And if you're heading down to Castsarock, we had crash
just a short time ago called out south of Castle Pines.
It looks like it is southbound right lane just beginning
to back up with some slight delays developing there. The
crash on two to five north mount of Puching. I
seventy is left side. It is slowing but not really
backed up in that area. Getting on to Ice seventy
looks better with a crash that we had earlier at

(13:18):
Peoria two seventy still running a little slow through the
area around Vosquez and York. That's both directions, and it
looks like I seventy westbound out in here Kipling. That
crash is long gone, and yeah, a little bit of
slowing there, but things are picking up. The pace there
is slowing in the foothills though it's construction related just
past Morrison to Lookout Mountain as well as West I
seventy down Floyd Hill. It should break just past US

(13:40):
six and through the tunnels over towards Idaho Springs. Jonathan

the artist of that song Home. If you ever watched
any American Idol, you would know that everybody walked home losing.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
Call us at three three seven, one, three, eight, five,
eight five and you will win a pair of passes
to the Denver Home Show takeing place this weekend Denver
Homeshow dot com. Chad, that was a great idea because
I was asking, how are we going to give them
away this time? And you were like, think about a
song with home in it, And so you can also
maybe dazzle h Shannon with a bunch of songs of
home in it, because that was the first one that

(14:34):
just came off top of mind for us.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Yeah, Blessed Union of Souls, I think had a song
called Home if I remember right, And of course, uh,
the the one that I all remember from like you
know music and when we were little kids, you know,
Home on the Range.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Oh yep, yeah, I went to Edward Sharp and the
Magnetic Zero's they have Home, which everyone's probably like, what,
but that one.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
There has to be literally hundreds of songs that, like,
even char songs because it's such a common world.

Speaker 8 (15:01):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (15:02):
Absolutely, yeah.

Speaker 8 (15:03):
Yeah, the song we just played, it's called Home, if
that helps.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
And like I said, American Idol, I was a huge
fan of American Idol back in the day where you
would actually have to call I don't know how they
do it now, but you would call that number. I'd
be like, I want this person to win, and you'd
give points and we would sit there all day calling them,
calling them, and then anytime they got, you know, sent
home with that song playing in the background, and then
they highlight their career on American Idol. If you were

(15:28):
one of the first ones out is a really short
video of what they can really.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Highlight and think how much extra money that this artist
made in royalties just from playing that on a network show.

Speaker 8 (15:38):
Didn't he start? Didn't he have an American Idol? Was
he American idol?

Speaker 4 (15:41):
Absolutely?

Speaker 8 (15:42):
I was gonna say a winner or was he a
Now we're asking a lot.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
I don't think he won, but he was. I think
he was like fourth.

Speaker 2 (15:49):
But he's been one of the most commercially successful artists,
you know, besides you know, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and
some of those.

Speaker 8 (15:59):
But I did lose it season five.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
Yeah, I remember that.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
I was watching back then because I think he's from
North Carolina and that's where I was living at the time,
so it got even more attention there.

Speaker 12 (16:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (16:13):
In fact, I think he was on it multiple times.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Yeah, and I'm assuming we have an Winter's who can
price safe say that is Daughtry?

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Ye, yeah, yeah, Chris Daughtry. The song is Home two
thousand and six. Shannon's grabbing the winner right now. It
sounds like, so they're going home with a pair of passes. Huh,
They're going home with a pair of passes to the
Denver Home Show this weekend. We congratulations, Yeah, Jeremy awesome.
You can find more information or buy tickets now at
Denver Home Show dot com.

Speaker 2 (16:42):

Bauer and Gina Gondek turning it over to The Ross
Kaminski Show.

Speaker 4 (16:49):
Hosting today is Ryan Schuling.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Now, Ryan and I usually are at odds in sports
because I'm a Vikings fan, he's a Lions fan. I'm
a Twins fan, he's a Tigers fan. But today Gina
and Ryan are on opposite sides when it comes to
NCAA basketball.

Speaker 8 (17:05):
Are well, you're going to cover this? I see a
little bit amazing blue in that outfit going on.

Speaker 19 (17:10):
Well, I have to be deceptive. I don't show up
and it give the appearance of impropriety. No, no, no,
just under the radar. But yeah, there'll be the final
game tonight, the Michigan Overines against UC San Diego, the Tritons.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
We were having fun with their name during the break. Gina,
are you going to the game tonight?

Speaker 1 (17:25):
I would love to, sure, but I kind of peaked
at tickets and one mmmmm, also pretty frugal.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
So and then then who is your Michigan State Spartans
playing this?

Speaker 19 (17:36):
Well, they're gonna be playing Bryant two versus A fifteen.

Speaker 4 (17:40):
Well that should be that should be a blowout.

Speaker 19 (17:41):
And that's tomorrow night, both Michigan Michigan State playing at
eight pm. So Michigan tonight at Ball Arena eight pm.
Tomorrow night, Michigan State at eight pm, and Iowa State
the three seed in their bracket. I filled up the
bracket by the way you sent out Gina Iowa States
without their best players, so that the path the road
shall we to the final four for Michigan State looks
pretty good.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
And Tom is those one of the best coaches in
the country this time of year especially.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
I also set up my bracket trying to get a
Michigan Michigan State game going at the end there, but.

Speaker 8 (18:10):
I doubt it.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
It could very well happen. In fact, I almost picked that.
I think a lot happened.

Speaker 19 (18:15):
It depends on what happens tonight of Michigan can avoid
the big upset. I think they can make a pretty
deep run and they would be destined to meet in
the Elite eight.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
All right, so tell us what you have coming up
in your show today.

Speaker 19 (18:24):
Your Senative Jeff Crank fifth Congressional District will be joining
me in our number two, also one of the candidates
and the Russian Roulette race for GOP chair in Colorado.
Richard Holtorf to close out the program, and John Fabricatory,
he'll be stopping by in studio. There's a big national
story with the name Jeanette Vizgera that you're probably following

(18:45):
here in Denver and Aurora, and we'll get comment from him.

Speaker 4 (18:47):
To start off our number three.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
Ran Juling in for Ross Kaminski coming up next. We
go now to the Koa Traffic Center with a look
at your drive. Here's Jonathan Steel, all right, wrap it up.

Speaker 16 (18:57):
What pretty good drive force guys near that late crashdown
pass or excuse me, Castle Pines before Happy Canyon. Anyway,
it's well off to the shoulder, so not as much
of a delay. Two to five northout approaching Ice seventy
kind of left lane, left shoulder on a crash that's
slowing through the area.

Speaker 4 (19:11):
A little bit of a.

Speaker 16 (19:12):
Jam up there, but it opens up on I seventy
two seventy some slight slowing still left.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
Over I twenty five looks pretty darn good.

Speaker 16 (19:18):
One delay that we are seeing is into the foothills
and it's down Floyd Hill in particular, which I think
we'll see all morning and into the afternoon with that
rock scaling. But they've been working there, so we are
looking at some jamming. It'll open up in Idaho Springs
once you get down past the Veteran Memorial Tunnels. Jonathan
Steele on KA eight fifty AM and ninety four one FM.
