Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's welcome to the Nordy be nice. I'm your host,
Row Shooter, and it's a bright Monday morning with a
bright Garret Vogel, Hello, Garrett, A you they Bob's a
you look cute today.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Oh, thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
You know you and I were talking about potentially, you know,
just recording bits and pieces of this this little fine
podcast we're doing. I mean, would you be okay, like
in the state you're in right now, with your with
your undershirt on, like.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Recording absolutely record I look at I'm not naked. We
really cute, little blank top. What's it called the tank top?
Someone's called tank top?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Many different ways to say it, but yeah, tank top, undershirt.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I look adorable. Hit recor darling and do whatever you
want with it. By see some one of those dirty websites.
I'll be furious.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
That's how I'm starting.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Only fans with Garrett and Rob talking about Kim Kardashian.
I don't know that's exactly what they're looking for, but
there you go. Let's jump into my show. What time
is it, my friends? It is indeed time. Big story
at the top of the show, so Jeff Bezos and
Lauren Sanchez are finally getting married. There's been lots of rumors.
They've been together for two years. Now can you believe that,

(01:28):
garrect two years? Two years? Lots of rumors. When are
they gonna get married? We know they got engaged. She
even revealed that she's got her wedding dress, so we
know this is happening. The big question is when and where. Well,
we have found that out. It's going to be this summer.
It's going to be in Italy. And the reason we
know is the invites her out. Now, Garrett, I am
told everybody in Hollywood has their publicist, their managers, their

(01:52):
agents on the phone trying to get this invice. This
is more important than the Netball, than any gala, than
any premiere of a movie, a carpet. Everybody in Hollywood,
everyone around the world, everybody in Washington wants to go
to this party. And now we did a little bit
of reporting last night and we broke the story that
Kim Kardashian has been invited. She's very close with Lauren Sanchez.

(02:15):
But yet this Jeff Bezos has invited the president. So
Jeff went to Trump's inauguration, and now Trump might be
going to Jeff's wedding, which only sort of seems fit
that the richest, one of the richest men in the
world would have a president, maybe a king, maybe a queen.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Who knows, which would be weird because like going back
at it and maybe we could do some researcher you
and I later. I don't think a sitting president ever
attended a wedding.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
You know, you know what I mean? Like, yeah, who
wouldn't want.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
To go to this wedding? It is going to be insane.
There's some roomors that it's going to be on his yacht.
He has a five hundred million dollar yacht.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
The other thing, though, is do you think this is
more heard than him, because to me, I don't think
he will want this glitz and glam, and I think
he's he's appeasing.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
You know, A good question, It's a really good question.
I've been covering them for some time. In fact, I'm
part of the team that broke that they were a couple.
He was married at the time. They dispute that. They
said he was already divorced, but there was some you know,
the timeline is a little bit fuzzy there. However, what
insiders tell me is that Jeff is a very different

(03:25):
man than he was five or ten years ago. We
just see it physically. He looks very different now, he's
rock solid. A friend of mine bumped into him at
the Vanity Fair oscar party and they actually touched his arm,
just put the hand on his arm. He said it
was rock solid, Like he's really ripped, not just works out,
but absolutely there's no fat on him at all. So
I think Jeff has changed too. Plus, Jeff pushes himself

(03:47):
into all the celebrity pictures now he enjoys this new world.
So I think Lauren might have introduced him to the
glittering world of ce taste of it. But I do
think when you've tasted it, it's quite delicious.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
I mean, so many curious things, like so, you know,
if you attend a wedding, like you and I were
to attend a friend or family's wedding, you know, you
give the proverbial you know card with some cash in
it to help them start their lives.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Their lives are.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Beyond somebody, so they're not the friends are not giving cash,
and they're obviously not going shopping on Amazon, Like is
this one of those like you just it's a party
that you're throwing and you're not giving a gift, Like
do you I mean you think you make a charitable donation?

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Maybe yes, when you ask the right questions. And I've
started this new reporting on substack. So substack right, it's
an online platform that you can go on and reporters
and writers. It's almost like a Twitter, but a little
bit more smarter, I think, and you can write longer stories.
And so I'm on substackul. I have a story going
live this morning about the gifts. I asked somebody who

(04:52):
had an invite, what does it say? No gifts? They
don't want gifts, but there will be a charity. There's
going to be several charities that you can donate to.
But they don't want to.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
Grandma wants to give a gift. Grandma wants to give them.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Maybe she can get them some tea, towels or some
new new, you know, new stuff for the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Bringing towels to a wedding as a gift is weird.
Breathe with the towels.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
You buy them and then you tell them my nice
Paris just invited Bruce and I to her wedding at
Christmas and gifts. But now it's interesting on the invite
now and I love this. It's a little bit pushy
for my generation. I was like, I wouldn't have done
that for my wedding, But now people say what they want.
So it's a beautiful invite and it's not a hard
copy anymore. It's a digital invite that money and at

(05:33):
the bottom it has a link to buy a gift
and when you click the link, it's cash donations. They
clearly don't want anything, but they want hard cash.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
You know what. You know, what's funny.

