Speaker 1 (00:00):
Eight six, six, nine, two, seven, forty three sixty one
is the number.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's April Fool's Day.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
We want to talk to you about an April Fool's
prank you were a part of. Can I'll see the
talk back microphone if you want to Toby and Chilly
in the morning. You're at ninety seven point one wash FM,
and thankfully Chilli, we were just comparing notes. We haven't
been a part of anything super elaborate.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
No, because we don't trust anybody.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
No, No, I mean I played part in a prank
where somebody left there. Remember AOL had instant message. Yes, yeah, Well,
we used to run this radio station I worked at
with instant messengers, and so myself and the guy who
did mornings at the time, God rest his soul, we
would hijack the people's aim and we would send notes
to people.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
And one of the notes we sent was to.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
Our boss saying that I quit, and we sent it
from someone else who's still, by the way, works here.
That's about as far as we ever took it because
she got really upset, you know, the guy.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Thinking that it was an That's why I don't take
part in pranks, because revenge is a thing. And today
my advice to anybody is just don't trust anybody.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Yeah, remember that karma will come knocking.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Just because it's April Fool's Day doesn't mean it's okay, Toby,
it's silly in the morning, it's ninety seven point one WATCHFM. However,
there have been pranks played, Jessica, what went down with
this spider?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
A couple of years ago, my husband put like a
sake tarantula and like my lamp next to my bed.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
So when I woke up.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
In the morning and I turned the light on, it
was there.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
I screamed so loud.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
I swear he took like three years off my life.
I was so mad, But at least now I kind of,
you know, expected, So.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
If my husband try to pull that, he'd be sleeping
on the couch for.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
A long time.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
By the way, thank you so much for jumping into
the conversation this morning in Woodbridge. Now let's go to April.
Who's in Kensington? What happened with the mayonnaise on a sandwich?

Speaker 4 (01:54):
So my sister one time filled my mayo with teppaste
that I made a thorny sermis every morning, and she
knows yoke.

Speaker 5 (02:03):
Scooped out all the mayout and put intensity face.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
It was disgusting and wasteful, but thank you for calling
to share that story with us.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
We're glad we weren't you.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Kindra and Tacoma Park is hanging on the line to
talk to us about an April Fool's prank that she
had played on her. We're told me and Chilly in
the morning, it's ninety seven point one watch FM and
eight sixty six nine two seven forty three sixty one
talkbacks wide open too. Chilly and I were talking about
some of the ones that we may or may not
have been involved in earlier, and we kind of came
to the conclusion that karma is a thing, so be

(02:34):
very careful if you tempt fate today.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
And if something is too good to be true today,
it's probably a fake April Fool's prank.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Now, Kendra, what happened?

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Oh my goodness. So a couple of April fools days ago,
my cousins took my phone and texted my ex that
I was still in love with him, which I saw
that and immediately started crying because I had broken his
heart and I felt horrible. And later on they revealed it.
They actually changed my cousin's name in the contact to

(03:02):
his name, so luckily it wasn't real. It was just
a prank, but I was freaked out.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
Oh my god, that is traumatizing. And shouldn't there be
a rule Toby that if you're going to prank somebody today,
let them off the hook pretty quickly?

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Well, Chilly, yes, yes, I agree with you and Kendra.
That's what they should have done for you instead of
making you cry. I mean, that's exactly remember what we
said about that Karma thing.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
And thanks for calling.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
It's eight sixty six, nineteen seven forty three sixty one
Toby and Chilly in the morning.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Speaking of karma, Jay and Lanham. What happened when I
was a kid, I was in the Scouts.

Speaker 6 (03:36):
I was one of the older Scouts at the time,
and the younger kids were some of them are cool,
and some of them were jerks. One of our friends
his parents sent a care package with chocolate laxatives, so
the kids who were jerks got a little of that,
and there're some more and then we watched them run
to the outhouse all night.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
And that's the last time y'all got bullied.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Karen hanging in Anne and Dale this morning. What happened?

Speaker 5 (03:58):
This was before I had a set phone that had
an automatic update of time and date. But I had
a boyfriend that changed the time to three hours later,
and so when I woke up, I thought I was
late for work and I.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
Was so mad.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
And when I found out the truth, I was so mad.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
I didn't talk to him for a week.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
And he did it to every clock in the house
and my car.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
That's some serious dedication right there.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
It was thorough
