, just last week, man, you know cuffs TJ, we
was talking about, you know, the Lakers versus the Minnesota
Timberwolves and this severance and I was very you know,
plamboy in demonstrative in my tone and saying, ant, man,
this is going to be his time and his legacy

(03:30):
to take out the Los Angeles Lakers and Lebron James
in the first round. And I'm gonna take it back
a step further. The Nico trade from Luca from Dallas
and I'm looking at Luca ed Nico is looking like
he's correct. Defense does win championships, and Luca Dunceons is

(03:53):
not playing any defense.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
And I'm looking at the way that he's moving.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
In three years, Luca Donci's is not going to be
able to move around the basketball court based off of
what I'm seeing from an effors standpoint and free the
way that he's playing, and three years he is going
to be lumbering up and down the basketball court. And
like I said, yeah last week at man so Cuffs,

(04:20):
please an'tlightened us and tell us what's wrong with the
Los Angeles Lakers in this matchup in this series against
the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I mean, it's gonna take It'll probably take two or
three segments to go down the list of things. But
Luca Dantage, they said he had a stomach bug last night,
So we're gonna give him a slight pass for having
the stomach issues. You know, they should have gave him
some pepto bismo in the back or something. I don't
know what happened with that, but he only had seventeen
last night. He was six out of sixteen, five turnovers.

(04:52):
He was getting blown blown bound to dribble by Jaden McDaniels.
You cannot allow Jaden McDaniels to score thirty points. He
had twenty five in Game one, he had thirty last night.
He's averaging twenty one points a game on the series.
Lucas doctors cannot move the puppies. And there was a
moment last night I said this to my wife, Oh

(05:13):
take him out the Lakers. I think they win that
game last night. With Anthony Davis and MaTx Christy on
the roster, I really knew. I really do am. I'm
a Luca Donnie supporter, but he has he has because
he had to support Lebron because last night I feel

(05:34):
like Lebron. It was another wasted masterpiece. Like Lebron had
one of his best games in years. He's the oldest
player to have thirty five points in a playoff game
at forty years old. Lebron, you saw him. He had
back to back to back threes last night. He was
on fire. He was in his zone. They got to
get more from Jackson Hayes as well. You can't have
your starting center getting two points in one rebound. Jackson

(05:57):
Hayes is unplayable this series. Hodger Moore. He is he
is a no show. He's probably gonna get traded this summer.
Jared Vanderbilt is not providing anything, and I just feel
like it's right. Lebron is right back in the same
situation he's been in the last couple of years where
he has to carry the load. So I do expect.

(06:18):
I expect Luca to get some ums and get and
solve his stomach issues because they're saying it's the stomach bug.
So I think he will come back with a triple
double performance in Game four. But Plastico, I will agree
with you. The season is on the line Sunday for
the Lakers. If they come out and go down three
to one, I think it will be an insurmountable, like definite.
I don't think they're gonna come back from three to one.

(06:39):
This Wolves team is so big on the wing. They
have big wings, they have size Nazrid Rudy Gobert. This
is a nightmare matchup for the Lakers, and I just
hope they don't fall down. I hope they don't go
down three one, because they do. I don't think they're
gonna be able to get out of this hole.

Speaker 6 (06:56):
I think the biggest You know what, I'm gonna leave
uh because you know, Plex asks his questions, he really
want to bash our team.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
So I'm gonna leave the Laker bashing.

Speaker 5 (07:08):
I'm not bashing your team, but what I'm saying from
a standpoint, it's a bad matchup.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
For the lost. It's not a bad matchup, man, don't you.

Speaker 6 (07:19):
The defense is all about desire and want to Man,
it takes a lot of energy to play good defense.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
It takes a lot of energy.

Speaker 6 (07:26):
If you want to do it, you're gonna do it,
and if you don't want to do what, you're gonna
act like you can't do it.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
It's very simple. Man.

Speaker 6 (07:33):
Defense is a mentality, That's all it is. It's a mentality.
I'm not letting this guy score. Simple. I'm gonna move
my feet, as Cuss Wills say, I'm gonna move the puppies.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
All you gotta do, and if you don't want to.

Speaker 4 (07:47):
Do you Playing defense requires intrinsic motivation, like you have
to motivate yourself to want to stop somebody. And that's
my issue with Luca. How many times are you gonna
watch guys that blow you off the dribble and the
other issue with the Lakers is the turnovers. They had
sixteen turnovers last night.