Speaker 3 (05:44):
I had a friend that you know, felt weird asking
for you know, money as a as a gift. So
they they, you know, put a registry out there and
you know, they got a ton of gifts. What they
did was they returned said gifts and then just went
on a shop is free and bought things that they
actually wanted.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
I've got against it. I'm not against it. When I
got married to Bruce, we had a registry and what
we did is we took all the gifts and we
merged all the value of the gifts and we bought
one fabulous gift so we couldn't ask one person to
buy us a ridiculous gift for all our guests. With
two hundred here, three hundred there, fifty here. It added
up to quite a large amount of money. And instead

(06:23):
of having salt and pepper shakers for fifty dollars, we
used all that money and we can buyed it and
we bought one magnificent gift.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
What did Berry get you from Target?

Speaker 1 (06:33):
He got us an elk vas he did. Okay, let's
get into our poll of the day. Lauren Sanchez and
Jeff Besis are getting married this summer in Italy. Simple question,
would you rather attend Jeff and Lawrence wedding or would
you rather have gone to Megan than Harris? I mean
that's the biggest wedding, which, come on, I don't know, honestly,
I don't know. Here the richest man in the world,

(06:53):
one of the rich. Go vote on our Twitter page
at naughty nine around our Facebook page is naughty grzib
and be sure it's a jake, Greg to morow do
he your results? Hey Garrett? Where are you work it on?

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Well?

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Speaking of Meghan, so it looks like that Gwyneth Paltrow
is kind of like pushing her nose up a little
bit at Meghan Markle with an Instagram post. You know,
Meghan has Meghan has her new show on Netflix, which
you know is doing very well, and it's is a
good background watch, you know if you're just hanging out
at the house not doing anything.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
But you know, Gwyneth is also you.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Know, the goop guru of course and an Oscar winning actress.
But she posted this photo on Instagram she'd made of
a video on Instagram, and everybody started noticing that it
could have been a little bit of a shade towards Meghan.
So in the clip, you know, Gwyneth' you know, makeup
free obviously, slipping on coffee in some pajamas and she

(07:48):
she slides a tray of gluten free biscuits into the oven,
kisses her dog, and then you know, does a little
like high kick, you know. So people are saying, you know,
it's like it's kind of like a little oh well, Meghan,
you have that look what I could do, you know,
And and it kind of is like the polar Ups
because Meghan was like, you know, she's dressing up to

(08:10):
make some make some soup.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
With friends, Cashmire, Cashia. I think this is a little
bit of shadey here, but I think I've covered Gwenneth
for a really long time. This is Gwenneth being Gwenneth.
She's so cheekysh's so funny, kicking her leg off. It
is ridiculous, and we have not seen Gwenneth do this
for a while. So if Gwyneth was posting these videos
every week or every month and had been doing it

(08:31):
for years, I'd be like, oh, it's just kind of
put No, the time's really suspicious. And remember we reported
about it on this podcast. Gwyneth was just asked about
Meghan and she gave her a little bit of a
shady answer, which is like, we should all give it
a try, not saying that she liked to know it.
That we should all be allowed to try whatever we want.
So it's a little bit of a shady answer. This
video now is hilarious, but it's Gwenneth being a pr genius.

(08:55):
Megan Megan, Meghan, if you think you're good and you are,
Gweneth just as good. These two I know how to
do it, and I do think in the long run.
I spoke to a branding expert. They said they're helping
each other. It's not really shade that hurts. This is
shade that helps because once again shade. Yeah, it's good shade.
There is such a thing as good shade. I struggle

(09:16):
with this a little bit. Being a gossip carlamus talking
about people were often told don't do that, but I
think no, to be ignored is much worse. And I
find that a lot of my celebrity friends, people I know,
my sources, they love it when I'm a bit cheeky.
They'd like me to say nothing but nice things. I
don't do that. I'm always honest, but they want to
be part of the conversation. So I think having Gwyneth

(09:39):
gently roast you, gently make fun of you, I think
that's actually a good thing. It's like when you get
made fun of on SNL Garrett. Some people really hurt
by that when they first did. Kathilee and Hoder, Kathy
Lee was really hurt, and it was Holder who said, oh, Kathy,
this is a compliment. This is really the fact SNL
cars about us is a big deal. Well, I like it.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Okay, moving along a little bit of a sad story,
but I think there's a silver lining to this. Justin Bieber,
He's breaking down online admitting that he's got anger issues.
We knew that and said, I think I hate myself sometimes.
So he's getting really raw and real fans are concerned.
But I spoke to sources and they said he is
battling anger issues and deep self loathing and he doesn't

