Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, Hey, Hey, it's Friday. Hey, m hm, what y'all

(00:05):
don't do tonight? Y'all y'all getting into anything, y'all going
to the hole in the wall. Have you ever been
to some of y'all? See, I know, I know some
of y'all not from the country. Y'all, y'all live in
California or Milwaukee or New York. You never been to

(00:28):
a juke joint, and you probably don't know what a
hole in the wall is. Y'all don't know. Mm hmm.
I've been to some juke joints, and I've been to
some holes in the walls. Yeah, sure have, and had

(00:51):
a good time. Yeah, so a lot of people creeping
in the corner, in the booth in the back, or
in the booth in the back in the corner. But hey,
ain't nothing like it. Baby. You go to the country
with your cousins and you know, my my, my father
old the nightclub. You know, we always had stuff there.

(01:12):
But there was when I got a little older and
I was able to roam around, I went to a
couple of holes in the walls juke joints.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Sure did.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Yeah, nothing like it. It's kind of like, you know,
Back in the day, you had artists that would always
go they would always talk about the Chitlin circuit. And
I don't know if y'all need most black people know
what the chiling circuit is. You know those that's the
those towns like you know where I'm from down in Arkansas,

(01:47):
even here in Tennessee, you know where they would Basically
it was areas that were heavily black areas. That and
towns and places that people kind of forget about because
they talk about the Californias, the Chicagos and the New
York You know what I'm saying. Suss that chilling circuit.
That's where a lot of good music is going down.

(02:10):
That's probably where Boots on the Ground was played first.
It was probably played in a juke joint somewhere. And
now look at Ato three Fresh got the biggest song
in the world on YouTube. Congratulations eight O three fresh
Boots on the Ground. That's how big it is. That
song is huge. Yeah, people, a lot of people are

(02:35):
probably watching it so they can do the line dance,
and they're seeing it all over the country. And then
Beyonce's playing it at her tour t and Ole's she
went on tour. She's playing a lot of viral videos
with boots on the ground. A lot of the celebrities
are doing it, you know. So it's that's a big,
big record. Congratulations to Ato three Fresh and all those

(02:59):
blues artists that you know debut their songs and juke
joints holes in the walls where a lot of people
gonna be this weekend, y'all. Y'all, y'all know where's some
juke joints are? Y'all know what I'm talking about. Some
of y'all know what I'm talking about. Yeah, you do.
All right, Let's see. Let's let's let's get into some

(03:21):
things up in here, some things around here in Memphis.
I saw the story of Prairie is it? Prairie Farms Dairy,
longtime midtown landmark closing today after nearly a century on

(03:41):
Madison Avenue, YEP. One hundred and twenty people, they say,
looking for a job right now. A statement released by
the company says those employees at the plant are definitely affected.
Some employees will be retained, some will be retained. Okay,
so that's interesting, but it's a lot of people that's

(04:04):
gonna be affected. Uh, And I don't know if you
can say, can you tell a story like that and
then talk about the you know, the the companies that
are coming here, because there's a big auto parts company
that's coming to Memphis. They're moving from New York to Memphis,
and they're gonna have some jobs. So m mmm, always something,

(04:27):
ain't it now? Miss Anito was trying to tell me
yesterday Clavern Temple they got a one point five million
dollar boost as the community gathered On Wednesday, the community
gathered down there and the African American Cultural Heritage Action

(04:47):
Fund announced a one point five million dollar grant to
help Claburn Temple begin to rebuild. That's good news, but
it's probably gonna cost a little bit more than the
one point five million dollars to get that back up
and running and really get it, you know, the way
they want it to be. So I guess that's that's

(05:08):
that's really good news. Yeah, because I'm sure there'll be
some other monies coming through. Martin Luther the King, Martin
Luther King the third was here and he had a
few things to you know, say about all of that,
and yeah, man, Clavering Temple, the Clavering Temple hopefully, uh,
they'll get it back up and run it sometime real soon. Yeah.

(05:31):
I saw the story about the West Memphis police officer,
and I'm gonna tell you, I my heart really kind
of goes out to him. I was kind of heartbroken
when I saw the story because it made me think
he must not be making no money because he went
into an auto parts store, they say, and you know,

(05:53):
video showed some things that make you make you think
that you know, he may have taken something. But then
I just sometimes when you look at it, you know,
you look at people and you think this or that,
but especially the bad stuff, because everybody I think that
commits a crime is not in the same category. I mean,
I don't know. He probably couldn't afford he got to
I guess that's his wife and he had a child

(06:15):
and trying to take care of himself. And I don't
know how much how much money he makes. But young
guy too, he looks really young. Yeah, he only paid
for one can, but he took several cans. Blessed us heart.
Some people, you know, you look at what's going on

(06:41):
and you think to yourself, I mean, it ain't right man. Man.
Mm mmmm. Anyway, won't harp on that, but I want
you to tell me what you think about this. One
story out of Indianapolis, a mother shot a convicted child molester.

(07:06):
Now I don't know what the deal was or how
this all went down, how he got into the hotel room.
But the shooting happened on Saturday at the Beymont Inn
on Eagle View Drive. This is in Indianapolis. Bruce Pearce,
who's thirty nine. He was critically injured. The mama came

(07:27):
in and found Pearce trying to have well, trying to
rape her daughter, trying to rape her, told him to
get up. He wouldn't. She shot him. Yeah, he's critical.
So my question to you would be, in that situation,
should she face any charges? Who do you think about it?

(07:48):
Should the woman face any charges in that situation? Because
my answer would be, see, now, it's unclear right now
out the twelve year old mother if her mother is
going to face any charges in that shooting. We don't know.

(08:08):
They haven't said, you know what's what? But uh uh,
I don't think that mama should be facing anything. I
don't think so. Hmm, all right, here's one for you
on this Friday that I saw on social media and
I thought this was really this is this is this

(08:31):
is really interesting. Two young people, they've got to be
in their twenties. They're on social media, and uh, I
guess they're in love. Basically, they're in love, trying to
live their lives and all that good stuff. But there's
something real interesting about this story. So I want you
to hear it from them. This is the the young

(08:52):
man talking first, and then the young girl is gonna talk.
So listen to this.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Usually in God, yeah, yeah, terrible.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
She usually likes dating masculine guys. Okay, that's what he said.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Ben with tant I've learned it. It's best to be
with a femine man because they understand you more. It's
hard trying to teach a masculine man how to feel
sometimes or how to treat you.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
I don't have to worry about that. I mean, so basically,
she's saying feminine because you know, it's kind of Yeah,
she's saying being with a feminine man, okay, just kind
of dresserlike sometimes. And that's that's really the only thing.
He's He's who he is.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
She said, he's who he is. Okay, they're young, they're
young people. Okay, he dresses feminine, Okay, he wears makeup,
yeah he yeah, yeah, he does all of that. I

(09:57):
can't say nothing. I don't know what to say about this.
I did see somebody they on social media say that.
He said, I bet you neither one of them, neither
one of their fathers is around. That's what he said. Now,
I don't know, I don't know. I just know these
young people like to share their stories on social media,
and I don't get it. I don't understand. I don't

(10:19):
know why they want to tell us everything. But they're
telling us everything. They are kind of like, I guess,
what's his name, suld Knight wanting Puffy to get on
the stand so he can tell us everything, because suld
Knight said, Puffy needs to humanize himself. But they asked
Trump if he was gonna partner them, and we don't

(10:40):
know what Trump was trying to say. Yeah, guy, he
said so many words, honey, I lost track. I don't
know if he's gonna pardon a man or not. I
don't know, but you know, it is Friday. Let's get
into it. Let's see what's going on here. Some kind
of love. Yeah. So the only thing is, you know,
they both have friends. So they've been having a discussion

(11:03):
because they both have friends of the opposite sex. Okay, okay.
One of them has a friend who says she's coming
to town and she wants to stay with him because
that's what she's been doing. She'd been staying with him.

