Speaker 1 (00:10):
Shoe.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
It's time.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Hello.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
No no, no, no, no, no no. Welcome to the
Naughty but Nice shab your host, Rob Shooter. It's Monday,
which means our dear friend, Garrett Vogel joins us. Hey, Garrett,
are you there?

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Yes, Bobby? Hello? Happy?

Speaker 3 (00:24):
You know what I was thinking about this Happy Monday.
First off, this is your and I Christmas special.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
This is the last.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
This is our last one of the year.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Oh, Garrett, I didn't think about that, but now I'm
gonna think about it for the next twenty minutes. And
I'm so grateful. Our lead item is a Christmas item
just by chance. Yes, go back and let's jumping.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
You know what you should work on for the end
of the year. And you've never known this. So this
show is called the Naughty but Nice Show.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Right, That's right. And at the end of the nice list,
you should do the Rob Shooter Naughty but Nice list.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Everyone does a list, Rob, but this is like pure
like if we were marketers, if we were like men
and John Ham sitting in the conference room, smoking cigars
and sipping gin, we would say, you know what. Rapshooter
has a podcast called Naughty but Nice but Nice and let's.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Look at the list and do Yeah, it's a very
good idea. A couple of things. First, it's an excellent idea,
and think I'm going to do it. Two, the reason
people do lists over the holidays is so that they
can pre tape shows.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
So a lot of show were I'm trying to help
you out of here, and you're just like.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah, thank you, thank you. Just the reason you're going
to see a lot of list shows, you really are
a lot of highlight shows. You're going to see them
on TV, You're going to hear them on the radio,
maybe even podcast is because the host wants a couple
of days off. I think I'm planning to work through
the holidays. I might even do a show on Christmas Day.
I love doing this Garret twenty minutes every morning. It's

(01:47):
not that big a deal. Twenty minutes sitting in my
closet gossiping with the noughties. It's actually a lovely way
to start the day. So thank you for that. Let's
jump in. What time is it? My friends d die
and big story at the top of the show. So
William has revealed that the Royal Christmas this year is
going to be massive, massive, Garrett. They're inviting forty five people.

(02:08):
Forty five people are on the guest It sounds like
that's a lot of people. That's like a wedding, isn't
it forty five people?

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Well, not here in like New Jersey, Like a normal
wedding in New Jersey is like one hundred and fifty
two hundred people. You're telling me that I've been to
more weddings and bigger, bigger, bigger crowds than Prince William.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Is about to have for his Christmas festivities. Get out
of here.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
I think that if the family comes out for like
I love a family Christmas, right, I'm going to spending
it here in America. But my family in Britain, they're
going to be getting together at Christine's house. I bet
there'll be about ten, maybe fifteen, but not forty five.
Also to Christine doesn't live in the palace, so she
doesn't have the room to put them all.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Are you having dinner on like one of those trees
while you're sitting on the couch, because that's what I
knows what happens with me, Like I'm on the couch
eating Christmas on a tree like on my you know,
like ask me the ham please, I'm on the couch.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
I'll be at the children's table if I was at
that big party. But forty five people, that's a big
sit down. Now, let's be clear here, Let's be clear.
They have a lot of help, the servants, the staff,
the cook the cleaners. So forty five people coming over,
that's a lot of work. And imagine if they're gonna stay,
you're gonna wash all those beds and the towels in
the morning when they leave.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
You know, you bring up a good point when you
were talking about if you're at your sister's house and
you'd be sitting at the kid's table.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Do they have a kid's table.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
In the royal in the castle and like for a
party like this, do they do they set up a
royal kid's table?

Speaker 2 (03:39):
No, they don't, they don't. I've seen pictures of this stuff.
I know people who have gone to them, and it's
a big formal dinner. It looks like downton Abby. So
think of dieton Abby when they're all sitting around that table.
But I don't think any table can hold forty five
or though state dinners can. When they do state dinners,
they have hundreds of people that come, and so they're
gonna be there now. Even though it's a lot of
people surprise, it's quite casual. So I'm told by my

(04:04):
royal sources that they do enjoy to playing games, board games.
They do enjoy a game of charades where they get up,
there's no carryout, they.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Put their phone on their forehead and they start guessing, I.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Don't do that. That would be a fun.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
See the Royal Monopoly game go down, because.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
They own everything before they begin.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
I would love to see the table just flip, just
like any normal family would of playing in your family. No, Uncle,
Uncle Charles just just cheated.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
He is stealing money.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
He stole park plays right from underneath me, and he
has five hundred dollars hidden underneath his sleeve.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
What I love about this story and this reality is
that they are the royal family, but there's still people, right,
they can actually let the guard down a little. There's
no cameras in there, there's no there's no reporters. They
are really a fa family, and I think we forget
that throughout the year, which is why Harry and Meghan's

(05:04):
situation is so tragic. It's awful when families fall out.
You know, people in your family you might have fell
out with, the family is not very close with anymore.
Meghan and Harry are going to be in California with
their kids, having a much more modest and much more
quiet Christmas. It sounds like a lovely Christmas too. I
think it's just going to be the four of them.
But this is going to be to do And do

(05:25):
you come from a big family garret? Is there forty
five vogels? If there could be a party for forty five?
Is there forty five?