(10:23):
feel worthy and this is a call for help. But
bigger than that, I'm told this is about helping his son.
He wants it to end with him. He wants this
behavior to end. We learn behavior from our parents, and
if Justin doesn't stand up and admit to his own

(10:43):
anger issues and get help, he's probably going to teach
that to his son. He doesn't want that to happen.
So don't feel bad for Justin here. This is actually
a good thing. The process of getting help is going
to be a little bit messy, but if you don't
get help, you internalize it, and then that gets really messy. Garrett,
I think this is a good thing.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
It's good and bad at the same time, in the
sense of where you know, Justin's pretty much playing all
this out in the public eye, you know, because he
has nowhere else to turn, because he can go anywhere,
and people are like, see Justin walked into a therapist,
and you know, it's like you and I can deal
with this in a in a private manner and you know,
seek help. But the moment some Justin asked for help,

(11:26):
someone's bound to go, hey, you know what I heard Justin,
you know, is so he can't really help himself because
he's also trying to protect himself. So it's I get it,
he gets it off his chest. I just hope that
people give him the space that he deserves to help himself.

Speaker 1 (11:43):
Yeah, let's givehim some grace here. I find it always
better when I admit my fears, the stuff that right
is eating me inside. Garrett, you're pretty good at this too.
You're you're very in touch with your emotions when you
don't feel good, when something's bothering you. It might take
you a minute or so, but you talk about it. Well.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
Yeah, And I think we've learned over the years too.
You need to because eventually it just it bottles up.
And you know, we've kind of seen it with Justin too,
where you know, he'll yell at a photographer or just
get in someone's face that you know gets a little
too close, and that's what happens. You know, you keep
it bottled up and then all of a sudden it
has to come out with you don't know.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, the next time someone's meaning to you,
I promise you that's a miserable person. Honestly, if you
can give people a little bit of grace, if you
know where it's coming from, this anger, I think it
really does help. Okay, moving along Amy Schumer, who makes
me smile. She has a big confession of her own.
What is she up to?

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Yes, so she says that I'm back on weight loss meds,
but never again with what goov, glowing a dorseman for
wagovie right there. You know, she definitely lost the wgov
account for herself. So she posted a video where she
revealed she's she's taken a weight loss medication again, and
she made it crystal clear that she's never going back
on will go v. She goes, I couldn't handle it.

(13:02):
I don't know if they've changed the formula whatever, but
and and sorry to get gross a little bit, but
I couldn't stop puking. I literally couldn't lift my head
off the pillow. I know that feeling when you're sick,
and especially when it's like, oh, you just kill me now.
But but she she said she found some some new
medication majournal, right, was right, yeah, no, and that's why

(13:30):
you're allowed to get away with a lot that you do.
Rob So, but she goes, you know, it's working much
much better. It's been great. Uh, it's not covered by
my insurance unless you have diabetes or severe bignicity, which
most of the internet things I have, which she she
kind of you know, poked fun at it herself and
all the comments that she normally gets. But it's interesting though,

(13:51):
you know, it's Uh, I find I find the the
weight loss med debate so interesting, like the you know what,
like it's a scandalous and who cares, you know, like
even if they are, they aren't, you know, like, I'm
sure you dealt with it. I know for a fact,
you've gone out and you've walked the majority of so
you might have tried it, you know. But but but

(14:12):
people are like, oh do you you know behind your back?

Speaker 1 (14:15):
I like it.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
I like all the gossips, but I like it makes
me laugh. I mean, the rumor is still that I
gave you all COVID at Elvis's birthday party and I
didn't get it. It couldn't have.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
Been because everybody had it.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Like everybody.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
It was almost it was almost a guest in itself.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
I catch it either that night me and my friend
Julie Cooper came and the next day I called Julia
said it. There's been an outbreak and we are ground zero.
They think we did it. We like, well, it can't
be because we don't even have it. We're the only
two people at the whole party that didn't get it.
I don't mind that the gossip about wait last, I
don't mind the gossip about that stuff. Do what's right
for you, Honestly, if you can look a better life

(14:51):
with a pill, with an injection, then do it. Don't
deny yourself because you're frightened that you might be gossiped about,
or people might say something is really expensive. Though let's
be clear here. I have some friends who take I
think it's o zempic, that there are not Monjolvi or
any of those, and it's really really expensive for they.
But they said to me, which I really listen to,

(15:14):
they said, it's an investment in themselves and if they
were going to spend one thousand dollars a month on
food and alcohol and drinking and going out with their friends.
They'd rather stay in, you know, two nights a week
and use that man to feel better. So I totally
get it. Okay, we're going to take a.