(11:25):
Mm hm. But the woman's like, you got friends, female friends,
but she's got male friends too. But a friend is
coming to town. Should he let her stay? And should

(11:47):
she be okay with it?

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Hmm?

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Talk to me, let me know what y'all think about it.
Let's get into it. Let's get into it. Nin on
one five three five, nine three four two eight hundred
five zero three nine three four two A three three
five three five nine three four two. Uh. Let's go
to these phones. See what y'all talking about?

if it ain't out in the woods, we.

Speaker 8 (13:16):
Got one that you gotta walk through a tree to
get here. Yes, sir, ain't nothing but pun. Ain't nothing
but a pun.

Speaker 10 (13:28):
But I ain't no hold y'all.

Speaker 7 (13:29):
I'm glad I got to do what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
Okay, sir, thank you so much. I can't believe you
calling from Milwauker about them juke joints, because you've been
the one you know about the things.

Speaker 8 (13:40):
Yeah, sixty times.

Speaker 10 (13:42):
I ain't been something.

Speaker 7 (13:43):
I've been somewhere.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
I don't think you liven if you have not been
to a juke joint.

Speaker 8 (13:51):
Honey born My family was born down on that place.
And when you when you get down there ain't.

but you got to get back to your life right.

Speaker 7 (14:11):
But you keep on doing what you're doing. Thank you
in a lot of ways.

Speaker 1 (14:16):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 7 (14:18):
The name the name is Paul.

Speaker 9 (14:20):
Paul.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
Yes, Paul from Milwaukee. Come on in here, Paul from Milwaukee.

Speaker 8 (14:25):
Welcome, Welcome, Thank you so much. And I'm pretty sure
you got other lines waiting. I just want to put
that in your year and keep on doing what you're
doing because you're touching a lot of people down.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Thank you so much, Paul, and thank you for calling in.
Have a beautiful weekend.

Speaker 7 (14:42):
I'm gonna do my best and you do the same.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Okay, bye bye, bye bye. All right, Paul checking in,
got new family members up in here? W d I
A hello?

Speaker 11 (14:54):
Hiorny, Hey there?

Speaker 1 (14:56):
How are you?

Speaker 11 (14:58):
I'm well, this is Crystal.

Speaker 12 (15:00):
Every Friday is Friday.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Crystal. How you doing?

Speaker 11 (15:04):
Okay, I'm gonna connect two things and I'm gonna get
our first vill there.

Speaker 6 (15:07):
Well, I'm gonna say the first thing.

Speaker 10 (15:09):
There are juke joints in Memphis.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Oh I know it's some juke joints. In Memphis. Oh, baby,
I know.

Speaker 8 (15:14):
That number two.

Speaker 13 (15:17):
Uh huh Okay, So the young man and the young
woman who were in lovey and he's feminine.

Speaker 6 (15:22):
Okay, you see you commenting on that.

Speaker 11 (15:24):
Story, and then shortly after you commented on the story
about two people in their sixties. Uh, and he ain't
right to me because if he's even entertaining this other woman,
you really don't want this. Okay anyway, But that's the
reason why these young kids are so by acting out
the traditional roles for examples that they are supposed to have,
they're right. So they're creating their own whatever sense of

(15:49):
what normally is.

Speaker 14 (15:50):
So we've lost.

Speaker 11 (15:51):
There, we've lost the way, and so how do we
affect them to have the way if we don't have it? Wow?

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I okay, Crystal, come on in here with it. Thank
you girl, you too, thank you? Bye bye? Oh my goodness,
w d I A hello?

Speaker 6 (16:13):
Thanks doing? How you doing?

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Missus Kochesha? What's going on miss Kachha yet much? Okay? Look?

Speaker 6 (16:21):
Yes, sixty year old? Okay.

Speaker 15 (16:24):
Now, she has a friend that comes to stay with
him when.

Speaker 9 (16:29):
She comes into town, right, yes, mm hmm.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Before they got together, he had the friend, but now
that they're together. You know, she she felt comfortable enough
to call him and say, I we'll be in town.
And she's been doing this and they're just friends, but
she's been doing this, but now she wants to come
here knowing that he has a woman.

Speaker 15 (16:56):
Okay, so she hasn't done it since they've been together.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
Mm hmmm mm hmm.

Speaker 7 (17:02):
Okay, well she's still.

Speaker 15 (17:04):
You know, it's not going to do it.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
So it's up to you.

Speaker 14 (17:11):
Now that is not going to happen.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
Okay, So if it's up to you, she's gonna have
to stay at the crib or go go to the hotel.

Speaker 15 (17:19):
She's gonna have to stay somewhere because I thought she
did it.

Speaker 14 (17:21):
Why they were together.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Oh no, no, No, they've been together for a while.
But they both have friends, you know, they both have
you know, he's got female friends, she's got male friends.
But now one of his female friends wants to come
and hang out and spend the night and all of that,

(17:45):
and him and him and this woman that are in love.
They don't live together.

Speaker 15 (17:49):
Okay, Okay, they don't live together, and she won't be
there either. Get your little hotel room and then we
all all three of us can go out somewhere, but
you would not be staying there sweetye.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
No, ma'am.

Speaker 15 (18:11):
Oh ma got one more thing, one more thing, yes, ma'am.
The you know the situation that was in Holly Springs.
Did you hear anything else about that since that second
video came out where he swung on the man, Yes.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
So I haven't. They said they're not going to pursue
you talking about Holly Springs, y'all, y'all heard me talking
about this. I don't know how long ago it's been.
The white man walks into the club in Holly Springs
calling people the N word and in their faces, and
we saw a video. And now you tell me if
this is what you saw, mis kosher, because the video

(18:48):
that I saw was the white man actually pushed one
of the black people in the in that place. Yes,
he put his hands on somebody. First, every time say
that again, right, mm hmm.

Speaker 15 (19:03):
I said they didn't show that video the first time.
I was wondering, right, right, he definitely did push him.
But see, I just want to know I have anybody
saying thing after that.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
They said they're not gonna pursue hate crime charges.

