Speaker 1 (00:13):
Hell No, Welcome to the Naughty b nic Sham your
host Rob Shooter, and it is Monday, which means our
dear friend, Garrett Logal joins us, Hey.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Garrett, are you there?
Speaker 3 (00:21):
Hey, Bobby.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
I went to see a great musical last night, Death,
which comes out Do you remember that movie Goldie Horn,
Meryll Street Bruce Willis And it's a really very funny movie.
They've turned it into a musical and they invited me yesterday.
It's really funny, Garrett, It's very funny.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
You'll like it.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
How funny that you say that, because I was with
Demi and Bruce's daughter on Friday, Scout Willis. Yes, she
has you know, she's a musician and she had a
big show on Friday night, and she played some music
for me and she told some some some fun stories
that she really hasn't told about growing up with mom
and dad and how dad inspired her music. So it's
(01:01):
just so funny how the world works. Like you went
to go see the Broadway show based off the movie
that mom and dad were in. I was hanging out
with the daughter, but you and I didn't talk, like
this is the first time we're talking about it. So
it's funny how that works.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
I love it, love it. Did she give us any
updates on her dad's health. How's he doing well?
Speaker 3 (01:19):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:19):
I mean obviously it's one of those avoid at all
costs unless she brings up. So it kind of you know,
skirted around asking about Bruce Willis's health the best I can,
but you know, opening it up about stories like Bruce
bought her a guitar when she was young that she
put up on the wall in her one bedroom apartment
(01:41):
here in the city, and then she taught herself guitar.
It was like a nineteen fifty guitar, like some old classic, probably.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Worth more than you and I combined.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
And she dad just inspired, you know, got a guitar
and she got inspired by it and started learning to
play guitar from that.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
But it's it's it's parents. I can't be grateful enough
to my mom and dad. When I was a little
boy growing up in Birmingham, England, they bought me a
trumpet and I learned how to play the trumpet and
even though I'm not very good, it changed my life
in many ways because it just introduced music and theater
and all this great stuff into my life, and it
(02:19):
literally was my dad bought it wasn't an expensive one
from the nineteen fifties like m Willis, but it's just
a cheap trumpet and he handed it to me on
my birthday and it changed my life. It's those little
things you can do as parents.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Did you you know, you take lessons and stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
I did. I did.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
I went to school, I learned it. I was in
a marching band, Garrett. I went to Germany on tour
in a band playing and I loved it.
Speaker 3 (02:45):
Yeah, do you stop playing it now?
Speaker 1 (02:47):
I can still pick it up and play it Like
if if I had to do the theme from Dynasty, Dumdum,
dumb dumb, I could still probably squeak that out. But parents,
I tell you music, music, music, it can change your lives. Okay,
let's jump into our show. What time is it?
Speaker 2 (03:02):
My friends?
Speaker 3 (03:03):
It is time.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Big story.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
At the top of the show, my old friend Jessica
Simpson is heartbroken and trying to figure out her separation
from Eric Johnson. So we told you about this last week.
I've been hinting at it for probably about a month's
sources were telling me there were problems in the marriage.
Now we are finding out that things are not in
a good way at all, and they in fact.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Are in living separately.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
So once somebody moves out, in my experience, that's not good.
Couples can be in the same house not getting along,
trying to figure stuff out, but the minute you pack
a suitcase and you walk out the door, then things
are really really serious. And Insider told Us Weekly that
it's been an incredible difficult time for Jess. She's trying
(03:47):
to keep things as normal as possible for their three kids. However,
things are not going well. I know Jess. I worked
with Jess when she was with Nick Lachey when she
was getting divorced Nick lache and I know that Jess
loves love.
Speaker 3 (04:03):
She just wants this.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
She wants to find her soulmate. She wants to be
in love, and I really thought she had with Eric.
They've been together a decade. But it doesn't look as
if this is going to be the fairy tale ending.
