are you? Tip Man with you? I've got Bobby from
HGB on the phone. Bobby, how are you.

I'm doing well. Thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hey, Bobby, I hear the Fesis Sharing is coming to
Corpus Christy very very soon. Tell us a little bit
about it.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Yeah, so we're super excited. We're going to have our
thirty six annual Feast of Sharing dinner on Saturday, December
twenty first, at the American Bank Center from eleven to
three pm.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Okay, so if nobody if people have been living under
a rock and have never gone to a Feta Sharing,
because this has been going on for years. I remember
even going as a teenager myself, what can they expect
at the Feisa Sharing?

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Yeah, so if you haven't gone, Like I mentioned, this
is a thirty six year that we're doing this. So
if you having gone, this is the perfect opportunity for
you to come out and enjoy really a hot meal,
a delicious meal. I may add, you'll get some entertainment
from a variety of different groups. We have a Stephanie
Abriana band, the Veterans Band will be there. We'll have
the group out there as well as well as some

other dance groups. And then we'll have plenty of food,
entertainment and activities for those with kids can come and do.
We'll have face paintings of arts and crafts, and then
we'll also be able to provide free flu shots to
those that are that are wanting to get one and
a fun day pool of the excitement.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
And this is all free, right, this is all completely free.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, this is a completely free event. The parking is
free at the American Bank Center. You'll just come in.
We'll have our volunteers come out there that will that
will help you know, get you seated. We'll have volunteers
that will take your plate to your table, clean up
after you. You know, all for free. So I don't
think you can do that anywhere else but free. Come out, enjoy,

have more than one plate if you'd like, as long
as it stays with their there within the center.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Right right, that's great. So tell us again, when is it,
what time and where at?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Yeah, it's Saturday, December twenty first, from eleven am to
three pm at the American Bank Center in the r
Exhibit Halls.

Now, is there anywhere else people can find out more
information about this.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
Yeah, so if people want to find out more information
just on the dinner itself, they can go to HV

interested in volunteering, which is the need that we always have,

I mean, they can look under their holiday headquarters tab

and there we'll have a list of all of the
different opportunities that we have for them to volunteer at.
Each shift is about two hours, so it's really just
two hours out of your day to come out and volunteer,
and then you're more than welcome to stay after and
enjoy a hot meal, or you can continue to volunteer
until it's over.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
So if you volunteer, is there a deadline to sign
up for volunteering.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
No, So we'll take volunteers up until the very minute
that a shift starts, So you get pre register if
it'll make it a lot easier, or you can just
show up the day of and let them know that
you want to volunteer. I will say the good part
about pre registering is you get to pick which role
you want to do, and if you show up you'll
only just get a signed into whichever role we're needing help,

and so pre registration is great to go, but you're
more than welcome to come the day of and volunteer.
