Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast am on iHeartRadio.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
And welcome back to Coast to Coast George Nori with you.
Ruben Langdon with us, a ufologist, filmmaker, and stuntman as
well as a researcher of alien agenda and the alien phenomenon.
Rubin co produced the twenty thirteen Citizen Hearing on Disclosure,
which was an incredible five day event at the National
Press Club in Washington.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
D C.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Featuring more than forty witnesses testifying before six former members
of Congress. Rubin, Welcome back to the program. Have you
been good, George, Good to talk to you.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
It's been a while.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
You worked with Stephen Greer on that event, didn't you.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Green was there, Stephen Bassett was there, and many others,
the great Linnamllnow and many many others, the late great
Stan Freeman Dolan, the whole gang.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Those are They're the best in the business, aren't they?
Speaker 3 (00:56):
Absolutely? Absolutely? It was quite the event still today, holding up.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
It sure is. Reuben. How'd you get interested in UFOs.
Speaker 4 (01:05):
Oh man, I think I've always been interested, but really
it piqued my interest in two thousand and seven. I
had a crazy sighting out in Burbank, and that changed
the whole course of everything for me.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
I was working on Avatar, the.
Speaker 4 (01:23):
Film Avatar, Yeah, double doing the stunt double for Jake
Sully and so playing an alien. I say, I was
playing an alien when I saw the Aliens and I
saw a bunch of objects in the sky that I
couldn't I didn't know what they were. They were unidentified,
and I wanted to know more. My curiosity got the
(01:46):
best of me and I started down the rabbit hole
of ufology and going down that path which has led
me to a crazy world now.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
But yeah, I think it all really kicked off for
me in two thousand and seven.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
How did that lead to your work with the interview
with the.
Speaker 4 (02:03):
Ed So, Yeah, I was following that path, trying to
get clues, really focused on the nuts and bolts aspects
of uphology, and that led to the citizen hearing. It
led to meeting the great researchers we just mentioned, and
(02:23):
I was talking with contact Ease and doing my own
sort of research, interviewing a lot of different people in
the field, and I was getting a pretty good picture
of what was going on. And then we were holding
these back.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
At my old office.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
I had a motion capture studio doing visual effects and
game work for video games, and I had a big
space in the Marina Marina del Rey, California. This was
back in before we even started the Citizen Hearing, so
back I want to say twenty ten, we were holding
(03:01):
a weekly or monthly et media meetup groups where people
would come in and share their stories. And we started
with just a small humble group of maybe about ten people,
and then it quickly grew. Word got out and it
grew to over one hundred people I think, and sometimes
(03:23):
and in that group there were well known channelers like
Darryl Anka who channels Bashar, Wendy Kennedy who channels the Palladians,
Nora Harold, and others would come to be part of
the mix, part of the big mix of researchers and
other contact ease and.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Whatnot.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
And it was in that time that I discovered the channeling,
you know, from Darryl and Wendy, and Wendy was sort
of telling me about her experiences and what channeling was,
and and for me it really fit right over like
a glove with all of the evidence based research that
(04:04):
I was doing all the kind of missing pieces that
I was not getting from the evidence baseduff. The channeling
filled in the gaps for me. So I became even
more curious and I started pursuing. I thought, well, nobody
else is going down this road. I think I should
do it. So in twenty fourteen I started interviewing. My
(04:25):
first interview was with Wendy Kennedy and then that's when
the show, the concept of the show started going, and
then eventually I think it was twenty seventeen or eighteen
when Guy I picked it up and then we did
three seasons.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Good for you. You and I met at Big Bear, didn't we.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
That's right. Yeah, I had a great time Alien Snowfest.
I think Tom just reminded.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
Me gets cold out there, didn't it.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
Yeah, especially at the time of the year. I think
we were there like January, so that was just.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Before closed in January.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
Yeah, and it was it was chilly.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
It was actually a mild winter that year compared to
what we had the past few years.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
Well, tell us about the documentaries and the channeling.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
So so what what I sought out to do was,
you know, the idea of the concept was, if you know,
there's the great researchers out there that are doing all
their work, the evidence based stuff. I thought, well, what
you know, what if let's just let's let's go along
with this channeling thing, as.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
If if it was real, if you could just talk to.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
An alien in a sense, what would that be like?
What questions would you ask? And I sort of started there,
as the people would go into their trans state and
bring through different consciousnesses, I just have casual conversations just
like you know you're you're having now with me, and
(06:00):
ask them big big concept stuff like you know, why
are humans here?
