Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yeah, if you've been drinking your water, I asked. From
being nosy, I found out, you know, if you don't
get enough water in your body, you can.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Have all kinds of issues.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
A lot of folks, you know, you you, you know
a lot of us we have issues and problems because
we're not drinking enough water. Don't you know that your bodily,
your everything in your body, or organs in your body,
they need water.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
To function because you are mostly water. You know what
I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
And if you don't have water. As a matter of fact,
my water app is telling me I need a simple
or water right now. But I'm gonna tell you.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
It's good for you. So I just want to get that.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Reminded of somebody who whose doctor said you need to
drink more water, and if he hadn't told you that,
that might be what you need. Because I didn't know.
I've been reading a lot about water since I got
this water app. I didn't know you could be foggy,
you know, your brain, fog and all that stuff because
you ain't got enough water in yourbody. I don't overdo it.
(01:03):
You don't want to overdo it, because there is such
a thing as drinking too much water, or, as my
aunt Helen would say, too merch water. There is such
a thing. So yeah, be easy with that water. Drink
it now, be easy with it. Okay, all right, don't
(01:24):
overdo it. Make sure you get enough of it cause
you need it. Let me say a big old thank
you to that person that sent me these golgeous flowers.
Whoo about to run up out of here or shout
(01:47):
or something? Miss King? Is Michelle King? Miss Michelle you
doing all right? It's miss King? You listening, Carolyn, my bff,
you listening? Girls, somebody send me some golgeous flowers with
a man with a man, what a mighty good man.
You have felt like you ever felt like you had
(02:09):
You've been out somewhere and somebody was really nice to you.
Maybe they paid for something and you got up there
and you were like, I don't owe anything, or you know,
something like that, anything like that ever happened to you,
and you thought, was that an angel?
Speaker 2 (02:23):
You know what I'm saying, Has.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
If anybody ever been so good to you that you
just like, I can't believe it. I just I just
can't believe anybody'd be just nice to me. You know
what I'm saying you ever had a moment like that
with all the stuff that's happening in this world, because
there's some things going on and a lot of a
lot of people are afraid right about now, you know,
because there's so much going on. As we saw it.
(02:49):
We saw it where there's whole trading things going on.
And Trump's talking about raising the tariffs for China to
one hundred folk.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
A set starting tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
What he said, he said, them country, the mother country,
they need us more than we need them. What he said,
mm hmmm, And he says the US has the Well listen,
this is what he said. This is what he said.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
Country was the strongest believing or not.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
From eighteen seventy to nineteen.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Thirteen, you know why, it was all tariff based.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
We had no income tact.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Then in nineteen thirteen, some genius came up.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
With the idea of.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
Let's charge the people of our country, not foreign countries
that are ripping off our country.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Now, what is it?
Speaker 6 (03:33):
What is it?
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Drow so honey said tomorrow, Uh, China, y'all get ready
for it. Meanwhile, China's over there laughing at us. I mean,
they got commercials and yeah, they're mocking us, mocking the
tariffs and all that stuff. Yeah me, m m m so,
so I saw somebody do the math. So say, so, say,
for instance, you get a bundle of something for one
(03:55):
hundred dollars, you getting it from, you know, over China
wherever it is coming from, and the tariffs, okay, they
one hundred and four percent, right, So how much is
it gonna cost you if you buy one hundred dollars
worth of something? Because really you shouldn't be paying all
that China's supposed to be paying it, but you know
they're gonna pop pass them them charges on to us.
(04:15):
So anyway, they say, the final cost with one hundred
and four percent tariff is gonna be two hundred and
four dollars if you're buying something from something for one
hundred dollars, Tell y'all, Mark Cuban said yesterday, y'all better
buy stuff. You better stock up on some things, toothpaste
and all them essential things, because there are gonna be
people that are gonna use the fact that the tariffs
(04:39):
are out there to just raise prices.
Speaker 2 (04:42):
That's what he said.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
And I believe in you remember what we went through
during COVID and the people were price goalging us, Price
Goallege and just raise and everything.
Speaker 7 (04:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Man, But anyway back to this, So you have had
that that had one of those moments where you thought, oh,
it's just too good to be true, and you are
when you left, you thought was that an angel?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
You know it happened to you.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Because honey, is happening to me right now? I'm just wondering,
am not the only one? M things that happen that
feel like they're too good to be true? You know
what I'm saying. Maybe it's a love you're in love
and you feel like, oh this is too good to
be true. Maybe you met a woman Fellas and you're like,
(05:34):
oh man, it's too good to be true. Well, ladies,
maybe you met a man and you're like, oh man,
it's too good to be true. Or maybe your man,
you know that you're with your significant other Fellas, you're like,
oh man, Steven Angela. Maybe they got that situation where
every now and theyre in it, they ask themselves, oh man, this.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Is too good to be true.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
You have had a moment like that, Like I said,
I've just wondered if it was just me. Somebody get
your get these kids in Memphis. Get these kids in
North Memphis. Y'all see the woman on TV on WRG
them kids was at her door just ringing the doorbell
and running off, ringing the bell, running off, ring a bell, running.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Down there, all on video. And why 't mama saw
him on that video? And you know what she did?
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Come on here, she can come on here, Junior, I'm
taking you to this woman house and you FeelA apologize.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Said, well, he's gonna be on punishment and you gonna come.
Whether she need her grass cut or her house, you
help her clean her house.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Edie says.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
The young boy did apologize, the mother taking responsibility, but
it's the conversation that Skuyler hopes others here.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
You can't be out here doing this, I said, because
I don't want you to end up in a body bag.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
I don't want that.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
Yeah, because these kids see they think that's funny. But
these ain't the days in times to be knocking on
people's doors like that because you don't know who on
the other side of that door or what they might do.
Do you know what I'm saying? And I was looking
at the video because wrig had the story. I was
looking at the video, and these kids don't have no
shirt on. Come on, come on, yeah, what are you
doing now? They blocked out the faces on wrig But
(07:14):
I'm sure those you know, those videos are out there
somewhere because the mama saw it and she took her
son over to this woman's house and made him apologize.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
So yeah, teachable moments.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
Is too much going on in this country for the
kids to be outside pranking people, especially older people. You
know what? Anybody teachable moments? Okay, now I'm gonna ask
y'all a question. Then we're gonna get onto these phones
because y'all are already calling to see what's going on.
(07:47):
What's on y'all?
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Mind?
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Let me real quick read a couple of emails. Here
Stephanie Lee, Hey Stephanie, she said, checking in. I've been
out of the loop for a few days. Boy have
I missed you and the callers. But I'm here listening
to you from my car today. Can't wait for the
stormy conversations. Love you and your show, Keep on keeping on,
(08:09):
Thank you, sister. I got a message from mister Sweeney
early this morning. He was like it was early today,
he said, I'm waiting on the storm and conversations. I
was like, oh my goodness, it's really early. I said,
I appreciate that seven parted seven in the moment. Anyway,
last question, and I'm coming to the phone because we
got to talk. Okay, this is from a young man,
(08:31):
so I got sent this. I'm not sure if he
sent it or who sent it, but I also saw
this on Reddit, and I just want to share with
you guys. Okay, he says, my wife is twenty seven
and I'm twenty eight. My wife has a friend, a
bit of a close friend. In fact, she's been friends
(08:52):
with since the past two years. I don't like her
at all, and a lot of people find her insufferable.
This weekend, my wife told me that she's going to
her friend's house and you know, she gonna spend some
time over there. They're gonna be drinking, he might get
a little other board. And she says she's gonna take
a cab. He said, nope, picking you up. I'll be
there at ten. Told my wife that she won't be
(09:15):
booking no cab on uh. And then he says he
showed up to the friend's place and saw the women
drinking and dancing and screaming.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
But you know where his wife was.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Passed out on the couch, passed out. He gets there,
came a little early. You know what he did. He
picked her up, was getting ready to pick up the friend.
The insufferable friend says, nah, uh uh uh, you can't
take her. And he's like, what do you mean I can't.
This is my wife taking my wife home. Plus she's
(09:48):
passed out, so they almost you know, go to blows
him and the friend y'all okay. Anyway, he gets her home.
The wife she's sick. I mean, she's throwing up all
that kind of stuff, and brought her home sick all night.
She didn't know what was going on. But he told
(10:10):
the friend. He said, I tell you what, don't come
over my house no more.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
Hum said, I'm done. He said, I'd be lying if
I said I didn't. You know, enjoyed the fact that,
you know, I'm her husband and I'm keeping her safe,
you know.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
But he said, I'm fed up with this friend. Fed up,
that's what he said.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
He said, I'm not trying to be no controlling husband
or anything like that. But his wife already told him.
And here's the other thing. He said, I know you
know my wife be drinking thing, but she over there
and I won't take care of my wife because that's
my responsibility as her husband. I went to pick her
up and the friend we almost went to blows because
I came to her house to pick my wife up
(10:58):
and she got upset, so he told her don't ever
come to my house again. So who's asking people? Am I?
Speaker 2 (11:06):
Am I wrong?
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Am I wrong? Sure? I was a bit angry, but
my angry was with not without a reason. And if
I appear to be a controlling husband, I think my
wife's situation warrants it, and I'm just doing what I
think is best for my wife. Yeah, what do y'all
think about it? Did he handle the situation correctly?
Speaker 2 (11:30):
I think it did.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
I think he's a hero, and I think when his
wife get herself back together, she gonna think him in
more ways than one. Mm hm. I think he's a hero.
So you guys tell me what you think about it,
and let's get into these calls. Let's get to let's
get to these conversations. WD.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
I A hello, good evening to me.

