on a Friday, Sunday today with the higher eighty five
right now it's six days house pardon. We started to
got the plans out of the little greenhouse. And it's
not a huge greenhouse. It's a little small because like
I think I might have gotten it from probably did.

Now with the greenhouse, you gotta buy the repair tape, Okay, okay.
So I had to buy the repair tape because it's
gonna it's gonna rep Yeah. So we had to transplant
the UH to the corn and the watermelon from the
greenhouse to the UH to the garden outside.

Started in the greenhouse and moved to the gardens.

Gotten in the greenhouse from seas And I told the
kid man, it h's different when you grow you grow
it yourself. Think I'm gonna eave the tomatoes in the
greenhouse and let them grow there after everything else is gone.
Talked to my mom, talked to my sister, and that
was pretty much and went to bed early because I'm rested.

I went to the gym, I went and got my
car washed, I picked up the kids.

We played outside a little bit.

So we've just been playing outside and then preparing for
the weekend.

I did some work around here, and then I had
a conference call with my national shows, and then I
decided to do the yard work yesterday because I was
coming up. I don't want to do it, and then
I don't wanted to wait until like ten days from now,
so I did it yesterday, and then I took a
quick nap and my friends called and said they wanted
to go to Epcot. So we went to Epcott and
walked around a little bit. We only did one lap

around though. It was just really nice out the crowd, No,
it was awesome. Some of the blackout dates started for
some of the lower passes and we have the mid level,
so yeah, so we got to go.

It was nice, but they were like, let's stay out,
and I'm like, no.

Jelly rolls S touched down this weekend and they're always
like Jelly Rolls I'm like, I would love to go
to Jelly Rolls, but I know I got to work
on real. Line's gonna be insane. There's no way I've
put in my time at jelly Rolls.

So yesterday I did some work after the show, I
went home and I was gonna go to the Springs.

we're going to have a long day. You go take

So I got in an hour and a half a nap.
Then we went out to Lake Yola. We took a
lapron because it's beautiful time you were taking it in.

We had lunch out there, usual the.

Knights like that. You see a lot of couples.

Yeah, it was like a good amount of people out there.
And then went back home, chilled for a little bit,
saw a little bit of a movie, then went to
downtown Orlando for the patio.

It was good, Yeah, a lot of fun.

We gave away tickets to Shakira and Mary J. Blige
and people like went crazy. Yeah, yeah, I was good.

I caught myself. We're doing something, doing some filming last
the last Friday, and I didn't get out of the
place with film until around midnight. It was packed. I'm like,
whatever y'all tried to do to kill downtown, it ain't work.
It did not work because those people instead of walking
the streets, they're going into the clubs because all the
clubs now have lines behind it and people wanting them
stuff like that. So I'm glad that the clubs are

happy about that. But they're the same knuckleheads that were
down there. They are back, y'all, We come back we

was a shooting at Florida State University, and coming up
at seven twenty this morning, we're going to talk about it.

lot of people are planning for that Easter thing. I've
never done. I mean, I've never participated in the Easter
egg hunt. Now I've set them out for kids to
find them. Give me as an adult, as an adult, yeah,
we all did.

Now as a kid, I didn't know. I did it
as an adult to set up for my niece's a nephew.
So you never hunted eggs when you were a kid,
huh No, No, I remember putting them out for the
the You know, my niece's a nephew. But that's what
we talk about, hard boared eggs and real but actually
looking for him.

We used to get dressed up though Eastern in the South.
When I was growing up, it's new suit time because
you had a you as a family had to roll
up in church tight the Big Hat song, the Big Ones,
and you rolled up in there. So I think tonight
would have probably gone over to the kmart and picked
me up a suit. Yeah, and the shirt and the
clip on ta combo of course, But I've never done that.

You guys done the East Easter?

I was it was?

It might have been Ray who opened up the fact
that they weren't real eggs. Did you put money or
some golden egg thing?

Speaker 11 (08:50):
Yeah, So we used to do like the Easter e hans,
whether it was at my grandparents house in uh Jupiter,
or we would go to my friend's house who live
off of Marks and they had like really nice Easter
egg hunts and they would have like the golden eggs with.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Money in it, or like the hidden egg.

