the show, Rosi o' donald's daughter has been arrested. She
was found near a meth pipe and also to her

eleventh month old son was dangerously close to the meth
pipe as well, so shocking shocking drug and neglect charges.
The daughter is twenty seven years old. Her name is Chelsea.
I've met Chelsea over the years. So I came to
America about thirty years ago, and I knew Rosie pretty

early on. She had her own show at the time.
It was a roso' donald show. It was a big deal.
People forget how big that show was. It was the
Ellen of its day. It was huge. You know.

You know a little funny fun fact about the Rosi
o'donald show. She used to give out lollipops like the
at the show, like one of the not just lollipops,
but they were like electronic lollipops, so you really the
lazy man's lollipop where you just press a button in

It's one of those things where it's like, why do

had a really difficult life. Rosie would be the first
to talk about this. So the alarming incident happened last
month and it's rocked the family, with Chelsea now facing
four felony counts, including child neglect, possession of meth, and

maintaining a drug trafficking place. So they allege that her
home up in the Hills, a home way out of
the city. I think she's in Wisconsin. Her home was
also a place where they trafficked drugs. Now, I think,
as sad as all this is when you add in
an eleventh month old baby and the baby's in the

same house with the drugs, This gets really, really dangerous
and serious really quickly. Rosie did put out a statement
saying that sadly, this is not new for our family,
and Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade.
We are hopeful that she will find her way out

of this deadly disease, the easy disease roses at her
wits end. As Rosie said in her statement, this is
not the first time, Garrett, this has happened quite a
few times. The difference now is that there's a little
baby involved, you know.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
And I think to what Rosie said, if you or
anyone in your family has ever gone through this and
it's not the first time, the wear and tearror that
it takes on you is something that you really can't do.
So it's it's easy to be like, why isn't Rosie
sticking up for her daughter? Like it just sounds like she's,
as she said, been through this more than a handful

of times. And it's and it's something that until you're
living in that situation, hopefully you never do. You just
you'll never understand.

I don't. It's really hard, isn't it. Because some people
are saying Rosie should cut her off, Like Rose's paying
all the bills, right, Chelsea doesn't have a job, and
so Rosy's paying for everything. She has a troubled relationship,
she has her kids, and so Rosy's the one that's
the cash cave here. So some people are like, tough love,
cut her off. But if you cut her off, she's
got nothing to do apart from sell drugs. That's the
only skill that she thinks she has.

And the twofold. It's still family. At the end of
the day, family is family. And then on top of that,
it's a grandchild that had nothing to do with it.

I'm told that Rosie might take in that kid. Loves
babies and somebody needs to look after this kid. She's
not going to get this kid back. And so at
the moment, it's unclear who's looking after the baby. And
so I'm told by my insiders that Rosie could swoop
in here and get that kid. She's not going to
take the kid away from her daughter, but clearly, eleven

months old, they need help. They need someone to look
after them. So that person could be Rosie. It's a
tragic story. This broke in Touch magazine broke the story.
Like I said, it happened a few months ago, and
the family managed to keep it a secret. I also
know at the time when Rosie got Chelsea, she was
married to Kelly. I've known Kelly. They're they're divorced now.

I've known Kelly for a long time too. Kelly's a
cool lady, just smart, cool, caring. She loves her family.
She still has some sort of working relationship with Rosie,
which is not easy, right and so she's desperate too
to find find not a solution because they know that's
not going to happen, but just try and help. It's
really hard, isn't that? You see? There's actually quite a

lot with celebrity children. I think they feel as if
they can never really achieve much of their parents, or
at least one of their parents. Here, Rosie is such
a big star. What should I do in life? What
could I possibly do in life? Yeah, And then a
lot of them turned to drugs for a high.

There's many angles on this too, Like you just said,
there's the angle of I'll never get caught because who's
gonna who's gonna think we're in Wisconsin. No one's gonna
think like, oh, Rosie o'donald's daughter is doing drugs and
dealing out of a house. No, no one's gonna believe that.
And you know, then the friends start going, hey, you're Rosio,

don't no one's gonna look at you. You know, you're rich.
Can we use this? And they're they're So I've learned
a lot about the celebrity world, like taking myself out
and looking for looking from the outside and just observing.
Over the last few weeks, with, you know, just stories
related to drugs. It's it's, it's it's it makes you

think a lot.