Speaker 6 (12:08):
Now yeaes sir, and there's another stormy conversation. Yeah, yeah, yeah,

today today and I really greatly appreciated. And then one
(12:30):
more thing is quite refreshing that theyby talk to you today.
Speaker 8 (12:34):
I mean, I'm.
Speaker 6 (12:35):
I'm absolutely happy to talk to you. Now let's get
to the negative factor. Well, you've got you've got, you
got people for a lot. And listen to this Malaukeey.
For a long time talking about Trump. You have one
man saying that Trump looks presidential.
Speaker 5 (12:56):
You know.
Speaker 6 (12:57):
Then you you have another man saying, given time and
another man said this up there in Denver somewhere. Is
that married us don't know what she's talking about, and
she'd be on point one of percent's hands down, Nobody
doubt about it every time she talks. Now, my question is,
(13:20):
and then I'm gonna go through a quickness and then.
Speaker 1 (13:22):
I'm gonna be done.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
Since Donald Trump has been in office, what has he
done for the people? Tell me now, hit me out here.
Maybe it's something I missed, And what build.
Speaker 8 (13:39):
Had he passed?
Speaker 6 (13:40):
What has he done for the American people.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
Could you please.
Speaker 8 (13:46):
Answer that for me?
Speaker 9 (13:47):
Ma'am.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
Oh, I'm not answering that question that I'm My job
is to sit here and ask y'all questions.
Speaker 6 (13:53):
So you tell me, I totally and I'm sluteless. Since
he's been in the office, he held file sell on
all of the government buildings. Then he find government workers
all over the place. He's talking about getting rid of Medicare, Medicaid,
(14:15):
cutting social security. Your full oh one cake is now
a two to oh one k.
Speaker 9 (14:21):
Thanks, not mine?
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Not mine. I checked mine yesterday because I want to
see if y'all was right. Mind look good?
Speaker 6 (14:27):
Well, I just want to go down because you got
to understand something.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
For what he's doing.
Speaker 6 (14:32):
We in the bad chap and then he's sending people
off to concentration camps where they are guilty or not.
Then you're taking you want to take Greenland by force?
Makes no sense. He wanted to dismantle the Department of Education.
That makes no sense to me. And his golf in
escapade since.
Speaker 9 (14:52):
He's been doing it.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
Because the American people twenty six million dollars.
Speaker 8 (15:00):
And then when you come in with the terrors, we.
Speaker 6 (15:03):
Lost ten trillion dollars. Oh makes no sense. And how
here all these people Tuesday horn for Donald Trump? And
I still say, whoever voted for Donald Trump need to
check up from.
Speaker 8 (15:21):
The necklace and pins.
Speaker 6 (15:22):
Why if their brains with dynamite, it wouldn't be enough
to blow their nose. And the place to me is
with Stormy Tea the experience in seventy w G. I ah,
thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
I almost say it with him.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
I almost say thank you very much because I knew
it was coming. I almost said it with him. Okay,
let me read a couple of emails here. Mister Banks says,
happy Sunday Tuesday. Heye jamming, I was jamming missus. Carlburgs
I wasn't playing with it today, still ain't playing with it.
Our Clyde says, you know, he was right about taking
(16:01):
his wife home and he needs to get on his
wife about her drinking. I believe her friend was going
to try to take advantage of her. And you know
what I mean. Yeah, I was reading a little bit
more into what he was saying too, and he was
saying that the friend is upset. They're mad at him,
you know. So he told the wife about it, and
(16:24):
the wife is like cool, you know, and she she
realizes that it was so bad her you know situation
being over that package. He was like, she passed out.
Ain't no tell him what could have happened to her?
And there is such a thing as alcohol poisoning. I
don't know if people know about that.
Speaker 6 (16:40):
WD I A hello, cool, Chase, AM bringing you beautiful
guys today.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
Ooh, thank you, Prince Charles. I want them beautiful skies.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Thank you, You're welcome.
Speaker 6 (16:53):
You're welcome, Stormy. That afternoon to you your calling and
to your listeners.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
Yes, good afternoon to you number one.
Speaker 8 (17:00):
All right, you know.
Speaker 6 (17:02):
Story, Before I go into it, I want to say this, yere,
I got to give about a big, big birthday shout me.
I do that real quickly, absolutely to a very very
dear friend of mine, my financial consultant. I want to
thank her and her mother, the one who's having a
birthday today. Her name is Sharon Todd, her mother is
(17:24):
Dorothy Todd. Those are my financial addisors, and today is
Sharon's birthday. And I just want you to know that
I appreciate you and what your mother has done over
the decades of dealing with my fan answers. I cannot
thank you enough. I thank God and everything that comes
with you. I hope you have many more special events
(17:47):
like this. But Sharon Todd, today is your day from
Prince Charles.
Speaker 10 (17:52):
Happy birthday.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Oh, happy birthday, Sharon.
Speaker 6 (17:57):
There you go, Hey, Stormy, ask your question because you
and my want to do the same exact thing. And
I've noticed women do the same exact thing. In the
scene I'm about to act you. Oh, like if I
watch a car, I walk the car. I just got
to watching your car. I just bacuum it out. Oh,
we're gonna get something to eat, everything else something. I'm like,
(18:17):
what is this all things?
Speaker 11 (18:19):
I love your daughter?
Speaker 6 (18:20):
Oh, I'm like, okay, this's gotta be a female thing
because y'all all do it with the girlfriend to watch
the movies. Oh, you want to get something to eat,
Like okay, I want to stairs. Okay, we just try.
(18:40):
Oh my goodness, you gotta do that. And I noticed
you do that all the time.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
I don't know, we just yeah, I think it's a
it's a sign of appreciation because you know, like I said,
in this world that we're living in today, it's so
much that's crazy right now.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
So when good things happen.
Speaker 12 (18:59):
It.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
I think it's kind of a aha moment where you're
you know, you're allowing yourself to sie a little bit, yeah,
to say, wow, this is beautiful. And sometimes it helps
you take the moment in I think too, you.
Speaker 6 (19:11):
Know, Okay, okay, all right.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
Don't you feel good?
Speaker 1 (19:14):
Doesn't it make you feel good when somebody appreciates what
you're you know, the things that you do for them.
Speaker 10 (19:20):
I do.
Speaker 4 (19:20):
I do.
Speaker 6 (19:21):
It's like a bed of commork and it's not like
I was looking for it, but I do thank people,
you know, who do nice things for me. Trust me,
I like to reward people that do nice things for
me in a big way as that possibly can.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
So you know what, I saw something today, Prince Charles,
want me to cut you off. I saw something today
on a TV show, and I'm gonna tell you about
the TV show because the show is good. And the
girls told the guy, she said, you don't have any
money in the bank, and he was like, huh, and
she said, it's when you do nice things for people.
(19:57):
It's it's it's that puts money, and it puts, you know,
money in your bank. And if you don't, if you
don't when you you're always expecting for people to do
something for you and you never put anything in, it
means you ain't got nothing in the bank. So Prince
Charles is sounds like you got a lot in the
bank and I'm not talking about your bank.
Speaker 6 (20:18):
Well, I'm gonna take that compliment, and I'm gonna be
Honestwitchy Storman. I'm not good at taking compliments, but from you,
I know it's genuine, So I believe it at that pace.
So there you go. There go, So let's move on.
I know I don't have much munch time, but I
gotta get I have to get quickly, real quick. Well,
(20:39):
if I was married, if I was married and that
had happened to my wife, you did you h hockey stick?
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Yeah? There you go.
Speaker 10 (20:46):
Yes, I would have been.
Speaker 6 (20:48):
Right there on top of them, Like, why don't write
I'm not gonna let any kind of harm come to
my wife or my girlfriend, whatever kake it may be. No,
it is my job. It's my duty to make sure
that she's safe. I don't care who she's around, family, friends,
or pole. That is our job is to protect the
ones that we care about and we love the most. Yeah,
so he did exactly what he should have. If he
(21:11):
hadn't done it, I would have been upset and for
the for the woman's girlfriend to intervene and try to
jump in, and no, she's like going going anywhere. She
she'd have been looking at next week and wonder how
she got there, because I'm not gonna let anybody hurt
anything that I truly care about.
Speaker 10 (21:29):
So he did.
Speaker 6 (21:30):
But you know what, Sorman, when you said that, I
had to I had to be it diggle it deeper.
And I'm asking myself, does her friend have homosexual tendency?
Because the way he described the situation, yeah, said yeah,
I'm saying to myself, she not going to take a
hold on this is my wife. I don't you better
get out of my way before you find out yourself
(21:51):
at a at the regional medical Center.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
Yeah, really quick.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
But you know, Charles, there are people in this world.
There are people in this world, and and and thank
you for calling in for shit you call it. I'm
gonna have to let you go. There are people in
this world who think they can bully you, and they
can tell you what to do. You know what I'm saying,
don't matter you know how old you are, stuff, like Pete.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
There are people in this world.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
If they can take advantage of you, they will do it.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
W D I a hello.
Speaker 13 (22:19):
Do man?
Speaker 11 (22:20):
How are you doing up there.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Mister Henry Lee?
Speaker 1 (22:23):
How are you?
Speaker 13 (22:25):
Oh?
Speaker 11 (22:25):
I'm doing real good.
Speaker 8 (22:27):
Good.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
I'm doing good up here too. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (22:30):
Yeah, I think I'll get you out cold today.
Speaker 6 (22:33):
Thank you. He little wit kober and picked up me
a couple of bags and apples today.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
Oh nice.
Speaker 11 (22:41):
And I heard you say some drinking that water.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
That's what I do.
Speaker 11 (22:45):
I drink water and eat them apples.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Oh that's good, that's real good.
Speaker 11 (22:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
They say an apple to day.
Speaker 11 (22:54):
Oh I feel about two of them a day.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Mmm.
Speaker 11 (22:57):
Okay, yeah, I like them on green apples.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 11 (23:06):
I heard somebody and I was told stop calling the name.
And I ain't gonna call her name. But I heard
somebody say she's cooking yesterday.
Speaker 8 (23:16):
I heard her.
Speaker 11 (23:19):
And you know, a stormy sometime I get imagining things,
you know. I heard her she said, oh I'm cooking
or some I said, man, that makes me feel good,
make me wish she's cooking something me. Yeah, but I

