I tired myself out last night, went walking yesterday, went
out to Tiger Lane to help out out there, and
then last night before I went to bed, I had
to do it. I had to do it because you know,
I was showing this lady at at the Simmons Bank

Liberty Stadium. I was showing her how to, you know,
do boots on the ground. And I said, let me,
let me, let me, let me just warm up, you know,
make sure I know what I'm doing again, you know.
So I did, and I tuck it myself. Let me
tell you, if you want to get some good exercise,
do boots on the ground. Do it male female, because

men are doing it, women are doing it. It is
so much fun. It really is. I'm gonna tell you.
It's a workout. It is. And a lot of people
go to Line Dan's workout classes here and this was,
matter of fact, that's what Nurse Bedly. That's why Nurse
Beverly is so slim and drim and look good. That's
why she sounds so good on the radio, cause she

looks good and she's happy. Why because she well, Coach
Grigg has a lot to do with that, I'm sure.
But she's also doing those line dance classes. She's getting
it in. I'm telling you, just try it, and you know,
sometimes you want to start out slow. It's kind of
like when you start exercising. You start out slow, and

then you start getting into it, and then you find out.
You go out somewhere and do you find out you
are the line dance king or queen. You know you're
gonna be happy anyway. So we're gonna be doing the
line dance this Saturday at Sister strut Man. There's gonna
be a lot of people out there. We got over

probably right about seven thousand people registered right now. Yeah,
because they're like I said, they're still getting registered and
you still can get registered up until Saturday. You come
out there and get registered if you want to give
you your T shirt. My family drove up one time
from Arkansas, Magnolia, Arkansas, and they all of them didn't
get registered. They did, you know, some of them did,
but all of them didn't. They brought extra people and

they said, hey, we need to get registered. Took them
over that to that tent, got them registered right away.
They got their T shirts and they were ready to go.
They had so much fun, because we do. We have
so much fun at Sister Strut. So I really am
hoping that I get a chance to see a lot
of you out there and all that good stuff. Listen,

be careful, those of you that are looking for caregivers
for your mom, for whoever. You might be looking for

was reported that a seventy year old woman was robbed
at gunpoint in her bed by who a caregiver. Too
much of that going on. The caregiver was twenty two
year old Anna Coleman. She waited for the officers to

leave the scene and then entered Martin's bedroom with a
gun and say you better not say nothing. She got fired.
M Seventy year old Barbara Martin fired her caregiver and
called police to her residence to allow her caregiver to
gather her belongings. M. The girl waited for Lord, get

can't get too many of those nowadays. You just can't references,

because you're looking for somebody, you call your friends, call
your neighbors, ask them for references. Tell them to give

I saw that news, it just just just almost made

that family's heartbroken. They said the five year old has
run away from home before, but this time they usually
found him. But this time he was gone a little
bit too long. So I saw Chief of Police C. J.

how they were going to go look for the child,
and they did, and they found the child in that pond.
Just heartbreaking, really heartbreaking to hear that. I'll tell you
what else is heartbreaking. Somebody got some explaining to do. Okay,

So they were having the meeting yesterday, we were supposed
to have them joined a public meeting with Xai. We
didn't have that meeting, by the way, Well, they did
have the meeting, but Xai folks from Xai didn't show up. Okay,
but kudos to miss shall be count of Health Department
Director Michelle Taylor Hannah. She has drafted a lot of

the groom revealed that his fiance wants to wear her
late husband's wedding ring during their upcoming ceremony. She plans
to wear the ring on a necklace while walking down

the aisle. She lost the first her husband five years
ago and has kept his wedding ring ever since. Now,
the groom wrote, she told me she wants to wear
the ring on a necklace during our wedding ceremony as
a way to honor his memory. While the groom shared
he respects her past, he admitted the request has made

him very uncomfortable. He said, I told her that while
I respect her past and love that you know she
had the love that she had for her late husband,
it doesn't feel right to have his ring present during
our wedding ceremony. It feels like there's a third person
in our relationship. The bride disagreed and said the gesture

is about remembrance, not replacing or comparing the two relationships

was being insensitive and that her late husband will always
be a part of her and this was her way
