today's story begins with our superstar Richard. See, Richard was
arrested twice over the weekend, and the second one was
completely avoidable.

Okay. It all began when the Sheriff's department was called
to a business where Richard made some alarming estate statements
to an employee. Well, he was promptly arrested for DUI
since he drove himself to that business and is a
vehicle was impounded. Well, when he bonded out, that's when
he turned to superstardom by calling the Sheriff's office to
ask for the personal items from his impounded vehicle. See

when deputies started cleaning out the car, guess what they've found?