be who she wanted to be. Okay, Miss Morel says Stormy,
(27:38):
that husband was one hundred percent correct. He was looking
out for his wife. And that friend isn't a friend
because she wouldn't have allowed her to get drunk like that.
Miss Petri says, congratulations on the flowers. Thank you, Stormy.
Was this from Jackson? Inquiring minds want to know a Jackson? No,

Speaker 4 (29:35):
Never mind he thought I was. But I don't want
to continue to the other one apart.
Speaker 8 (29:40):
What's up, mister Henry.
Speaker 4 (29:42):
Let me let mister Henry get his jolly's off anyway,
he can dream about how it used to be. Just

Speaker 2 (29:52):
The jollie go off on this show.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
Now, keep going, he shouted, ridiculous.

Okay, I got, I got three points of the lesson job. Okay,

Speaker 1 (30:07):
It was good? It was good, It was it was yeah,
little Saturday was a little scary, but other than that,
it was good.
Speaker 4 (30:14):
Did you get your mean?
Speaker 13 (30:16):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (30:23):
Okay, none of your business, because.
Speaker 8 (30:27):
I know you went to the closet anyway anyway.
Speaker 4 (30:31):

Speaker 2 (30:34):
The storm. It was because of the storm.
Speaker 6 (30:37):
But you gotta need now and keep going.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
Okay, I know she got in that closet anyway, youth
I was referee in all weekend youth basketball and parents,
they've gone, they've gone completely crazy crazy.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
What about those kids that were knocking on that lady's door,
Like that kid in North Memphis, the ones I talked
about earlier. The woman said she was scared that somebody's
gonna shoot him or something, so she called the police.
And then the mom came over and brought the child
with her and said, honey, if you need your yard
cut or whatever, he's coming over here to do it.
Speaker 10 (31:22):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (31:23):
Okay, Yeah, I missed your monologue because you know, I don't.
I don't know drive while using the phone or.
Speaker 8 (31:29):
Anything like that. I can't.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
I can't do it.
Speaker 4 (31:34):
I missed your monologue. I was doing something. That's what
I was doing.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
You know, I know exactly what you do.
Speaker 8 (31:45):
Let me get to my top Let me get to.
Speaker 2 (31:46):
My top five. Okay of what.
Speaker 4 (31:50):
Let let me let me do this. Okay, you just
sit back.
Speaker 2 (31:57):
All right, go ahead, jack.
Speaker 4 (31:59):
Well, okay. Top five Top five ways to end the
conversation with me. Top five ways to end a conversation
with me. Number five, bragging about over and over about
your child. Nobody wants to hear you brag over and
over about your child. Number four, cussing every word. Number
(32:23):
three to end the conversation with me standing right in
front of my face, step back. I love when the
pandemic demic was here. You know, I just tell people
six heed or six sph, whatever it is. Number two,
Number two constantly saying you hear me, you hear me,
(32:48):
you hear me. And the number one conversation killer that
we're in the conversation with me is bad breath. I'm
not talking about more. I'm not talking about morning breath.
I'm talking about well, what's the second letter in the
aspect suld be and you put a too old, too
old on the end. I'm talking about.
Speaker 8 (33:10):
That kind of breath. Do people really know they have
bad breath?
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Who are you asking me?
Speaker 2 (33:19):
I know you don't. Do you ask ask the people
out there?
Speaker 1 (33:26):
Do anybody want to call an.
Speaker 2 (33:28):
Answer that.
Speaker 8 (33:31):
Because you put your hand to your face.
Speaker 1 (33:33):
But look at Jackson, somebody might be asking that question
to you.
Speaker 4 (33:39):
Well, give me a med then I don't mind get
if you give me a man.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
Oh okay, all right, okay, and I got I got
another point.
Speaker 6 (33:48):
Uh uh.
Speaker 1 (33:53):
That's my top one. How to end a conversation with me.
There you go, you out of here.
Speaker 2 (34:04):
Hey, you're gonna you're gonna do your clothes.
Speaker 1 (34:07):
You're gonna do it.
Speaker 4 (34:09):
I'm gonna do it. Shall better love.
Speaker 8 (34:19):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (34:20):
He did say something that was interesting. I saw Jay Henderson.
She posted this. She said, when I was in college,
a dude told me that men don't like women who
use a lot of profanity or vulgar language because men
don't want to feel like they're out with the boys
when they're with their woman. And she says, fellas, is
(34:44):
this still true? And and Jackson kind of touched on
that do men like women that cuss a lot?
Speaker 2 (34:51):
Because there are some women that do cusse.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
A lot, you know what I'm saying. And she said,
looking at uh social media and pop culture, I don't
think that's the case no more. That's what she said.
Missus Burke said he's enjoying all the extreme sunshine. Miss Thomas, Hey,
miss Thomas. She says, now Stormy, you know that extra
bag of apples is for nurse Beverly. But he said
(35:14):
they're going to rot waiting on her. Mister Henry, please
don't ever stop calling. You are thoroughly entertaining Anyway, I
understand where you're coming from, because sometimes it does feel
too good to be true, but it's not, especially when
you are intentional about sowing good seeds. Sometimes it's just
(35:37):
your season and the Lord lays it on real thick.
And also, I'm certain that some of those who are
a blessing you are a blessing too. Don't just receive
from you, but they pray for you and reciprocate the love.
I think it's just your season. Accept it and continue
(35:58):
being a blessing to those are assigned to. You'll know
who they are. Oh that's so sweet. Prince Charles is
somewhere like, yeah, she just did it again. Clyde says,
I wonder how would mister Henry like to meet bird Legs?
Speaker 2 (36:14):
Mmm, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
WD.
Speaker 2 (36:17):