Speaker 3 (15:28):
Good, great time. I think over time it'll get more affordable.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
But for the time being, okay, we're going to take
a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
back to the naughty but nice showy heads come shooter
with their dear friend, Garrett thou Go. Hey, Garrett, how's
our video going? Garrett? Do we look adorable?

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Well?

Speaker 4 (15:45):
You know, I think next let's say, for next week. Well,
this is just a practice, Doling, just to practice. I'm
a big believer in put your toe into the pond
to see how it feels like. I've been considering thinking
that we've been taping this whole episode. We haven't been.
But it's good for my bars. Now I've got used
to it. I've seen the lighting needs to be a
little different. He'll get better for next week. Next week,
we're gonna No, you look good, bear, I there, so

(16:09):
you know.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
Next week I'll have a top let's do. Let's get
to the poles that they do. Last share, we talked
about Blake Lively officially asking a judge to throw out
Justin Baldoni's lawsuit against her, accusing him of even violating
the law.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
Is she right?

Speaker 1 (16:29):
Should his lawsuit be thrown out but her lawsuit is
allowed to go ahead? Let's have a look say no,
she's not right here. If if they're going to get legal,
and they are, then you should be able to respond.
And you can't. As Justin's lawyer said, light a fire
and then run away. You started this, be careful about
what you start, everybody. I've started stuff in life and

(16:52):
then I've regretted it. So just think before you do something.
There will be consequences. Hey, don't forget to voad on
today's Poule's going to Twitter page had not a nice
robot Facebook pages morety gil him. Be sure to check
back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time
for Yes of the Day.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
Well are you ready for another Fron? Yes? No, Well
not Zach. We're talking Dylan E. Fron.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
You remember him from Traders. You know, he just won
over the world, you know, and and he's always.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Been kind of you know, second.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Or in the shadow a little bit.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah, of his brother Zach obviously so.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
But but according according to uh to Zach, he's ready
to jump in and possibly eyeing a role in Fourth Wing.
I don't know, is that a TV show?

Speaker 1 (17:43):
I don't know what that is, but he's a big
TV show. Out to google that, but yeah, he wants
to be on this show.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Yes, so so it's highly anticipated TV adaptation of this
of the series Fourth Wing. But he says one hilarious
condition and he goes.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Holy hell, yeah, sign me up.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
So we obviously is all into it because because the
momentum of just coming off of Trainers and everybody being
in love with him is so high right now. But
asked what role he would love to sing his teeth into,
he had a very clear preference pretty much anyone but Dane.
He doesn't want to be dead, yes, but yeah, I
don't want to be me either.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Me either.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
But I kind of understand, you know, if you were
to get any role, but if you're looking for an
acting role in they're like, hey, you're daning you might
want to take.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
That, But it's just me.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
It don't get pushy. You just want a reality show
like you did not get an Oscar.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
Calm it down, a bit.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
How do you think Zach feels about this? It's tricky,
isn't it somebody?

Speaker 2 (18:34):
I think I think he would be supportive.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
Yeah, I think over the I think over the last
few years watching like Zach's journeys in documentaries, and it
just seems like he's kind of like the you know,
wants everybody to win, you know. I think early on,
I think, early on, like high school musical Zach would
be like no. But I think he got older and
he learned Jamela, and I think.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Yeah, Ymelo mellow. I noticed the day naughty, naughty, naughty
ex Vanity Fair boss Graden Carter is slamming Meghan Markle,
So Megan's did nothing here. Meghan was on his cover
of a Vanity Fair, one of the last covers he
did before he retired, resigned from the magazine, and now
he's saying that it wasn't really that great a shoot,

(19:16):
and she was like, is this all going to be
about Harry? And they were like, the only reason you're
on the cover of Vanity Fair is not because of
your acting skills on suits, Meghan, but because you're about
to marry a prince. He ultimately said that this woman
is slightly adrift on the facts and reality. So gentle, gentle,
shade there, but still shade naughtyes of the day. Let's

(19:40):
end with a moment of rob Rub Rub. Listen carefully.
No one is coming. It's up to you. You need
to hear this loud and clear. No one is coming
to save you. Not the perfect partner, not the perfect
mentor not even a magical opportunity. It's on you to
build the life that you want. Now. That might sound heavy,
but it's also incredibly empowering because once you stop waiting

(20:04):
for someone else to show up, you realize you had
the power all along. You are the hero of your
own story. You are the one who can change your
life to stop waiting and start leading. You can do it. Hey,
that is it for today. Thank you so much for