Speaker 6 (08:08):
They're not approaching it like it's a playoff game, bro.
They too lax with the ball.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
Why what the playoffs? They're not good enough to be lax?

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Why it was like watching it was like watching middle
school level basketball last night with the turnovers they were having,
Like that's that's something they have to clean up at
practice today and shoot around today. Tomorrow is do or die?

Speaker 3 (08:33):
Do or die? God, God, God God.

Speaker 6 (08:37):
I want I want to go to this uh Celtics
Orlando Magic series. And it's for one reason and one
reason only. Why are the Celtics crying about how physical.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
To Orlando Magic are? Why?

Speaker 6 (08:50):
Why are every game they winning the games and they
still crying. Why are they crying about the physicality of
What is the problem.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
I'm glad you brought this up because I was to
bring up that series because the Orlando Magic, Jamal Moseley,
he has his ball club. They are mucking things up.
They're making this like a physical matchup. It's a lot
of flagrant foul. We've seen Tatum take a spell, We've
seen Jalen Brown get hit across the ribs. I think
last night that's what Orlando does. Their defensive minded team.

(09:20):
Casey p they added him to the mix. This is
a grimy team. I love the way they're they're playing
physical with the with the Celtics. But the Celtics do
have to stop crying because they're a battle tested team.
I don't understand why they're crying. But I did see
something in the postgame pressing with Jason Tatum, and he
had a slick remark towards Jovies. Look, you remember you

(09:40):
remember in game one when he fell he hurt his
wrists and Missoula said, you know, just get up. Tatum
did not like that remark from his coach and he
brought that up in the press commerce. So that's something
to keep an eye on with more internally with their team.
And I'm just saying they're going to get past the
Orlando Magic. I think the Magic just got there their
one complimentary win just to make it a five game

(10:03):
gentlemen's week. But the next round could be tougher. But
I don't know. I think the Self is going to
be in the Eastern Conference Finals regardless. I'm just waiting
for that match up with Cleveland.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Well, speaking of Cleveland, Cleveland and Oklahoma. They have come
out and they're trying to make a statement and they're
trying to prove a point. Just talk to me about that.
I mean, they've been very dominant so far.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
You said Cleveland and Oklahoma. Yeah, man, I mean they
had they're so deep. Like the rosters, both of these
rosses are so deep. With ok See, they have six
they have they're like eight or nine deeps. So you
have Chet, you have Hartenstein, you have Cason Wallace, you
got Aaron Wiggins. Both of these rosters are deep. Even
with the Cabs, you have Ty Jerome. Ty Jerome came

(10:51):
out of nowhere from Virginia undrafted. I think it was
the second round pick. He bounced around the league. Now
he's about to get paid this offseason. So had DeAndre
Hunter from the Hawk. So you're seeing these playoffs a
lot of these teams that are like real comfortable right
now in their series. They're gonna advance. They or they're deep,
they have eight nine guys they can rely off.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
M hmm. When you when you think about that being
being said, now, I know, I know the Grizzlies had
the thunder. They had them like they were beating up
on them pretty good. They gave it, they gave it up.
It was I think the biggest in the history right
of the game comeback wise. I mean, what does this say.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Lou Dort ran up under John Moran and that was
it simple?

Speaker 3 (11:35):
So what what does this say for Moran moving forward?
Because I know there have been you know, speculation and
whispers about his future in Vancouver. What what do you
think that if they go out and they get swept,
they're one game away from getting swept. Does I mean,
is Morent still there next.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
Year in Memphis?

Speaker 3 (11:54):
And if you remember, not bad man, thank you sir.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
If y'all remember for a couple week to go, I
mentioned that John Moran it might be a possibility that
he this is his last year in Memphis because I
don't think they're gonna pay him the supermax plus when
you factor in all the off court stuff and the antics,
I'm not sure that Memphis Gridley front office want to
invest in him going forward. So we could see him

(12:19):
possibly in Houston. Think about that fit with the Rockets,
because I don't think the Rockets are going to make
the They're not gonna make the finals. I'm not sure
if they're even gonna get past Golden State. I got
my money on Golden State tonight at home. But these
these yeah, I think they go.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
To States without baby Boy, Yeah, without Butler. I don't
see it. I don't see it happening. But go ahead.
I think we're.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
Gonna I think we're gonna get a legendary Steph Curry
performance tonight at home. I really do. I really think
we're gonna get a Steph all time step game. Even
though Jimmy has the Pelvit contusion. These rockers are deep,
they're young, they're deep, but I think they're still missing
like that engine. Because Jalen Green is in consistent. We've
seen him. He had thirty eight the last game tonight.