Speaker 4 (04:17):
Now do you think this is going to be a
very long drawn out Brad and Angelina type divorce? Possibly
based off the fact that Jessica is like a millionaire.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
Yeah, she's very very wealthy, But with Jessica, she gave
Nick a lot of money to go away, and I
remember being with her in her car when we were
in the back of her car and she just sent
check a multimillion dollar check, a check that was so
big it made me gasp, like sort of life changing money,
and I was like, are you okay. It's like money
that would.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Wipe her out.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
It wasn't like, buddy, that you could give somebody and
then just carry on your life. It was that sort
of money where you're like, oh my god, that's life changing,
not only for the person who is receiving it, but
the person who's giving it. That's that's Jessica's fortune was
pretty much given away, and she said to me, I'll
be okay. She said, I made it once, I'll make
it again. And I was happy when I didn't even
(05:09):
have it. And so Jessica has this amazing attitude. There
was no resentment, Garrett, there was no bitterness. She was
literally like, we were married, we did another prenup. Here's
the check. I think she did have a prenup though
with Eric, So this is going to be much easier
because I think A Jessica's very generous and b there
was a pre nup and so I think Jessica will
(05:29):
just write another big check here. I don't think this
is going to go on for six seven years like
Brad or Ange Lena. But still upsetting, still very very of.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
Course, divorce is divorced no matter how you wrap it,
you know it's still a relationship coming to an end.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah, an insider did tell me, and I do like this,
but I'm always looking for the silver lining. You're just
a little glimmer of hope that they're still trying to
figure things out.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Now.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
I don't know if that means they're trying to figure
out the divorce or the relationship or the separation, but
they are talking. They've got the kids, they're trying to
copeare and for the kids, but just a sad story
at the top of the show. I think we want Jessica.
She's like Jennifer Aniston. We want jess the girl next door,
our friend, to find love, which brings us to our
(06:15):
whole question off the day. It's a bit of a
cheeky one, but let's see what you think about this.
Jessica Simpson's heartbroken and trying to figure out her separation.
Do you think Nick Lache will call her. Nick will
pick up the phone.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Up in his own marriage. He's caught up in his
own marriage right now, don't you start? Don't you start
to stir in the boat round, Junior.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
If I saw an ex struggling and it's been ten
years ago, I might not go out for coffee.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
But I definitely I think I would. Yes, I would.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
I'd pick up my phone and I'd text you, Garrett,
are you good?
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Yeah, You're good? Question Mark.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
It wouldn't be a question, but it wouldn't leave the
door open. Nick's happy, happy with his life.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
But what do you think here? Do you think Nick
will call her?
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Go vote on our tour a page at Naughty nic
Rob it's a naughty question today or our Facebook pages,
though he goes even be sure as to chet back
to my rowte your results, Heke, what are you working on?
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Well, we know that Britney Spears is officially done paying
child support to Kevin Fenner line for her two boys, right,
and it's interesting the timing of this just seems to
line up where her eighteen year old son Jayden, made
the first move to texting mom to announce he's coming
back to California. And of course, you know, Brittany, I'm
sure is just loving speaking of getting a good text,
(07:28):
you know what I mean, like something like that, waking
up that morning, go hey, Mom, I'm coming home. And
I'm sure that's putting Brittany in a very very good spot.
And you know, this all started when when the boys,
Shawan and Jayden decided to relocate to Hawaii, and because
that's where their stepmother, Victoria, his new job was, so
(07:51):
they moved over their and you know, I think it
was kind of a good move for them because it
kind of just didn't have to deal with being in
the spotlight and having to read the headline about their
their own mom every day. You know, like maybe they
got something here and there, but for the most part,
you know, it's it's pretty much, you know, another world
out there, even though it's a part of the US.
Hawaii's Hawaii is Hawaii, you know what, it's absolutely.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
Paradise exact, you're gonna want to get away, go to Hawaii.
