Wake. It gets my day going and makes me laugh.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
It Mac and Schmitty in the Morning on Star one
O five point seven Thurday Morning, good morning, Welcome into
your Thursday weekend. Eve around here is snuck out pretty
quick for you hopefully. But yesterday's middy, rainy, rainy rainy?
Did you wind up working in that nap you were
looking forward to? I did? Well?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Here and there here there, yeah, yeah, yeah, very good.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Well the mother nature cooperated by giving you that nice
rainy soundtrack.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
It did shout out to all the parents that didn't
have to go to sports last night.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Oh there you go.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Yep, that's really what I think. We can all give
a nice applause too. As for a lot of kids
we are on the second to last day of school
in West Michigan.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
That was similar to your parent confession from a couple
of weeks ago of just like, oh it's canceled tonight.
Oh dang, and I was.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Really looking forward to we all know what we're doing
out here?

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Wow, for sure. Well, and here we go as we're
wrapping up into the school year here guys, summer is
upon us and also does though mean spending summer shows
are coming.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
So It's gonna be a really fun day today because
we are actually sending you to the Frederick Meyer Gardens twice.
Of course, Shaka Khan at eight fifteen, like we've been
doing all week with Battle of the Sexes. But it
is a throwback Thursday. What here was it at seven
forty five? A bonus chance to see I'm with Her
at the Frederick Meyer Gardens coming up next Sunday.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah, it's gonna be awesome shows of the Gardens that
are just getting started Friday night with the Head and
the Heart. We get all the details on those summer
shows for you West Michigan Star.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Dot com movies, music, and all the gossip.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
In one place.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
It's the celebrities goop on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Man, this is some bomber news to report. Michael Summler,
a member of Kool and the Gang, has passed away
at only seventy one. The musical group confirming Michael's death yesterday,
saying we are deeply saddened to hear about the passing.
Mike worked along Cool in the Gang until twenty fifteen,
making sure the guys look their very best on stage.

(02:05):
He also enthused the crowd with his incredible energy and
dance moves. According to Fox five Atlanta, the musician, who
was also known as Chicago Mike, died over Memorial Day
weekend in a very serious car crash. It went down
in Mableton, Georgia. Sumwhler was driving his own car, collided
with another Sunday night, and then.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Died at the scene.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
Wow, I know, isn't it sad? He worked with the
guys for such a long time, joining Cool in the
Gang back in nineteen eighty five after becoming friends with
the band's security team.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
I mean, it's just a really cool story.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Celebration is an all TIMESNG right, Like that celebration from
Cool in the Gang is just nat more of the
Bodie shoes Mars shoes. Fair enough.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
The Diddy trial wrapping up it's eleventh day of witness
testimony yesterday, and we saw a big move from the
defense looking for a mistrial but denied. We heard more
about this crazy story involving rapper Kid Cutty's Porsche, Cutty
previously testifying he thought that the entire car was set

(03:11):
on fire and blown up by Ditty. We heard from
an LA Fire Department arson investigator about a molotov cocktail incident.
All of this put together, the defense was told absolutely not,
there is no way that you are getting any mistrial here.
They claimed that prosecutors are planting the idea with jurors

(03:31):
that mister Combs had something to do with destruction of fingerprints,
and that alone should have taken this down. That's not
the case. A judge did not agree with that. Meanwhile,
Cassie just gave birth to her third child, roughly three
weeks after testifying in the Ditty trial. This was Tuesday.
Just got word yesterday. According to source's mom and baby

(03:52):
are doing very well despite arriving earlier than her due date. Remember,
a lot of people were really nervous that the stress
was going to put her into a really healthy positions.
Things are doing okay.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
I was going to say things you don't think you're
gonna need to deal with during a pregnancy. Yeah, high
file court case has got to be in there all right.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Finally, Todd Chrisly and his wife Julie are officially home.
I had the story yesterday President Trump signing pardons for
the two who were serving time for bank fraud and
tax evasion, their daughter Savannah giving this to reporters Honestly,
this process has been absolutely insane and I I'm just

