Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yes everything celebrity Sauce has for entertainment report what you
got for us?

Speaker 2 (00:06):
So last night, Billboard and Telemundos Latin Women in Music
Awards Honorslene Gomez as Woman of the Year. She did
not attend the ceremony due to a filming conflict because
she's in New York, but Selena like provided a record
video of her accepting the award and she said, quote,
my my Mexican heritage is something that has influenced me.
Representation matters. Some of the most important women in the

(00:28):
entertainment business I have met, they have either they have
been other they have been Latin women. I love the
bond that we all have. Also, I thought this was
really cute. So her fiance Benny Blanco, actually treated her
to her first prom. So if you didn't know, she
was a child star, so she was homeschool she didn't
get to go to prom, but Benny and Selena they
dressed like they were going to prom. They took these
really cute pictures. They jumped the stretch limo and he
instagrammed all of it. It's adorable. They also had a

(00:50):
professional photographer at the mall, Like you know those like
cheesy mallpicks that people are taking like actually they're in
the nineties, kind of like that. And Gary Turner is
again after a split from you know, The Winner from
when he was on The Golden Bachelor of Teresa East.
So Turner has like basically, he said he met his
girlfriend because she split in his DMS. Her name's Lana.

(01:11):
They met on Facebook, so he ignored her message at first,
and then he responded after she shared that she was
from a town near his in Indiana. So Lana is
a retired teacher. She's already met Gary's kids, his friends,
and Gary's actually met her children and her parents. He didn't.
He did say that he didn't believe in love per se,
and then Lana has now made him reconsider and his
brief marriage to Teresa. We talked about this already, but

(01:34):
basically and did three months because nobody wanted to move,
which I thought was kind of wild. Also, he was
diagnosed with cancer, but he seems to be doing great.
He's very optimistic, and he also looks forward to watching
The Golden Bachelor of season two with Lana, which is
super cute. And you know, like when a song get
stuck in your head. I actually got this from the
Washington Post and it is basically called an earworm. So
I thought this was interesting because I told you guys

(01:55):
earlier that I get songs stuck in my head every
single day and it drives me crazy. And like the
Ordinary has been stuck in my head. I'd just been
belting it out on my Hawker Walks says, it's driving
me crazy. I like the song so much, but anyway,
researchers have determined which songs become earworms and how to
heard them from your brain. So repetition is the key
to make cut a catchy song. The secret is combating
an earworm by singing in on catchy songs. So it's

(02:16):
impossible to actually have two songs in your head, is
what Rachel's researchers say. So they said, thank us. Something
boring like the Star Spangled Banner and chewing gum also
helps to erase the song from your head if you
have it on repeat, and it basically occupies the muscles
that you'd otherwise use to sing. So yeah, I thought
that was really interesting. If you're looking for something to
watch this weekend, the caster played the Canadians watched that
on Monumental then if al Draft is continuing on ABC

(02:39):
American Idols also on ABC. Havoc is a new movie
out on Netflix. It stars Tom Hardy, he is a
dated cop and then Brett Goldstein. The second best Nay
Your Life is out on HBM. Thanks Sauceca.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
If you need something to listen to you guy and
your thoughts, show our podcasts out how to know if
it's a one sided friendship, you can listen y miss
radio dot com. I saw this trending. I'm not a
fan of the driving cars like I've had like friends
like in LA posts like tiktoks and videos of like
they're in uber that drives by itself that that's not
my biby. Yes, I don't trust that passengers alarmed as

(03:12):
self driving car kidnapped them and refuses to let them exit.
This is from Austin, Texas. Woman's name is Becky. She
found herself stuck in the middle of an express loop
on the Highway when her self driving taxi aside in
need a break. So imagine being like on the Beltway
and the car sides.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Eh. I've heard this happening more than one so in Austin.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Oh yeah, but they say's been an issue. Yeah. After stopping,
the vehicles seemed off for no way for her and
her passengers to leave, effectively trapping the group on active
highway as cars whit pass. Now, if you ever had
a poll from the side of highway, it's scary how
much of cars shake. And that's on the side of
the highway. Imagine now both sides have cars whizzen by you. Yeah,

(03:56):
so they called customer service, says the car stopped in
the middle of the mopack. I guess that's a toll
loop around Austin, which is frequently listed as the most
dangerous highway in the city. Oh my god, so she says.
Then we're talking to customer support. We kept saying, hey,
we're on the highway, please move the car. Cars can't

(04:17):
talking on us. It would not move, would not let
us out. Video shows the group arguing with live support
as an agent screen prompts writers to quote, please exit.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Now, you can't you're in the middle of a highway.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
While the car keeps chiming vehicle approaching car approaches. So
what happened, Yeah, she says, I understand, we don't have
a way to basically move the car. As the agent said,
they had to keep waiting they send somebody out.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Oh my god. Yeah, yeah that sucks because even every
uber driver I've ever gotten in Austin's pretty wild, like
one like I thought I was gonna die.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Well in this case, like again, I just don't trust
the self driving. No, yeah, that's a that's a nightmare.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Yeah, that's that's terrifying.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Like the car said, ah no, no, I'm good, I'm good. Yeah,
and then talking to the agent, Hey, I don't know
what to tell you, my guy, I'm in the middle
of the highway. Well, just used to the car. Okay,
I'm in the middle of the highway.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
Yeah, my gosh, I'm in the middle lane.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Like literally, yeah, well the car shouldn't be there, I know.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Yeah, like I know.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
And you know they gave him like, well, well this
rides free. This one's on us.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Yeah, give me something.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
I appreciate that so much. We'll put the video up
on the socials at YMS Radio. How to get over
a break up Give me just over three minutes on