But he's back now?
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Now?
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Am I a little bit suspicious about the timing? Like
literally after over a.
Speaker 3 (08:24):
Decade, decade amount, Kevin's back to the state.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
You go, millions of dollars in child support twenty thousand
a month, ten thousand per kids. The time the week
that that ends, guess who pops back up in my life.
Now you might being naughty, maybe, but you're thinking it.
Come on, naughty's admit it. The timing here is just
(08:49):
something that makes me so squirmish. But I do think
this is going to give Brittany a lot of pleasure.
In fact, I know it is. I hit the phones.
I spoke to my British, to my Brittneyses who are
not British but they are Britney sauces, and they told
me that she's absolutely over the moon. And you know what,
even if some of this is about money, she doesn't care.
(09:11):
She has a ton of money. When you're a parent,
you're actually quite happy to spend money on your kids,
and so if this was a friend or an ex lover,
you'd be mad about it. But they said, if, honestly,
if all he wants is Britney's money, and they don't
believe that's the case. I hope it's not.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
But if that's.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
All he wants, she doesn't care. She wants him back
in her life as a parent. Garrett, does that sound fair.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
Oh no, of course, you do anything and everything to
have your child or children you know, back with you,
especially now that they're of age and you know, yes
they're eighteen, but their mind is a hell of a
lot more shaped than it was maybe ten years ago
when they are eight or nine or you know. So
(09:56):
I think this will be a good positive thing, at
least on the outside in judging a book by its cover.
Right now, for Brittany and for both the boys.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
Look at you being positive.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
We'll go with that one, Okay, Moving along, Gwen Stefani
has a shocking confession that made me squeal. It made
me laugh out loud. She said she never knew Blake
Shelton existed before they met on the Voice in twenty forty. So,
she confessed, quote, I've never listened to country music, So
(10:27):
while Blake was super successful, I never knew he existed
before I met him. It goes to show you that
we do live in a bubble. We all live in
the bubble of our own experiences, our own phones, our
own Facebook page, and people that don't fall inside that world.
It's quite hard to discover now. The world is so niche.
(10:47):
It's all about little specific desires what you like where
I think twenty years ago, maybe because of a arrioty
TV or the shows that we watched, or even the
radio stations that we listened to, we got experience a
lot of different artists. I when I was growing up,
I would discover artists I'd never heard of by listening
to him on the radio. Right now, I only listen
(11:08):
to music I like on my my iPod, my my iPhone,
and so I totally get this.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
I got in knit.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
I did not know who Blake Shelton was either until
he joined the Voice, so Prince, he got in the Voice,
then I knew who he was. I knew who Green was.
Did you well, you were in the music business, so
you were aware of him?
Speaker 3 (11:27):
I did.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
I was well aware of Blake Shelton in the country world.
But you know, it just goes to show, you know,
everybody has their own taste in music. So if you
were never a country fan, you know, country has definitely
come into the spotlight over the last you know, five
to ten years, But prior to that, you know, if
you were in a country fan, you had no idea
who Blake was.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
Do you think he knew who she was?
Speaker 1 (11:46):
No?
Speaker 4 (11:47):
Doubt going to Stefani bananas, like I mean, like she
she is, you know, top five, you know alto she
was up there with Brittany and Christina.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
Right, no, right, and she such an amazing and I
think too because of her very messy divorce, she was
a tabloist celebrity too.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
So she wasn't just the pop star she was. Well.
Speaker 1 (12:06):
Blake wasn't until he's really ugly split with Miranda Lambert.