(13:02):
He'll probably get twelve or thirteen. That's how Dyalen Green is.
So I can see John Morant possibly going to Houston
or somewhere like that in the off season. But I
think the Memphis Grizzley they got the big decision to
make because they've lost their identity. Remember when Tony Allen
and Zach ran Off of those guys were there and
able to grind house Memphis Grizzly, they lost their identity.

(13:23):
So they have to. They have to find what their
identity is going for it. But they're gonna get swept today,
so we can go ahead and sweap the grizzly behind
the road. They're going home.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
Wow, that's Cuffs the Legend. That's Plexico Burrs. That's t J.
Hutchman Zada. I'm LeVar Arrington. This is Up on Game.
We're gonna take a quick break, but on the other
side of the break, we're gonna continue the conversation about
what's going on in the NBA and the heck, we
might even touch on some other sports topics as well.
You know, I'm hearing about rock Party and contract extensions.

(13:54):
Maybe we'll jump on that. And at the end when
we were round this thing out, we're gonna do something
up on game down on Game. That's right. I'm gonna
continue my dominance and up on game down on game.
So make sure you stay locked in, tuned in, Up
on game. Fox Sports Radio will be right back.

Speaker 2 (14:13):
Don't listen to Fox Sports Radio Radio.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
All right, all right, welcome back into the show Fox
Sports Radio Studios. It's up on Game. STJ. Huchman's Ada,

Isaac and then we'll get right back to what we

(15:02):
were doing.

Speaker 7 (15:03):
Shador Sanders still hasn't been drafted. Back to you, Yeah,
that's basically still the top story of Round four the
NFL Draft. Shador Sanders indeed yet to be drafted. Among
the notable picks in the fourth round, the New York
Giants drafting Arizonta State running back Cam Scattaboo and on
to five overall. The Carolina Panthers drafting Georgia running back

(15:23):
Trevor Etn at one fourteen overall will catch you up
on the most recent selections. The Cincinnati Bengals at one
nineteen drafting Clemson linebacker Barrett Carter. Then the Tennessee Titans
selected Texas tight end Gunner Helm. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers
then shows from Central Arkansa linebacker David Walker channeling by

(15:48):
Ray Clay. Remember when Scottie Pippen was introduced from the
starting line.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Up Central Arkansaw that was pretty good.

Speaker 7 (15:56):
Then two Ohio State Buckeyes went, the Carolina Panthers drafting
Ohio State safety Lathan Ransom, the Pittsburgh Steelers choosing Ohio
State linebacker Jack Sawyer. Then the Green Bay Packers selected
Texas pass rusher Baron Surrell. The Los Angeles Chargers drafted
South Carolina pass rusher at Kyle Kinnard. The Cleveland Browns

(16:17):
then chose Tennessee running back Dylan Sampson. Right now, we've
got the Indianapolis Colts on the clock and they have
just selected Iowa State offensive tackle Jalen Travis, the X
pick belonging to the Washington Commanders. They just drafted Virginia
Tech receiver Jalen Lane. So next up on the clock
the Baltimore Ravens in the NBA Playoffs. The Cleveland Cavaliers

(16:39):
with a twenty to fifteen lead at Miami three and
a half left in the first quarter of Game three,
with the Cavs leading the series to nothing. In the
Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Florida Panthers with a one nothing
lead over the Tampa Bay Lightning at the twelve to
forty four mark of the first period on a goal
by Matthew Kuchuk two minutes and forty three seconds in
the game. Florida leads that series two games to none.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
Guys back to you appreciate it, Isaaclow and Crime. We
appreciate it very much. Have a wonderful day, sir uh
fellas or we're talking NBA with cuffs, the legend our
resident expert uh cuffs. Let me ask you about the
Pacers Bucks series. They you know, it was to me

(17:25):
a series that looked like maybe Indiana might run away
with it, but you see a little bit of fight
in Milwaukee bouncing back. It was a back and forth
kind of affair was evened up in the in the
first but you know, Indiana kind of seemed to take
control a little bit going into the half, and then

(17:45):
Milwaukee comes out of of the locker room, and you know,
the rest is history. How do you see this? How
do you see this series kind of unwrapped, unwrapping or
or you know, developing as as it goes? For where
does Milwaukee? You have a real opportunity to win this series?

