(00:00):
So then I said, what aboutbreakfast at Siciny's. Well, that's one
thing. We got time to sitback, relax and indulge in your weekly
tea. Welcome to breakfast at sicins. Hi. We're back. It is
sy and Erica, and I'm startingto kind of get my voice back at
this point. Oh did you loseyour voice? Not Coachell? You know,
(00:23):
I feel like if you don't loseyour voice, you didn't do it
right. You're not there. Yeah, it was not there long, don't
know me. I blamed the dust. Yeah sure, yeah, yeah yeah.
Weekend one Coachella, we went forfive six hours and it was perfect.
Did you drive out there and driveback all in the same day?
(00:45):
Hmm? Shut up? I meanI didn't because Michael handles that part of
the you know, relationship. Didhe still have fun? No, of
course. And actually it was rightbecause we went with our friends, our
best friends who were like Saveya's godparents. Yes, and and so we went
(01:07):
and met at at John's parents housefirst, which is about halfway okay,
and then we left our car thereand then we all drove together to Coachella.
And so they drove technically to Coachellaand then back to Orange County.
Oh that's great. And then fromOrange County, Michael drove home from there.
Okay, and they have a newbaby. So that's why they have
a new baby. Yeah, theywere. They were left the baby with
(01:30):
his parents. Were they're in laws. Yeah, okay, that's so nice.
It was even though I was stilltrying to like, you know,
once you know, you're feeling itand we've No Doubt finished, and I
was like, should we go backto the bar get one more drink?
We're like, no, we're leaving. Yeah, okay, stick to the
plants, stick to the plan.Did No Doubt close on Saturday? Technically
No Tyler the Creator was the headliner, and No Doubt was like that special,
(01:55):
yeah, what Calvin Harris did lastyear. I don't want to insul
Tyler at the Creator, but Ido think that No. No Doubt was
much more of a draw, right. I mean I can't and I didn't
stay, so I don't know whatkind of crowd he drew, but yeah,
it was packed, like there wasit. I mean, obviously he's
standing room only, but I meanit was basically elbow to elbow, shoulder
(02:19):
to shoulder, that type of stuff. And it was a good time,
Like who doesn't like no doubt andseeing them together in so many years was
just awesome. And quin Stefani like, I mean she's like obviously not even
human. Yeah, yeah she is. I don't want to say insane,
but she looks so young still.I like can't believe when she talks about
how long it's been. And thenthey brought out Olivia Rodrigo. Yes,
(02:43):
so I knew that was gonna happen, and so I was ready for it.
So when it went black, Iwas like, this is happening now
and I had like my phone readyto record. But yeah, it was
really cute that they brought her,and I was really curious to see what
song they were gonna do because mypart of me was like, well she
do, I'm just a girl.I'm like that's just so, that's too
spot on, and so I waslike, okay, what will it be?
So they did Bathwater? Yeah,so as who doesn't know Bathwater?
(03:08):
I was a little like, whywould they do this? Oh you didn't
know that song? Not like Icouldn't sing it for you. Oh yeah,
that's an interview. When I lookedat the lyrics, I was like,
Okay, yeah, this makes sense, right, Like it's in Olivia
Rodrigo's lane, I suppose, right, right, right, No, it's
really it's staple no Doubt song. And before them, we saw Sublime,
(03:31):
which ooh, I don't know aboutyou, but I'm like, I'm obviously
like nine years older than you.Yeah, yeah, yeah, I legit
grew up listening to Sublime and alsobeing from Orange County, Long Beach adjacent
and just it. Sublime was away of life for us as kids,
and I never got a chance tosee them perform, and seeing them at
(03:54):
Coachella, and it was Bradley's son, who's right, their songs and sounds
very just like him. And hewas also he found out as the same
age that he's twenty eight and that'show old Bradley was when he passed away.