Speaker 7 (19:20):
Okay, cool, Okay, what.

Speaker 14 (19:24):
I want you to be safe this weekend and have fun.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Yes, Ma'm I'm gonna do it.

Speaker 6 (19:32):
Okay, Bye bye, all right, bye bye.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Thank you for checking in.

Speaker 7 (19:34):
MS.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
Kosher. Yeah, it's Friday. I don't know why she didn't
sing to her. She could have. She could have sang
us a little diddy some y'all know. Miss Coacher can sing, right, y'all. Okay,
y'all know, let me go to the app because you
guys are tapping the app. Let's see what you're saying,
lou Piece to the planet storm.

Speaker 7 (19:53):
Of this big daddy. Yeah, I'm holding the walls.

Speaker 16 (19:55):
Ain't nothing nice over there in West Memphis saying that
last two dollars, luc Hill. You know what I'm saying. Yeah,
there's some goodman's that baby. Ain't nothing like jamming baby
with them last two dollars, Jammy storm to keep digging
into them, crazy baby, That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 7 (20:13):
It till planning.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
Nothing like a hole in the wild truck to tell you,
ain't nothing like y'all never been. You don't know what
I'm talking about. Shoe Okay, Miss Cassandra. She emailed me.
She said, uh Son, good evening, Stormy tea. I hope
you're having a wonderful day and wish you great a
great weekend. I want to shout out today for my
son Otis. They call him odep old dog. Okay, old dog.

(20:40):
He passed away on this day. Rest in love. We
miss you dearly. Thanks beautiful. Be safe everyone, and the
hole in the wall is the best place to go.
That what she's said. Ms Fanny says, hole in the wall.
Storm it back in the day we went to the
hole in the wall. Plus there was another hole in
the wall in a hole in the wall. She said,

(21:03):
they had fun. Oh my goodness, mister Burton says Stormy.
All I can say about that young couple is blessed
their little hearts. I know it's an interesting story, it
really is. Okay, listen, we gonna come back and take
more of your comments and calls. Lady p and Jennifer,
y'all hold on. We're gonna come back and get y'all

(21:24):
nine o one five three five nine three four two
eight hundred five zero three ninety three four two eight
three three five three five nine three four two. We'll
be back in a moment. So if you decide you
want to do some spring cleaning, you know this weekend. Yeah, man,
get it in and get them kids, have them strung out, Yes, grandkids,

(21:44):
all of them. They can get that work too. Mm hmm.
I was listening to the Black Information Network talking about
the Diddy trial, and I thought, well, if everybody is,
you know, claiming this or that or whatever, who's gonna
go down with Diddy? If it's really Rico charges? Because

(22:05):
he couldn't have done everything by himself, you know what
I'm saying. Did He didn't do everything by himself. He
had help, He had people that probably I mean, come
on now, when you have a life like did he did?
Did he? Every celebrity known to man was around Diddy? Okay,

(22:27):
every last one on Black, White whatever. Maybe not Bono
or I saw a video. It was an old video
that had gone viral, and it looked like, now this
is what it looked like in the video. Looked like
Diddy was going in for a kids having Bono backed up,

(22:47):
like get the out of my face, you know what
I'm saying. So, but he was around him still, you
know what I'm saying. So some people probably didn't fool
with him, but a lot of people did. Ah, I'm
kind of thinking about this whole Epstein thing because the
FBI have said, you know that they're going to release

(23:09):
the video proving that he is dead. But are you
I mean, come on now, but are you so? I
don't know, because if Epstein didn't get away with it,
maybe did, he won't And if he does get convicted,
I mean, come on, he might have some help in

(23:31):
the White House. I don't know. I don't know anyway, Honey,
you know what today is, It's day. No, it's about
them lovers. Oh no, hmm, there's some love going on

(23:56):
in that thing. They love each other. Everybody talking about
breaking up and nothing like that. But just in this situation,
what should they do? What should he do? Should she
be okay? If he says, honey, she can stay here?
Are they mature enough you know that it should be? Okay? Well,
y'all think about it. Tap that up. I'll let your girl, okay,

(24:17):
let me go to this app.

Speaker 14 (24:22):
Hey, storing me this nessa. I was kind of checking
on you guys forgets what girl, We're gonna have a
good time today on then stowing it to you.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Experience this your girl, talk.

Speaker 6 (24:32):
To you later.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
All right? Now, Neessa, what's up girl, Thank you for
tapping that app. All right, we're going back to the
phone too to see what y'all are talking about. W
d I A lets se wd I A.

Speaker 17 (24:46):
Hello, Hello, hey there, how are you?

Speaker 1 (24:53):
I'm wonderful, Jennifer, how are you?

Speaker 17 (24:56):
I'm wonderful as well.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
Wonderful. Do me a favor. Turned that radio down in
the background. Okay, so I can uh, won't keep hearing myself.
I'm hearing myself talking. It's okay, It's okay, it's okay. Sorry,
that's okay.

Speaker 17 (25:16):
Now I do have a question.

Speaker 10 (25:19):
I'm wondering.

Speaker 17 (25:20):
In the situation with the sixty year old that have
fathered in love, has he told the friend about his
new friend?

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Yes?

Speaker 17 (25:31):
Okay, So my thing is, I think that the friend
that wants to stay she's not using content because I'm
pretty sure that the shoe was on the other foot.
She wouldn't want that to happen to her. So if
she knows about his new lady, then she shouldn't even
want to be staying there. So my thing is she

(25:56):
needs to know that Motel six they.

Speaker 6 (25:59):
Always leave the light on flour.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
And do.

Speaker 6 (26:08):
Ah.

Speaker 17 (26:10):
This is coming from I just let a lady that
I hang out with a lot.

Speaker 14 (26:15):
She's eighty eighty years old.

Speaker 17 (26:16):
And we're saying the same thing. So there's a you know,
almost three decades of age between us.

Speaker 10 (26:23):
And she agreed with.

Speaker 17 (26:25):
Me that if he has told his friend that I
have a woman that I'm in love with now, then
she should know that things have changed and that she
shouldn't even want to be in the middle of Oh,
it should have been oh you have Okay, then I'll
see if I.

Speaker 6 (26:43):
Can find somewhere else. Right, And then back.

Speaker 17 (26:49):
To the situation with the lady catching the man that
she shot, the man that was on her twelve year
old Yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
The situation in Indianapolis. They haven't said if they're going
to file charges against her or anything yet, but she
shot him. He's critically injured, but he was getting ready
to rape her daughter.

Speaker 17 (27:09):
Now you asked the question about what went wrong there
or what.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
She should Should there be charges, should she face any charges?
And I said no, I'm with you.

Speaker 17 (27:20):
Because the only problem was and as mean as it sound,
the only problem was that he didn't die. Because I'm
telling you, I don't I don't mean that in a
mean way. I'm just saying he should he shouldn't be like, Okay, yeah.

Speaker 10 (27:34):
You have a twelve year old.