Speaker 4 (18:04):
See LeVar Arrington Great minds thinker Like I'm glad you
brought this series up because I wanted to talk about
Gianni's Offatakoupo, because he is absolutely on the rampage right now.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Who Who?

Speaker 3 (18:18):
You just look at the last game Who at.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
Thirty four and eighteen and seven the game won thirty
six and twelve. Jannis is doing everything in his power
to keep the Bucks above water in this series, but
he needs Damian Lillard. He needs Dame Dollar. I know
he's dealing with some health issues with the blood clock situation.
He's back healthy now. He needs Portland trail Blazer Dame

(18:46):
Lillard to show up to the party offensively because Kyle Kuzma,
that's my guy, but he is not consistent right now.
You cannot rely on Gary trans Junior to give you
thirty seven like he did last night. That was an
outlier for you need Dame Dallward to show up. So
I'm looking for Dame in game four because yesterday last
night the Bucks were down ten and a half, and

(19:09):
Janni's just came out like like like a mad man
in the second half. He carried them to that win.
So I'm looking at them to even up this series
tomorrow and go back to Indiana tie to too, And
I think the Bucks really have a legit chance to
win this series. But it's just so much on Gianna's
plate right now. We just need Dame Dallard to have
one of his virtuo sol performances. Twenty five tennises hit

(19:32):
some big threes. We just need that from Dame. If
you're the Bucks, I'm sure Doc Rivers and those guys
and those totals they're leaning on Dame going forward in
this series. He has to show up and give him
some offensive firepower.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Cuff.

Speaker 6 (19:47):
The best series of Round one got ammers the Clippers
and Nuggets. It looks as if the Clippers are gonna
win this series. If they do, will the Nuggets start
to make trays or will they try to run this back?
What do you foresee happen if the Nuggets do not

(20:07):
win the first round, which it doesn't look like they will.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
Did you see Yolkic on the bench when they were
down thirty four? Yeah, the writing is on the wall
and I've said this already a couple episodes ago. Michael
Porter Junior start looking for houses on Zilo's Jamal Murray
get on Zilo because if the Nuggets flame out in

(20:31):
the first round, Yolkic is gonna start. He's gonna you
already seen Mike Malone get fired with five games left
in the regular season behind closed doors. You don't see
him in the media talking a lot, but Yokic is
talking behind closed doors with the organization. Yolkic is unhappy,
so imagine them getting beat in the first round. He's
gonna be even more unhappy. So I feel like this

(20:52):
series is definitely going to go. I'm gonna go with
the Clippers to win this series, probably in six. This
is a bad matchup because Zubak is so skilled. He's
gonna give you a double double every night. You got
knowing power stepping up now, James Harden is looking he's still.

Speaker 8 (21:10):
Medium washed, but he's still so good because he's not
fully washed, but he's medium washed up.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
James Harden in that pick and roll with Ubaq, on
that short roll right in the middle of the painting,
Zubak and Harder are killing guys with that with that
short roll, that pick and roll game, and then you
then you have the sightboard. You got Kawhi Leonard. Kawhi
Leonard is more focused than I need him in a
long time.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
I mean should listen. Yeah, man, well wrestled for sure. Listen.
I can't even front man.

Speaker 5 (21:46):
I had totally written off the Los Angeles Clippers in
this series because I just believe that the Joker and
Jamal Merry and all those guys will be too much,
you know, for the c for the Clippers to contend with.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
But you know, you're looking at Michael Porter Jr. With
the shoulder.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
He might not even play today, so you definitely need
him on the court if you want to have a
better chance to beat these Clippers.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
But Kawhi Linner Man, he's playing.

Speaker 5 (22:12):
Inspired basketball man, And you know, I'm happy for him
because you know, him and James Harden, we've been throwing
them up against the wall and telling them how they've
been stinking over the past, you know, a couple of
years and you know, not being available, being hurt, and
you know, not performing well in the playoffs. But for
them to be able to right now they're contending to

(22:34):
win this series. I'm just completely surprised because you just
said James Harden was medium washed. But his medium wash
is better than seventy five percent of these guys in
his league. Yeah, if they keep playing the way that
they're playing, Just like you said, man, I didn't foresee
any of this. I thought it was just gonna be.