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I know about like twenty ish. That's a lot, you know.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
And then my wife's side of the family, they're Italian
and they do it big. On Christmas Eve, I took
the Feast of the Seven Fishes and it's like, I've
never had.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
So much fish. I didn't know this much fish exists.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah, I did that, the seven Fish.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
We do that.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
I'm like, please, can we just stop with the fish? Like,
where's all this fish coming from?

Speaker 2 (05:59):
I love it? I love it.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
I think.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
I think in a squeeze there's forty five shooters, I think,
I think, which brings us to our whole question of
the day. William has revealed that the Royal Christmas plans
are going to be massive. Forty five people are on
the guest list. Forty five is that too many? What
do you think? Sometimes that it's a good question.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
I know two people who didn't make the list.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
That they did not make the list. It's a good
question because sometimes when I meet friends out for drinks,
a table of two, three, four is nice, maybe even five.
After five, conversations start to split up where people are
not talking as one big group, but you talk to
the person next to you. I very much enjoy us
all being included, and you can't do that with forty five.

(06:42):
Maybe you can do it with three or four, but
not forty five. So it's a valid question. Is it
just too many? Hey? Go vote on our Twitter page
at Naughty Nice rob facebook page is Naughty Gossip and
be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results
are very controversial subject next something we're all talking about, Garrett,
what are you working?

Speaker 3 (07:01):
So?

Speaker 1 (07:01):
I don't know if you got to see snl Over
the weekend. Chris Rock was the host.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Gracie Abrams. By the way, let's put this out there
now and putting it out into the ether. It's already
existing but Gracie Abrams will have a Taylor Swift.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Type year next year, in twenty two.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
I believe she has Taylor Swift's playbook. She knows what
to do. She opened for Taylor Swift, she knows how
to act.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
I saw her when I saw Taylor. She was the
opening act direct She was incredible. And not only is
she incredible, let's tip her hats here. Her daddy is
JJ Abrams. Yes, like her daddy's a major, major star too.
So even though she's got the Taylor playbook, she has
the Daddy's playbook or DNL that's probably even more reported.
So yes, I think you're right.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
But back over to Chris Rock, who was the host
of SNL and it actually I thought it was the
Christmas Show because they had so many stars.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Adam Sandler showed up as well and surprised.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
But everyone's talking about the opening monologue that Chris Rock
did you know they let comedians do stand up pretty much?

Speaker 1 (07:56):
And he, of course, he was talking about.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Luigi Mangini, you know, the guy who allegedly killed the
United Healthcare CEO just about two weeks ago, and he was.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
Cracking some jokes. He goes, if Luigi looked like Jonah Hill.
No one would care what he said. They were already
had him in the chair. He'd be dead, okay, you know.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
There was some laughs, and then he goes, Chris continued,
and he doubled down. He goes, I feel for the family,
I really do. But everyone's talking about how good looking
this guy is, which is also true, like did we forget.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
He killed someone? Which he kind of brought it.

Speaker 3 (08:30):
Back to reality, like we kind of we put this
Luigi kid on a pedestal and everyone forgets at the
end of the day, what he really did, you know, like.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
He murdered somebody as a dead person. But I think
that Chris here, he's been really clever and that's why
he's a genes a comedy. At first, it sounds like
it's a joke about a death, and it's not. It's
a joke about us that are supporting somebody because he's cute.
It's a joke about us as a society, who were
really sort of compass. Is shaking a little bit here

(09:02):
just because somebody's cute. Now, let me give you a
little secret in life here, cute people have an advantage.
We've seen it where we work We've seen it at school.
If you're lucky enough to be born gorgeous, you're gonna
have an advantage. I remember when I was on a
morning show and the least talented reporter was the best looking,
and she's gone on to do the best cree of

