and also Jasmine Rogers and I want to say welcome
(05:40):
ladies to the BEV Johnson Show in w d I A.
Speaker 9 (05:43):
How you doing, wonderful, Thank you, Thank you so much

Speaker 10 (05:49):
Yes, we are so excited to be here.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
I'm so excited to have you. But first, before we
talk about Create tell us, I'm gonna start with Lisa.
Tell us, Lisa Nelson, a little bit about yourself.
Speaker 9 (06:03):
Yes, ma'am, Well, my name is Lisa Nelson. I'm one
of the co founders, as she said, of Create Content Studio.
I can't take the idea of the vision because that
was something that God gave my daughter Jasmine.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
So we're mother daughter team.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Wait a minute, yes, no no no no no no
no no no yo, wait a minute.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
Yes, ma'am, this is your daughter.
Speaker 7 (06:24):
This is my daughter. Yes, ma'am, Lord have mercy, I'm thinking.
I said, please look at two little little sisters, and
she told this is her daughter. Yes, ma'am, Lisa, you
look fabulous, Thank.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
You, thank you.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
So yes, ma'am, I said, oh, these sisters said, this
is my daughter. Okay, go on talk, mama, keep talking.
Speaker 9 (06:46):
Yes, ma'am, so I'm one of the My background actually
is in real estate and finance.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Oh, I'm a real estate broke.
Speaker 9 (06:54):
I've been in real estate in finance for combined almost
thirty years.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 9 (07:00):
Oh, that's what the Lord had grew me up in.
And I helped many miphius and those across in real
estate and lending. But Jasmine came to me with this
wonderful idea that God gave her back in twenty seventeen
about create. And so I'm here today because that's what
I'm representing. The support system that I believed is so
(07:21):
much in what God had given her, in the talents
and abilities that I saw in her, that I knew
that we could come together and bring this to fruition
with His help.
Speaker 7 (07:30):
I love that mother and daughter. Oh my goodness. Well,
let me go over to miss Jasmine. This is mama.
I think it's mama.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
I was thinking, like, these are two best friends. But
I'm sure you're good friends. Yes, this Jasmine's Rogers. Tell
us a little bit about yourself.
Speaker 10 (07:46):
Well, I am Jasmine. I'm also the co founder of
Create Content Studio. So I have been doing content creation
since about twenty eighteen, so I started a personal blog.
So I have about six years experience doing social media
and content. Actually I have an HR background as well,
working in human resources for eight years, so that's kind
(08:07):
of where my business experience came from.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
So yeah, that's just a little bit about me.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
Okay, now when we say Create Content Studio, what is
that all about, Jasmine?
Speaker 10 (08:19):
So, Create is a one stop shop so all things
social media and content creation. And we're having a studio
grand opening weekend this weekend, so Friday and Saturday. So
basically you'll be able to come and get any services
for social media management services, any video services for content creation,
or if you're a business owner or have a brand
(08:40):
and you need a space to either film your own content,
or if you need a space to have meetings, workshops, conferences,
anything like that, all that can be done within our space.
Speaker 7 (08:50):
And I want to go back, Jasmine.
Speaker 1 (08:52):
You said that because I know this is the era
of social media, and so you had this idea, why
did you think that people may need help?
Speaker 10 (09:02):
Well, like you said, social media is taking off right,
so it's like the main platform that you can use
where you know where it's like advertisement you have to
pay for. But you if you create your own audience, no,
that's your own right, and so you can take that
audience and then convert them into your email list and
all of that for your marketing purposes. So social media
is a key aspect to businesses right now. So you
(09:25):
need social media because all of the young audiences on
social media, the older audience is on Facebook and all
of that. So that's the one place that you can
have where everyone has their eyes.
Speaker 7 (09:35):
So go back.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
You said you had the idea since twenty seventeen, So
since twenty seventeen, have you been working or now this
is what you're starting in twenty twenty five, you're been
a bloom out.