Speaker 5 (36:38):
I thought he was stopping, but I want him to
please work on stopping that. I've been in your shoe,
been in the farc I did all that thing you're doing.
So I'm saying, I'm an old school asking you a
young man. You will show up somewhere and somebody be
waiting on you.
Speaker 10 (36:51):
Bobby used to.
Speaker 5 (36:51):
Enjoy doing that, have a caller calling against each other
and making fun of each other. And it showed up
bad one time. And then I can name two people
while I'm still on radio other ones off. But it
turned real bad fights breakout. So I'm asking you, please,
sir quick talking about me this the or not, because
I'm saying, look, you don't know who gonna show up
at the event. It's torny a wa got and they'll
(37:14):

Speaker 8 (37:16):
Folks are stilling crazy now the children just didn't get
like this.
Speaker 5 (37:19):
I'm saved now, I'm a Jesus man.
Speaker 10 (37:21):
But I said, that's the.
Speaker 5 (37:22):
Reason I don't attack people like that.
Speaker 10 (37:24):
I said, man, we.
Speaker 8 (37:25):
Could easily attack each other.
Speaker 10 (37:26):
Let us stop. And I'm asking Stormy when.
Speaker 8 (37:28):
I see y'all want to give you the yellow.
Speaker 5 (37:30):
Flag because you are good at doing the pine bluff thing,
throwing the yellow flag, saying we don't have that language,
we don't have that kind of argument on the radio.
Speaker 8 (37:39):
Or anything. We are about that foolishit.
Speaker 10 (37:42):
And I notice he's doing it more and more.
Speaker 8 (37:43):
Now you don't, mister Henry. And I'm saying, mister Henry at.
Speaker 10 (37:46):

and stuff.
Speaker 10 (37:55):
I said, come out and meet people. And I do
enjoy it.
Speaker 8 (37:58):
What Meredith is saying, I do it with all the
I'm saying.
Speaker 10 (38:00):
I kind not the call today, but unforgettable.