He really wasn't in the tabloads like I work in
that world, and his name was not really on our radar.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
He wasn't.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Now he is, he's step n I mean he's been
on the covers of magazines with Gwen and with his
breakup and so now he's much more.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
Visible, and you know, it's interesting, and that's why he
moved to Oklahoma. You know, he did the Voice, but
Hollywood wasn't for him, so he lives in Oklahoma and
that's where Gwen lives.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
But it was interesting.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
I was with Gwen Stefani on Friday because her new
album just came out, and she was talking about the
first time she was with Blake, that she was making
out with Blake, and you know, at the end of
the bed, there was two cowboy boots, and she goes,
oh my god, I'm making out with a guy in
cowboy boots. She's never seen cowboy boots before. The first
time she ever saw cowboy boots in person was after.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
She was making out with Blake Children.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
I think about that, like, like, oh my god, I'm
making out with a guy who owns cowboy boots.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
You know, I'm thinking about it now. I don't think
I've ever seen a pair of cowboy boots. I've ever
made out with a guy in cowboy boots. So I
was a cowboy boots.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
What about you.
Speaker 4 (13:13):
I've never made out with a guy in cowboy boots either,
but I've seen cowboy boots.
Speaker 3 (13:20):
Plenty of times.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
But I just thought it was so funny, like a
normal person, Like It's almost like it was like a
line out of one of those rom com movies where
it's like, you know, you can't find the right guy,
and then all of a sudden you think to yourself,
I'm making out with a guy who wears cowboy boots.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
It really is the opposite of what her image was like.
She was so la, so city, so cool, so nky
s Laupa likened. Yeah, then she married this wholesome guy
from Oklahoma.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
Let me give you one more inside story too. So
Blake Shelton has a song with post Malone on post
Malone's album, and Gwen went into the day. They were
on the ranch and Blake walks up to him and goes,
post post Malone wants me to that's British, but I
can't do a country. But Blake goes, I just got
a text from post Malone and Blake hasn't been recording music.
(14:10):
He wants me to do a song with him. I
think I'm gonna do it. And she goes, and she goes,
and he goes.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
I know.
Speaker 4 (14:16):
She goes, No, I've been waiting for a text to
do a song with post Malone and you get it
before me. But but they were very The cool thing
is they're very supportive. She had an album come out
on Friday. He had his first song in a while
come out by himself. So they they are a very
supportive couple of each other's music, which is cool to see.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
It's amazing, and it's amazing talking about supportive couples, or
maybe not. Megan Marco were spotted out in La with
no Harry.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
What was she up to?
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (14:41):
She was partying and you know, like, I'm I mean,
do you do you just get alerts when when Meghan
or Harry are in the state's partying, because I know
you have your connections overseas.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
I do, and I get alerts when you're at party
in too.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
All right, So she was out partying with friends Katie
Lee and my Barca Harris uh the haircure line, and
she bore. She was out there partying her butt off
pretty much, which made everybody go, So she's partying that
and you know what happens. They see Megan partying by herself,
they automatically assume there's trouble in paradise, you know, like like, where,
(15:18):
where's Harry? What's wrong with Harry? But she looked amazing,
you know, she was laughing, dancing. To me, it looked
like she was having a girl's night.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
It's a girl it's a real fabulous girls night.
Speaker 4 (15:30):
But that's not clickbait. You're not going to click on
a girl's night out with Megan Markle.
Speaker 3 (15:33):
You're gonna click on.
Speaker 1 (15:34):
Probably probably not, but also too we have not seen
them together for a while. Maybe I'm adding to the
drama here. And Megan's very smart. She's very savvag. She
knows that if she goes out dancing with her girlfriends,
it's gonna be all over the internet, and so she
looks amazing. I'm told I hit the friends. I was like,
what's going on with these two? They said they are solid.
They're absolutely solid. They've been seems so much together. They
(15:56):
are solid like every other couple. They have their ups
and downs, but overall they are salid. Okay, we're going
to take a quick break and we will be right back.