Wow, that was like really ycrazy. Yeah yeah, and I
(04:18):
didn't put tune to together, buthe had a Dalmatian who that part,
that part of the song made meso happy. I got a dalmation,
but I still yes, yes,And they kept showing like the like images
of the dalmation like on the thing, and then somebody in the crowd brought
(04:39):
a blow up Dlmation. I wasjust like, oh my god, we've
been connected to I've been connected toa Dalmation since I was a child and
never even like dawned on me andI put tuned it together. You were
meant to have Diego. We alreadyknow that you're such a like you identify
as a Dalmatian mom now and I'veonly been a Dalmatian mom for like two
months. Yes, it is.It is all me like, I'm gonna
(05:03):
turn into that person that like, you know, you go in my bathroom
and I have like a Dalmatian framedit says something like, wipe your paws
before you enter my house with aDalmation on the mat. That's my mom
with French bulldogs. So I'm reallytrying to tone it down. I don't
want to turn into that quite yet. But you know, not to compare
you to my mom for the secondweek in a row. But it's just
(05:24):
natural. Yeah, good things happening. Like I said, I'm closer to
her and age the night with you. Probably not true. You are nine
years apart. She and I arethirty years apart. Okay, Oh did
you see Taylor Swift? Did Ishut now? I did not Oh my
(05:46):
god. I was about to lungethrough this computer screen. But I was
at this little actually, so myfriends I have like the coolest friends who
have inside connections, and so hehad passes for us to go into Speak
Easy and so I speak easy Openbar mind you what. We were in
there and I met this girl,so let's good. It's probably a lot
(06:08):
of like industry type people. Andshe was like I just saw Taylor and
we're like what. She's like,I took a picture and then she shows
me the picture. I was like, can I post this on Kiss?
And she led when she like panicked. You can see it in her as
she like didn't want to give methe picture, and she's like ah.
I was like okay. Well thenshe's like, you can take a picture
of my phone. So I letme take a picture of her phone.
(06:30):
Did you post that on Kiss? No? I sent it to our digital
content guy, Ronnie, and Iwas like, hey, I got a
picture of Taylor. He's like,I already got video, like I'm in
the same tent as her, watchingIce Spice. I was like, okay,
never mind. I was just tryingto help. Oh my gosh.
Ronnie was with Taylor watching Ice.Yah, I mean one of the many
thousands of people that was in thecrowd. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
true, But I just can't believethat she was just there walking around in
(06:54):
the crowd like I'm sure she obviouslywas like in the artist areas, is
that right? Yes? And no, because they were saying I think either
for Ice Spice or they were likefull on in the crowd, like they
weren't even in the artist areas, and those were very congested as it was
like usually you have like these artistsview in areas, which we had an
(07:14):
artists pass. Oh, you getsvery spread out and you have like room
to dance and all this stuff. Those were packed, like I don't know
how many passes they gave out thisyear, but it was packed, pack
packed. I didn't even feel likeyou were in some sort of special section.
Are you talking artists pass or VIPticket artist pass, but like the
double VIP yes, like where you'relike in the fence din area before like
(07:38):
in front of okay, the stageessentially VIP. Okay, Yeah, that
is wild. You could have seenher. How did you not see her?
She was I did not go seeIce Spice, and you didn't see
and did not stay for dom Dalla. We were already we were already out,
but I did. I did seedom Dalla for my thirtieth or my
(07:59):
thirtieth, not my wow, wishfulthinking for my fortieth in uh the Fountain
Blue, I'd live. Okay, that's fun, that's fun. But yeah,
that's where they were at. Sheand Travis were acting like normal people,
and I couldn't believe it, andI was like eating it all up.
Well, I think they had likea swarm of security surrounding her.
That are, you know, incognito, all the things, probably probably packing
(08:22):
like all everything, all the above, probably, But I also think that
she just feels very safe when Travisis around. He's a giant man.
It was the thing, you knowwhat it was for me. It was
the way he wrapped his arms aroundher. And she's like, I'm not
saying she's like a big girl,but she's a tall girl. So tall
and yeah, and so for like, you know, to have a man
(08:43):
do that, especially when you're likea tall girl, that's I'm sure that's
she loves that. Who wouldn't lovethat. I feel like a tall girl
and she is a full like fiveinches taller than me, So, yeah,
I am thrilled for her. Okay, I have jealousy. I think
I don't know my boyfriend could dothat, but yes, I can't get
enough of it. He lifted herup. Did you see no, I
(09:07):
stopped the stocking. There's a videoduring Don Dalla where he literally picks her
up. She pokes her head overthe crowd, and then he puts her
back down. I don't know. She might have been looking for her friends
or something. I'm really cute.Yeah, say yeah, I almost did
to go to Coachella and decided togo Monday. So why were you not
going to go? And because weweren't going to go, kiss was not
(09:28):
covering it. Like as far assending like the on air staff there,
we just sent our digital team becausetruly, that's kind of all like doing
interviews and stuff at Coachella have kindof just like gone away, Like it
used to be a whole thing. We used to have a house and now
all the artists would come come by, we would have a big old party,
and times have changed, so wedon't really do that anymore. And
(09:50):
so to send staff like on airstaff, and it's just like a big
expense. I mean, this isthe truth. So we kind of like
saw the line up and we're like, yeah, I didn't feel more empty
this year. By the way,it didn't sound I thought it did.