Speaker 7 (09:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (09:51):
So basically I was working and also doing content creation
on the side. I had a personal blog and then
I was also with that personal blog, partnering with brand
and just kind of doing it on the side for
fun because it was like my passion, right, And so
I came up with the idea around twenty eighteen, and
it kind of just sat in the phone, like I
put it in my phone and just sat there. And
(10:12):
so I ended up I was living in Nashville at
the time, ended up moving back to Memphis in the
pandemic and so just working and just having life. And
you know, I ended up losing my job in twenty
twenty three, and that was I feel like God was
telling me that it was time. So then that's when
I was like, Okay, I'm gonna focus for you know God,
(10:33):
what God gave me, and then we're gonna it's gonna
work or it's gonna work.
Speaker 5 (10:37):
Wow.
Speaker 9 (10:38):
One of the things she started doing is that I
had got offered to be on a show that came
to Memphis called The American Dream TV. It was a
show about real estate, lifestyle and culture. And at that
point in time was in the time that Jason went
through a transition, and.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
It was new to me because I'm used.
Speaker 9 (11:00):
To marketing myself as a real estate profersional. Most of
my referrals came by individuals that I knew. But when
I got this position with American Dream TV, that was
a whole different world when it comes to television, social media, marketing,
all of these things. And so at that point in time,
that's when God really made it explode. With the talents
(11:22):
that Jasmine had inside of her. I had to hire
Create Contents. Didn't know that that create content specialist was
writing in my own home right there with me, and
it began to open up her eyes. And another young
lady that was helping me from her church, from my
church that I tend, they both started creating my content
(11:42):
and it was unbelievable.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I went from a person who didn't even know how
to set up Facebook. I can be a testament to.
Speaker 9 (11:49):
This to where they put so much wonderful content and
became now almost every social media platform there is, and
individuals like, who us your content? This is amazing, And
I say, well, I got my creator right here. So
the vision that he gave her, and one of the
things he told me to put inside the studio where
(12:11):
members called visionaries. Because to go back to the previous
question you asked, Jasmine mss Johnson.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
The thing about it is that like.
Speaker 9 (12:21):
Myself as an entrepreneur, we have so much talent in Memphis,
and we have a lot of entrepreneurs. They got the
vision up here, but they can't put it out there.
And so that's what it's about. It's about taking what
they have in their mindset, taking what they want to
do on paper the content they want to create, the ideas,
and we're going to bring that vision to pass with them.
(12:43):
The Bible say you write the vision, yes, and you
make it plain and that read it can run with it.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
So that's what Create is. We're gonna be those individuals
that's gonna run with their vision to bring it to
reality form.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
Come on, Mama, a good good so and so In
saying that, Lisa, she really helped you to put out
what you needed to put out in that real estate industry.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Yes, ma'am, she did. She merely made it explode.
Speaker 9 (13:15):
I mean, I have people coming up to me that
I didn't even think about it, and they was like,
we love this content and so on.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
You she did.
Speaker 9 (13:22):
She made from Facebook to Instagram even now you have
we have all the TikTok and all of that stuff.
But she did, she made she really brought and made
my real estate business expand and stand out.
Speaker 5 (13:35):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (13:35):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
If you've just tuned in this morning, I am talking
to the ladies from Create Content Studio. This is a
mother and daughter. Y'all should see him. The mama looks fabulous.

I like to say of create a content studio. Miss
Lisa Nelson is here, Jasmine Rogers is here. Ladies, We're
going to our phone lines to talk to some of
(15:45):
our listeners.
Speaker 7 (15:46):
W d i A. Hi, Frank, Hey, how you doing.
I'm doing well today? How are you?
Speaker 12 (15:55):
I'm doing well?
Speaker 13 (15:56):
Let me say this mis ms Bell Okay, you know
the truth is what you do.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Uh.
Speaker 12 (16:04):
And I'm getting honest about this and people need to
hear what I'm about to say because.
