Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wake yo, Hi everybody, good morning. What's going on? It's
up with you guys?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Nothing, just hunting coyotes at my house.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Sandy's out there with the gun again.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
They're back. I saw one like the other night, but
then last night, my dogs are going insane. And then
I went outside and they were like at least three
that I saw. But they usually traveling packs, like bigger
packs than that, and I feel like we were getting stocked.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Yeah smart, Yeah, you know what they try to do.
They try to lull your pets.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
One will come out and just act like everything's cool,
like come come get me, Come get me, and then
when the dog chases him, leads him right into the
pack and they get the vowed.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
So I went to design and got my gun. Didn't
do anything. I was just gonna scare them, but then
they ran off. It's like coyotes, I don't like you
can tell, like these ones were main and g They're
probably hungry. They're like definitely looking for food. They're looking
to kill.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
You're getting more comfortable looking with the gun ouse I
I well, no, because I mean I'm thinking about like
the first time I ever saw you run out there.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
You're like flinging this thing a right, yeah, you know,
and now it's like I'm it's giving call of duty.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
I have definitely taken some gun safety tips from a
local cop.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
And man was fleeing that gun around like it was
a twizzler.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
So we know how to operate a gun. We know
the safety behind it, like bringing it back into the house.
There's a whole process I go through and like all
this stuff. But like I was ready to go. And
just for all you petas that are out there, you
can kill coyotes in New Hampshire any time of year.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Well yeah, and they were stalking you.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
They were stalking my family. My kids are out there
like all the time. So yeah, it's freaky. It is
like coyotes are just bad.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
How many?

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Was there three that I saw? But there was another family. Yeah,
like in the middle of that one time we heard
like it looked like they were out there.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
It's because Penny's not surviving that.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
No, Penny looked outside and I was like, oh, it's play.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
Time, yeah right, friends, Yeah, not friends. The Hampshire man
for when I saw you were saying that homeowner life,
you're now learning about the plants.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
That's where I'm at right now, I'm.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Doing landscape, and I pulled up a bunch of brush
from my old brush from which costs, by the way,
a lot of money, like all these plant joints, like
people make all money out of a few bushes around
the crib. And one of them like that, the roots
were like crazy. So not only did I have to
get someone to come cut the bush out and took
them out, then I had to hire another person to

(02:39):
come get the roots out of the ground.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
They got the stump.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yes, it's a whole thing. What is it called stumping
or something like that, grinding, that's yea. And they came
and charging me bookoo some money. Now I'm trying to replan.
I've been outside at the home depot. I've visited places
I never even thought I would visit, trying to look
for seeds and all kinds of things.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
I don't I don't think people really understand like the
lengths of the landscaping and owning a house and this
I'm gonna think of it.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
By the way, we hired a landscaper.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
Shout out to Chad, because now I feel like I
might get Chad a Christmas present.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
I don't know like I think I'm chat is a
part of my family. Now. He owns Hedges Inc. At
a Duxbury.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
He's he's who we've we've hired as our landscaper, and
you know it's a relationship. Now he's coming over to me. Now,
he's coming over this morning. He's like, he texts the fireman.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
He goes, we got to get this fertilizer down. Now.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Fireman's like, yeah, we do. When when could you do it?
He's like, I'm coming tomorrow, Chad. Chad's that's my homie.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Now, Like Chad is our family friend now because he's
going to do the spring cleaning.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
He's going to fertilize the grass, like our grass is
going to be the world to Chad.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Crazy.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
And you really got to build a relationship. You got
to find somebody you cool with, because then from there
they come into your house like every other week.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
They might be there when you're not home, like walk
in the land listen. I said to the fireman literally
last night, I'm like, now I wish we chose a
house that just was hidden, because our house is too
like in the open, too prominent. Like you basically come
up the main street of the neighborhood that I live in,
and our house is like the center house where you
could either go right or you could go left.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
We can't afford for it to look like trash. We
can't now. I wish we were.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yeah, but even hidden though, you still want it to
look good. Though, Because my house is hidden, you can't
see if you.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Want to walk into a welcoming you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (04:33):
And then if people come over, you don't want something
like your bushes are crazy.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
I was on YouTube. I have a vision for the
crib and I want it like I just don't want green.
I want some color right. And I'm like, all right, cool.
This guy comes by and tells me, yeah, we can
plan some this, that, this and this, and I'm like,
I cool, we'll plan to see by the time someone comes,
there'll be big bushes. It's like, nah, bro, the ones
you had before took like fifteen years.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
Yea.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
If you want if you want to plan I didn't know.
If you want to plan something that looks like that,
you gotta go pay five. I have one hundred dollars
a tree plus and I'm like a.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Joke out here.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
So we bought them trees like years ago. They aren't
even close to maturing yet. This is like a like
years in the making.

Speaker 3 (05:10):
I'm like, the amount of money that people make off
of landscaping is ridiculous. I see why y'all do it.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
I actually said last night to the fireman, I said,
I want to talk to Chad when he gets to
the house, and I want him to kind of coach
me up on because we have hydranges all around our
house and they're they're stunning. I'm going to kill those things,
like I need to know what I gotta be doing now.
I know he'll come over and do maintenance and help
me out, but you got to be coached up because

(05:36):
these things like if you want it to look good,
you have their house.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
We have.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
I mean, we got a whole irrigation system. Who am
I irrigation?

Speaker 2 (05:44):
But I thoughtomatic though, right, and they just have to
come season all time, blow exactly.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
To put it out and get it back up and
run it.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
But I'm noticing people in the neighborhood already got their
irrogation irrigation going. Yeah, like we're late in the game
for spring clean up and getting That's why He's like,
we got to get the fertilizer down now. We also
I got a little talking to last night because where
we had the skeletons because I had them up for months,
that the grass.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Like you did to my grass. I'm like, oh man,
and they.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Really like that though, Like the these are people who
come and like talk to grass and they like they
really touching it with their fingers the grass. It's not
that serious. We just take it serious.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
We just got a bill from ours in Maine and
the guy is trying to charge us for not even
coming at like at all. So we got an invoice
for doing like the lawn like you haven't been there
in months, so not saying chat is like some of
these dudes try to pull like we have a ring.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
We had seven people come, we had we were like
vetting people and we were and then here we are
sitting at the dinner table being.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Like what was Chad's vibe? Did you like him? Did
you did you did you like his energy? Like we're
talking about these like people like did we like their energy?

Speaker 4 (07:00):
When you're spending this kind of money, you want you
want to like the person.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
You want to trust the person.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
Because I also feel like we're getting in bed with
them for now, Like Chad's our guy.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
We're going away from Chad chatted Chadden workers us as are.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
Gone, Chad's cowl, and then another thing with these guys.
It'll be a hundred oh and these dudes were long
sleeve shirts, just out there grinding. I'm like, you know,
I don't even go outside, right.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Bugs and dust and all kinds of things.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
There's a lot of stuff out there. You know what
I was gonna say, love your landscapers. Yeah, Chad's getting
a birthday gift from me, Chad.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Chad's getting a Fourth of July gift. That's the next holiday, Hi, Chad,