And Ronnie was like, no,it was so crowded still so I but
he was also like in every singlecrowd right, So yeah, yes and
(10:13):
no, well, walking around gettingto stage to stage was fine, like
but but I was again, Iwas there for six hours, so I
can't really like her stage. Howthe weekend was to me, it was
perfect night. It was fantastic,I'll tell you what. Though. We
were hungry on the way home andthere was not many options for food and
from like Palm Springs to kind ofand they're like, oh, there's an
(10:37):
in and out by Marongos. We'relike, okay, dope, let's go
there. We got there, theline was just no way, like forty
five minutes at least even just order, so vetoed and then we were like
okay. And then John was drivingand she's like, I need anything,
anything but Donald's whatever, And soMikel's like looking on the phone, He's
like, okay, there's no Donalds. Oh wait, no it's closed.
Okay, there's talking about no way, it's closed. We were like,
(11:00):
I mean panic, Palm Springs isnot really like a party people's city.
So like you get out by Marongoand you're kind of like, there's there's
fast food, but then they closeat like probably eleven thirty not and this
is at twelve forty five one am. So he finally found a Wendy's.
And I have never eaten Wendy's inmy entire life, really really like I
(11:24):
never have. So let's just saynuggets. I had the spicy ones.
Yes, it's so good there.I was like, wow, these are
really good and spicy, but that'sI couldn't I couldn't do a juice spicy
for me. Oh okay, okay, well that's okay. Their normal nuggets
are also delicious. Yes, Ihave been a winned know there was an
(11:45):
option. I was so tired.I was just like, just give me
whatever you're ordering. Yeah, justfood. But wow, okay, so,
what a perfect Coachella for you?I think so too, Like I
don't know that I want to goback and do the whole like three day
thing. I think I'm like Imight be done with Neon Carnival, like
just those years. I just Tayloron Carnival too. I know. Yeah,
(12:05):
No, it's because it was ourfirst one. Wasn't this our first
time going to Coachella? No,she went to Coachella back in let's say
twenty seventeen or eighteen. Yeah.Cool, she like bleached her hair for
it. We call it bleached Chellaa Swifties you know. By the way,
it is Taylor Swift album release week. So I'm like, really on
a high. Obviously you should comedown here and come to the grove.
(12:26):
They're doing a whole pop up forher poets, Tortured Poets. I cannot
say the name of her title, but tortuave my pwitz Department. No,
I know, it's the torch.It's a tongue twister for me. It's
the word tortured that I can't getout. You can trust me. I
was doing it all morning and Iwas flubbing it on the air. Yeah,
she's like the Tortured, the TorturedPoet Society, god ding it,
(12:50):
the Tortured Poets Department, the TorturedPoets Department. Okay, I did it,
you did it. Okay, Idid it. I did it.
Well, we're excited. I knowit's basically homecoming week for us here at
Kiss, everything is being transformed intoswift FM, Taylor all the things.
Oh my gosh, I love that. Oh I wish my gestation was swift
(13:11):
FM. We're giving away vinyls, which is cool. That's cool. Yeah,
we're playing games. It's been fun. But yeah, I keep it
going, you know. So I'mtrying to think. The twins are going
to be six and I'm planning theirbirthday party and it's going to be super
small. So I kind of splurgedon the party favors. What did you
(13:35):
do? I don't know. Soparty favors are always such a weird thing
for me because I I don't likegoing to kids' birthday parties, and I
go to a lot of them thesedays. Yeah, where it's just a
bunch of junk or candy. It'slike, don't give my kid a bag
of like sour whatever. There wassome candy that the kids caught you yesterday
(13:56):
and now that the moms are bringingit just to school to celebrate, like
the kid at the school. Soit was like this big bag and it
was like a pacifier, not ringinglike auto pop. Yes, yes it
was that. And of course likeas is like it's pink and it's cute.