It does, it does. I mean we've been talking all
week about Liam from one direction, right, and it looked
as if he had the world. He was rich and
handsome and famous, and yet these demons that were inside
him were maybe made worse by fame. But being associated
with fame. Chelsea wasn't famous. Her mom, right, is super famous.
Chelsea always struggled, and I think my fear here is

the people that don't like Rose O'Donnell, and there's a
large group of them who are very vocal, are going
to blame her for all this, and I've learned to
not do that. It's not the parent's fault. If you're
a parent out there and you're struggling with the child,
it's not your fault. I think as parents. I'm not
a parent, but as a parent, Garret, you always hold

yourself responsible and it's not your fault. Do you ever
do that?

Well, yeah, it's I mean, your name is literally on
the child, you know what I mean, It's like it's
it's that's yours right there, So they represent you to
any degree. So it's hard not to go. It's hard
not to say it's not your fault, you know, because
it's they're under your care, and especially for a child

that has obviously struggled so much and has a grandchild,
and uh, yeah, you know, it's hard not to.

has pretty much taken over everyone's timeline on social media
over the last week from Liam Payne. So, Kate Cassidy
is the girlfriend of Liam that we have seen that
was staying in the hotel room and which is interesting
and we'll talk about in the second, she left a

few days prior to him, you know, passing away. But
Kate is just learning that in the hotel room the
day Liam passed away, he was partying with sex workers.
She and friends are saying, she just heard about the
prostitute prostitutes, and she's still trying to understand and wrap

her mind around, you know, this portrayal. You know, obviously
it hurts her boy her boyfriend passed away, to learn
that he was doing what he was doing in the
hotel room, and her friend says, you know, it just
it went from bad to worse pretty much, and just
the whole story because the day Liam passed away, if

you remember, according to reports or at least a social
media he posted a picture him, Hey, having a great
day at the table, and it's her sitting at the
end of the table. So I legitible leave. She's there.
But then a few days later she's listened, I left
five days prior to that, you know. So it's a
this is an onion of a story, rob whereas there's

so many layers that I don't think we'll ever get
to the bottom of it, and the stories will continue
to come out.

Yeah, I think this is going to become an urban legend,
a conspiracy theory type situation. Here, she did leave several
days before he died, but to be back home and
I think she's in America. I think she's in Florida.
She's not British, right, And so to come back home
and then hear that your boyfriend has died, that alone

is enough of a story. That alone is enough of
a situation to deal with. But to wait twenty four
hours or so and then realize that there were sex
workers in his room, that is mind blowing. And as
a friend of her said, and I think this quote's important,
this went from bad to worse. If you are not

already in enough pain, then you find out a detail
that I think we can all say would be alarming
to all of us. I would hate to think my partner,
my boyfriend, person I loved, was partying with sex workers.
That's that's something that's very, very complicated. But now he's
not here to say anything. So what part of the

story do you grieve here? Or maybe you grieve both.

Yeah, I think you have to grieve both. And I
think everybody is going to grieve at their own piece.
I guess from fans to family, to close friends, to
people he worked with, to other singers, to just anybody
in general. Like there is no way like levels of grieving.

Everybody has their own grieving process obviously, but it's just
one of those. It's so weird and it's weird to feel,
you know. The interesting part for me was I was
out to dinner, I was in Mexico and everyone's everyone
get the alert on their phones at the same time.

So all you heard around like pinging it and it
was very eerie to when Kobe Bryan passed away. I
was sitting in a theater. I was sitting I was
about to see a show, and the same thing the
phone every everyone and then I looked at the alert.
I was like, holy wow wow, and then everybody was

like almost the same thing. It was like sharing this
moment with everyone and everyone in the same state of shock.