Speaker 13 (16:10):
It's it's everything that life is all about. The truth
set us free. I mean, it's a beautiful thing to
hear the truth to know the truth, and because people
have you doing everything on lives but but let when
you let the truth out, then it's a beautiful thing.
(16:33):
And ms Bell, you always bring guesses on your show,
and people don't understand you bring the truth on your
show now regardless of what's going on or what happened
after they leave your show, that's not your responsibility.
Speaker 12 (16:52):
But on your show, you bring the truth because you
give people what they need. See, that's what life.
Speaker 13 (17:00):
Is all about, getting what you need in life. And
you bring so many positive people to help people, and
it brings out a beautiful thing.
Speaker 12 (17:12):
And I love you.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
But I ask, do you have a question for the ladies?
Speaker 12 (17:18):
I want them to explain how uh they charge? I
mean how how they do they get paid or how
because I'm uh, let you know, let the people know
who wants to and I might need your service, but
I want I don't want to come with two dollars and.
Speaker 13 (17:38):
I need ten dollars.
Speaker 12 (17:40):
Okay, I go, yes, I just want to know how
do you know your charge and and how how that
how that process works?
Speaker 1 (17:50):
All right, thank you, Frank, we appreciate you. And Jazz
was gonna answer, Okay, thank you, Frank Jasmine.
Speaker 10 (17:57):
Yes, so we charged by the two hour minimum of
the studios, and so there for each section that you choose,
it's a different price. So you can go to let
us create L E t U S c R E
number eight dot com and you can see all of
the prices there for the different areas.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
All right, we're going back to our phone lines. W
D I A unforgetful.
Speaker 5 (18:24):
Bells.
Speaker 6 (18:24):
You got another great show to go. I remember them
two young ladies back in the day. They've been on
your show before. Right. No, oh, okay, I us some jazz.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
No no, I had a jasmine, but this is not
the one.
Speaker 6 (18:40):
Okay, I'm glad. Well, I ain't mean to say it
that way, but I'm just glad you're corrected me. Okay,
but check you, miss leechha Uh. I want to ask you,
miss Lenka uh. Can you use social media to fight
the bad things that's going on with your folks? I mean,
(19:02):
you know, okay, what do you wait?
Speaker 7 (19:05):
I forget for what do you mean to fight? What
is social media to fight?
Speaker 6 (19:09):
Can it be used in a way like the etic
the way things was back when we were growing up?
You know, open the doors for young ladies, you know, and.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
Oh teaching Okay, we got it. We got it. Okay, Lisa,
we got it.
Speaker 7 (19:23):
Now go on, yes, sir, it can.
Speaker 2 (19:25):
That's yes, sir, it can.
Speaker 9 (19:27):
One of the things that I do, and Jasmine is
so great at it when she has the content that
I put out on there, is that we do teaching
points and.
Speaker 2 (19:36):
We put positive aspects about life.
Speaker 9 (19:39):
To help young people, help the business professionals, help anyone motivationals.
Things that we put out of their content, biblical content.
We put our platforms to help those individuals to see
the positive of life and not all the negatives.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
So yes, for yes, sir, it definitely can be used that.
Speaker 6 (20:01):
I love that, and you know, I would like to
try to invest something into that and get this message
out there. Ms. Rogers, I want to ask you this question, Jasmin, Yes, sir,
what is the most damaged thing that you think in
social media?
Speaker 2 (20:16):
The most damaging thing in social media?
Speaker 6 (20:18):
Yeah, do the young folks, because I'm pretty sure you're
a pretty young lady, and give me just that you
wish wasn't there.
Speaker 10 (20:27):
Well, you know, it can be a lot of negative
things on social media and so but the good thing
about it is you can control your timeline. So even
though there may be some negative things out there on
the socials, the more that you interact with more positive things,
that'll that is what's going to show up on your timeline.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
So you can un.