Speaker 3 (06:05):
What's the purpose of life?
Speaker 4 (06:06):
All of those kind of questions we've all wanted to know,
and surprisingly that the answers would would come out kind
of the same. Moving through different states throughout the United
States and then even different continents and even interviewing people
in different languages, channelers in different languages, there seemed to
(06:30):
be a through line, a consensus with all of these
interviews with sort of the structure of reality what we're
doing here. And I don't know if it was just
the luck of the draw with the channelers that I
picked that I had these conversations with, or if this
is actually really the way the world is set up,
(06:52):
but they would.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
Tell me kind of the same thing about how life.
Speaker 4 (06:58):
Works here on Earth and how were part of a
fractal of a greater whole, and yeah, really fascinating stuff.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
Did the channeler pick the ets or how did that happen?
Speaker 4 (07:12):
Yeah, most so most of the channelers that I started with,
because I was interested in the in the UFO phenomenon.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
And and and and sort of ets.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
The the idea of the concept of an e T
was was what was my guiding post for picking the interviews.
And I started with like Wendy and the plates, uh,
you know Bashar and uh Darryl and Bashar well known
uh channeler, and then and then it led into more
collective consciousnesses and then uh even like Earth consciousnesses, and
(07:50):
and even in some cases like uh fairies or it
kind of expanded into a whole bunch of different things.
But so in some cases I would be talking with,
for example, Bashard the individual individualized consciousness, even though he
(08:11):
would say, you know, our race is telepathic, so we're
all interconnected, so it's almost like you're talking to a collective.
But there were subtle differences between talking to say Windy
the ninth dimensional palladiance, which is a collective consciousness as
opposed to an individual consciousness, like an individual being like
(08:32):
you or I. So there's a subtle teason I would
get into in the show. I'd get into like what
is this and what is that? To try to clarify everything.
But yeah, it's the whole gamut of different consciousness. I
think what was some of the even ideas and concepts
of like the wind or you know, what is the
(08:55):
wind is if the wind had a voice, some people
would channel wind consciousness in a sense.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
But and it was just fascinating with how.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
These different types of consciousnesses would have similar but different
viewpoints or.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
Explanations for some of my questions.
Speaker 2 (09:17):
Ruman, how do you know that the channeler was authentic
or really connected with the et?
Speaker 4 (09:23):
Yeah, that's probably the biggest question that everybody hasn't myself included.
It's what I would do is I'd spend time with
the channeler instead of just going for a quick interview.
Usually I would meet them at their home or someplace
that was close to where they were, and I'd get
(09:43):
to know them. I'd spend a few days actually just
getting to know the person and interviewing them in a sense,
not directly on camera, but in my own way just
getting to know this person, what's their lifestyle, who are they?
What are they an authentic person in their personal life.
So what I found is that people who tend to
(10:07):
be you know, have a humble life and not really
out there advertising that I'm this channel or that channel.
They to me, it was just my own discernment, my
own feeling that I got that this person is genuine,
they have nothing to gain from putting on a show,
so to say.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
And then later.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
I once I was around the phenomenon of channeling long enough,
I started to my own senses started to increase, My
intuitiveness started to increase, and I could discern if someone
was going when they were in the trance state, if
how much of their ego would come through. And that's
(10:48):
really I think what's happening in the channel state is
people there's a layer of going into that state, which
most people self induce. It's almost like self induced hypnosis.
And then they reach a point where the ego sort
(11:09):
of takes the personal ego and the personality of that
person sort of takes a back seat, and it allows another,
another conscious, another being to come forward and have the conversation.
So most of the time that people are aware that
they are channeling. I think Lisa Royale Holt she had
(11:30):
said the best analogy that I like to use is
it's like going in the back seat while the driver
becomes someone else, and you're aware that someone is driving,
but at that time you just you're kind of still
going for the ride. So you're there and you can
grab a wheel whenever you want. But I thought that
(11:52):
was quite quite accurate. I did attempt to channel myself
in one of my episodes the Great Barbara Lamb, who
I know you've had on the show many times. I said, Barbara,
I want to can you help me channel? And she's like, well,
I've never done that before. And I said, well, let's
let's try. Let's try it, and she said, yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
That sounds like fun.
Speaker 4 (12:14):
So I had her put me in a hypnotic trance
and the whole goal was to see if I could channel.
And I would say, that's probably the closest I've gotten
to the sensations to feeling what it's like. And the
oddest thing happened, And you know I still use this
analogy today is during the session, it sounded like Barbara
(12:41):
somehow started her voice was even though she was sitting
above me, and I know she didn't move because I
didn't hear her get up and move, but her voice
sounded like it was on the other side of the room.