Speaker 11 (09:07):
That was like nobody could ever find, but if you
found it, there was like five bucks in it.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Oh yeah, no, we have that. My grandparents did hunts.
That's so that's the only place we did them. Yeah,
one grandma made real eggs and the other one used
plastic eggs, but there was never anything in the more
than like jelly beans.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
We died the eggs and decorated the eggs. We wouldn't
putting them outside.

Speaker 7 (09:29):
We ate.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
We ate them after we put them outside, so they
would they would, they would put them out, and then
we would hunt them instantly and then we would come
right back in and we count them who won, and
then give them to me.

Speaker 9 (09:40):
So we make some egg salad.

Speaker 11 (09:43):
Yeah, we did dye the eggs, but we they never
left the air conditioned.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
They never left the house. We just put them right
in the fridge.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
And the main egg salad one from the previous year
once and it was still looking new.

Speaker 9 (09:57):
So I brought it in in my basket and they
busted it open. No, that's the smell you'd never forget.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Oh my dear goodness.

Speaker 9 (10:06):
And they're saying now that adults want to do it.

Speaker 11 (10:08):
Yeah, so they're saying fifty seven percent of adults want
to hunt eggs.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
You know, we take over everything. We took over Halloween,
why not take over Easter?

Speaker 2 (10:17):
We're bored? Yeah, fun too.

Speaker 11 (10:19):
And it's funny because you look at it and it's
like eighty percent of parents and midst of stealing their
kids candy, Like.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Yeah, what do you call it a tax? Oh yeah,
oh yeah, give me some tax on that.

Yeah.

But sixty two percent. Adults would like to get their
own Easter basket and hunt eggs.

I would do it if it depended on the prize,
Like if we're gonna do it as adults, as friend,
one of the eggs had to have like a two
hundred dollars dollars. Everybody got to put in on it,
you know, you know, but then who hides it? Because
see that's where you have a problem. Yeah, the person
who didn't put in.

Yeah that's true.

Well the person that hit it has to disappear. You
can't be a part of right, Yeah, I gotta do
is sell Johnny Worth up you half. I would do that.
That would be fun as and it has to be
a you know, wide open spaces. But again I've always
had dry easters. Yeah, liquor wouldn't be involved. See we
had Mini's many liquor, Bob.

Yeah that's what they're saying what we did. Adults would
love that.

I saw a video where they were doing with craft beers.
They would hide you take a little cooler around with
you and you find your beers cooler.

Then afterwards you drink it. Yeah yeah, I see I
couldn't do that. Eastern he can be drinking and look on.

I mean a lot of people.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
I'm not saying it's right when a lot of people
don't know the reason for the season, Johnny, and they
just like to celebrate.

And in the Catholic church we drink red wine.

We don't know that right right, absolutely, all we know
is that he has risen. You don't know what he's
a rising last week. You know he's coming next week,
next week, you know nowadays you don't know the truth
is you never know what he's coming back exactly. He
might be looking at us like, now's the time important?

because sure he died, but he came back a couple

you got a call Sunday about noon to say, egg girl,
we're doing an adult Easter egg hunt and you weren't
doing anything, your butt would be right there.

All right, so you are an adult, you guys do
the Easter egg hunting? Yes, sir, And how does yours work?

So you know most of us adults now, you know,
we all used to egg hunt it together as kids,
and unfortunately we don't have a whole lot of kids
around in the family. So to keep the tradition going,
we kind of One of my cousins had the idea
of what if we just get the ninety nine CE liquor.

Bottles and items.

Speaker 19 (15:56):
So we started doing that and that's kind of what
we do now. We find the nine nine set liquor
bottles and then we all get together around the fire
and just drink.

And have a good time afterwards.

That's the reason for the season, right there, aren't you
miss Is it the same alcohol? Because if not, I
might have a battle of rum I might get a

Every year they do a twenty one and up Easter
egg hunt. Prizes usually are a huge cooler full of
alcohol and gift cards. And then so one out said,
I don't care, I'll participate in the kids Easter egg hunt.
Show him house done because we don't do participation trophies
up in here.

I remember going to one and it wasn't a hunt.
It was somebody in my family had a baby bunny,
and what they would do is let him out. You
had to catch him. There's no catching a baby. There
is no catching it. It just gets not gonna happen.