Speaker 6 (20:43):
Follow people dealing with the negative. Is any way possible
that you could stop that on me? Is it a
way of banding it so they won't go to that
because they looking for the negative?
Speaker 10 (20:55):
I mean I would just suggest to control your own
time line so you can unfollow people, block people, all
of that, and then keep the positive on your timeline.
Speaker 6 (21:07):
Mm hmm. So it's all dealing with what freedom independent,
they can do what they want to do.
Speaker 11 (21:15):
Well.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Yeah, but but but the thing is, I'm forgetting. Like
you said, we want to keep it positive. And if
you people want to do some positive work, well, Jasmine
and Lisa are there and to help them to put
out some positive things unforgetful.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
Yeah, but you got negative folks that can get.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
Well, We're gonna always have negative folks. It is what
you choose. You can choose to be positive or negative.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
There's no way to stop.
Speaker 7 (21:42):
Doing this, right, you just have to control yourself. That's
a thank you, Okay, unforgetful. You got it. Thank you,
thank you forget it. Thank you, thank you unforgetful. You
just have to control yourself.
Speaker 1 (21:59):
We are told talking this day with the ladies from
Create Content Studio, Lisa Nelson and Jazzline Rogers. And I
want to ask Jasline that with your studio, who can
who can be your client? Are there people that you
may say no to or I mean who can use
(22:20):
your services?
Speaker 7 (22:21):
Maybe let me put it that way.
Speaker 10 (22:23):
Yes, So our services are for entrepreneurs, small business owners, corporations, nonprofits, churches,
So those are who we really target and want to
help with their services.
Speaker 7 (22:34):
Yes, I'm glad you said churches.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
So if a church because now we know that social medialy,
so I mean that's and churches are online, they're on Facebook, YouTube.
Speaker 7 (22:47):
You can help them set that up.
Speaker 10 (22:49):
Yes, ma'am. Yes, we can help them with their social media.
Make sure they're consistent, make sure we can get their
message out there. Make sure that their target audience is clear,
because that's what that's how you grow your audience. Make
sure that you know who you're talking to. You provide
them some benefit and then you're consistent.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
Okay, And so all they would have to do is
contact you. All you get give that website out again.
You get is everything on the website that people can go.
Give the website out again, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 10 (23:17):
So the website is let us create so l E
t us c R the number eight dot com.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
Oh that's simple. And and people need information. So you
said churches, businesses. I guess individual people.
Speaker 9 (23:34):
If they had yes, ma'am, if they have a vision,
they have a business inside of them. They haven't started,
but they need a place to know how to get started.
They can come to us and we can help them
put that vision to reality. We can help them create
content because sometimes you have to start off as a small,
self employed individual. Yeah, and we understand that. And that's
the purpose of creating. We want the people to be
(23:56):
seen because a lot of times people individually don't have
a platform. So we're making that platform for them where
their business, their idea can be seen. And this is
a way to help them grow and expand.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
And I know one of the things that when we
talk about because social media is here to stay and
one of the things that I noticed that and I
can talk about Facebook being on Facebook because our company
is on Facebook, that people now Jasmine. They're doing more
advertising on Facebook than maybe going to television or back
(24:34):
in the billboards and all that.
Speaker 10 (24:36):
Yes, that makes sense because if you think about it,
a lot of people don't have cable. Well some people do,
but a lot of people let go of cable and
what they're doing streaming right right, So we used to
watch those commercials, So that's where most people have their
eyes on the commercials right now they have commercials on streaming,
but most of everybody, everybody doesn't have social media, but
most people do and their eyes are right there on
(24:57):
their phones. But now when you go to places, what
are people doing looking at their phones social media? So
that makes sense as to why all the ads are
there because that's where the people are right now.
Speaker 11 (25:08):
Right.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
So, and as you said, Lisa, as you can help
people with their content. Someone comes to you and they
have this idea for a business and they again they
can't put it together. Will you all just can? Will
you just put it all together? Or you prefer that
person have some kind of plans setting and stone what
(25:30):
they want.
