Alyssa and Jason have been dating for over three years and have been actually living with one another for over a year. Alyssa tells us that she thinks they are ready for the next step because they even have a cat together too. However, Alyssa has started to notice that the bed has been made every day she leaves, but it’s as if Jason never slept in the bed at all. At the same time, Alyssa put Post-It notes in the bed to see if Jason would react and he hasn’t mentioned anything at all and she’s starting to worry.

We call Jason pretending to send him a free bouquet of flowers and when we ask him who he wants them sent to, Jason asks if they can be sent to someone named Charlotte. Find out what’s really going on in this week’s War Of The Roses!

Speaker 1 (00:06):
More of the roses on Interns Johnny Your Morning Show.
You think the love of your life is stepping out,
we try to figure out exactly what is going on. Alyza,
good morning, Good morning. There's a lot to take in here.
First of all, thank you for being a nurse. That's
number one off off the topic. You and Jason have
been together?

Speaker 2 (00:25):
How long?

Speaker 3 (00:27):
We've been together for about three years. We've lived together
for about a year or so, so like we're really serious.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Yeah, okay, And how'd you guys meet?

Speaker 3 (00:39):
We met at an engagement party. We have like yeah,
from mutual friends that you know, and then that brought
us together.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
How how long from the engagement party to you guys
being officially dating?

Speaker 3 (00:53):
I want to say maybe like a month or two.
Like we were just like, you know, think, you know,
flirty tack, you know, kind of captivating, and then we
were like all right, we're sure.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
And the reason I bring hup you being a nurse.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
You have a kind of typical nurse schedule where you
do overnight, so from seven to seven, seven pm to
seven am is your usual shift, right, yeah, yeah, yeah right,
and Jason does nine to five. So there's like maybe
some days where you guys don't see each other conscious
like you may see him.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Yeah yeah, basically yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
So let's yeah, and that's kind while we're here, though,
So why are we doing war of the roses?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Like why do you think something's going.

Speaker 5 (01:42):
On so lately like the past couple, because we obviously,
like I said, I'm coming, he's already left.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Yeah, when I'm coming home, he's already basically on his
way away. Sure, there's been a couple of times I've
come home and like the bed hasn't even been made,
not not to a point where like Jason's kind of messy,
he doesn't always do it, but it doesn't even seem

(02:13):
like the bed has been slept in, Like.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Oh wait, okay, wait wait, so I makes you unerstand
the bed is made. It's it's like nobody's slept in it. Yeah, gotcha, gotcha.
Check in the hotel room and the beds already made. Okay,
got you.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Yeah, So it's like where is he Like he's he's
he's not really somebody who likes to make the bet.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
So like, yeah, I.

Speaker 6 (02:41):
Like what is going on?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
I want to speed up a little bit because you've
even gone so far as to put like post it
notes in the bed as almost like test to see
he's actually sleeping there.

Speaker 6 (02:54):
Right, Yeah, So the last time I left to post
a note in the bed like because I made the
bed and I put the toasting note like under the covers,
so when he would like lift the covers.

Speaker 5 (03:06):
Up, he would see it.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
And it was still there, like it wasn't even like
it was like it was ruffled or anything. It looks pristine.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
And I guess the And this is kind of of
the essence time wise, because you're supposed to be at
work right now. You're supposed to work last night seven
to seven o'clock this morning, you took the day off.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
He doesn't know that, right, so he you from what
I'm gathering, you left.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
The house as if you go into work, came back
an hour later, and he's not been back home since
last night.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Is that fair?

Speaker 3 (03:41):
That's exactly correct.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Which that's bizarre. So let's let's do this, Alyssa sauce.
A call from the flower company, off from the roses.
They should go to you girlfriend three years and nurse.
Of course, if they do, we hang up and didn't happen.
If they give somebody else some answers, for you. Okay,
Alight wore the roses just over three minutes on interns

(04:03):
John in your morning show, War the Roses on intern
John in your Morning show, Alyssa, let me recap this.
You and Jason met three years ago at a engagement party,
started dating by a month later, been day for three months,
living together for a year. You work as a nurse.
You have usually these seven pm to seven am shift.
Jason works nine to five, so there's some days where

(04:24):
you guys don't see each other when you're awake. The
reason you wanted to do warre the Roses is there
have been some days where you'd come back to y'all's
place and you know, as the bed was perfectly made.
Jason never may a bed in his life, so you
kind of got the idea, is he even sleeping here?

Speaker 2 (04:41):
You put some posting notes underneath the sheets. Those didn't move.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
And the reason we're here today specifically is you're supposed
to be at work, or were you're supposed to work last.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Night seven pm to seven am. Today, you took it off.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Didn't tell Jason, so last night when you left your
place for by an hour, he thought you're going to work.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
You came back. He is no at the house, hasn't
been there all night? Is that fair?

Speaker 5 (05:04):
That is correct?

Speaker 1 (05:05):
This is a stupid question that my mind goes to.
You met at an engagement party. Is there a reason
that nobody there thought to set you guys up before
or is it just like maybe never crossed the mind
or anything like that.

Speaker 7 (05:20):
Well, the person it was my girlfriend who was getting
who got engaged at this was one of her husbands,
like like Jason him, had big friends, but they actually
have recently reconnected.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Okay, falling out, sure, but you know, like just so
when when they found out you guys were together, were
they in favor?