Speaker 17 (27:37):
There's there's women out here just giving it away and
you want a twelve Yeah, stop it. She should not
be charged with anything.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
Mm hm.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
I agree that that.

Speaker 17 (27:50):
Is just my opinion because I don't care if my
daughter was no, no, no, I just can't.

Speaker 6 (27:57):
I don't even want to think about that.

Speaker 13 (27:59):
Right.

Speaker 17 (27:59):
But with that one, she shouldn't be charged. And with
the situation with the sixty year old a friend, she
needs to.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
Go to Motel six, like you said, because the lights
are still on, always.

Speaker 7 (28:15):

Speaker 6 (29:41):
What I mean?

Speaker 13 (29:42):

it doesn't matter. You know, this was the friend of
my part met.

Speaker 6 (30:11):

because they were my sister and brothers before.

Speaker 1 (30:29):

Speaker 13 (30:31):
I know some people are just saying, you sign don't
sound right, but it's sound right to me at times, how.

Speaker 10 (31:31):

Speaker 5 (31:32):
But we called.

Speaker 13 (31:33):

I go in there playing a.

Speaker 6 (32:40):

Speaker 13 (32:42):
I just wanted to hear some news on jew box.

Speaker 6 (32:44):
And then I run out the door.

Speaker 13 (32:45):
But you know, it was good, no, and it's good
to had. I wish those clothes, but we don't have.

Speaker 1 (32:50):

Speaker 7 (33:14):
And one more thing.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
I want to ask you.

Speaker 13 (33:18):

I'm like that.

Speaker 13 (33:33):
Find me a song like that.

Speaker 10 (33:40):
One weekend.

Speaker 13 (33:40):
I think about it.

Speaker 10 (33:43):
Why think about it?

Speaker 7 (33:44):
Why the weekend?

Speaker 1 (33:46):
It's a no, I ain't doing it. I'm not gonna
do it.

Speaker 18 (33:50):
I'm not doing that.

Speaker 7 (33:52):
M mmm.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
The only person I do it for is Jackson, and
you know that's the only person I'm gonna do it for. Okay,
I'm not mm hmm. It ain't gonna happen, Lady P.
I'm just trying to tell you that right now. It's
not gonna happen. You're not gonna talk to Lady P
like that now with some respector I got.

Speaker 9 (34:16):
I got some words for that, for that.

Speaker 7 (34:18):
What that T means? No, precious, I wasn't gonna say.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
I wasn't gonna say clean it up. It's a main's world.
And all of my fans and all my constituents.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
That afternoon, oh you know what, somebody called me and
asked me how could they be a constituent of yours?
I can't remember who that was.

Speaker 2 (34:44):
Oh, all they have to do is call in or
tap the app and agree with and agree with nine
things I said.

Speaker 1 (34:54):
Clyde is your constituent, that's for sure, right Denver.

Speaker 7 (35:00):
Uh you know the rest of the smart people.

Speaker 4 (35:03):
Okay, whatever you say, correct and you.

Speaker 7 (35:07):
Know I won't going to call today. But one of
my constituents, his name is Chester. Uh huh, Like I said,
he hangs out at the McDonald's. Not the McDonald's, but
the McDonald's on Third and Bells.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
And he's a good guy.

Speaker 2 (35:26):
He wanted to hear my voice with all my constituents
and to be my fan.

Speaker 7 (35:31):
You don't have to call in, Okay, you just have
to just have to sit down and and and smile.

Speaker 1 (35:39):
Okay, wait a minute, sit down and smile. Okay, just
that easy. Okay, all right.

Speaker 7 (35:46):
Yes, it's very easy. Anyway, it's giving me back to
the United States. Uh. You know, like I said, I
was in Mexico and had a good time. But let
me talk about your subjects.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
Yes, the hole in the Walls.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
Yeah, I tried one time for the Whole in the
Wall when I was younger, but.

Speaker 7 (36:05):
It was too many people.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
You know, Jerry Kernel's Everybody's sweating, brute colone everywhere, women
with false hair, false teeth.

Speaker 6 (36:20):
You know.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Oh that sounds beautiful to me. Sounds beautiful to me.

Speaker 7 (36:24):
I don't like.

Speaker 2 (36:25):
Being all close to everybody, Yeah, I don't.

Speaker 7 (36:27):
I don't like that. You know. I like to see
what I'm what I'm doing, you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (36:35):
Yeah, yeah, the whole Yeah, you know, chitlings. You need
to go in the daytime.

Speaker 9 (36:43):
Thought they didn't start to midnight.

Speaker 1 (36:46):
You can go down today time and play the Duke Jortan,
I mean the juke box and you know that kind
of stuff. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (36:51):
I mean, the place is ten feet by twelve and
you have about a thousand people in there, to many people.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
What no, man, if you go to what's what's what's
the place? The greenhouse, green building, Yes, what's the name
of what's the name of it?

Speaker 9 (37:07):
Shopping shopping, it.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
Might as well be it might as well be a
juice joint.

Speaker 7 (37:17):
Let me get to advertising.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
You ain't advertising it on my stage, on my red,
on my show, take that back to stand.

Speaker 7 (37:30):
Let me talk about this.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
That's why I let you Jim you Yeah, you better up.
We got people on home line lit up now I'm
about to bump you.

Speaker 7 (37:45):
You have you have another subject.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
About about the female and the males and connected.

Speaker 1 (37:50):
And old they're in their sixties.

Speaker 7 (37:54):
Oh she whiz.

Speaker 2 (37:59):
Let that woman come over all she has to do
and listen to me.

Speaker 7 (38:02):
Ladies, take Jackson's advice. Take Jackson's advice.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
Wear that man out before that woman gets there. Give
him the works, give him the work where he will
be set for these six days.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
Okay, wear him out.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
Don't no sixty year old man want to go again
after a few days.

Speaker 7 (38:30):
To wear him out.

Speaker 9 (38:35):
That's some great advice.

Speaker 1 (38:37):
That's some pretty good advice, if I do say so myself. Yeah,
all right, Jackson gotta go.

Speaker 8 (38:42):
Hey, hey, hey, come on, hair up?

Speaker 7 (38:46):
Okay, okay, child, be a great.

Speaker 4 (38:51):
Weekend, Jackson and welcome all right, bye, bye, thank you.
W D I A hello, Hey, what's going on?

Speaker 7 (39:07):
I got I got a lot to touch. So let
me let me try to be a little quick with this,
because I want to touch almost everything he talked about.

Speaker 12 (39:15):
Uh, the thing that the episode that went down to
Hot the Springs comes to find out. I don't know
if you know this or not, but they had actually
escorted that guy out before all that had taken place,
and those guys were security that.

Speaker 7 (39:30):
They ended up beating him up. Oh they had. They
escorted him out and he came back then after being
they scored it out.

Speaker 1 (39:38):
He was asking the first time.

Speaker 7 (39:40):
Yeah, he was asking for what thing. Number two. The
girl with the feminine boyfriend, she's.