Wow. No, it is a state of shock here. I
really do feel for his girlfriend because Kate has asked
for privacy.

was really messy and a lot more is going to

It was a photograph of all three of them, but

are getting slammed over buying a four point seven million
dollar house in Portugal because locals are saying they are
pushing up the price of the property. Now, the house

was going to buy it, so it wasn't as if
it suddenly went through the roof. There is a very
luxurious part of Portugal. That's why Madonna's there. Lots of
celebrities are there. Harry and Meghan found this house. Their cousins,
Princess Beatrice loves Portugal too. So I just feel as

if Harry and Meghan can't do anything right, Like even
if they bug you, and I get it, they can
be annoying. Let them buy a hat.

But even even so, does that mean your property goes up?
So like if you own a house right next door,
that only means your your the price is going to
a skyrocket.

handsome and famous, and yet these demons that were inside
him were maybe made worse by fame. But being associated

Chelsea always struggled, and I think my fear here is

the people that don't like Rose O'Donnell, and there's a
large group of them who are very vocal, are going
to blame her for all this, and I've learned to
not do that. It's not the parent's fault. If you're
a parent out there and you're struggling with the child,
it's not your fault. I think as parents. I'm not
a parent, but as a parent, Garret, you always hold

yourself responsible and it's not your fault. Do you ever
do that?

Well, yeah, it's I mean, your name is literally on
the child, you know what I mean, It's like it's
it's that's yours right there, So they represent you to
any degree. So it's hard not to go. It's hard
not to say it's not your fault, you know, because
it's they're under your care, and especially for a child

that has obviously struggled so much and has a grandchild,
and uh, yeah, you know, it's hard not to.

Yeah? So, moving on to another story that you know
has pretty much taken over everyone's timeline on social media
over the last week from Liam Payne. So, Kate Cassidy
is the girlfriend of Liam that we have seen that
was staying in the hotel room and which is interesting
and we'll talk about in the second, she left a

few days prior to him, you know, passing away. But
Kate is just learning that in the hotel room the
day Liam passed away, he was partying with sex workers.
She and friends are saying, she just heard about the
prostitute prostitutes, and she's still trying to understand and wrap
(10:27):
her mind around, you know, this portrayal. You know, obviously
it hurts her boy her boyfriend passed away, to learn
that he was doing what he was doing in the
hotel room, and her friend says, you know, it just
it went from bad to worse pretty much, and just
the whole story because the day Liam passed away, if
(10:50):
you remember, according to reports or at least a social
media he posted a picture him, Hey, having a great
day at the table, and it's her sitting at the
end of the table. So I legitible leave. She's there.
But then a few days later she's listened, I left
five days prior to that, you know. So it's a
this is an onion of a story, rob whereas there's
(11:10):
so many layers that I don't think we'll ever get
to the bottom of it, and the stories will continue
to come out.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Yeah, I think this is going to become an urban legend,
a conspiracy theory type situation. Here, she did leave several
days before he died, but to be back home and
I think she's in America. I think she's in Florida.
She's not British, right, And so to come back home
and then hear that your boyfriend has died, that alone
(11:38):
is enough of a story. That alone is enough of
a situation to deal with. But to wait twenty four
hours or so and then realize that there were sex
workers in his room, that is mind blowing. And as
a friend of her said, and I think this quote's important,
this went from bad to worse. If you are not
(12:02):
already in enough pain, then you find out a detail
that I think we can all say would be alarming
to all of us. I would hate to think my partner,
my boyfriend, person I loved, was partying with sex workers.
That's that's something that's very, very complicated. But now he's
not here to say anything. So what part of the
(12:25):
story do you grieve here? Or maybe you grieve both.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah, I think you have to grieve both. And I
think everybody is going to grieve at their own piece.
I guess from fans to family, to close friends, to
people he worked with, to other singers, to just anybody
in general. Like there is no way like levels of grieving.
(12:48):
Everybody has their own grieving process obviously, but it's just
one of those. It's so weird and it's weird to feel,
you know. The interesting part for me was I was
out to dinner, I was in Mexico and everyone's everyone
get the alert on their phones at the same time.
(13:09):
So all you heard around like pinging it and it
was very eerie to when Kobe Bryan passed away. I
was sitting in a theater. I was sitting I was
about to see a show, and the same thing the
phone every everyone and then I looked at the alert.
I was like, holy wow wow, and then everybody was
(13:30):
like almost the same thing. It was like sharing this
moment with everyone and everyone in the same state of shock.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
Wow. No, it is a state of shock here. I
really do feel for his girlfriend because Kate has asked
for privacy.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
And she's not getting Unfortunately, she's not. She should she's not.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
She's not. And it's gonna get worse because more details
are going to come out. Like I'm told, this scene
was really messy and a lot more is going to
come out, Okay, quickly before we get a break, let's
do and I story. Steve Martin has cracked a joke
about Martin Short and Meryl Streep's relationship. So it's going wild.
It's a frenzy here because he has sparked more conversation.