She's like, what is it?I can have it? Like fine,
after dinner, you can have afew licks of it or whatever.
So she takes it off as sheputs it in the powder, and then
(14:20):
and then I'm like and then it'slike stuck on there, like this is
gonna tear your tongue apart, Likeit's gonna You're gonna your tongue is gonna
start bleeding from you sucking on thepacifier. Yep, these days, Well,
fun dip. I remember fun dipfor me? Dip? Oh my
gosh, my mouth is watering.Yeah. Did you ever have like a
giant jawbreaker that you would just lickfor weeks? Like how gross? Plastic
(14:43):
bag? Yeah, my sister wasreally into those. I was so into
those because they would change color likeonce you started looking at it, like
had different like like layers of colorsinside. So yeah, she had a
bunch of twizzlers and what were thesethose little sour squishy I can't think of
patchets. No, not sour patchkints. It's like squish squishers, No
(15:09):
squabby, squamy gosher. It mightbe a gusher like they're like little hexagons.
I'm not proud that I know allthese things. I'm like a little
concerned that I know the candy. But so anyways, my point being,
I really don't want to give outcandy. It's like they already are gonna
(15:31):
have probably you know, they're gonnahave cake, and that's already sugar.
Blah blah blah. So I liketo give meaningful party favors. Last year,
for their fifth birthday, I gaveaway like arts and crafts kits.
It was like a little tiny babyeasel with a little tiny like watercolor like
wheel and it came with the brushand in a canvas and it was tiny.
It was like four inches by fourinches. And so that was like
(15:54):
what Asa gave. And then Maxongave a dinosaur egg that you had to
like chip away at and then eventuallyit would hatch out a dinosaur. I
mean that one is like whatever.I see those everywhere now. But so
I'm looking this year and I'm like, what am I gonna doing. It's
not and then inviting the whole classbecause it's literally just like twenty of us
total, ten kids, ten kids, ten adults. And I was looking
(16:17):
on Etsy and they have these likelike hydroflasker water bottles. I want to
do. I wanted to do likea gift that's like they're not gonna throw
away, and it's I'm already gonnaspend somewhere around like probably ten bucks a
kid. So I upped the antieand I spent about twenty bucks a kid,
which yeah, came down like threehundred bucks. Okay. But they're
(16:38):
personalized water bottles. So I didlike pink glitter for all the girls,
and it has like a rainbow onthere. It's gonna be like a carved
out rainbow, so like it.Basically what they do is they carve out
the color from the water bottle andthen they just shows the stainless steel.
Oh cool, Okay, Yeah,it looks really cool. So it has
like a rainbow, and then haveall of their names and they'll all be
(16:59):
personalized. So when they get tothe party, I'm gonna have them filled
with water already and that's their waterfor the party. That's super cute.
What are they doing for the party? We're gonna go to Dave and Buster's
so fun. No, this isjust so fun. I love it.
Okay, I kept going back andforth, and I just don't want to
deal with the mess at my house, even if it is twenty people,
(17:21):
because at that if it's my house, is not gonna be twenty people.
If it's in my house, it'llbe like sixty yes, you know.
And so I just kept it tolike their core. They wanted to invent
like they're like two of their friendsfrom like school, and then some of
their preschool friends and then be I'mI'm reading one of my best friends and
her kids too. Yeah. Yeah, and that's it and so super small,
two hours getting get out, theparents can drink. Yeah, I'd
(17:45):
be great, perfect, And likewhen you have twins you have to kind
of get creative. I feel likethis is my battle because it's like,
yes, it's like a whole theme. If I do a theme, then
it has to be a split theme. And I was even like, yeah,
I was getting into like because he'sso into Spider Man right now now.
And then I was like, okay, there's like actually things that are
sold. It's like a Spider ManBarbie theme. I'm like, this is
crazy to think about, but likeAs is not that into Barbie, like
(18:08):
she likes Barbie. But it wasjust being forced, and so I was
like, at least there's no theme. And I did like Matt Black bottles
for the boys and look super chicand has like a space shuttle. Oh,
so so yeah, that's it,and then that's gonna be the party
favor. And I figured, that'syou're such a good cool mom, like
I think I am. But Ithink the kids are gonna be like a
(18:30):
water bottle, like maybe I shouldstill do a little bag of candy,
like I don't know, hm,but they're also gonna like get games and
yeah, we're being junk like Frenchfries and pizza and like all this garbage
the whole day there. I waslike, you know what, I don't
remember a single party favor from mychildhood. They'll be fine, yeah,
(18:52):
and then they'll keep it and thenthey'll remember this was from Ason Maxim's birthday
party. There you go and getto school and it won't get lost.