(04:31):
so grateful of that.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
I'm gonna leave here with my dad. Yep.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
So the chrisly Knows Best reality fan are reportedly in
home at home in Nashville this morning. And remember that
new reality series will be kicking off this fall.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Just gross. Do I want to know whether or not
they're going to have to pay their almost eighteen million
dollars in restitution from their crimes that they are.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
I'm actually hearing some reports that they need at getting
money back.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
Serious, I will see.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Yeah, I'm not really sure on that whole legal thing,
but I did read a few headlines that said day
yesterday all of you were celebscu butt West Michigan.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Star dot com.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
He's going a fine points, Chevin. I'm always looking to
pump up the positivity with feeling good right now Schmidty
and this these stories just fascinate me. The idea of
incredibly smart children, even toddlers, just blows my mind a
little bit to think that someone can be that smart
while so young, and that is true for a UK
toddler who has become the youngest person ever admitted into MENSA.

(05:31):
Now if you don't know what MENSA is, it's that
high IQ society where it requires members to score above
the ninety eighth percentile on all these approved intelligence tests. Well,
this kid is two years old, one hundred and eighty
two days. His name is Joseph Harris Bertle, and he's
got some advanced reading and language skills, as you might imagine,
and his numerical abilities are off the charts. His mom

(05:55):
actually talking to the Guinness Book of World Records, as
mom Rose said, first rolled over at five weeks. He
said his first word at seven months, and read his
first book out loud from cover to cover at one
in three quarters. He's currently learning Morris code, knows the
Greek alphabet, and has recently gotten interested in the periodic
table you know as Toddler's doomgemidty all the time. It

(06:18):
might not surprise you both of his parents work at
Scotland's prestigious University of Saint Andrew's. But yeah, youngest ever
kid admitted to MENSA.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
I just heard rollover at five weeks and any mom
is like, okay, So he was mobile by like a
month and that's terrifying. All right, let's talk about the
cutest moment yesterday on the lake shore.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
It was National Hamburger Day.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
Dogs at Big Lake Humane Society got in on the
tasty treat with freshly made cheeseburger straight from one of
our local spots. But it wasn't just the opportunity for
this little treat, it's bringing awareness to the fact that
there is an urgent need for help at Big Lake
Humane Society. Big shout out to the delicious Hamburger. Mikeys

(07:00):
donated more than twenty burgers, but unfortunately, like many shelters
across the country, Big Lake is facing a capacity crisis.
They're currently sheltering more dogs than they have kennels for,
and with the rising number of intakes and very limited resources,
the staff is struggling to keep food, especially on the shelves,
like specific food for animals with dietary needs. So not

(07:21):
only did we get a very cute video of pups
enjoying the treats, but it's a great opportunity to say, hey, adopt,
don't shop, or volunteer or time or money to help
us out. Tim Taylor is the managing partner at Hamburger
Mikey and Told Wood come on Hamburger Days.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
For everybody. Everybody deserves a burger. I mean I deserve burger.
You deserve burger. But these dogs, especially today, it's important.
These dogs are trying to get their their one and only,
their lifetime family. I want to feed them before that.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yeah, listen, it takes a whole community.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
The people at Big Lakes say it takes a village
and they want all of us to be a part
of that. By the way, the cats got in on
some treats too, So if you'd like to check out
how you can help West Michigan Star dot com or
got the dog video too.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I was going to say, did they do like salmon
burgers for the cats? I think that burger or something
a little different. That's not really their thing. All right,
it's the celebrities gooop on Star one oh five point seven.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
Well, former Today's Show co host Hoda Coppy found herself
back at Rockefeller Center yesterday, her first appearance on The
Today Show since she announced that she was leaving a
few months ago. First up, we discovered why she decided
to take that leave, and it was to spend more
time with her daughters, eight year old Hayley and six
year old Hope, who Hoda confirmed had been diagnosed with

