(00:00):
This is between two shows podcast oniHeartRadio. Hey, what's up. I'm
Dave and I'm Jim and it's Phil. So Phil's drinking a you Who and
apparently it's fine. I love youWho. Yeah, it says right on
the can it's a good source ofvitamins. I don't think I've ever known
that. And then you told me, Dave, that you've drank ovaltine.
(00:21):
Oh listen, I drank ovaltine asa kid all the time. I've never
had obletine. That's what our parentswould buy instead of just regular chocolate milk
because it has a lot of nutrieNew Dream, which is funny. I
didn't know that either. And soanother fun fact that I learned when I
went to the doctor about my hearing. He said, of course, my
hearing's fine. So I was like, okay, so the dizzy spells,
(00:43):
the blurred vision, you know, the ringing in the ears, that's no
big deal, no, no tumor. But he did say that there have
been compelling studies about gink go belowboat, which I always thought was for
memoryh Larry King always took that stuff. Okay, Well, he said that
it was good for tonight, whichis like the ringing in the ears that
it's supposed to help with that.I was like, well, I'm gonna
just add a little skink of loveto my regimen, which I already take,
(01:07):
like, you know, like sixpills a day, so I'll just
add a seventh's seven? What doyou do? You take a lot of
pills? Yeah, I have aboutseven or nine a day. Seven or
nine probably the more a answer onthat one. Nine pills a day do
you take? Yeah? Absolutely.I mean I've got to pill caddy and
everything. I've got to get it. I've got a pill that I officially
(01:30):
became old when I actually went andpurchased a pill. Cat purchased mine.
Oh well that's okay, fair,Yes, I do. And it's it's
labeled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,so I know which I'm taking. Absolutely,
I load them all. I justI hate the day that comes when
(01:51):
I go to get take my pillsand it's empty. It's refilled days.
You gotta pull out all the bottlesvitamin and your sink and your multiple They
got to put them all in thecaddy that we use. Tracy has her
own caddy. I've got mine. It's two weeks worth, Yes, I
mean it takes like an hour allthe pills we take it. Well,
(02:15):
mine is is pretty massive. Seemine's just a long, a long one,
so I can fit it in mylittle medicine cabinet. Okay, yeah,
Tracy's a little smaller. Okay, but still it's two weeks worth,
and it's great to not have tomess with it for two weeks and then,
like Phil said, when you runout, it's like, oh no,
and see, Okay, So takingpills is fine, but I don't
(02:38):
like taking supplements mainly because they're alwayscapsules, and I hate capsules. I
like an actual hard pill versus acapsule, because the capsules float in your
mouth when you try to swallow them, so they're all floating around. You're
trying to choke them down and justtrying to get them down your throat,
backing around and down. I don'tget that at all any sense what you're
talking about. Capsules don't do that, just you know, they don't.
(03:00):
They float in your when you go, okay, so you put a pill
on your tongue and you take adrink of water and you go like you
lean your head back, the capsulealways floats to the front, like where
your top teeth are. Does happento you? No, because she keeps
her pills in her mouth for fourteenminutes, apparently given time to float to
(03:20):
the top. What's that? Throwthem in my mouth, take a swig
water, and it's gone. Itis not gone. It sits there to
float back up, and then Ichoke on it and I gotta throw my
head forward to get it to godown my throat. No, we're like
throwing a Nolan Ryan fastball. Theytake the handful of pills right in the
back of the throat, shut down, a little sip of water, and
you're done with it. It's whiskey. You don't, don't, but you
(03:46):
you'll have like a fish oil andwhat else would be a capsule? Any
supplement is usually a capsule. Itake a couple of supplements in their regular
pill form. Really, yeah,Well, my vitamin C is just a
pill. Yeah, but all theginko biloba ones I'm finding your capsules.
I don't want that pill. Iwant a solid pill that she can swallow.
(04:08):
Ye, so she can around withoutand ring around the rosies your How
do you do that? Your headforward, Yes, and it goes back.
That's like anti gravity. How doesit even work? Listen. A
friend of mine, Christy Woods, actually said that your gullet, and she
did use that word that when youthrow your head back to take pills,
it actually closes your gullet off,and so that's not the best way to
(04:30):
take pills. She said, You'reactually supposed to lean forward a little so
it opens your throat and your pillsgo down easier. I don't even know
what a gullet is. Oh mygosh, what right now? I thought
that little thing hanging back there wasyour that's your uvula, Yes, gullet.
We're not talking about the ball hangingin the back. Und Okay,
I'll tell you what. So,Dave, you're in your forties, that's
correct, Phil, you're in yourfifties. Fifties, I'm in my thirties.
(04:53):

hope you're learning a lot. Ifwe would all just drink more O rich

D, calcium, iron, potassium, vitamin A, riboflavor, I don't
know what that is, and fossfoss fous. Yeah, that's probably better.
Quick question, what's the sugar content? Yes that nobody cares about it
(05:38):
matter? Okay, so, uhit does have dietary fibers. Sugar is
uh thirty three games, I'm sorry, three thirty three per drink of you
who? I bet that's way morethan rich chocolate ovaltine. Maybe so,
but I can tell you you areskinnier than both of us. Maybe you've