It's great. It's great. Bythe way, these were like twenty seven
dollars. There were cheaper ones onEtsy. So if you want to go
on there and look around, yeah, by all means have at it.
It's very smart. So TVD onthat, Hey, this story about Kaitlyn
(19:14):
Clark is oh really really kind ofjust makes me put my fingers in a
fist. Yeah. So, thethe details that I don't know, I
have like all of them here, but four year contract. She was the
number one draft pick and like likeit was known for months that she would
be the number one draft pick forthe WNBA. Yeah, yeah, the
(19:36):
number one draft pick. And amI reading this right? Over four years?
So this is not what she's gettingevery year? No, this is
the grand total. This is thenet for four years, three hundred and
thirty eight thousand dollars. Her startingsalary for the first year is around seventy
six thousand dollars, which is lessthan a lot of people make in their
(20:02):
jobs. Is it a great entrylevel job salary? Sure, but as
a professional basketball player who is literallythe talk of the country right now,
it's insane. I'm yeah, becauselet's do some fact checking here. The
number one pick in the NBA draftlast year was signed to a fifty five
(20:25):
million dollar contract. Yes, wellthat's quite a difference there, Yeah,
sure is. I heard today becauseI've been very angry about this, that
what the women are asking for rightnow is like obviously the NBA, right
makes more money, it is morepopular, But what women are asking for
now is just the same percentages ofdeals from TV rights and merchandise because they're
(20:48):
not getting the same right now.And that was my next question was because
okay, because sometimes they even arguethat in our contract negotiations, like,
well, you're gonna make money andendorsements, right, And that is so
totally Caitlin Clark's gonna make so muchmoney and endorsements. But it's still the
so do the guys you know?Is it? It's I mean, man,
(21:11):
also, but is it because likeshe would take away I mean,
look if she has a higher salaryand that means less salary for any of
the other females in WNBA. True, and I do think she's making higher
than some of the other draft picksobviously, but right, does is this
little person need to make fifty fivemillion dollars? Yeah? Like you're just
playing a sport. You're bouncing abasketball around, right, Like why is
(21:32):
it so extreme? Like that's thething. It's like it's so extreme from
the NBA to the WNBA. Butmaybe that's just the change that needs to
start happening, Like, you know, these conversations weren't having weren't being discussed.
Uh ten years ago, I don'tsay fifteen years ago. No,
it was what it was and that'sit. But like now there's social media
(21:53):
and there's a lot of commentary,and I'm sure it's it's being discussed,
but look, I think that it'sjust room for change. It definitely,
it's a ridiculous difference. Yeah, the pay gap is aggressive, but as
the WNBA grows, I think thatCaitlyn, I bet you Caitlin will be
(22:15):
one of the first women to makeX amount, right, Like she'll start
at the rate I guess, yeah, because she is like so beloved.
Did you and if Saturday Night Livethis week? I did not? And
I everybody was talking about it.Why was I Cochella? Yeah, but
yes, I'm a Ryan Goslin Andlike, what did dish? Was she
(22:37):
there? Or did you a skinabout her? You came to a weekend
up date and she was, youknow, first time on SNL. She
was like a little awkward, butshe ended up being really funny. And
but I'm like, you know, you don't see the first draft pick of
the NBA on SNL. Yeah, girls, Yeah, Look, I just
say gather as much as you canwith those sponsorships. Yeah. Oh,
(23:00):
I can't wait to see her makelots of money and like be the new
face of I mean, you havedaughters, like this is who they could
look up to if they want toplay sports. Yeah, and as I
loves basketball, Oh does she?Does she want to play? Are you
gonna be adding another activity to theOh my gosh. Adding another activity to
her schedule right now is like Idon't even know how I can. Anything
(23:22):
that's gonna involve the weekends really terrifiesme. Soccer, baseball, all those
things. I'm just like, hmmmm, is Maxa not playing baseball this year?
No, he's not, and he'sasking about it. But he's also
in gymnastics and piano and now, like you know, he's multiple piano recitals
that are popping up, like hehas two in the next two weeks or
three weeks. What. Yeah, there's one this Saturday, and then there's
(23:42):
one two weeks later, which wouldhave been their birthday weekend, which is
like a whole other thing. It'snice, really to schedule a lot happening.