(08:36):
type one diabetes. Hoda says, you just get a priority
check in your life. I can be here and sweating
what's happening to hope in the morning or the night,
or I can be at home and feel that relief
of being present and able to see exactly what's going on.
She also talked about her new venture, its called Joy
one oh one. It'll include an app where users can

(08:57):
actually access personalized meditation session courses, have conversations, and she
also plans for fully live events what she calls Happiness Hours.
But one of the big questions asked the rumor that
sixty year old Hoda would actually be replacing Kelly Clarkson
in a new daytime talk show. There's been a lot

(09:18):
of rumor that Kelly has done that she's ready to
move on.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
Odas says, not so fast.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
If I ever came back to TV, do you know
where the only place I would ever come back to
is right here? Yes, this podcast.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Okay, so the rumors are done. Delete it's not true.
That is absolutely not happening.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Do you think they wanted that out there too? To
spell Kelly Clarkson rumors?

Speaker 1 (09:44):
Role is like the same company. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Brad Pitt finally breaking his silence on the messy almost
decade long divorced drama with now ex Angeline and Jolie.
The movie star has been hyping up his new racing
movie F one, and sat down with GQ. Asked to
finally finalizing the divorce in December felt like a relief,
Brad straight up said no, I don't think it was

(10:09):
that major of a thing, just something coming to fruition legally.
A lot of fans were really surprised, like, dang, that's
pretty casual, especially considering the drama that went on between
you and your kids.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Remember so, according.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
To Brad, the messy lawsuit, especially over the French winery,
which is one of that final one of the final
big things they had to.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
Figure out, was all good.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
He's moved on, No big deal, a little bit, almost
a decade in court, fine, and finally I had the
story last hour. The reality stars Todd and Julie Chris
Lee are officially out of federal prison and back home
in Nashville after a pardon from President Trump. So all
s wonst Joe Exotic, the Tiger King star is still

(10:56):
hopeful even though he didn't get a pardon in this
round that the clemency will be coming. Source to say
a pardon for Joe does remain a possibility, even though
his case was not reviewed. It's unclear why he wasn't
made a priority this time around. As one sort of says,
some people wonder when the best time for pardon is. Well,
freedom is now, and he is still fighting very hard

(11:19):
for that. Heads up, he got married in prison and
his husband was actually.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Deported just a few weeks ago. Oh, if you were
celeb Scoop at West Michigan's.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Start if a good morning to you. It's Mack and Schmidty,
And it's one of those things that you know, it
seems like this smart thing to do, but then you
just get super paranoid.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Oh no, it's never the smart thing to do.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
I've not once thought going to web MD is a
good idea. But it's interesting if you have a person
in your life that is suddenly terrifying you about what
could be wrong in your body. So I got some
kind of bug bite a couple days ago, and it's
really rare for me to have any kind of reaction
to bug bites. I'm very lucky like that. Uh, but

(12:00):
and I'm trying to cover it with my banks. I
have a gooseg on my head right now, like whatever happened,
it's it's she it's because.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
I have my bank's down.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
But I posted this on my Instagram yesterday because I
was like, I woke up yesterday morning and almost didn't
come to work. My entire way side of my face
was swollen, and I thought, what is this? And it's
just this giant goosegg bump. Clearly something bit me. I
don't know what, And so I was like, Okay, I
guess everything is fine. I don't feel like lightheaded or anything.

(12:30):
But nothing terrifies me more than like bugs and what
they can carry.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Are you worried about little babies coming out of it? Like?
All this disgs.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
So then I made the mistake of going and meeting
up with a very good friend of mine Rob yesterday,
and I was like, oh, look at my head. He goes, Oh,
I saw your Instagram. He said, where were you at
like over the weekend? I said I was just hanging
out in my backyard or whatever. He kind of thinks, I said, what,
He goes, Well, I just you know, I'm wondering if
you got bit by a dirty mosquito, And I what