Speaker 6 (46:36):
And even a guy that every other word out of
his mouth because you're gonna stop, right, dude, you know
any other words because in a controlled setting, I was
saying succeptible in the controled setting, because I don't and
I've said.
Speaker 8 (46:52):
This before in the station. That's why I'm not a deacon,
because I tell my cousin way.
Speaker 6 (46:56):
Too much to be a deacon and focused on the
wrong things about I realizing learn that I'm too black
for the Black church.
Speaker 1 (47:03):
So uh that Michael, Now you've got to explain that
you're too black for the Black church.
Speaker 7 (47:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (47:11):
I look at our people are focused, especially in the church,
on a lot of the wrong thing. I'm a man,
so I have a problem when men be it at
the church elsewhere, but especially our church. The Black church
is overly concerned with abortion. And none of the men
and the deacons on the deacon boy can have a baby.
So that's a whole nother animal. And the Black church
(47:33):
is overly concerned with people quote unquote shocking, and the
Black church is overly concerned with homosexual Instead of laws
being rolled back, we now have fewer civil rights than
we did in the nineteen sixty black church will worry
about where God gonna take care. See, that's when they
bring God in being well. God said, you know you,
(47:56):
it's wrong being gay. It's also and I said, this
is for it, it's also wrong to look it's just
to start a big lead. But I don't see you
turned away.
Speaker 8 (48:02):
Brother. Nobody wants to talk about that.
Speaker 10 (48:07):
I know, by the way, but they don't.
Speaker 6 (48:13):
They talk about the wrong thing. And that's what my
brother in law told me he was like, brother, like
you two black with a black church. I was like,
you know what, you gotta point. So when it comes
to certain things. It just urged me because I think,
and doctor King said, I know it was Gandhi.
Speaker 10 (48:30):
How people use.
Speaker 6 (48:33):
Peace to cloak their cowardice, non violence to cloak their cowardice.
And I think the black churches is a lot of
religion to cloak cowarded. Well, God's gonna take care of it.
God also gave people pray different ways. All Right, Black
people pray Lord, we're gonna go in march, and we
pray that these sticks don't hit us too hard.
Speaker 8 (48:52):
These bats don't have the effect that they have the
people that you're.
Speaker 6 (48:56):
Going to go to march against Lord, we're gonna go
out and try to hit as many people as So
we prayed all these rocks and stick.
Speaker 8 (49:02):
Kid as hard as they can and be as hard
to do.
Speaker 1 (49:05):
As much damage.
Speaker 6 (49:06):
Both prayed right.
Speaker 10 (49:09):
And one was not.
Speaker 6 (49:11):
There's nothing wrong with being meek, There's nothing wrong being humble,
because God knows. I had to learn to let them humility.
But at the same time, you can pray, you can do,
but you can act as well. You can get off
your butt and do something other than say at the
very end where God go ahead, Well, no, he gives
us common sense. That's what separates such an animals that
(49:31):
in tomb.
Speaker 1 (49:33):
So you think that's what we're doing too much of
in our community, we're doing too much of.
Speaker 6 (49:39):
Pray too much.
Speaker 1 (49:41):
No, I don't think you can pray too much. Now,
I don't think you can do that. I don't think
you can pray too much. And I don't think you
you wrong for standing up for what you believe is
you know, in my personal opinion, I you know, believe that.
You know that I can stand up for the things
that I believe are right you know what I'm saying.
But I can also be open to hearing what you
have to say. I can disagree agreeably.
Speaker 6 (50:04):
You know what I'm saying right, And that's missing. I'm
living and let live.
Speaker 11 (50:08):
That's why when we have.
Speaker 6 (50:10):
Got nieces and nephews and they're younger and they have
friends of the game, and I'm like, I'm not going
to get into right and wrong with that, you know,
because we all have our cross to the bed, we
all got our individual battles. But at the same time,
I'm not gonna take the Bible and beat you over
the head, or the Bible saying because people like to
pick and shoes what they want to listen to in
the Bible. Bible says a whole lot of stuff people
(50:31):
don't want to listen to. You know, my dad, when
I was younger, I always said the thing about about
kids being respectful to their parents, and he always said,
but that people don't ever talk about the second half
about don't provoke your children a raft, you know, show
honor to your parents, show respect to your parents. But
there's the second part to that that people don't like
(50:52):
talking about. And that's the issue I have with us
in our church. So we sit back and you know
we always throw well, you know, Gods in control. Like
I said yesterday, God was in control when what you said,
that stupid thing that you said to the den, So
you can't pick and choose when he is. When he is,
he's always in control. And he then women's always gonna
be done every new sell bout that should cover the
(51:14):
church crowd. But he gave us free will to act
when needed, and he gave us free He gave us
common sense about.
Speaker 8 (51:23):
Right and wrong.
Speaker 1 (51:26):
All right, Michael mister too black for the Black Church.
Speaker 2 (51:32):
That was my brother law told me.
Speaker 8 (51:33):
I agree with them.
Speaker 6 (51:35):
When I thought about it, I'm like, now.
Speaker 1 (51:36):
You're right, Okay, I don't know.
Speaker 8 (51:40):
I appreciate you.
Speaker 1 (51:42):
I appreciate you too, Michael. Thank you so much for calling.
All right, oh Michael, before you go, you can tell
me what is your favorite al Greens song? Because Sunday
is uh, the right Reverend al Green's birthday. So what's
your favorite al Green song?
Speaker 6 (51:58):
You know a lot of people met the you remember
to show Soul Food the theme song to Soul Food,
the wing It Little Goes. He did it with baby
face and I forget the young lady.
Speaker 10 (52:08):
H that's my favorite.
Speaker 6 (52:09):
That's oddly that's my favorite al Green song. Oh you
wrote it, producing any song on it, and that's my
favorite al Green song. Now you've got a bunchet, but
that's my favorite one. Okay, man, because I can never
get on my iTunes.
Speaker 2 (52:23):
Okay, thank you, Michael.
Speaker 8 (52:26):
People don't realize that.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
All right, you're welcome, thank you. Uh yep, Sunday is
going down, so you can tap that.
Speaker 1 (52:32):
iHeartRadio app Let us know what your favorite al Greens
song is and then listen Sunday to hear yourself on
the radio.
Speaker 2 (52:41):
W d I A hello, hello caller? Are you there? Hello?
Speaker 8 (52:51):
Is it me?
Speaker 6 (52:51):
Yes you.
Speaker 9 (52:56):
I was listening to another vice at Michael.
Speaker 1 (52:59):
And I was kind of track.
Speaker 2 (53:00):
I'm so sorry, that's okay, young August.
Speaker 8 (53:03):
