to talk to Bobby White with a Greater Memphis Chamber,
and uh, I didn't get to ask him a whole
lot of stuff, but we talked a lot about x
A I, and uh, there are people that still have
concerns and that still have questions, even after talking to

Bobby White. I still I still have questions. Uh, and
not because I necessarily have them, but I was talking
to a friend who listened to the show, and he
had questions and now that you know when when he
but there were questions that I had too, because you know,
I want to know with these gas or were they

the turbines that they have. I think they're like fifteen
of them. And Bobby talked about them too when he
talked about how you know, they don't emit as much
pollution as as you know, we think that they do.
They're not, you know, so at any rate. Uh, people
are you know, criticizing the XAI supercomputer's impact on the community,

and so they're talking about all of that, and you know,
it's just kind of got me thinking, fifteen methane turbines,
uh huh, permanently in our community and I hear, you know,
there's very there's very little pollution, and that the way
that they're built, and this is what Bobby told me,
the way that they're built, they're built to not pollute

as much as you know, some things out there do pollutes.
So that's why Mayor Young, I guess, is saying there's
going to be minimal pollution. But one thing he also
said that I thought was interesting. Mayor Young over the weekend,
I saw where he said that he's working on an ordinance,
the first of his kind in Memphis that dedicates a

portion of tax revenue created by x AI to support
projects and improvements in the three eight one nine zip code.
What about the people around it? You know what I'm saying.
I know that's where you know, the you know, the
computer is housed in that area, and those folks are

definitely concerned. But I think we're all, you know, uh,
somewhat concerned. I did, let me say this, I did
appreciate Bobby answering a lot of the questions that he
answered for me, because he did help me out. And
ain't gonna lot to you y'all gonna have to go
listen to it because and forgot everything, you see everything.

But he explained some things to me, and I was like,
you know what, it was a better explanation and I've
gotten from anybody. He kind of put it in, laid
it out, in Layman's terms, So thank you Bobby White
for that. I still got questions, still got questions, especially
about those turbines, you know, and what are they needed for?

Are they needed for the supercomputer? And I didn't ask him.
I don't think I asked him that question. So I
did tell him that he had he needed. I needed
him to come back so that we could talk some
more about this, you know, and just just help the
community understand, because you know, we woke up one morning