(13:01):
is a dirty mosquito? And he's like, well, I crep
down south and if you are by like a swamp
or kind of a body of water, that's just very stagnant.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
He goes.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
Sometimes if mosquitoes have like drink from that or something,
they can like be infected with stuff.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
And I was like, what, And he goes.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
As a kid growing up, we were always super careful
because he goes. I remember getting bit on a camping trip.
A little he goes and all of a sudden my
arm was covered in pus filled blisters.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
Oh my god, that's how bad it can get.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
So I was like, so I am googling dirty mosquito, dirty,
so your Google history of dirty moisquito.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
So I typed into my phone. I was like, what
happens if a dirty mosquito bites you? And I like,
did the little captions on it? Mild symptoms and it
she raised bump at the site. You could be infected
with impatigo or lymph andngitis, or you could have West
Nile yellow fever or dengay fever.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Well, that's where I was going. It's the deadliest animal
on the planet.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
I'm sitting over here, We're having a lovely time, and
I just look at him and I go, how in
the world did I decide to become best friends with
a walking web empt Because he's like, I'm sure you
don't have any of that. I was like, so I'm
just waiting to I'm waiting to just keel over.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
Yeah, I mean, you know, maybe malaria. Maybe not No by.

Speaker 3 (14:24):
I'm looking at like, how quickly do West Nile symptoms
show up? Anywhere from two to fourteen days, so I
may not know if I'm infected for another two weeks
that I remembered Zekea remember cicco was a thing. Oh,
I am out here freaking out, you guys all because
my one of my very good friends.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Was like, oh, you've been hearing around dirty water.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
Honestly, the phrase dirty mosquito is going to be living
in my head, red and free.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
It's like the crossed summer long.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
I'm like, you don't know which of these mosquitos might
be a dirty one?

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Guys like gross movies, music, and all the gossip in
one place.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
It's the celebri pretty scoop on Star one oh five
point seven.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Well, Hailey Bieberg can add another be to her title,
that is billionaire. She just sold her makeup brand Roads
to Elf Cosmetics and a deal that puts her in
that ten figure club. News has been confirmed. Her Road
brand deal stipulates she receives eight hundred million dollars in

(15:24):
cash and stocks at the close of the deal, with
no big deal in extra two hundred million dollars headed
her way if the company performs well over the next
three years. Sale comes just a couple months after news broke.
She was working with JP Mortgage Chase to facilitate us sale,
but we weren't exactly sure what company she was going with.
She is still going to take ownership. She sells her

(15:46):
full ownership stake in the company, but retains her role
as chief creative officer and head of innovation, so she
will act as kind of a strategic advisor and fans
belief will still have kind of a personal say and
a lot of the products people.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Fell in love with.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
I mean, what billion dollars? I am, okay, Like, I
have nothing against Hayley Baldwin Bieber Okay, Like She's fine,
but she is the symptom of this insanity that is makeup.
How are like how many billion dollar makeup heiresses can
there be?

Speaker 3 (16:18):
Yan?

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Has your daughter gotten there yet? You're not taking trips
to Laura.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
You will see see real quick how quick crazy it gets.
Smokey Robinson is firing back at the women accusing him
of assault in launching a lawsuit of his own. He's
claiming him and his wife Francis, always treated employees with
respect and that the four people suing them are simply
trying to shake them down. He fouled a cross complaint

(16:42):
against four Jane Does. In the suit, they say Smoking
not only did not abuse any of these women, but
instead treated them like extended families. Smoking His legal team
point to gifts they claim him and his wife gave
to these women over the years, including concert tickets, tons
of money they helped cover, dental procedures, and tons more.

(17:03):
Robinson also included alleged texts showing the very close relationship
that he had with these employees, one showing an invitation
to a very personal family dinner that just kind of
trying to prove the fact that we were all very
very close. This did not happen. He's being sued for
sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and gender violence from these

(17:25):
four Jane Doos. Their attorneys gave a statement yesterday calling
this nothing more than an attempt to silence and intimidate
the survivors, baseless and vindictive.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
It'll be interesting to see what happens with the criminal investigations.
And I know is launched, but you know, if no
charges are ever filed, you'll basically never hear that.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
And finally, like father, like son, it's time for Tiger
Woods to make some room on the trophy shelf for
his son. Charlie. The sixteen year old son of the
fifteen time major winner, shot a six under sixty six
in the final round yesterday to win the American Junior
Golf Association's Team Tailor Made Invitational. He was at the