(09:24):
wise within the TV business. Least talented reporter on the show.
But she really is is cute, And so I think
that's what Chris Rock is saying here.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
And same thing on over on Weekend Update, Colin Jose
to Michael Ja. Caught a lot of flak over the
last two weeks for poking fun at at this situation.
But if you listen to the jokes, just like Chris
Rock again, they're making fun of us. They're like, well,
we're going on week two of trying to figure out
who this guy will play on the Netflix doctor series
of this right, And those are the conversations our friends

(09:56):
are having with each other, not about like, hey, this guy,
really you should be spending some time in jail.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Like yeah, it's a really interesting point, Gary, what about
you personally? But thinking about this last night, do I
cut people more slack if they're cute? And I'm ashamed
to admit yes, I think I do if I think
you're cute. But I have quite an unusual taste in men.
But and people like if I think you're cute or funny,
or you make me make me giggle, I'm often softer

(10:24):
on those people who work with me.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Well, I think in general, I think we all do
it to a degree, you know what I mean. And
if you don't want to admit it, you probably do it,
you know what I mean. But it's there. It's it's
natural because no matter what, whether it be a person
or it be a sunflower, if something's beautiful, you gravitate
towards it.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Yes, you know, yes, But then.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
It's on you to determine what is behind that facade.
You know, and once and once you figure out what's
behind the facade, then that determines the type of person
you are.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
You know, yes, yes, yeah, My my crush only lasts
a few says until I figure out who you truly are.
But when you said it extends not just to people,
but to sunflowers, I'm like that. At the doggy park,
if there's a cute doggie that's a little mean to
my derby, I'm like, oh, it's okay. It's just a
little having an odd day. But if he's not a
cute doggie and he's meaning to Derby, I'm like, that's
a monstress.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Like if one of the like most tedious dogs starts
humping your leg, you're gonna be like, get off my leg.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
But a cute dog goes.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
You know what, Oh it's able, We're terrible. Chris Rocky
pointed out, he held up at the mirror. Okay, moving along,
really shocking. Jamie Fox is breaking his silence after a
birthday altercation. So Jamie Fox was out for his fifty
seventh birthday. This man has been through so much already.
He's talked about his stroke, he's talked about the blood clots.

(11:43):
Now he went out to Mister Chaws, which is a
really nice restaurant, Garrett, and he's not not a place
where you would expect anything like this to happen. So
he's at this a restaurant and restaurant.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
So like when you go out to eat, though, it's
like you're you're asking to be seen.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Mister Jersey, it is.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
It's a showby's place. It's a place where there's always
photograph outside. So while he was there, he was allegedly
struck in the mouth by a flying glass during an altercation.
So he was sitting there having dinner with his friends,
everybody celebrating Jamie. He's doing great, and now there's a
police report confirming that a battery was filed or a
complaint of a battery was filed, after an altercation between

(12:21):
two guests. My sources tell me that the table next
to him wanted to have his attention. Jamie Fox is
Jamie Jamie, and at first it was kind of charming,
and then after like a minute, Jamie was like, I'm
with my family and with my friends, and I really
just want to hang with them, not entertain you. I
don't want to get up and put on a comedy show.

(12:42):
And they kept going and going, and then I hear,
if not Jamie, somebody in his entourage was quite tough,
and I think they're right. They were like, calm down,
We'll just here'd have dinner, right stop. That's when they
got a little nasty. Someone threw a glass. Now I'm
told it was not thrown directly into Jamie's face, although
he does have some bruce and some stitches, so it
hit him. But it was just sort of tossed in

(13:03):
the air and it hit Jamie. Well, let me tell
you what Jamie has to say about this. He said,
the devil is always busy, but I'm too blessed to
be stressed. I think after going through what he went through,
Garrett probably a good philosophy.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
This is I mean, I just have this feeling though,
like after that he explained what happened, and then you know,
the he started trying to separate himself from the Diddy situation.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Because and then this happens.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
I don't know, it just feels like trouble is like
some type of dark cloud is just following him.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
You know.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Oh yeah, Well, let's hope that it's burst over over
the weekend at mister Child's. Okay, quickly, before we get
a break. Your old friend Pete Davidson, who you sort
of grew up with in Staten Island, or at least
that sort of.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Crowd in the same building, not together, you dad, you.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
Oh gosh, you're absolutely right. I completely forgot about that.
He moved into my building. He did. It was a nightmare.
He was dating Ariana Grande at the time, and I
get down to Derby in the morning and all these
paparazzi would be outside the building and I was like, oh,
my podcast is doing so well. I'm Ariana Grande. I did,
I did. So what's he up to?