Speaker 7 (05:51):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Yeah, absolutely she was like, my girlfriend's also not one
of those girls who like wants to set people up
because it's awkward.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Yeah, absolutely, to push people on.

Speaker 5 (06:05):
To get a date.

Speaker 8 (06:06):
I got you.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
So let's say this sauce a call from the flower
company offer Jason the roses. They should go to you
nurse call for a no three years. If they do,
we put them on hold. So as you want to
do they go to somebody else, We'll find out what's
going on. Okay, one second, mom, Also, I would.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Never go to an engagement party. Okay, we run the
same page.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
I did not ask.

Speaker 6 (06:42):
Hi.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
I'm calling for Jason.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
Hi.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
My name is Maria.

Speaker 8 (06:48):
I'm calling you from a new local flower shop. We're
called Wymous Flowers and we're actually doing some new marketing
where we're offering people in the community a free bouquet
of a dozen red roses. So this week, you're a
lucky person that we picked and we just don't need.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
A credit card info.

Speaker 7 (07:03):
And I.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Think I'm okay, I mean okay.

Speaker 8 (07:08):
So we're just trying to like expand within the community.
You know, we can't send the flowers anywhere. We don't
need your credit card info. And you do get a
free Okay. It's like a Google list that they send out.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
Is there any way you can take me off that
I'll see you.

Speaker 8 (07:24):
Off our list if you say yes, And I'm just
kidding you don't. You don't have to say us. But
there's a lot of other people on this list that
can go through. But it is a free bouquet of
roses that you can send anywhere in the country. We're
just trying to get our product out there so that
people come back to us. Since we are a new shop.
The holidays are over and you know, summer's coming. We
just are trying to keep the business going, to make
my mom's streams come true and.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Out all that good stuff.

Speaker 8 (07:43):
So if you're not interested, totally cool. But it is
free and that would help make someone's day and then
you'd also in turn make.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
My mom's day.

Speaker 8 (07:50):
So how about that, oh, I know, helping helping the
local economy. Hate, I hate to see it. I know
you're gonna lie, okay that my mom was together and
you're just gonna come back.

Speaker 4 (08:03):
I'm sure there's someone who are like anywhere.

Speaker 8 (08:07):
Even today. If it's local, my brother will take it out.
I'll have them out of here within like ten minutes,
all right, what the heck?

Speaker 4 (08:15):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Cool?

Speaker 8 (08:16):
Yeah, okay, awesome. Can I get the name of the
person that you're gonna send them to. I was just
gonna make a little file on case you come back.
And I'm like, oh, so and so your girlfriend wife whatever, Charlotte,
Charlotte like like the city, and lest you're like, okay, cool, coo.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Cool, and then what does she do?

Speaker 8 (08:36):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (08:37):
It does that really matter?

Speaker 4 (08:40):
Okay, just a friend they are.

Speaker 8 (08:41):
I just like was asking case you come back and
get her flowers again, and then all of a sudden,
Charlie goes from being your girlfriend to your your fiance,
and I'm like, oh god, you know, we're just trying
to be like part We're trying to be your friends,
like we see you.

Speaker 7 (08:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
McDonald's were like, hey, what's up? Okay, so she's your friend.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Be a good friend, you know.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
Sure?

Speaker 4 (08:59):
And the flower cars like your typical little flower car.
What do you want to say?

Speaker 8 (09:06):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (09:06):
I get a message?

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Yeah, wow, how about this? How about this for a
romantic hello? They say something? Yeah, I said something? The
hell is Starlett?

Speaker 2 (09:29):
Who's the answer, Jason?

Speaker 1 (09:34):

sons Rose here as well. That is your girlfriend Alyssa.

Speaker 3 (09:53):

What is going on?

Speaker 4 (09:57):

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Okay, I thought I was talking to a young lady
about some free flowers.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
See your girlfriend's point, Jason, who is Charlotte?

Speaker 7 (10:05):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Who else is on this call?

Speaker 8 (10:09):
I don't know you.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
That's not the question he's asking about that. Who the
hell is Charlotte?

Speaker 1 (10:16):
What do you mean?

Speaker 3 (10:18):
What do you do you mean? How romantic? Who is Charlotte?
Why are you sending her flowers? Why are you sending
her that mess? Yeah? Anybody?

Speaker 1 (10:28):
I'm not sending it for one, I didn't call anybody.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Also, are you a sleeper now, bro?

Speaker 7 (10:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (10:37):
I was probably resting, but I don't even know what
you guys?

Speaker 3 (10:41):
Are you asking me too many questions?

Speaker 4 (10:43):
Where are you okay?

Speaker 5 (10:44):
All right?

Speaker 3 (10:44):
All right? Well, then here's an easy question. If you're
right now? Where are you right now?

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Where are you resting?

Speaker 7 (10:52):
What do you what do you mean?

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Where do you mean?

Speaker 4 (10:55):
What do you mean?

Speaker 2 (10:56):
You're in the house.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
You're in the house. Where are you in our house?

Speaker 4 (10:59):
I don't look you don't know where you are?

Speaker 3 (11:03):

house because you're not in the bold. I am in
the moron. I don't know what two guys are talking about.