(18:04):
stream Song Resort Black Course. I feel like whenever you
talk golf, it's very important to say where it's. Tom
Woods bested a seventy one player field that included four
of the top five ranked players. This is his first
AJGA title in five events. Dad is very very proud.
Eight birdies, He actually shocked.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
That's awesome. Being Tiger Woods's kid is gotta be tough
every time. All the pressure's got to be unreal. Absolutely
all of your celebscoop but West Michigan Star dot Com
time to throw down battle of the sexiest time. Looking
to get you out for an awesome summer concert with
our Frederick Meyer Gardens.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
This is Shaka Con, one of the very first shows
if you can go market down. June fourth, Today's battle
question one hundred men surveyed what is the last thing
you do before ben?

Speaker 2 (18:58):
All right, what's the last thing before bed? I'm just
gonna give you guys a big hip. This is not
the trick question where the answer is close your eyes. Okay,
just see. Oh yeah, it would be. So I'm just
throwing that out there now. Don't think too cleverly about this.

Speaker 3 (19:11):
Honestly, I fight with my kids to brush their teeth,
so then I just.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Collapse from exhaustion.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Half the time my own teeth aren't brushed.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
I'm just gonna say, so, you go to bed with
the funky mount a right, good morning star.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
Who's this carry?

Speaker 2 (19:23):
Harry? Where are you calling from today?

Speaker 1 (19:24):
I'm calling from Whalen.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
All Carrie, Let's see here. When one hundred men were
asked to name what's that last thing you do before
you go to bed? What do you think their top
answer was, Carrie, I hope it brushed their teeth. You
hope it's brushed their teeth. We are talking about dudes,
after all, so you know, putting off the personal hygiene
something that we're kind of known for all the same though,

(19:48):
brushing teeth is the top answer. Congratulations, Harry, You're going
to Shaka Khan over at the Frederick Meyer Gardens.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Excellent, Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
You are very welcome. We'll got one more chance. Thanks
for you to get into that big show again tomorrow
eight fifteen. Battle of the Sexes right here on stuff.
Good morning too. It's Mack and schmitty. And if you
when you get it done, whether it's been years since
you did it or you do it every season, when
you throw away some of your old stuff, I love it.
It's freeing, right, but it's also so hard to do.

(20:19):
I mean, I'm sure I'm not alone in being the
person that says to myself, well, when I lose ten
more pounds, I'll definitely want to wear it. Oh well, yeah,
because that always happens, you know, I'm doing that. And then,
of things that you would put intrinsic value on from
back in college or high school or when you were
growing up. There really are just trash taking up space
in your house.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
Mine's sentimental stuff? Is it going to be sentimental?

Speaker 3 (20:42):
It's very hard for me to get rid of that,
even though my kids will probably never wear or play
with it again.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
Or appreciate it or any of it else. It's weird
that we just do those things, but everybody does. It's
so decluttering is something that we try and get done.
And I saw this and I actually think this is
kind of genius, but one hundred percent discussed. So there's
a new technique that's gone viral called the poop rule schmitty,
and this is it's pretty simple. I mean, would you

(21:08):
keep this item if it got covered in poop?

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Would you take the time to clean it? Is it
that important to you? Exact? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Like, and I think this is actually a pretty dang
good idea because as I thought about it, I'm like, oh,
shock value, Okay, poop gross. But then I'm like, when
it comes to clothes or items, that is kind of
like a oh yeah, I would toss that in the
trash in a hot second.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
So we've been living this for like two years really,
so unfortunately, as my older dog, Toby has started to age.
He's gotten really bad at wanting to mark things. It's
become a thing it's not, and so we try to
be super careful, like keeping bedroom doors shut, that whole
kind of thing, and we we do. We occasionally find