Speaker 12 (39:49):
In for the shock of her life unless she already
know he probably swinging both ways.

Speaker 9 (39:54):
He just switch hit on and at some point.

Speaker 12 (39:57):
In time she's gonna find that out. That boy probably
go both ways.

Speaker 7 (40:03):
There ain't no straight man wearing no makeup unless he's
on TV.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
You know where's makeups. He wears crop tops and the
you know kind of shorts. She said they actually dress
alike sometimes, is he?

Speaker 7 (40:21):
Noah, Nah, there ain't no straight man's though. Don't don't
go over there. That's not a straight man.

Speaker 12 (40:27):
You you could be understanding and kind of no a
lady and know they go through things. But I ain't
putting on no skirt, no thy high boots and no
none of that. Talking about I got feminine ways and
myself now uh.

Speaker 6 (40:40):
Uh.

Speaker 12 (40:43):
The couple, well, well, the mother I think she should
have defended her daughter in extreme So you know, whatever
happened to him, you know whatever. You know, I would
have done the same thing. And finally, the coup of
the sixty year old couple.

Speaker 9 (40:59):
I agree with Jackson.

Speaker 7 (41:01):
I agree with Lady.

Speaker 9 (41:02):
P and Jennifer.

Speaker 12 (41:04):
So I'm kind of caught up in the middle on
this one. Like Jackson said, work them over real good
entertaining project of money, and.

Speaker 7 (41:11):
I had to recuperate.

Speaker 9 (41:12):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (41:13):
That's one solution. I do believe.

Speaker 12 (41:16):
I do believe that a person should be able to
have friends at the option six, and especially if you
had their friend before.

Speaker 7 (41:23):
The fact, there should be no problem. But I think
that the.

Speaker 9 (41:28):
Friend should be a little.

Speaker 12 (41:29):
Considerate knowing that now you have a lady, so you know,
maybe so I should be a little considerate. But on
the other hand, the man you my friend.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
Before this lady came along. So I'm caught up in
the middle. So my solution will be this. If I
was the guy, I said, I'll tell you what doing me.
Don't worry about her.

Speaker 1 (41:48):
What we'll do?

Speaker 12 (41:49):
You come over, you stay with me too while she's visiting.

Speaker 7 (41:53):
Okay, you see what I'm saying.

Speaker 12 (41:55):
That'll solve everything right there. But what's going on there
is the lady don't.

Speaker 7 (42:01):
Trust, don't trust him and did. At the same time,
I have to be honest and transparent.

Speaker 12 (42:05):
I don't think i'd be comfortable with a man staying
in the house with.

Speaker 19 (42:08):
My lady either, So I will try to come.

Speaker 12 (42:11):
To a resolution and say, why don't you just come
over state as well and we all just have a
good time while she's here, you know, and I think
that they'll, you know, be cool like that. No roach, Yeah, yep, hey,
shout out. Shout out to Cassandra and everybody. Uh John August.
But also I hadn't heard from Pet from the park,

(42:31):
Lady Canaman Park or Callahan whatever that is up there.

Speaker 1 (42:34):
And Calumne.

Speaker 9 (42:39):
Yeah, well you know Pat. That's why I say Pat
from the park, Yeah, Dad.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
From kellyum at Park, Illinois. Yeah yeah, I heard.

Speaker 9 (42:47):
So shout out to her and hope she's doing okay
because I hadn't heard.

Speaker 7 (42:50):
A call lady.

Speaker 1 (42:51):
Yeah, yeah, Cat you all right? Yeah, okay?

Speaker 7 (42:55):
Illed you next time then you coming.

Speaker 1 (42:56):
Man, appreciate you calling in. Listen. I'm gonna get your
emails and all that good stuff and your calls when
I come back, and some of you are tapping that
app as well. I got a message saying that Jackson
gave some really good advice. Way to go, Jackson. Okay,
all right, well y'all stick around. Nine oh one five
three five nine three four two eight hundred five zero

(43:17):
three nine three four two eight three three five three
five nine three four two. Will be back in a moment, Michael, Eric,
Lady d CJ. Hold on, we'll be back. I'm so relaxed.
I think if I were to go to a juke
joint tonight, I'd have myself a good time. I got
a massage before work today, so I'm relaxed. Some of

(43:39):
y'all that are tight and stiff, maybe stuck up, get
your massage. Relax you. It'll straighten you right on out,
bring it right on down earth, sure will, especially if
you get a good one. Me shout out to all
the good massage therapists out there. Y'all do a fabulous job. Yeah,

(44:01):
serving your community is what you're doing, and thank you
for it. Thank you. Okay, let me go to the app.
Somebody tap that app. Let's go there. Good afternoon, Tommy.

Speaker 18 (44:12):
Hey, I just enjoyed yesterday when you kept on playing
mister Hemrit's tap that app. Me took her to have
good afternoons a weekend. This mss Owens love you.

Speaker 1 (44:26):
Love you too, Miss Owens. Oh ain't she sweet? Let
me see African consultants said, Stormy, when you told Jackson
that he had to go to the juke joint in
the daytime because apparently he liked to see what he's doing,
had me rolling, y'all something else? All right, let's get
back into the conversation here, wd I A hello.

Speaker 19 (44:50):
How you doing?

Speaker 2 (44:51):
Hee?

Speaker 1 (44:52):
Michael? I'm good? How are you okake a blame?

Speaker 10 (44:57):
Why do that want to blame? Jackson's got a thing?

Speaker 9 (44:59):
Song?

Speaker 10 (45:00):
I mean, I think I should have dangers, make the
world go around about with astination.

Speaker 7 (45:05):
That's my thing.

Speaker 1 (45:05):
So nope, bring it with you. You got to bring
it witches. Okay, Michael, you something, Thank you for making
me laugh. I had no problem.

Speaker 10 (45:19):
I didn't hear anything about the girl with the gay boyfriend.

Speaker 1 (45:22):
Yeah she she okay, so she she said that she
she says she likes feminine men because you don't have
to teach them how to treat women. That what she said.

Speaker 10 (45:35):
Okay, uh with a feminine man, you're more likely to
get your butt kicks. U uh me.

Speaker 8 (45:48):
No, No, that's that's that's just that order, bad.

Speaker 7 (45:52):
Order, maerven.

Speaker 8 (45:52):
Things aren't supposed to happen now, I don't you know,
I don't knock folks choices.

Speaker 10 (45:57):
You like what you like.

Speaker 7 (45:58):
But that's chilly talk.

Speaker 8 (46:00):
That to talk of a little girl, because grown folks
don't talk like that, the same feminine men. Yeah, okay,
when she grows up that hopefully she grows up, that'll
change as far as that that couple that. No, No,
if you're aligned with everything and you can have friends,

(46:21):
I've had good that really good close female friends. I've
just mat us to be friends with women that I
ate at one point.

Speaker 6 (46:30):
But at no time ever.

Speaker 10 (46:32):
Would I think my wife and I think my wife's
is to care. But I don't think at any.