How you doing, I'm doing well?
Speaker 4 (53:06):
Good?
Speaker 9 (53:07):
Good to pick a back off Michael. I get where
he's coming from, as a believer who actually attends church.
I think a lot of time the disconnect for me
is the approach that a lot of people.
Speaker 8 (53:19):
Take, especially.
Speaker 9 (53:22):
And then sometimes when you speak up, they don't want
to hear you, and you're wrong and they are right,
and so sometimes they don't want to accept the fact
that maybe the way you've been taught is wrong.
Speaker 1 (53:36):
And so that there is a disconnect you're talking about
with our generation and with the younger generation.
Speaker 9 (53:43):
With some because some people just won't listen and they
think that their way is right. Just because you are
talk one way doesn't.
Speaker 4 (53:51):
Mean that this is right.
Speaker 9 (53:53):
And the many times they're not open to here another way,
and so that that is a disconect and that's a
big turn off, and that may people still like, okay,
I have no voice when you.
Speaker 10 (54:03):
Don't hear them out.
Speaker 2 (54:05):
Okay, But there are those who will take.
Speaker 9 (54:09):
The time to listen and maybe show you another way
or or hear you out.
Speaker 6 (54:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (54:14):
There that that just say no, I'm right, you're wrong,
and the Bible says this. And oftentimes even though the
Bible says it, your interpretation can be wrong. Yeah, but
that won the conversation.
Speaker 8 (54:27):
Okay, you know, I don't even know.
Speaker 9 (54:30):
Yeah to Michael threw me off a little bit. I
don't even know what I Oh, somebody mentioned female's cursing.
I have a coworker who's at boy friends. They were
together maybe ten plus years.
Speaker 10 (54:45):
They have a child together.
Speaker 2 (54:47):
Huh.
Speaker 9 (54:47):
You sit on her about being messy always in post
business and her profanity. Now it wasn't just little curse
words here and now she was extremely vulgar. They were
together over.
Speaker 10 (55:01):
They broke up.
Speaker 9 (55:03):
He married another woman within two years.
Speaker 8 (55:07):
Wow, who was laid back? Then?
Speaker 9 (55:11):
She's not bulgar, she's not messed.
Speaker 8 (55:14):
Oh some man. Yeah, yeah, she missed a whole lot
of times.
Speaker 9 (55:18):
But she always said, well, I'm grown, I can do
what I want. But then, so once you left her,
she married somebody quickly.
Speaker 13 (55:25):
You know.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
Miss miss Anita sent me a message and she said
that's what happened with her and her husband. He broke
up with a woman, and then in less than a
year or so her her and her husband got married.
And I think there are women out there that wonder, Okay,
well why didn't he marry me? And then I've heard,
(55:47):
you know, and I'm gonna tell you that that email
that Denver sent us was it last week said a
lot when you're talking about being a man's peace, And
I think that works both ways because I think women
want that too, just like men want it, you know
what I'm saying. But it did something when you see
(56:09):
a man he's been with this person for a long time,
you know he loves her, but then he decides he
can't be with her. Then a year later he marries
somebody else.
Speaker 2 (56:18):
Yep mmma.
Speaker 8 (56:21):
But at the same time, it says a lot.
Speaker 9 (56:23):
But some women still don't learn and the man is
still the problem. Yeah, but it happens.
Speaker 8 (56:29):
But last thing I heard, you're talking about sometimes it's
too good to be true.
Speaker 9 (56:33):
Yeah, And even I think it was fresh charge that mentioned,
you know, being hard about, you know, having trouble with
the receiving.
Speaker 8 (56:40):
That's me.
Speaker 9 (56:42):
I can give all day longer when it comes to receiving,
unless you speak upon me, you know, it's hard for
me to receive. I don't know why, but I just
have a problem with that. But with my job, you know,
I get paid well to do what I do. And
sometimes my customers he was only doing my job.
Speaker 8 (56:58):
They I say, I can't say what they.
Speaker 9 (57:01):
Do because it yeah, alright, criminals, but they they take
care of me well.
Speaker 10 (57:07):
And I'm simping doing.
Speaker 8 (57:07):
My job and I'm like, gosh, this I to do
this right.
Speaker 9 (57:11):
But when people appreciate you, they show it. And it's
not always about you know, being in love with somebody.
When you're just good to a person, they thank you.
Speaker 8 (57:21):
How would they choose to receiving this?
Speaker 1 (57:23):
All right?
Speaker 13 (57:24):
Your dog?
Speaker 7 (57:24):
Api?
Speaker 1 (57:25):
Girl? Yeah, I'm seeing your picture of these flowers. I'm
gonna post them so y'all can see them. Least flowers
the gulgeous. Okay, thank you for talking. I appreciate you
you too, all right? W d I A hello?
Speaker 8 (57:41):
Show MATI how you doing that?
Speaker 1 (57:43):
I'm wonderful? How were you?
Speaker 14 (57:44):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (57:45):
And who am I talking to today? You're not the
first time call?
Speaker 5 (57:48):
Are you?
Speaker 7 (57:49):
No?
Speaker 9 (57:50):
Always listen well?
Speaker 8 (57:52):
Listening to you every day and this should staying there.
Speaker 2 (57:55):
Ah, thank you? Yeah this geek money Hey GM money.
Speaker 13 (58:02):
I heard you got you a while back and said
you were traveling somewhere and a light on your wheels
that didn't work or something, and you got a ticket
for it.
Speaker 1 (58:12):
Yes, one of my my tail light was out. Now,
I you know, update, since you asked me, let me
give you the update.
Speaker 2 (58:18):
I went to court.
Speaker 1 (58:20):
I decided I wasn't gonna pay the ticket early. You
know which was which was smart? I went to court
and I got it fixed and I took with me
the the paperwork from where it was fixed, and I,
you know, took it to the court and the guy said,
you're free to go. I said, what you did it right? Yep,
(58:42):
you did the right thing.
Speaker 8 (58:42):
Brother.
Speaker 1 (58:43):
You're so I always here people, if your own.
Speaker 8 (58:46):
Will be hereker do an inspection. Make sure I was
your light to work in for you, get in and
drive it walking around, Look at your tie, look.
Speaker 13 (58:53):
At your light, check out your witshir whe sure it
ain't working prop Yeah, that way you won't have no problem.
Speaker 1 (58:59):
Yeah. Well I didn't know, oh, because I don't know
what the deal is, but but something was going on
with it where sometimes the light would be on, sometimes
it'd be off.
Speaker 2 (59:07):
You know what I'm saying, it's weird. I don't know
what it was about.
Speaker 4 (59:10):
Yeah, right, yeah, we always does.
Speaker 1 (59:16):
Yeah, that's good advice.
Speaker 13 (59:18):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (59:19):
I appreciate that.
Speaker 8 (59:20):
Okay, I enjoyed this and I'm enjoying beautiful.
Speaker 2 (59:24):
Well, thank you, g money. Have a good day. Okay,
thank you for calling in. Yeah, w D I a Hello.
Speaker 8 (59:32):