(21:51):
things he's peed on and there you go. I look
at it, and I go, are we gonna wash this?
Are we gonna detail this? Or is it going in
the trash? And I gotta tell you, it has really
cut down on the amount of stuff that we have
in our new place.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Okay, So, like, let's go over a few important items
in your life here, Smitty, T shirt that you no
longer would wear from your softball You could just say
T shirt, toss, toss it if it got T shirts,
all right? So okay, so let's up the annie on
what on things you would wear. Wedding dress covered in poom.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
I might clean it, but then I say that and
there's still Captain and Coke stained on it from ten
years ago and I haven't cleaned it, So that's probably not.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
That's a memory, right there, Smitty, that's a memory is
a gym. Let's see here, Oh, what about when it
comes to your kids stuff? Your kid's favorite stuffed animal
gets covered in Pooh smitty.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
So we've had that with Toby. We tossed it. Wow,
we did. I'm like, is it your favorite stuffed animal
or do you have twenty seven more that you're going
to remember? As soon as I get rid of this
one without.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
You noticing, I just love this because that whole Marie
Condo thing of like, does this item spark joy? If not,
get rid of it is out the window. From now on,
I'm just walking around, like, what would you do if
it was covered in Pooh seven or five points seven?
Always look at to bring a little positivity to your
day with feeling good? Right now, what's happened to many?

Speaker 3 (23:17):
Well, I mean you've got to know that their marriage
is just one for the books. It was one of
golf's big days on Wednesday, the Memorial Tournament. It's an
annual PGA Tour golf tournament founded and hosted by none
other than Jack Nicholas. It goes down at his Mirrorfield
Village Golf Club in Ohio.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
A prestigious event that.

Speaker 3 (23:37):
Honors individuals who have distinguished themselves in golf. It showcases
top players, but most importantly, it benefits local charities. Now,
Jack himself was honored at the twenty fifth Memorial Tournament
this week. It was the fiftieth and the moment he
got to announce the honoree as his wife, Barbara, I.

Speaker 5 (24:00):
Think I can't get it out too. It's Barbara Nicholas,
that's conte get out. I'm sorry, but you know, Barbara
has been so much to this tournament from everything I've been.
Everybody's you know, honored Jack Nicholas, but Barbara Nicholas spit
right there. But everything that's happened. I broke down and

(24:20):
cried the other night.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
I'm crying about and she's.

Speaker 5 (24:23):
Been behind the scenes about everything that's happened. And I
thought that was a It's a very emotional choice for me.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
It was such an incredible moment.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
Only got more emotional when the couple's son, Jack Nicholas
the Second, invited his mom to the podium and started
out with a video that he had cut and it
started with I married an angel that Johnny met this
song before Jack Nicholas started this incredible Encimo. It's just
it was so cool and I just love seeing married

(24:55):
couples that have been together that long that still get
so moved by their love for each other. It is
definitely worth a watch, and I'll post it up for
you at West Michigan Star dot com.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
I mean, that was beautiful spitting. I almost feel bad
for bringing this story right after a sweet one.

Speaker 1 (25:07):

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Real quick, Schmitty, because I just thought, you know what,
stupid things make me feel good, So I'm sharing this
one with you.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
Hafty.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Of course, the trash bag Giant is celebrating sixty years
of the trash bag business with birthday cake flavored trash
bag Smitty. The Living Edition bags infused with vanilla frosting
and rainbow sprinkles scent so they actually smell like a
birthday cake. They also teamed up with your Chicago Cubs

(25:38):
for a birthday theme stadium activation earlier this week at
Wrigley Field, where all that hot garbage was smelling like
birthday cake. Apparently, the first five thousand fans through Budweiser
Bleacher Gate got some limited edition Hefty Birthday trash bags
as well as bucket hats. But it's an interesting way
to celebrate your birthday. I suppose if it's Hafty, it

(25:58):
makes sense there, but yeah, I'm stupid for you today
and feeling good where we're always here to bring something
that'll put a smile on your face. We'll do it
again tomorrow six forty five and nine twenty here on