(22:55):
You know, the Clippers may win one game and the
Knuckles was going to win in five. But the way
that Kawhi Linham is playing right now, man, I believe
that he's sending the message to his teams, basically showing
and telling everybody looking, man, we ain't dead, jet, we
just got to keep playing basketball.

Speaker 4 (23:10):
I think the nuggets are cooked. The dinner nuggets are cooked.
They looking like Burger King nuggets right now. I think
they're cook. We're gonna go where we're gonna go. I'm
gonna do, y'all, I'm looking. Yeah, the Burger King nuggets
right now, they're cooked. So I'm going past this series.
I'm looking forward to the second round matchup l A Clippers. Okay,
see Thunder James Harden going back, y'all started, That's gonna

(23:35):
be a matchup right there there. Every So you got size,
you got harder, signed chet, you got bop. That's a
seven game series right there. The second round is gonna
be epic Clippers Thunder. Who would you put your money on? Like,
I feel like the Clippers, the Clippers can beat the Thunder.
I think it's evan.

Speaker 3 (23:55):
I didn't feel like the Clippers would make it out
of the first round, so you're going clearly with the Thunder.

Speaker 6 (24:00):
I felt like the Clippers was gonna beat Denver. Yeah,
said yea even when the series started, just because they
had a size. They have Zubac, who can he not
gonna stop Yokitch, but he can make it uncomfortable for him.
The thing, it's funny when Cuss brings up James Harden,

(24:22):
you know, starting with Oklahoma City, because not many people
remember that they remember James Harden from Houston. When James
Harden was with Okay, see, James Harden was like their
defensive stopper. If y'all remember that, James Harden was a
guy that came in and played great defense. He didn't
really shoot the ball much, and so that that's when
we talking about the earlier segment.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
Defense is all about effort.

Speaker 6 (24:43):
Because when James Harden played for Oklahoma City, he was
really a good defensive player. Now they act like he
can't play defense at all, and more responsibility on offense,
less less effort I give you on defense comes out.
We've pretty much hit on a lot of the basketball.
We know you not just a basketball guy. Please give

(25:08):
a show take on this Shader Sanders situation.

Speaker 4 (25:11):
I'm glad y'all asked me, man, because at this point,
I just want to ask the simple question. I just
want to know what Dion Sanders did to these front
office people or these owners across the league, because it's
clearly not about Shador and it's clearly not about football.
Because we saw the kid have thirty seven touchdowns, forty

(25:35):
one hundred plus yards, seventy four percent completion percentage in college.
He's the top two quarterback, hands down, top two quarterback
prospect in his draft. And the thing, the thing that
really made me scratch my head is when Dylan Gabriel,
who's a decent quarterback in Oregon, but when they picked,
when the Cleveland Browns win with Dylan Gabriel, and then

(25:56):
I saw Jalen Muroe come off the board to Seattle,
That's when I know it is some real collusion it's
something fishy going on. Man, we might have to get
we might have to get Reverend Al Sharpton.

Speaker 1 (26:07):
On the phone, or death.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
We might have to get somebody on the phone, because
at this point it's not about football. And I actually
feel bad for the kid because sometimes people think just
because you come from your dad is successful or your
dad was well known, like that has nothing to do
with your door. He's he's worked just as hard to

(26:30):
get to where he at because he knows everybody's looking
at him like, are you a spoil kid, or you're
a rich kid, or you've been handed everything. No, he's
a hard worker. He's proven that in every situation he's
been in. And now they just really ruin this kid's
whole dream. So he's gonna be known for this. But
I really do think he's a resilient kid and he's
going to bounce back from this. It all depends on

(26:52):
the fit, but I think the team is gonna take him.
They're gonna get a winner and a kid. I know
everybody's saying the same cliche, but he's going to have
the biggest chip on his shoulder to anybody, And I
just think the story's gonna be amazing. We look back
on this, a lot of these NFL owners and these
front office people, they're gonna get fired. Some people are

(27:13):
going to get fired because these decisions they made by
Dylan Gabriel over should Doer Sanders?