Speaker 10 (25:31):
So, yes, so we do have two different phases of clients.
So if you are a startup client, then we will
start you out with brand and services, so we will
be your one stop shop. So we're going to outsource
like graphics so you can get your logo done, your
website done, all of that, and then once you're ready
to content to have content, that's when you moved to
the content phase. But for a business that's already set up,
(25:54):
has all their logos, branding and all of that, then
they can go straight into social media and content.
Speaker 7 (26:00):
Oh good good.
Speaker 1 (26:01):
So it's it's create is a one stop shop.
Speaker 2 (26:06):
Yes, ma'am, one stop yes, stam.
Speaker 9 (26:10):
And we have some other services that we do because
we know like corporations and companies, they like to do
sometime off site training. A lot of times you can
really get to that individual when you take them off site.
When you keep them in the daily environment, they might
not see or get what you're trying to show them.
So we wanted to make a space also that's opening
too corporations. If they want to do it outside training
(26:33):
and want to come in and set up for training
for their employees, then we will do that. And we
will also offer services as catering because it's this actually
creates a generational business.
Speaker 2 (26:45):
My mom and my sister also involved.
Speaker 7 (26:47):
Because I'm going to ask you your staff. Yes, it's
like a family.
Speaker 2 (26:51):
It's a family, yes, ma'am, it's a family affair. Yes, ma'am.
My mother is awesome and cooking.
Speaker 9 (26:57):
She's one of those when you go to grandma house
and you'll be like you put your.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
Foot in this. Yeah, just the type of cooking that
she does.
Speaker 9 (27:05):
And so therefore we wanted to open up so because
when companies put on events, they have to have so
many people to be involved with it. So we wanted
to make sure we have that space in that place
where you can call one person and we'll take care
of everything that you need so you don't have to
worry about a thing. And so that's what we've done
with this location.
Speaker 7 (27:24):
I love it. I love it.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
Let's go back to our phone lines to talk to
some of our listeners.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
W D I A. I call her Johnson.
Speaker 7 (27:34):
Hey, hey, shorty.
Speaker 6 (27:37):
Mac, how are you doing?
Speaker 12 (27:40):
Ladies?
Speaker 2 (27:40):
Good money for how are you today?
Speaker 4 (27:44):
Hey?
Speaker 13 (27:44):
Bet?
Speaker 6 (27:45):
They gave out Ah, they young lady got a pretty
good idea, but.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
They gave out like a website address.
Speaker 6 (27:53):
Do they have a phone number for the call customers
out here that get in.
Speaker 5 (27:57):
Touch with them? They just got to go online.
Speaker 6 (27:59):
And get in touch with good question.
Speaker 1 (28:01):
Let we do have a phone number, and they'll give
that phone number shorty back, so you be listening so
you can write it.
Speaker 5 (28:06):
Down without a work that'll work.
Speaker 6 (28:09):
That's what I want to be. Okay, have a good day,
and you ladies be blessing you too.
Speaker 7 (28:15):
Jasmine, what's that number?
Speaker 10 (28:17):
So the number is nine zero one four eight zero
eight nine zero seven. See one more time nine zero
one four eight zero eight nine zero seven.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
Right back to our phone lines. W d I a
high caller.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
Yes, good morning, my most beautiful asking vile, how are
you that?
Speaker 7 (28:37):
I'm doing fine? My David, how are you?
Speaker 5 (28:41):
I'm doing well? Before I ask the ladies a question,
I spoke to mister Washington this morning of Washington brothers Rufton,
and he's under he's under the mistake that you his woman.
I had to get him straight about that.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Yeah, okay, but I wish you were in the student
you to see what T shirt I have on today.
Speaker 7 (29:03):
No, you don't do it, my boyfriend, Kim.
Speaker 5 (29:07):
Oh lord, have mercy. See look I told him. I
told her. Steve was right. We got too many damn boards.
Speaker 7 (29:13):
Anyway, what's your question for the ladies? David.