No, but he loves it.He's so good at it. I
actually Michael takes him. He doesthis like it's a certain method of piano
that he takes. Oh, whereit's not just like oh, the piano
(24:03):
teacher comes to your house or yougo to the studio and like you drop
your kid off for thirty minutes andthey play piano and then you leave.
The parents have to be in theroom with them, taking notes, essentially
learning everything while he's learning it.Yeah, it's wild. So needless to
say, Michael has really taken thereins on this for sure, because it's
(24:26):
right up his alley musically. Yes, and there's times where he can't.
Like this. Last Friday, hewas practicing with his band, so I
took Maxine to piano and it's socause I don't see the progress so much.
I see him practicing at home andah, but I'm distracting, cooking
dinner, yelling at one of theother kids. So he like, I'm
literally like, oh my god, that was perfect. And then the teacher's
(24:48):
like, okay, so do youknow what you did wrong? And he
was like, yeah, my thisthis and I was like this is perfect,
is perfect? My child is aprodigy. So yeah, so I
think he's really really good and it'ssomething that I wouldn't want to seehim give
up. So it's just about figuringout like a schedule, and I think
that's just life. It is justlife. It's hard to do a bunch
(25:11):
of things. And also you havemultiple children, And the fact that you
say that is a big reason whywe really just said no to the fourth
Like if there was any discussion afterSavellah, like while yeah, what yeah,
or you know there was if therewas any discussion after having like after
having Savella, because I was thirtyseven, so we really could have been
(25:33):
like, Okay, let's just doanother one right away. It was more
of it wasn't. It wasn't theactual fact of like getting pregnant, having
the baby, doing all that.It was more the are we going to
be able to fulfill the attention thatthese kids need, not only just now
as babies, but like as theyget older like teenagers, this, this,
(25:53):
that, whatever, like it justit all is gonna and we're so
busy. Like granted, of courseour careers could change and we could pivot
in whatever way we need to,but it just didn't personally didn't seem right
for us. No, And Iwhen you say it like that, I'm
like yeah, of course. AndI think back to my parents, and
I don't know how I never feltlike they weren't giving me enough attention.
(26:17):
Granted, for a long time mymom was at home and then she went
back to school and went back tolike work and stuff. That's a big
difference. If I was at hometwenty four to seven, I would have
another child now ready for you now. I mean I don't think that I
couldn't. Yeah, but I don'tknow that. You Like, we're about
to get to the out of diapers, Like it's like we're you know,
(26:40):
she almost out of booster seats, like in one more year. They don't
have to really be in a boozerseat like another wait, I have to
figure that out. But yeah, they're close, Oh my god. Like
it's so easy for them to travelright now, Like we just tossed the
booster seeds from car to car orwhatever. It's not a big deal.
And and they're out of strollers, like even though they still beg for Like
we still have the double stroller thathas the kickstands, so technically all three
(27:03):
can be on it. Oh andthey still like beg for that. Sometimes
when we're going somewhere, can youbring the extra sea please. It's like,
no, you guys, where you'rewalking? You're six years old?
Now, well that's six, you'rea six almost six, just like but
then Savey wants to walk. It'slike such a bus I'm like, why
don't even have this thing? Ofcourse, then ends up getting in the
stroller. She's like, well she'snot using it, and you're like,
(27:23):
gosh, target oh exactly exactly.Your life is insane, you know what.
I wouldn't have it any other way. I love that. It is
perfect insanity, so to speak. But yeah, that's it in a nutshell
for now. Yeah. I feellike there was one more thing that was
going to tell you, and like, you know, I had like a
fool on brain fart. Was itthat Saveyah got to spend a day at
(27:48):
work? No, but that wasbecause her nanny was sick. Oh.
I was like, what is thatgirl doing at Kiss FM? She's like
in your bedroom having a photo shootwith you. Yeah, she came with
me and I forget. Was itthis week? Last week? I forget?
And our nanny comes every morning andshe showed up like she's amazing,
and she shows up. She's like, I'm not feeling good. I think
(28:12):
she felt okay. And then likewithin the hour of like getting the other
the older kids to school, andlike, you know, she was just
like, I'm not feeling good. And so Michael had an interview. Yeah,
and so he couldn't. He wasjust like, we'll make it work
type thing, pacific. It's alot like you like, she needs to
be entertained and all that. Unlessif he was, like you know,
(28:33):
had a serious zoom call to take. It wasn't like the best setting.