Speaker 8 (46:36):
Point would she be comfortable with me and inviting a
friend of over thirty years or she's gonna spending out here.

Speaker 10 (46:43):
But no, I mean, I don't even know how.

Speaker 9 (46:45):
That can even be entertained.

Speaker 10 (46:46):
It's not a matter of being intercured. It's not a
matter of thought.

Speaker 8 (46:49):
If something I don't expecially if this is something where
one of my favorite movies is Brown Sugar.

Speaker 10 (46:55):
You ever seen that movie? They did to not later?

Speaker 1 (46:58):
Oh yeah, exactly.

Speaker 10 (47:01):
So that situation, I mean, it's.

Speaker 1 (47:06):
The tarn bomb.

Speaker 8 (47:07):
Why would the foe want to come too out and say,
door't even married.

Speaker 7 (47:11):
She got a line, she's got a.

Speaker 10 (47:13):
Lot even entertaining that foolishness, because that's what it is.

Speaker 14 (47:16):
Now.

Speaker 1 (47:17):
They're they're not married. They're not married.

Speaker 10 (47:22):
Are they staying together?

Speaker 1 (47:23):
No they don't. They don't live together. They live in
separate houses. They're just in love and in a relationship
and talking about marriage.

Speaker 19 (47:30):
Oh well they're in love.

Speaker 8 (47:31):
Okay, I thought they were married with that's differently, it's
not much different because if I's committed and there's a
commitment there, there's not a planet in this solar system
where that's gonna be.

Speaker 6 (47:41):
Okay.

Speaker 10 (47:42):
You people say all can and said, oh no, it's
not a problem, it's not a problem.

Speaker 6 (47:46):
And then you.

Speaker 8 (47:48):
Use two pumps with the dishwashing liquid and an argument's thought,
but it should have been three. But it's not about
the dish washing liquid. It's about that foolishness that you
engaged in. And if you have to know what to
ask me about now, if you if if that's serious,
where your friend comes to town, you know, hold their room,
like uh, what Jennifer said, get a hotel room.

Speaker 10 (48:11):
You know, you don't tell what seas you want to say,
somewhere nice.

Speaker 7 (48:14):
If you're into.

Speaker 10 (48:14):
Awards members, hey, I got to me into.

Speaker 8 (48:16):
Awards from I'm an genio. And your friend would understand. Hey,
your friend wouldn't ask any foolishes like that, But a
person would understand if you said that, Like look, uh,
you saying he's not a good idea.

Speaker 6 (48:30):
But I know somebody here, I get your good room there.

Speaker 8 (48:35):
But that's not even reallyty.

Speaker 6 (48:38):
For somebody entertain I mean.

Speaker 8 (48:41):
No, no, it just doesn't make any sense, just make
any logical sense, not to me. You know, I can
be wrong, I can be wrong. It just doesn't make
any logical sense to me.

Speaker 1 (48:53):
Mm hmm. Okay, she need to get a room, is
what Michael said.

Speaker 8 (49:02):
I mean, come on, man, I mean seriously, seriously, And
my friends always tell me, man, you're too logical, No
such thing.

Speaker 7 (49:10):
You're too logical, you know, because.

Speaker 8 (49:12):
If you leave everything with emotion, you make a whole
lot more mistakes.

Speaker 7 (49:16):
I'm saying you don't.

Speaker 6 (49:17):
Want to logical, but hell on, man, there's no logic
that no one.

Speaker 1 (49:20):
No one got you. I got you, Michael. Thanks for
tapping that phone and them numbers and dialing on in
thank you appreciate me to all right, appreciate you dou

They friends.

Speaker 9 (51:21):
And he said that been his friend.

Speaker 6 (51:23):
For over thirty years.

Speaker 14 (51:25):
Now, this is what I would tell him. She don't
have no friends. I would first ask that first, why
why she come in here? First of all, said, you know,
she can visit you in the daytime. All of us
can hang out.

Speaker 6 (51:42):
We can kick me. But it's the one. What is
she coming here for?

Speaker 14 (51:48):
See, that's what I need to know. You know if
she just coming here and then she might not have
no money to get a hotel.

Speaker 6 (51:57):
And now, believe it or not, he's so full of crap.

Speaker 9 (52:02):
He won't want to see what his friend gonna stay.

Speaker 14 (52:07):
He want to know what she's gonna stay about this,
I guarantee you.

Speaker 6 (52:12):
That's his idea.

Speaker 14 (52:13):
Now you better hear what I kid, you're in he's
sliding up under horn where you know, Stephan don't want
to come to town, you know, and she you know,
can I.

Speaker 6 (52:21):
Want to crash over here? What you think about it?

Speaker 14 (52:25):
That lady there, it's easy because they.

Speaker 6 (52:28):

Speaker 14 (52:29):
They gave you and I'm a fan of.

Speaker 6 (52:33):
When you gave you. We just gave you.

Speaker 14 (52:35):
But that's his idea. But she can look slip the
scrip on him and tell him she should come over
and hang out with us all days. Where did I say?
But when the life go off? This ain't the Motel six,
It ain't the do drop in you. It is definitely
like Hotel California. Will I get you a room where

(52:58):
they leave the life go that's side piece, So Tad,
the mot is sick.

Speaker 6 (53:03):
So wherever you want.

Speaker 14 (53:04):
To go, Me and my dude got you. But nope,
See it's some things you don't cross the line.

Speaker 6 (53:11):
And like I said, he's so little, that's one of.

Speaker 7 (53:13):
The most sleep and.

Speaker 14 (53:15):

Speaker 20 (53:45):
So y'all just don't sit here on this radio station
and not nobody say anything about the health director leaving town.
Something's going on now, you run about that because doctor
Michelle Taylor.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
She up out of here. I actually saw that story
when it came down on the Commercial Appeal because I
subscribed to the Commercial Appeal and I get there breaking
news on my cell phone. So I saw that story,
and I must admit, mister MT, I forgot about it.
I'm glad you said something. I hope that. Well, when people,

(54:30):
you know, take jobs, I know you know she's taken
this job because it's what she wants to do. And
I'm to tell you something. She might be tied. I
ain't speaking for nothing like that. She might be tied

(54:54):
and her hands might have been tied. Doctor Michelle Taylor
probably said, look at him. If I can't be the solution,
I got to get up out of here. I don't know,
but I know, you know with all that xay I talk,
and you know with you know she's she she got

(55:17):
a boss. Mayor. Mayor Mary Harris was her boss, you
know what I'm saying. And when you got a boss,
kind of like what I was saying about Kamala some
time ago. You you can't be out there just doing
you won't unless you want to lose your job or
saying what you want. Unless you want to lose your job.
You got to be careful. You got to, you know,

(55:41):
walk soft. And now that she's free, you know, I
don't know, but she's moving on. Yeah, man, she's going
to let me see where she's going. Uh, she's getting

(56:04):
up out of here, Commissioner of Baltimore City Health Department.
So she's moving on up. She's George and weezy and
moving on up. And I'm gonna telling you, the heavier
the job. You know, people think that just because people
go get other jobs that oh she got it going on.

