is another beginning. Today is the day that the Lord
has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.
There's absolutely no reason why you should not adhere to that,
be glad in it. Look, whatever's going on in your life,

God gonna get you through it. That's a fact, just
like He's done every other thing. That's a fact. That's
why would today be any different. The reason He woke
you up today is because He ain't through with you yet.
Understand that I'm looking forward with great expectations of what
God would do for me today.

I expect to see progress in my life.

I expect to be able to cope and deal with
everything that's coming my way because I'm under the protection
of God Almighty.

They say this man the difference between arrogance and confident.
You know, sometimes they'll say like, well, this person is arrogant,
and they may feel that I'm not area I'm just confident.
So how do you see the difference, because.

To me, well I've heard it too.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
But you know, what arrogance is is what it is
when my confidence bumps up into your insecurity.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Now all of a sudden, I got to be arrogant.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
No, man, No, it's just I happen to be confident
and it bumps up into your insecurities. And now since
you can't cope with that, you're gonna label it arrogance.
It's not not an arrogant person at all. Arrogant people
don't help other people. Arrogant people don't encourage other people.
Arrogant people are self serving. Arrogant people it's all about

them and never about nobody else. Now I know that
be a narcissist, that could be a selfish person or whatever,
but I ain't none of that, So I don't really
understand it. Man, understand it. And so you know the
part you have to do is to thine own self,
be true and know who you are, and know who

you are and go on and live your life, because
I'm telling you right now. Them other people, them haters,
they gonna label you so it fits into their narrative.

I've seen two.

People get together and be so completely wrong, I mean
dead wrong, but talk to each other and create a narrative,
whereas everybody wrong but them.

I've even sat with a guy who did me.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Wrong, and then I heard come out of his mouth
I feel like this was his quote. I feel like
I've done nothing wrong. I told him, I said, young man,
let me tell you something. When I was living in
the car and I was stealing gas, I was putting
gas in my car and driving off without paying. I said,

I was doing that to survive. Now I can fix
in my mind all I want. I felt like I
was doing nothing wrong because I was trying to survive.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
You still was doing wrong, bro, You still committed. You
was wrong.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
You stealing? Now why you did it? You can fix
that in your mind all you want. So people do that.
I don't worry about.