Speaker 3 (27:18):
They coughing about the cuffs? You know, Uh, shallow Sanders
actually agrees with you in terms of asking the question,
what did Deon Sanders do? We got a little bit
of sound, Uh, Shay, can can you run that sound?
Let's let's let's respond off of that sound and get
you all feedback on that.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
Yeah, go.

Speaker 4 (27:43):
Your fall.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
If you wasn't dead, don't lurt me off on here, then.

Speaker 5 (27:52):
We would get some big.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Hood that wasn't there.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
If you wasn't that dude should winning get drafted in
round number two and Shador didn't even get drafted in
round number two or three. It sounds like it's a
playful exchange. But I think there's some there's some just

(28:16):
in there. I think there's some truth in what what
Shiloh is saying. But my whole thing is, and I'll
pose this to all of you guys, since since TJ
still wants to stay on this topic, I'll pose this.
If you don't have Dion Sanders as your dad. The
likelihood of their their development and their growth into what

(28:38):
they've become probably isn't where it's at. It just isn't.
I was there, like you know, t Plex, you were
with me at one of the years, but I was
with with Shador. He played in our eighth grade All
Star game. We've been with him for for a while.
We've been around them because of the Under Armour game

(28:58):
for a while. So we watched the develop Man. We
watched how you know, how Dion really really navigated and
not just putting the time into developing Shador and Shallow,
but the time that he put into developing the type
of community and village that would surround them in terms
of their development. He's put a ton into it. There's

(29:21):
not every day you're going to get the opportunity to
get coaching lessons from Tom Brady and have all of
the type of access that they've had. So and hearing
Shallow say that if it ain't for you, you know,
we get drafted. But it's kind of like I could
tell by the way Dion, you know, by the way
he responded, It's like, if I'm not Dion, You're not
in the position to even get drafted or not get drafted.

(29:43):
So I'll leave that to on the floor for all
of y'all to kind of respond to if you like,
don't all y'all jump at it at one time.

Speaker 5 (29:50):
Listen, Listen, I believe when it comes down to it,
and I believe when it listen, I believe when it
comes down to it. You just mentioned one name, and
that's that's and that's Tom Brady. He's had the opportunity
to you know, hone his skills, uh, you know, being
a mentor to Chador and and training him to be

(30:14):
a better quarterback. So with that being said, with tom
Brady being in Las Vegas, you know, being in the
front office, I believe that when it comes down to it,
whatever it may be, I believe that Tom Brady will
take Shador Sanders off the board and draft him to

(30:35):
the Raiders if he has the opportunity.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
If he's not, but he didn't, he hasn't yet.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
But but he hasn't.

Speaker 3 (30:42):
He's got a personal relationship with him. He's got a
personal relationship with him. And this kid is as good
as y'all saying he is. The young man is as
good as you say he is.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Board, it makes your antennas go up.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
It really the question I have is it just feels
like when I say something vishy, it just feels like
there was some communication amongst all thirty two owners not
to draft his kids.

Speaker 3 (31:07):
I don't die at all these guys, don't. They don't
like each other that much to do all of that,
and especially over one person. I don't you think so, TJ.
I believe you think all all them owners came together
and said we're not taking taking Shador Sanders.

Speaker 1 (31:24):
Dylan Gabriel. I just we've never seen anything like this.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
I think y'all tripped out. Man, y'all no, I can't
believe I'd ever say to my brothers that on air,
that y'all crashing out. If y'all think that Shador.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
If you don't think a message is being said.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
The memo went out through the whole league not to
draft Shador Sanders. That's the memo.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
That's what I saying that conversation.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
What we're saying is that he's better than a lot
of the players that have gone before.

Speaker 3 (32:00):
And that happens every single year. It happens in the league,
for the Pro Bowl, for for All Pro that happens
every single year. Guys get snubbed every single year, not
not to this degree, to this degree.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
Why to not to this degree because the season that
he just came off of, because of who he is,
because of this from.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
The season that he come off of.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
Chris Perfect, I didn't want to do this, but Chris Perfect,
give me the stat that you gave me. Give me
the stats so that we can Okay, I want to
debunk this. Let's let's debunk y'all crashing out, Go ahead,
give me I get that.

