deploying the California National Guard to control protests in Los Angeles.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said Thursday that Trump
is within his rights to deploy the troops. Ruling allows
nearly four thousand National Guard troops to remain deployed in
Los Angeles under control of the president. President Trump says