Speaker 5 (29:17):
Good morning, ladies.
Speaker 12 (29:18):
How you doing?
Speaker 5 (29:19):
I really enjoying it?
Speaker 2 (29:22):
Are you today?
Speaker 5 (29:24):
I'm I'm holding all that I got a tooth distracted
last week and I'm not able to do my business
because my tooth is still hurting. But anyway, it's all right,
It's gonna be all right. But look, I was just
talking to a successful business man about a couple of
weeks ago. In fact, I'm gonna give them your information too,
because I said, you know, I'm not on Facebook anymore,
but when I do go back on Facebook, it's going
(29:46):
to be as a business site. So I have some
questions to ask. I'm I'm old tech. I'm not I'm
not as much into social media and all this new stuff.
So I can tell you a whole lot about a PC.
But the phone I got, I don't even like my
smart phone. I wish I still had my flip pole.
But it is. You see what you're dealing with, right,
(30:07):
So here's my question. First, does this mean that you
help with SEO as well with the Facebook page? That
is that part of the package.
Speaker 10 (30:20):
So yes, for the Facebook page, yes, but if it's
for a website, then we do have a partner that
we can refer you to for your se O for
your website and Google.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
But if it's SEO for social media, yes, okay, good
see I that's that's I didn't know. That's Bell. Call
and ask you if you don't know, don't you right?
Speaker 7 (30:38):
If you don't know, you called and asked questions.
Speaker 9 (30:40):
It's one of the most amazing things, mister Day. Just
like you that don't want to be involved with Facebook,
we have the social media management services, so will set
up that business page. If you get that business page
set up and all the content that is created, then
we have those services that will put it out there
for you automatically. You don't have to worry about a
(31:01):
thing that it will go out however you wanted to
go out the days that you wanted to go out.
So once the content is created, all you doing is
just send back and watch and see how your business
grow through the advertisement that we would help provide for
you on those social media platforms.
Speaker 5 (31:18):
H Is this the mother of the daughter because beb,
I can't tell what from out you.
Speaker 7 (31:22):
Know that's the mother? This is the mother?
Speaker 5 (31:24):
Yes, sir, well, Mama Bell, you just anticipated my next question.
Do you help going forward with the management of it
because I'm out here hustling, right, I don't you know.
I wanted to look good. I wanted to draw more customers.
I want to send them to it. But I don't
want to have to manage the thing every day. Already,
(31:45):
I got a website I got to do that with.
So that's enough, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (31:49):
Yes, so great, And that's what we want.
Speaker 9 (31:52):
We want our business professionals to focus on their clientele,
focus on what they have to do day to day.
They don't have time to try to worry about this
being posted or can I do that post? And the
great thing, can I tell you about that? You can
do one content creation day for about four hours, make
all the content for the month that you need, and
(32:14):
that way it keeps you going and where you can
have all the time you need for your customers. So
all we need is just one day a month to
create all your content with a certain number of hours,
and we'll build that for you to go out the
entire month. Isn't that amazing?
Speaker 5 (32:30):
That's incredible? Do I have to come into the office.
Can I do all of this via the web and
phone and all that kind of stuff, singing whatever I need?
That kind of thing. Do I have to come in yes.
Speaker 10 (32:43):
So the next step is a consultation call, so we
would have a virtual or in person. So if you
prefer virtual, it'll be a virtual consultation call, and then
we will go through your business and then from there
we sign up with the services.
Speaker 5 (32:57):
Well, I like Mama Bab because she's she's financed too,
and so I'm in the finance, so I think we
might can do a little something. I'm gonna send this
information to a good buddy as well, let him know
that y'all out here, so that if he wants to
he's in a different type of business, but if he's interested,
so he can get contact you as well. So thank
you Bell for this great information today, and thank you
(33:19):
ladies for your time and patience.
Speaker 7 (33:21):
You're welcome. Thank you, David, Bye bye.