Speaker 3 (14:10):
So, as we know, Pete Davidson is known for dating
many of celebrities over the past couple of years, and
I think it's kind of quieted down over the past
year or chain a year or so. But he said
he's tired of the loser label. He goes, I'm more
than just a guy who dates celebrities. Uh. You know
he's dated Kim Karandashian Ariana. As we just said, Kate Beckinsale,

(14:30):
you just I want to I just want to be
known for doing good work. I want to be I
don't want to be this effing loser who just dates people.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
That's not who I am. Uh.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
And he said he feels like he's just being his
career is being oversaturated. Uh, it feels like his life
is being oversaturated and no one is looking at his career.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
People hate celebrities.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Now, he goes, the media takes a handful of celebs
every couple of years and just destroys them for some reason,
and he just feels like he's one of those people
that they chose to go after, and behind that he goes,
I'm someone who is from Staten Island, like myself wanted
to do stand up and if I got to do
anything else because of stand up, it was a miracle.

(15:15):
So you know, he feels like he was very lucky
to get on SNL and you know in it. But
here here's the thing, like, yes he's going through a lot,
but he's the one that shut down his own show,
you know what I mean, he had his.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
Own people show and said don't want to do it.

Speaker 2 (15:31):
He did, you know.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
So I think outside of the celebrity, he just still
needs to find himself and get himself well, he.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
Has to find himself. He has to find himself. He's
Pete from Mesnel, or he's Pete with Kim Kardashian. What's
your day? Kim Kardashian. He'd been to show business for
a long time. You know what you're getting into. I
know a lot of celebrities who just would not date Kim.
He was engaged to Ariana Grande in a couple of weeks. Like,
if you want to be known for good work, it's
really easy. Pete, do good work, That's what you should
do and you haven't really done anything that great SNL

(15:59):
you were fun, but you know Tina Fay like you
were good, aren't they? You know, Kristen Wick. So if
you want to be known for good work, this is
advice to everybody listening to do good work. The more
good work you do work, the more people will notice.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Do it.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Pete, Okay, we're going to take a quick break and
we will be right back. Welcome back to the naughty
but nice sham of your host, Rob Shula with their
different Garrett Vogel, Hey, Garres. Let's get to the polls
that the due. Last show, we talked about Haley Bieber,
who really showed some love to Salima Gomes after her
engagement announcement. So Hailey Bieber is married to Justin Bieber.

(16:35):
Justin Bieber used to date Selena Gomess. So we asked,
was this the right choice? Was Hailey being a nice
person here? Was this the right thing to do? Or
should she just have ignored it? Let's have a looked.
Eighty five percent said yes, it was the nice thing.
It was the right thing to do. I agree. Don't
forget to vote on today's pole. Go out to a
page i'd norready nice rub or a Facebook page which
is naughty garzip and be sure to check back to

(16:58):
my routor are here at your results. And now, oh,
it's time for our noisiest of the day.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Well, we turned to Taylor Swift, who just celebrated her
thirty fifth birthday on Friday, and of course what happened
a big private birthday party thrown by her own boyfriend,
Travis Kelsey. He got a ton of gifts and I'm
sure the celebrities, just the celebrity list was just massive
as it is. I mean, off the top of my head,

(17:24):
a Bella, Ggded Blakened, Reynold Bradley.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
Yeah. I think it's the thought that counts. I really do.
And obviously she's got enough monation of billionaire to buy
anything in the world. But sometimes I think it's just
the thought. I would get her some flowers. I'd get
her some tickets. They had to see the Philharmonic. I'd
get her tickets to something she enjoys. And so I
love that these two are together. I think my sources
are telling me we might have some very good news

(17:50):
to report about these two very soon. Fingers crossed. Okay,
let's add Notice of the Day, Naughty Madonna has sparked
outrage by posting an AI an artificial intelligent generated photograph
of her and the Pope. So why people are so
angry is the Pope appears to be touching Madonna in
these pictures and they're a little racy, and once again

(18:15):
Madonna is sort of making fun of religion. Now, madonna'sn't
done this for a long time, and I think she has.
She has, and so some people would argue her fans
that AI has just changed the game, and Madonna is
very modern, she keeps up with technology. Some people would
argue that posting a fake picture of you and the
pope looking intimate is disrespectful. I'll let you decide what

(18:39):
it is, but let me just say it's our naughty
stub the day. Let's end with a moment of rob
you Rob. I love this rule, and this is a
good rule during the holiday season because there's lots of parties,
there's lots of invites. You might be invited to some
you might not be invited to others. I love the following.
I don't want anyone who doesn't want me. You've got
to want me. You've got to bite me. You gotta

(19:01):
want to have me there, and if you don't, then
I don't want you. Hey, that is it for today.
I want you naughtyes. Thank you so much for listening