So I was like, I'll justtake her with me to work. It'll
be fine. And she was fine. She sat there in the corner.
I did iPad her, you know, but okay. So this was after
the morning show, yes, exactly, thank goodness, okay, because I
was like, how did you getthrough a show? No, I did
the show from home that morning, and then when we wrap it was like
(28:56):
nine something, right, almost ten, and so I brought her with me,
okay, I said, the afternoon, and then Michael picked her up
at like one, So she wasonly here with me for like three hours,
but she was the top of theoffice. Everyone's like, oh my
gosh, she looks like boo.And I was like, yes, I
know, so it's all good stuff. Uh sweating for whatever reason was.
(29:17):
I actually had two things to sayto you. One, you kind of
look like a caddie at the Master'sright now. Not the look I was
going for. But okay, butI can only see. I can only
see like whitty stop right, like, I don't see if you don't know
that my bottom half will help yourargument because I'm wearing white pants. They're
not white, but they're like awhite washed jean, so we're like a
(29:41):
white tennis huice. So you, like, I thought it was cute,
if that makes you feel any better, I thought you looked great. Second,
Michael's band has a name. Ohwell they and this is Yeah,
they had a name for a whilebut now it's gone public. Oh okay,
so yeah, I just saw hisinstagram. You know his band,
Yes, official Echo Echo Bird. You should follow them on Instagram and check
(30:06):
out their music because they're starting torecord and like you're excited get stuff going
like it it is really exciting. So it was funny because he was asking
me for like tips the other night. He was like, should I like
collaborate on it? Like I wouldjust post it as is? And I
told him to add all the members. I was like, you guy should
all collaborate on it. He didn'tlisten, and then he just posted it,
well repost it, and I waslike, all right, you could
(30:27):
have gotten more views. I liveand he'll learn exactly who is his wife.
Well, I am far from themaybe the masters bro now that I
have my outfit ready to go.Yeah, I told him as a compliment,
not a dig. I probably hadknown business. Well, speaking of
(30:48):
digs, I'll just dig myself intoanother hole right now. This morning,
I was trying to be like aninfluencer, you know, stupid get Ready
with Me videos, so people dotheir makeup. So I was gonna do
like one of those where like Ido my makeup and I'm like telling a
story and then I like vetoed that. I was like, this is stupid.
So I'm just gonna I'm just gonnado my makeup and put music over
(31:08):
it and then like and speed itup. And I don't know how these
girls do this shit because I wasdoing my makeup but like using the camera
as my mirror hard, so hard, and so once I makeup was I
was like, this is the ugliestI've ever done my makeup. Like,
I hate this. I think themethod is to get like a suction phone
(31:33):
stand that connects. I have that. I have that Erica, It's like
this. It was the I haveone of those like crazy like led light
mirrors. Its super bright. Andthen I had a little stand from my
damn phone and still like and thenwhen I'm like in there, I just
look like such an ugly face, gonna do my eyeliner. I was like,
how do girls make these cute?Like there's no chance that I'm gonna
(31:56):
post this. Let alone try toredo it and be better at it,
Like I don't understand. I wouldlove for you to post a small clip
of it, just for those ofus who understand. And I did the
whole like you show the product inthe lens. And then I was like,
if I speed this up, likeyou're not even gonna see it because
it'll be like you can't read it, you can't get it. It's probably
(32:19):
not focused. I'm just like, what am I doing? This is try
again. I'd love to see ussped up version of getting ready in the
morning from like a nest camp inyour home, right like the chaos that
ensues, you know what it lookslike it looks like the home alone house
when they're all getting ready to goto the airport because they all slept in
It's like, remember looked like that? That is literally what my house looks
(32:45):
like in the every day. Yeahokay, but maybe okay, yeah,
we have one, so I mightas well see what trying to find some
footage. Thank you. That's aservice to us all. Either that or
Diego's cam. You know, theyfeel like people would enjoy that content.
Oh my gosh, you could sayhim up a live twitch. People would
watch him all day. Oh right, it's weird to think about. It's
weird to think about. Okay,I'll leave you with that. Have a
(33:07):
wonderful week. Everybody talk soon.Bye bye,