And I was like, Wow, that is so weird. What's
going on here? And I was sort of like in
real time asking myself, what how does how come her
(13:02):
voice sounds like she's in.
Speaker 3 (13:02):
This other room.
Speaker 4 (13:04):
And then she brought me out of the regression, and
later we talked about it. And then I think that
was me going in the back seat. So she didn't move,
but my my conscious reuben self moved into the back
seat as as Lisa would would call it, of the car.
And then I started saying things that my memory banks
had no I had no memory of saying of like
(13:27):
where did that knowledge come from? So it was like
I was kind of in real time being blown away by.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
What I was saying. I was like, wow, that's really
cool thing to say.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
So that gave me an idea and a concept of oh,
this is what channeling is. Okay, I see, I see
these people are just moving aside, uh and and they're
letting you know, they're letting the information flow through, So
you know, can you tell is there a fool proof
test to tell if someone's authentically channeling or not?
Speaker 3 (13:56):
I don't. I don't think so. I think that depends
on the individual. But I I try to use.
Speaker 4 (14:00):
You know, my discernment in the best way and through
my experience, and now that I've I've done so many
interviews with different channelers, I think I've got a pretty
good filter of the authentic ones and the non ones.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
Well with Ruben Lang then a youpologist and filmmaker and stuntman,
we'll talk a little bit about that career later. Ruben,
what kind of questions did you ask the channeler to
get to the ET?
Speaker 4 (14:28):
Well, actually, the channeler would really just go into their
their alternate state and then the ET would show up
right away. So it wasn't too much getting there or
trying to get the person to get there. They would
just kind of do it for me. Most of the
people I interviewed were already well attuned to reaching that
(14:53):
state on their own, so it'd be just kind of like.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
So basically, you're the one who interviewed the e T Yeah, exactly,
And what were you looking for? What kind of answers, Well,
in are you with?
Speaker 4 (15:08):
You know, our evidence based uphology. I think some of
the bigger questions are, well, who are they? Mainly who
are these beings? And why are they here? Because we
know they're here, you know, the evidence shows that there's
we've been having contact for for years and years. And
I think the biggest sort of conclusive answer from all
(15:34):
of the different beings is Earth is going through this
special time right now. Many call it ascension or leveling up,
or transition or I don't know, there's all kinds of
names for it. And many of these beings have been
here for a long time, but many are returning in
numbers to assist assist us through this great transition, and
(15:59):
that's why we're seen so many lights in the sky,
especially with late Did.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
You ask any of them, I'm curious if they believe
in God?
Speaker 4 (16:08):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, they all they all believe in God.
They word it a little bit different. For example, Bashar
would call it the all that there is, or source
that would be.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
That many would use.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
But then I would ask, well can you explain that?
And then they would say, you know, that would be
essentially what humans how we.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
Use the word God. That is in a sense the
same thing.
Speaker 4 (16:37):
So they believe in a in an almighty creator, and
that they're an aspect of that.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
We're an aspect of that.
Speaker 4 (16:45):
And and in a sense, I guess this idea of
source or all that there is just becoming more connected
with that in our own ways, in our own labels.
But yeah, the you know, the consensus with with everyone.
I didn't think anybody ever, any channel or ever said
(17:06):
that there was no such thing as God.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
Now they all believe.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
That was there. Was there a message that seemed to
keep cropping up during the interviews.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
Let's see, the ascension message was probably the key, the
biggest point.
Speaker 3 (17:21):
But others other messages.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
Let me see, I think the main thing is that
we're never alone, even though it may seem like that
for each each of us individually, no matter what we're
going through, is that just behind the veil, we have assistants.
And many of us don't realize that, and that's part
(17:46):
of part of the game here.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (17:49):
Many many of them associate associated our experience here in
this reality as a quote unquote games like a video game,
and that part of the game is to forget our
connections to go in this deep state of forgetting or
(18:14):
thinking we're disconnected, so the game plays out a certain way.
But they kept reminding me that no matter what, we're
always connected and all we have to do is in
a sense, pick up the phone, and that we can
do that through prayer, through meditation and ask for help,
and usually they would, to the best of their ability,
(18:38):
try to assist. There are they did mention free will
is a big topic we talk about a lot and
depending on certain situations and free will in a sense,
they're not allowed to interfere in many things, very much
like Star Trek. I always referenced Star Trek because the
prime directive they go through that quite a bit.
Speaker 1 (18:59):
