First day Trinidad. Good morning in Arlington. Welcome Chili and
I are all ears and the floor is yours.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
It was during a weekend that there was a big
boxing match between Oscar de Laoja and Felix Trinidad. So
I was in this birthday party. It was at a
house in Georgetown. We walked, we all walked together, the
whole group. We walked towards a club and when we
were walking, there was this guy who started talking to

(00:30):
me and he asked me my name, and I said Trinidad,
and he said, oh, my name is Phelix, Felix Trinidad,
like the boxer fighting this weekend. He gave me his
card and then we got to the restaurant. We sat
at different side, so we didn't talk anymore. And then
after that, a few weeks later, maybe I went to

(00:51):
that same restaurant and I saw him, but I don't
remember his name. So then he's like, I gave you
my card. I said, oh, this is Felix, okay, So
I invited him to go to my art exhibit. At
the time, I used to have, you know, art shows,
and he went and then we you know we went

(01:12):
out together, we stayed talking four hours in the first date,
and almost twenty two years later, we're still married.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
So going back to that first date with this guy,
what made that date so special that you guys ended
up seeing each other again.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
He seemed to be a very nice person.