(56:24):
She does. But what's that saying? Heavy is the head
that where's the crown? That's that's that's of those job.
Jobs like that, you come under a lot of scrutiny,
a lot of pressure. It's heavy, you know what I'm saying.

(56:47):
Let me go back to the phones, see what y'all
talking about. W D I A hello, I'm doing good,
mister c J. How you doing.

Speaker 7 (56:58):
As you than the rest and greater than the bed?

Speaker 9 (57:02):
That's right?

Speaker 1 (57:07):
What's going on with you?

Speaker 7 (57:09):
Quite a while?

Speaker 19 (57:10):
When I say a question, son on almost failed to
worry this. Yes, iry's while I'm on the right line.

Speaker 1 (57:19):
What you on the Yeah, you're on the heir. If
that's what you're asking, well.

Speaker 19 (57:24):
No, I want to know my own that.

Speaker 1 (57:27):
No the chipmunk lind No, well you called a decision line. No,
come on now, c J.

Speaker 19 (57:38):
See that don't make don't make me laugh? Well, I
love to laugh anyway, you know. I'm I love humor,
you know. Okay, I got one question for you. Why
did Jackson get open and open opening song?

Speaker 7 (57:54):
What he called?

Speaker 19 (57:55):
Why is that.

Speaker 7 (57:58):
Walk? You will give me an open line?

Speaker 19 (58:01):
You know?

Speaker 1 (58:01):
No, I ain't doing it because because y'all y'all trying
to put too much pressure on me. Now you uh,
a J. I'm forgetful, lady.

Speaker 7 (58:11):
I can't remember y'all.

Speaker 1 (58:12):
Y'all must think I'm a young girl. I ain't in
my twenties.

Speaker 10 (58:15):
I can't remember.

Speaker 1 (58:16):
I can't remember but one.

Speaker 7 (58:18):
And anybody younger than I am young.

Speaker 1 (58:23):
I mean I am young. But you know what I'm saying.
If you only have one to remember, that's day and
that just then you're good.

Speaker 7 (58:34):
Wait minute, say it again.

Speaker 1 (58:36):
If you only have one to remember, then you're good.

Speaker 19 (58:40):
With Jackson back got I like Jackson, you got matter
of fact, matter of fact. Jackson don't know it, but
I'm one of his conspicuous.

Speaker 7 (58:51):
I like Jackson. Jackson.

Speaker 19 (58:52):
He's a comedian and I love him. See Jackson whenever
whenever you said Jackson always whatever, whatever I'm doing, and
all you stopped doing.

Speaker 7 (59:00):
I said, see what Jackson? You know he could make
some sense when you want to.

Speaker 1 (59:06):
Now he made good sense today?

Speaker 19 (59:09):
Yeah, he sure did. I listened to Yeah he made
I said, not going all day?

Speaker 7 (59:13):
You know? But he look, jo man, I got a
serious question. I want to ask you. That's not like that.

Speaker 19 (59:21):
Okay, Now, I listen to Staying show every morning. I was,
you know, but uh, I heard you in the month.
If you don't mind me saying that, if you if
you don't do something that you don't deal with, let's
tell me.

Speaker 6 (59:29):
How to get off. Okay.

Speaker 7 (59:31):
You you did the news one morning and what struck
my attention. He was giving the news.

Speaker 19 (59:37):
About a man and wife riding around about one or
two o'clock in the morning or something like that. Yes,
well look here what got my attention is that you
said the wife know who the police said, the wife.

Speaker 1 (59:50):
Know who did the shooting?

Speaker 19 (59:51):
Yes, but the husband then now see that that's wait
a minute, not come on, what's going for with that?

Speaker 1 (59:57):
You know, and she's in the hospital and at the
time is critical condition.

Speaker 7 (01:00:02):
Oh what about the husband?

Speaker 1 (01:00:04):
Well, he's he's fine, he's in he yeah, he's fine.

Speaker 19 (01:00:09):
You know what that made me think about something happened
to my mom. Not gonna give I'm not an elite, okay,
imnn said that that was the news that was that
was a story about I said five was six seven
years ago, about about the husband and the wife walking
during that morning walk out in the Fraser Okay, some

(01:00:31):
robbers came up. Okay, I don't know they robbed, they robbed,
they robbed them, but they killed the husband and let
the wife got away.

Speaker 7 (01:00:41):
I said certain things like that that preacked my curiosity
and it also stirred my suspicions.

Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
Yes, yes, you know, I couldn't say much more about
it because it was a news story. But I understand
you know what I'm saying, and I don't. I don't.
I don't know all the details about it, but just
you know, hearing it, I was like, I thought it
was interesting.

Speaker 6 (01:01:05):
Too, you know.

Speaker 7 (01:01:08):
Yeah, I mean to me and my wife.

Speaker 19 (01:01:11):
To me and my wife, I ride whatever two at
three o'clock in the morning, you were whatever, and somebody.

Speaker 7 (01:01:17):
Come up and do some shooting, he said, tomorrow, Because
I mean.

Speaker 19 (01:01:24):
People have their set up to see. Yeah, I'm a
very suspicion. I have a very suspicious nation. I could
have been a private privately, I still could be one
if I want to, But I don't put my life
in a danger. But that's why I'm just curious about that,
because that sounds suspicious to me, you know, I mean,
you know, waiting man know, shooting at her, pumping ate
pumping eight slowed into his car or whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:01:45):
You know, yeah eight you right?

Speaker 7 (01:01:47):
Eight? Oh yeah. Like I always say, I'm I have
been listening, but I'm not acting caller. I called her
down there.

Speaker 19 (01:01:53):
But that's suspicious though, I mean, somebody looking at that
because you know, she nobody can get he could have
got anytime.

Speaker 7 (01:02:01):
Anybody.

Speaker 19 (01:02:01):
I'm gonna say this, I'm gonna get up anytime anybody
pumped them in a boost in your in your uh direction?
Whoever it was meant to kill somebody, right, yeah, I'm
just I'm serious about it. Don't there was an accidentally,
there wasn't somebody. Whoever it was meant to kill somebody.
I don't know which way it was to kill, but.

Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
That's right, that's right. So I'm going on with that.
When you're write missus c J.

Speaker 19 (01:02:26):
All right, well run, thank you, okay, yeah, take care
to have a good weekends.

Speaker 1 (01:02:30):
All right, you too, thank you, bye bye.