Speaker 9 (32:44):
Yeah, because I think it was mentioned earlier about some
of the stats. Who was talking about you know, so
Sear Sanders throws for forty one thousand yards, he's thirty
seven to ten completion percentage. Let me give you a
comp of someone else who threw hope you won the
United Award as well. Another person through four thousand, seven
hundred and seventy six yards thirty eight t D's ninth

(33:06):
seven won the United Award.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Yeah, I'm not saying Okay, don't say the name yet.
Now that sounds like where did where did this person? Where?

Speaker 1 (33:14):
Where?

Speaker 3 (33:14):
Yeah? Because I dote my homework on this. Where where
where did he get where? Did he get drafted at
sixth round? Drafted sixth round, sixth round, sixth round, same stats,
wonder war six round, Go ahead, give his name, gohe
give his.

Speaker 9 (33:25):
Name Gardner Minshew and also didn't come with a lot
of what we've heard through the draft process about.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
What draft, what draft was that? How many years ago?
Twenty nineteen twenty nine.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
Okay, I believe, I believe it. I believe he was
in the same draft class with oh I forget, but
yeah Minshew, Yeah, I mean journey man he got.

Speaker 3 (33:53):
Didn't get your draft?

Speaker 9 (33:54):
That was Kyler Murray, Daniel Joe.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Yes, Kyler Murray was the first pick that year. Why
is Jones went?

Speaker 3 (34:01):
It wasn't people crashing out over Gardner Minshee dropping in
the draft.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
Tell me because he didn't have the first round grade
he had?

Speaker 9 (34:12):
Why he got a first round grade?

Speaker 3 (34:13):
He had the same stats.

Speaker 6 (34:17):
If you want, if you want to, if you want
to point the stats, let's look at all the let's
look at all the players that played the air.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
Pointed the stats I'm giving you.

Speaker 6 (34:26):
I didn't bring up one stat. I didn't bring up
the Coade just gave the stats. I didn't bring up
I was responding to the question I was saying, Labar,
when is the last time you've seen any player ranked
as a first round pick? And here we are at
pick one thirty three and he still hasn't been picked.

(34:47):
All I've never seen that in your life. This is
you can't answer it.

Speaker 3 (34:51):
My answer to it, I certainly can answer it. My
answer to your question of when have I ever seen this?
With with with with you, you made me lose my
thought because you're talking on me. What was my thought
I was going to make? I don't remember because I
hear we don't know. You're making the point that you're
making the point that I'm making about sha Door Sanders,

(35:12):
and I never and this is the point I was
going to make. Actually, we with all the rankings that
we saw, it was all media driven. We never heard
it come from an organization. Show me where it came
from an organization, and I'll say, I'll give you the relevance.
It does come from the organization because the people.

Speaker 5 (35:31):
Who are unless you're the first pick, unless you're the
first pick in the draft, these teams come out and
so you know what, we're taking this guy number one,
that's it. You don't see the teams with the second
and third pick will come out and say, oh, we're going.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
To draft stations take place from the organization with certain
media members. I'm telling you Jay Glazer called the entire
every single year. He calls the entire draft every single year.
I've done the draft show with them. He calls every
single pick. Stop playing with me. This is Fox Sports Radio.
This is up on Game.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
That's TJ.

Speaker 3 (36:07):
Hushman Zada. He knows it. Plexico Burrs he knows and
so does A Cuffs the legend. He knows it too.
They know what they're talking about. I'm not saying they wrong.
I'm just saying I'm writing this. What's the solution. We
gotta go to break?

Speaker 4 (36:22):
But what's the solution that Carolina Panthers should have drafted
Shador and created a controversy with Bright Young because they
need a backup in Carolina.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Man, Carolina, they need.

Speaker 3 (36:34):
Hey for what is worth? They need a team in Carolina.

Speaker 10 (38:33):
The over under is fifteen and a half. I'm gonna
go under, Sweet, Blaxico.

all right, okay, go ahead, go thought we still had cups.
Go ahead, cups that is not there anymore? Sorry, guys.

Speaker 10 (39:03):
So we also got the over and under on the total,
it's gonna be two twenty three.

Speaker 3 (39:08):

twenty three, two twenty three. I'm gonna take the under under, okay, sweet.

Speaker 6 (39:15):
Yeah, I'm gonna take the under as well. It's gonna
be a blowout. They're gonna give up under.

Speaker 5 (39:20):

Speaker 1 (39:54):