Speaker 1 (59:34):

Speaker 2 (59:35):

Speaker 9 (59:37):
Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 1 (59:38):
I was just listening.
Speaker 9 (59:39):
I was talking to a friend earlier and we were
trying to figure out why he used TOD. Every time
a man and a.
Speaker 1 (59:44):
Woman break up, Why do we think the man is
wrong breakup?
Speaker 9 (59:48):
And that's what.
Speaker 8 (59:50):
When he break up with her?
Speaker 9 (59:52):
Why it's a good plot Georgian.
Speaker 1 (59:53):
Maybe she broke up but to.
Speaker 2 (59:55):
Him, that's right.
Speaker 10 (59:55):
I don't think I get it.
Speaker 8 (59:58):
You know, we were just talking about it. But everybody
always assume he did not want her.
Speaker 9 (01:00:03):
No, Sometimes she just give him space to do whatever
he gotta do.
Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
That's right.
Speaker 4 (01:00:07):
Don't mean that she don't want it.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
Let me just mean that she's what doing her.
Speaker 12 (01:00:11):
But every time women need to stop presuming he did
not want her, maybe she didn't want him, and vice versa.
Speaker 9 (01:00:19):
You know, al Green, what is saying let's stay together?
Speaker 6 (01:00:21):

Speaker 1 (01:01:54):

Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
Want to be next to you.

