You're parry for as long as you are? Ye, here's
month's days, whatever your body does. And then the first
the day of menopause is when you have not had
your period for twelve months exactly. Okay, so after that
day you are now postmenopausal.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
Okay, So I have a question on that. So if
I had a period on February second, twenty twenty four,
is my menopause day February second, twenty twenty five or
March second, twenty twenty five?
Speaker 2 (34:49):
You had your last period that day.
Speaker 3 (34:51):
February second, so then you have to go a full year.
But I had it, so I feel like it would
be March second.
Speaker 1 (34:58):
Wait, I feel like I don't understand, but I'm going
to go with February second, just to keep things week
hold on.
Speaker 2 (35:05):
I got questions, so hate February second was the last
day of your last period twenty twenty.

So here's my thought on it. One year later would
be February second.

Well, guess what it's made, so it really doesn't matter
your menopause your Yeah.

Yeah, for sure, congratulations to me. But it feels like
the first day I missed a period was March second,
So that feels like a year later. But I don't know,
and I also stopped caring.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
That's right, because it's over a year.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
Well you do care because you remember the Dane.

That's I never kept track of that.