Welcome back to the nordovin I Show. I'm rob sure
with my dear friend Garret Virgel. Hey, Garrett, let's get
to yole. Last show, we talked about Hugh Jackman's ex
wife subtly reacting to his allege affairs. So what happened
(16:19):
is somebody posted it on social media and Deb liked
the post about Hugh basically being a cheetah. Our question was,
are you team Hugh or team Deb? Now these are
difficult questions because she was such a biggest star. Normally
the star would win. However, in this case, you're not
(16:40):
happy with Hugh Jackman naughties, and so let's have a
look eighty percent a Team deb I'm with you.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
I'm on team deb Pier.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
You know what I was thinking over the weekend too,
because it just came out Conan O'Brien's gonna host the Oscars,
you know. But the story, the stories were that Hugh
and Ryan Reynolds were going to possibly host the Oscars.
Do you think this, this little blip in there in Hughes'
career held them back from hosting the Oscars.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
That's interesting.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Maybe they would be great together, but I think at
the moment Hugh Jackman should lay low a little bit.
Speaker 4 (17:14):
Well, that's what I'm saying. Do you think he was
offered and he passed based off of.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
Just it could be he's been mis set in a while,
and so team dead at deb Okay, don't okay, Team
deb Okay, do not forget to vote on today's pole.
Go to wat twitter page at Nordy Nice Rob or
a Facebook page nought He Gossip and be sure to
check back to my row to hear your results.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
And now it's time for our nicest of the day.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Yes, well, I mean I would expect nothing less, so
Adele obviously in her residency. And normally we're talking about
the slabs that spot, whether it be Meryl Streep or
Celene Dion, you know, hanging out at the show enjoying themselves.
But this one is about the massive, massive ring that
Adele had on her her hand. And again we still
(18:00):
do not know if she's married or not. We're just
like to assume, we have no idea. So as she
was performing in Vegas at the at Caesar's Palace, the Coliseum,
this diamond ring was just dazzling in her left hand,
you know, almost to the point where I'm sure people
were blinded by it. And you know, she's in the
relationship with Rich Paul, who is Lebron James is super
(18:22):
agent and agent too many of sports figures across the
world right now. You know, they've been dating since twenty
twenty one, and Dell and Rich Paul have been They
own Sylvester Stallone's house for God's sakes together, you know.
And but this all goes back to Munich where a
Dell responded to her fans marriage but Paul's going, I
can't marry you because I'm already getting married. But we
(18:44):
don't know if they've been married, yet so so many
open ended questions. You know, I have no idea.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
I don't I've hit the phones. I tried to figure
this one out. Naughty's I just don't have it yet. Okay,
now I noticed today, naughty naughty Didan's involved in another scandal,
the Feds claiming that he's been blackmailing victims, using inmates
to hide his calls. So, according to new documents, did
He has been using the detention center as his personal
(19:11):
command post, communicating in secrecy by exploiting the telephone accounts
of at least eight other inmates. Prosecutors claim that Diddy
has been sweetening the deal by depositing money funds into
these inmates accounts and paying them through apps like cash app. Ultimately,
(19:34):
they say this is witness tampering. The rule should apply
to everybody. Did He clearly thinks he is.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
Above the law.
Speaker 1 (19:44):
As the day I know he's the day. Let's sad
with a moment. Remember this, Remember this, everybody, every single
professional was once an amateur.
Speaker 3 (19:55):
Think of the most.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Accomplished person you know, you love of Taylor Swift, somebody
in your office, somebody maybe a sports figure, They once
were an amateur. There was a day when Taylor Swift
played her guitar in her living room, when she sat
in front of a mirror singing. And now she's selling
out stadiums. So you gotta start somewhere, and it's the
(20:19):
same place we all start.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
You got this? Okay? That is it for today.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
Thank you so much for listening to the Naughty Bit
Nice with Robin Garrett Show, a production of iHeart Radio.
Don't forget to subscribe on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcast
or whatever you listen. Leave us a reef you can

Speaker 2 (20:38):
Night, take care of everybody.
Speaker 3 (20:39):
It's starting. But Nice with br