Speaker 2 (01:05:49):
Ok?
Speaker 1 (01:05:50):
Got it? I got it? Mister Burke says for the
Good Times that's his favorite al Greens song. Miss Morel
says that man was referring to a song by Bruno
Mars and Lady Gaga next to you. Okay, thank you,
Miss Morel, because I wasn't sure if that's who he
was talking about, or if he was talking about the
(01:06:12):
song by Kendrick Lamar and Sizza. I wasn't sure which
one of them, so I was trying to figure it out.
Speaker 2 (01:06:20):
And I couldn't. But thank you for letting us know.
Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
African consultant says miss kay bird Legs. I bet bird
Legs ain't got what uh uh okay, uh yeah, uh yo,
you'll be saying some stuff. Let's see, Mister Bell says,
al Green. Too many to choose from? Is the one
song called simply Beautiful. It's one of my favorites right there,
(01:06:45):
that's an excellent song. You write your dog on't write
about it? Sure he is? Uh, let's see here. Please
let Michael know. There's no mention in the Bible that
says there's a black church. The members of that particular
church may have black members, but it's not a black church.
Christ said upon this rock, I'll build my church Matthew
sixteen eighteen. There's no such thing as a black church.
(01:07:08):
And if that church says it's a black church, run
be like a lot and don't look back.
Speaker 2 (01:07:15):
Okay, all right, let me.
Speaker 1 (01:07:16):
Go to these phones.
Speaker 2 (01:07:17):
See what y'all talking about? WD I A.
Speaker 8 (01:07:19):
Hello, Hey, Hey, what's going on?
Speaker 10 (01:07:21):
Song?
Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
Hey coming man? How are you?
Speaker 15 (01:07:26):
I'm all right, I'm all right, that's just like here
eche So I'm.
Speaker 4 (01:07:28):
Just just alright today.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
Oh bless you. I'm sorry to hear that.
Speaker 8 (01:07:32):
Appreciate you, Appreciate you about okay, if you coming okay.
Speaker 15 (01:07:36):
A lady with a very voga mouth is not good
and like like I said later, a man but a
lady with a bad boga mouth and then talked too much,
it's never good, all right, what I was talking about
the man and the couple split, divorced, and the man
(01:07:58):
married somebody like in a short time period later. I
think that would be an example of what I was
talking about last week when I said sometimes people be
married but not happy, you know, not really want to
be together. That's a good example of what I was saying,
and lad just doing it. I want to say this,
I want to compliment August because, in my opinion, August
(01:08:18):
is a great example of how a young lady would
present herself and carry ourselves. Based on how she put
her disposition over the radio.
Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
She is very respectful.
Speaker 15 (01:08:28):
She's always humble her in her tone, and I even
noticed her saying yes, ma'am you, And I think I
always just like in her voters right, and that's great.
That means she's been taught by somebody in the right way.
Speaker 8 (01:08:43):
And I really like that about her.
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
That's just a compliment for her.
Speaker 2 (01:08:47):
M okay, I bet August is somewhere smiling.
Speaker 8 (01:08:51):
Well, that's time because she deserves.
Speaker 15 (01:08:53):
She's always so humble, so respectful, she never changed her tones,
always same and everything.
Speaker 4 (01:08:57):
Not really that about her.
Speaker 8 (01:08:59):
Yeah, all right, appreciate you storing.
Speaker 1 (01:09:02):
All right, thank you coming man. Appreciate you calling in.
Speaker 2 (01:09:04):
Yeah, w D I A hello.
Speaker 14 (01:09:08):
I ain't pretty Tuesday evening, pretty stormy.
Speaker 1 (01:09:11):
Hey, pretty nurse Beverly.
Speaker 9 (01:09:16):
I'm doing well.
Speaker 14 (01:09:17):
I have really really I still am enjoined this beautiful
weather man.
Speaker 9 (01:09:25):
After this past weekend.
Speaker 14 (01:09:26):
I'm telling you I was glad to see some sun yesterday.
Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
Yep.
Speaker 14 (01:09:30):
I can't take too many cloudy days, telling you I
start getting down in the dumps. But what I want
to say, storm, I was out in about today, I
mean out in about, nipping around here and there, and
I was in a lot.
Speaker 9 (01:09:44):
Of stores and you know people.
Speaker 14 (01:09:47):
I don't know if people are stocking up or if
people you know still just still got money, because I
hope that's the case.
Speaker 8 (01:09:57):
But one thing I did know this is that prices
are going up.
Speaker 14 (01:10:03):
They are going up. I mean a bag of apple
like name bring cookies, name bring Okay cookie five dollars.
Speaker 9 (01:10:16):
Five dollars a mango.
Speaker 10 (01:10:17):
Used to be us to get a mango.
Speaker 9 (01:10:19):
For about sixty nine seventy nine cents.
Speaker 14 (01:10:21):
It's a dollar in.
Speaker 8 (01:10:23):
Twenty nine cents. Wow, salmon right by something it was
up a dollar a pound.
Speaker 5 (01:10:30):
Wow.
Speaker 14 (01:10:32):
I mean, we are starting to see the effects of
this tariff war. And I was just looking at the
night in the news and they say that I think
at midnight tonight Trump is gonna start one hundred and
four percent teriff on China.
Speaker 1 (01:10:51):
Yeah, I mentioned that earlier.
Speaker 14 (01:10:53):
You did, okay, but the China of them said they're
gonna retaliate.
Speaker 5 (01:10:57):
Now.
Speaker 8 (01:10:57):
I don't know what that means, but I'm mean, this
is this. I tell you this, this is a mess.
Speaker 9 (01:11:03):
And you know, I've been listening to Staying in the
mornings and.
Speaker 8 (01:11:06):
I can tell you know, he's kind of uneasy, you know.
Speaker 14 (01:11:10):
And I'm sure a lot of other people are who
are close to retirement and planning for retirement, you know,
seeing their uh, their their retirement plans duel down. You know,
it's I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:11:23):
I think it depends on who it is because I
checked my money and it's fine. So it depends on
probably what your what your money is being.
Speaker 9 (01:11:33):
Yeah, what you're invested in.
Speaker 14 (01:11:35):
If you got a lot, you got a whole hole.
You have in stock, which is that's where you do
normally make your money when there's a good market. But
then when you get a crash, that's where you lose
your money.
Speaker 9 (01:11:49):
You lose money.
Speaker 14 (01:11:50):
And then they say it's gonna turn it'll turn around,
but who knows how long it's gonna take. And then
you've got to build back up.
Speaker 13 (01:11:58):
You know.
Speaker 8 (01:11:59):
So you know, I'm not trying to scare people, but.
Speaker 14 (01:12:03):
You know, check in too and see they said, don't panic,
don't make no changes. But you got to do what
you need to do so you can sleep well at night.
Speaker 8 (01:12:13):
But it's gonna make you feel comfortable.
Speaker 6 (01:12:16):
You know.
Speaker 14 (01:12:16):
People say, don't panic, don't do this, don't do that,
but you know you need to talk to an advise her.
Speaker 8 (01:12:22):
And then you all come together and you you come
up with a plane.
Speaker 9 (01:12:26):
That you can be pleased with, so that, like I said.
Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
You can sleep well at night. Yeah, that's what it's
all about.
Speaker 14 (01:12:33):
But uh, like I said, story the people people were out.
Speaker 9 (01:12:36):
I was at one of those big stories.
Speaker 8 (01:12:38):
You know them big when you call them store them
big old like.
Speaker 14 (01:12:41):
Costco or Sam Club yees Sam, yeah, Sam Club man
Man Man Man.
Speaker 9 (01:12:47):
People will have basket.
Speaker 1 (01:12:49):
Loads of stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:12:50):
And I was wondering if you.
Speaker 1 (01:12:51):
Know what I did here, because I asked, I I
was in Costco by the week, last week or whatever,
and I did hear the lady told me. She said
Tuesdays for whatever reason, Tuesdays is a high traffic day
for stories like that. And I don't know what the
deal is, but that's what she told me.
Speaker 14 (01:13:12):
Well, I tell your sands was high traffic and people
they had basket.
Speaker 8 (01:13:17):
Loads overflowing with stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
Yeah, yeah, I bet yeah.
Speaker 14 (01:13:22):
Well, we just got her keep our guards up and
keep eyes on what's going on, and keep.
Speaker 10 (01:13:28):

Speaker 2 (01:13:30):

Speaker 1 (01:13:33):

do boots on the ground with us Saturday, Nurse Beverly not,