Let me explain what he did. The legendary comic Steve Martin.
He shared a photograph from Glamour magazine featuring the three stars.
It was a photograph of all three of them, but
he crossed out his face with a red circle put
a line through it. There's no caption, but it seems
to imply as if he's the third wheel and these
two should be in the picture without Steve's handsome face

in it too. I like that they are teasing ause
I do like it. It does make me laugh. And
let me point out I was the first person to
break the story that Meryl Streep and Martin Short were
a little bit more than friends. I didn't go all
the way to say they were dating, but I have
a source who told me first there's something going on.

You know what. I'm glad you said that because we're
still trying to figure out out who put Teller and
Travis together because everyone wants to take ownership over that.

So it's huge. It's huge. It's just you met him
several times when he came by the radio station. Was
he shy? Was he the most interesting in the group

I think he was. He was more level headed in
the group per se, at least on the outside. He
was very inquisitive, like he would ask questions like small, Oh,
that's the thing he wanted to learn. So it was
I remember I was wearing a Justin Timberlake sweatshirt and
Justin at the time, I think it was the Man

of the Woods tour, and he had all of these
tour dates on the back, and he goes, that's a
brilliant idea, we should do that for the next door.
And he started talking.

Yeah exactly, and he just he just had his son
Bear and you know, we're just bsing about just you know,
typical parent things. Like I told him, I go, hey,
there's this thing called the diaper.

Genie.

Dude, if a friend gives you a diaper genie, which
is pretty much a trash can where you put the diapers.
I go, that's not a friend, Liam. You get rid
of that friend right away, because all it is is
just asking you to keep dirty diapers in a room
for several days in one box. Get a doggie bag
and throw it out there.

That's what you mean? He goes, Okay, let's have the nicest,

Day, all right. Jennifer Lawrence expecting baby number two with
her husband's cook a Marua Roney. So this was just announced.
The family's growing, of course, and the actress was spotted
with a small baby bump at dinner just the other day.
And you know, both Jennifer and her husband they tied

the knot in twenty nineteen and other they're proud parents
of their their son already. Sigh. So I do we
know what? I don't think we know what they're having
just yet.

We don't know. They haven't said we've seen the baby bum,

And now my naughties of the day, Naughty, naughty, naughty,
were the naughtiest of the day because Meghan and Harry
are getting slammed over buying a four point seven million
dollar house in Portugal because locals are saying they are
pushing up the price of the property. Now, the house

was listed at four point seven before we knew who
was going to buy it, so it wasn't as if
it suddenly went through the roof. There is a very
luxurious part of Portugal. That's why Madonna's there. Lots of
celebrities are there. Harry and Meghan found this house. Their cousins,
Princess Beatrice loves Portugal too. So I just feel as
(18:46):
if Harry and Meghan can't do anything right, Like even
if they bug you, and I get it, they can
be annoying. Let them buy a hat.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
But even even so, does that mean your property goes up?
So like if you own a house right next door,
that only means your your the price is going to
a skyrocket.
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Then I would argue, I would argue that they could
lower the prices so that the prices are going to
go through the groove.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
There's the naught, there's side.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
What's the live next to all that noise? Maybe I
would I'd been nosing through the windows. Let's end with
a moment of rub People don't decide their futures. They
decide their habits, and their habits decide their futures. So
stop thinking about what you want your future to be