Speaker 7 (01:02:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:02:33):
I did it this morning. I think it was this morning.
Overnight gunfire left a husband and wife injured in Westwood.
MPD s had the shooting happened around one thirty a m.
The couple told police that they were driving on Airs
Road near Weaver Road when a man in a gold
car shot them. The husband told officers that his wife
knows the person who shot them. Officers found eight bullet

(01:02:56):
holes in the couple's car, and the vehicle's passenger side
rear window were shattered. MPD found the couple outside of
the Westwood fire station. Officers were not able to find
the actual scene of that shooting, and MPD received a
tip that multiple gunshots were heard in the area of
Airs and Weaver. The woman suffered critical injuries in that attack. MMMM,

(01:03:24):
all right, I'll come back and talk to y'all when
I got that classic TV throwback coming up for you,
Ike Eric, Miss Jewell, y'all hold on, we'll be back
in a moment. And if you go out tonight to
that droop joint or that hole in the wall, I
hope you have a wang dang doodle good time. Did

(01:03:45):
I say it right? If I said it wrong, let
me know we gonna have a wang thing. Yes, I
think I'm pretty close. I might not be. That's okay,
that's quite all right. Let me see a couple emails here,

(01:04:05):
Miss Felicia, Hey girl, she says, feminine men versus masculine
man HG. Hockey sticks. No, we don't want it to
each his own or her own. Me personally, I wouldn't
consider being with or date a feminine man for so

(01:04:27):
many reasons that time won't allow me to say. Ma'am,
I advise women out there to date yourself first before
pursuing anyone masculine or feminine. The mother who protected her child,
in my opinion, she shouldn't be in jail at all.
Let's see county mayors from Marcus. He says, greetings, oh,

(01:04:51):
greetings in salutations. Is this Marcus Marcus? Or is this
another Marcus? Anyway? Remember, Shelby County mayor is in his
last term. There will be more people leaving his administration soon. Now, okay,
now you write about it. That's why the county Health
director is leaving, probably just saying yeah, she could be

(01:05:12):
leaving for that. You write because you know those positions.
Once the mayor leaves, and Shelby County Mayor Lee Harris
at that position for what eight years? It hasn't been
eight or seven going on eight in two terms, and
this is it for him, and a lot of the
people that work for him are under him. When the

(01:05:35):
new mayor comes along, they will probably want their own people.
So yeah, people do actually start looking for other jobs
when they know that the mayor is about to be
out in the door. M h, you write about it.
Let me go to the phones. WDA Hello, Hello, call

(01:05:57):
it you there?

Speaker 7 (01:05:58):
A Hello?

Speaker 9 (01:06:00):
Yeah, how are you today?

Speaker 6 (01:06:03):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (01:06:03):
I'm doing good, I'm doing.

Speaker 12 (01:06:06):
What's story to you?

Speaker 14 (01:06:08):
And all you call us?

Speaker 7 (01:06:08):
What's up?

Speaker 14 (01:06:09):
World?

Speaker 1 (01:06:10):
Every Friday, happen Friday to you?

Speaker 7 (01:06:14):
Now, Yeah, I'm mad at you, Stormy. What I do
now I love you to death. Unother is last year
thirty song. But life is a tough, tough, tough mass
to brisk. But I love you, But but you because
I waited yesterday to.

Speaker 1 (01:06:30):
Call it, yeah, and you kept hanging out because.

Speaker 7 (01:06:34):
I waited so and I was in tune for those calls.

Speaker 9 (01:06:36):
That's the WB I family, and I agree.

Speaker 7 (01:06:38):
With a lot that was said and lots of us.

Speaker 6 (01:06:40):
Then it was said, but no, uh, I.

Speaker 7 (01:06:43):
Said, and I hung up on the I did because
I waited over an hour. Then I wait over the
next thirty minutes.

Speaker 14 (01:06:48):
But sometimes you do.

Speaker 1 (01:06:49):
Sometimes you wait a long time. Sometimes it depends on
a lot neither yeah, some, It depends on how it
depends on how much this phone is ringing. And it
also depends on if I look can see how long
you've been waiting, because I try to look and see
how long yourybody's been waiting. And sometimes I don't get
to you because I don't know how long you've been
waiting because I gotta my screen. If I wish I had,

(01:07:10):
I'm gonna take a I'm gonna do a video this,
that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna do a video
so y'all can see. The screen is a little back
as far it's pushed back now. I don't know if
bell like it back or who it is is staying
and like it pushed all the way to the back now.
And my eyes ain't what they used to be. And
so when you look at the screen, you got to
look at the in front of you, and the numbers

(01:07:33):
are very, very small. And if you're like me, you're
going through a season of your life where your eyesight
is changing. You ain't always see them little things when
it's far away. Yeah, So when I if I push it,
if I pull it up closer to me, which is
how I like the computer, I like it closer so
that I can see those things clearer. Today I did

(01:07:55):
not push it up closer. It's further back, so I
don't always see that. And that's just Hey, that's just
how it rolls. Eric. Something you heard Lady D said
sometimes she waited. I some people wait a long time sometime,
and it's not because anybody's picking on anybody, And there's
just the way it happens. Sometimes.

Speaker 7 (01:08:12):
Well, I understand. And it's just like lady did still.

Speaker 1 (01:08:14):
You know you don't waste it all that time and
you about to be out of time.

Speaker 12 (01:08:19):
I was listening to you because I rather be a
good listener than the dumb talker Eric top that town.

Speaker 6 (01:08:25):
That's right.

Speaker 7 (01:08:26):
I rather be a good list I let you get yours.
If miss your tune, start the key.

Speaker 12 (01:08:30):
And I just want to say this, yes, sir uh
and shouts out of Mister Henry shouts out, mister Jackson
needs a nurse bevelist. Look, lady d lady pe, lady
t look y'all calling man.

Speaker 14 (01:08:43):
Oh.

Speaker 12 (01:08:43):
I want to say to the inside, Okay, we're talking
about feminine men. Okay, well exactly because most feminine men,
you know, are.

Speaker 7 (01:08:52):
Raised by you know, mothers without a father. Now I'm
not saying something good mothers, these raised the kids pretty good.
Okay with the Maryland Okay, let me get that out.

Speaker 6 (01:09:01):
Of the way.

Speaker 12 (01:09:01):
But I just want to say that, uh, the fact
that uh uh, the reason feeling them is because it's
just that lacking the right father to show them be
in anational ways, like you don't want to go back
and forth with a woman. And it's a lot of
situations where men do get too emotional. It's just that
men's supposed to know where to put the emotional. Not
saying all of us not emotional beings for me, but

(01:09:22):
it's just that men should know how to put that emotion,
you know, just like okay, just like the situation I
get with.

Speaker 7 (01:09:29):
And I share this with y'all.

Speaker 8 (01:09:30):
My w G A family.

Speaker 9 (01:09:32):
Uh before last you know when I said that man
and come coming up here.

Speaker 7 (01:09:36):
As I look here, you talk to your girl. I
ain't ask her to come up here.

Speaker 12 (01:09:39):
And as a number, I didn't know she was coming
up here. You talk to her, so you getting in
your feminine you need to deal with her. You understand
his mask and shit. And then he came back and
thought about it, and she said, I I'm sorry, So
I said, yeah, because we met, you need to think
it's more logical because why would she even even come
at me, knowing you live close by the nameghborhood and

(01:10:00):
I never ate anybody over She invited herself, said I
