If there's something igative. I'm a good friend. Hi, I'm
Jamie Lee Curtis post of Good Friend on I Heart Radio.
I'm good Friend. I'm talking about friendship with some of
my closest friends and also people I have never met,

(00:20):
and we're talking about all aspects of friendship, sort of
the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don't think
that a friendship is real unless there is that vulnerability
and trust. What I like about the Good Friend podcast
is truth. It's really just inviting people to have a
human experience with me in this moment. Whatever happens, however,

(00:45):
it goes the truth. It comes in different forms, but
you can tell when somebody is telling it to you
with love because they care about you. You have always
done it from me from the very beginning, we get
very deep. There have been a lot of tears, a
lot of laughter, and some very big ideas explored. These

(01:06):
are relatable, intimate conversations about the importance of friendship, about
leaning in and listening. And some of my guests include
to me more different times create different needs and desires
in your friendships. And I feel like as I've gotten older,

(01:28):
I just cherish my female friendships Danny Shapiro, you like
just sat there and trained your attention on me and
your compassion, and you asked me questions and you got
me to just tell you the story. And it was

(01:48):
a gift. Jennifer Gray, It's always such a delicious feeling
to soak in being seen and known and to know another,
and to have a short and to have history and
or even renew people, to be able to recognize that
we are not alone. And those are just a few

(02:09):
of the many people who have had a conversation with
me about how friendship has changed their lives. If if
by some fantastic stoke of fortune, your friendship withstands those
years and you still have similar values, it is such

(02:31):
a gift. Listen and subscribe on the I Heart Radio app,
