Speaker 2 (00:08):
I'm very well, thanks, thank you so much for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Now Disney on Ice. It's it's actually, it's so great
that you guys are here and this time you're presenting
Frozen and in Ganto.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
That is correct.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
So tell us first off, tell me what are you
part of with Disney on Ice.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Well, funny enough, you should ask that I'm actually the
guy that comes in the beginning and gets the audience going.
So I host the show with my co host in
the beginning, so we get the crowds and the audiences
ready to see what they want to see from Disney
and Ice, get them excited.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Hpe Man, you're the hype man. That's actually really cool.
Oh my gosh, yeah, it's I always it's always a
great time whenever Disney on Ice comes into town. And
of course, like I said, it's Frozen and in Ganto.
Tell us a little bit about the show.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
The show is about family, The show is about love.
The show is about understanding the differences between each other,
and I think it's so unique that Frozen and Encanto
represent both those elements and those characteristics when you actually
think about it, they meet them middle.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
It's a crossover from one to the other. Now.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
I was talking to I think her name was Stephanie.
She's one of the pre show people that recently I
got to interview, and she was telling me that, you know,
besides it being Frozen and Incanto, a lot of the
other Disney characters are going to be there. In fact,
I heard Mickey and Minnie they might be there, right, I.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Mean Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and Goofy will be there.
It's Disney on Ice. Yeah, I cannot leave them out.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
It's going to be a great show. Of course, tickets
are officially on sale. It all starts tomorrow, Saturday.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
And Sunday, right, that is correct. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
So tell me how long you been with Disney on Ice.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
I've been with Disney and Ice for twelve years.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Twelve years, yes, long time.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Wow, and I love it, still love it.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Tell me about your experience with Disney on Ice.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
It has been one with great resounding happiness, love, I
keep evolving and seeing different parts of the world, places, cities,
elements that I wouldn't necessarily see. You know, if I
told myself, oh, let's go overseas on a crurification.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Oh wow, okay, So tell me what's the most What
city have you been impressed with the most? I mean,
you've probably been all over the world, so you know
what city will you always keep in your head that
you always love that you went to?

Speaker 2 (02:29):
You know, And I keep talking about this all the time,
but one of my favorite, not cities but countries is Japan.
There is something beautiful about being in Japan, seeing how
it operates functions. I don't know, I get goosebumps because
I believe it's like Microsoft, there's there's a formula for everything.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Right, No, I completely agree with you.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
They give it to you and sort of nervous, like
are you doing the right thing? Yeah, they kind of.
They help you. And the food is good. Oh yeah,
much history too. So I come from South Africa and
there's quite a great history from my country, so to
go to another one, it's very nice.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
I had actually been to Japan before during the springtime.
Nothing is more beautiful than seeing those cherry blossom trees
with the pink. Oh, there's pink everywhere.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Envious yet to see that?

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Oh? Man, And and you wake up in the morning
and there's Mount Fuji. It was the most beautiful thing
I've ever seen.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
I actually hiped.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Oh you did.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I made it the top for the sunrise.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Hey, congratulations Mount Fuji. I tried. I got about halfway
and I said, yeah, I'm done. I'm officially done. Wow.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah, it's altitude sickness, you know.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Yeah, alter is high.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
But when you see the sun rise through the cloud
and it comes right up and right in front of
your face, can't take it out of your mind. Wow.
I mean, you can have a picture, but what you're
seeing in real time stay in your mind. Favo.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
We're talking with Kisto, who's with Disney on Ice presents
Frozen and in Ganto. It's going to be happening Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Yep. Make sure you get your tickets now.
You can get them there at the American Bank Center
box office. You can also go to Disney on Ice
dot com. It's correct to get the tickets, of course,
you know. Besides, one of the things I always love
also is when Disney on Ice is in town.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
You know.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Before you get there, of course, the kids see all
the little giveaways or the things that you guys sell
there with all the little pretty lights and stuff. Yes,
and it's like and so when the lights go down
and all the kids have got their little flash toys
and you see nothing but brilliant lights everywhere, it's it's
something you can never It's something you only experience once

(04:39):
in a while.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Right fully, I mean, and that's the whole Disney honest experience.
You're coming for the experience. But what also bringing you
Disney on Ice and movies that are relevant, that are
still out there that people still watch. You can tell
me you've watched for ten years ago or five as
you go, you still watch today. It's a pretty good movie.
It's a really good one. Oh serest in Contact. You know,

(05:00):
you get a little bit of flavor, a little bit
of Colambian energy music.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
So yeah, yeah, it was especially around here in South Texas.
You know the Hispanic feel for Incanto. It's it's it's
a lot, it's it's it's something to experience. I love
that movie. My daughter still watches that movie at least
at least once a month she watches it.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Ah, well, then she's are you coming to the show?

Speaker 1 (05:24):
I'm planning on it.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Well, you should pus any of you on for a
ride of your life for the show. It's quite exciting
and what you'll see is how we try to put
the stories together for you. Yeah, and it's just enough,
so you went more.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Yeah, it's great. Wow, it's so. It's happening at the
American Bank Center Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Are you having
two shows on Sunday?

Speaker 2 (05:47):
We have one show on Sunday, three on Saturday, one on.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
Friday, three on Faturday. That's why I know usually sometimes
you have more than one show on a certain day.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Correct.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
So that's great. Okay, So if you're looking for tickets,
get them now American Bank Center. You can also get
them at Disney on Ice Dock. If somebody ever wanted
to get into Disney on Ice, what advice would you
give them.

our portal. It allows you to go through audition processes
and it will send it to all the information and
direct you to the people that you can contact. Wow.