So yeah, kids running to each other, and then after
a while the bunny gets tired of kids of God
and they put them the bunny back in.

Okay, we do a big one down the hall magic Yeah,
in Longwood, but they had to start doing it by
age because people were starting to bawl over kids to
get to the to the eggs. Like, wait a second,
you can't truck a five year old man.

Have you seen kids? Adults and games?

Yes, when they find off those T shirts, they'll knock
your kid out of the way in a heartbeat.

kids and her mom, and she get nothing for herself.

where I absolutely love Alicia Silverson because of that movie,
she is returning really as share for a sequel series
on Peacock. Yes, so it's gonna be a series. That's

feel like if Alicia Silverson is a part of it,

she's gonna do it right. There aren't any plot details yet,
and it's not known if she'll be joined by any
of the other like Paul Rudd, Donald Fajian Beijon, Stacy
Dash Is she okay? I feel the last time I
saw she was kind of all over the place.

So the writer and director producer of the nineteen ninety
five original, he set to executive produce alongside Alicia. So
it looks like some of the originals are coming back
just for that movie. Okay, I told you yesterday about
Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy, how the body cam
footage came out and the dog was protecting her body.

major announcement that was made at the twenty twenty five

Star Wars celebration in Tokyo. It is confirmed that Ryan
Gosling will start in the upcoming film star Fighter. So
this is this is actually a standalone film that was
set about five years after the film The Rise of Skywalker,
and it's going to bring entirely new cast members, which

a shooting that occurred at Florida State University. Two victims
were killed, six others were injured. It was alone shooter,
and they found out that it was a FSU student
and the son of a Leon County sheriff deputy. The
person was shot and hospitalized. There's one person in a
critical condition. And watching the news story, you know, here's

the thing that happened there. They said the shots rang
out about eleven fifty and the school sent out an
active shooter at twelve oh one. I mean, it's sad,
but it's the reality of the world that we live
in now that they have practice for this type of thing.
Most universities, most school system, most university police have practiced
for an active shooter, so when there is one that's around,

they know exactly what to do. And to look at
some of the photos from the students there were just
in the student union where it most of it took place,
is they were studying and they were hanging out, and
these kids did the right thing. They got up and ran,
They left keys, they left laptop, they left drinks, they
left everything, They got up and ran and they talked
to one of the kids, I want to call them
the kids, their students, one of the students, and that

student said, we trained for this, and I was like, wow,
that's the reality that we live in now, because I'll
never forget that only thing that we trained for was
a hurricane drill and that's when you put your head
on your desk under your desk. Yeah, put your set
under your desk, and that was it. But they're training for,
you know, real life situation. So we just wanted to
take a moment and say, hey, you know, our thoughts
of prayers goes out to those families. And I can

imagine as a parent how you feel if you have
a student at Florida State for any university. Brown and
I were talking off the air. This can happen any
place at any.

Time, having in Texas just last week, yeah, last week,
just like and that that already gone out of the news.

Yes, it's not even in this case because of where
it occurred and how it happened is front page and
I'm not sure around the rest of the country if
this was the lead story. Is Florida State University a
major university in the state of Florida. I don't know
if this is lee story in Charlotte, and that sad
to think that, Oh yeah, yeah, but that's the world
we live in. And we can't live in fear, you know.
You You're like, well, I'll just want I'll just homeschool

my kid, or my kid will stay close to home.
This can happen any place at any time, and I
think it always hits hard for us here in central
Florida because of Pulse. Because what happened here, we all still,
you know, everybody feels a connection of what's going on.
So when you hear stories like this and you see
a news story of a shooting or just someone deciding
that they want to shoot someone, you know, it hits
close to home.

But they have the kid in custody, and I just
want to find you know, my thing is why, you

What was on your mind? What upset you to the
point that you went in and got And I understand again,
my information may may be off that the gun was
from one of the parents and his mom is what
I read, who was a police officer, was in the house.
So that meant that you grew up around guns, right,
you knew gun safety, you knew how to handle a gun. Again,
we were talking about this off the airs, telling Brian
that was I think it was like dateline or something.

What they had all these kids and they put kids
who parents were in law enforcement that taught them about
guns and how to stay away from guns. They put
them in the room with kids that never knew about guns,
and they put one real gun on the table and
three or four fake guns on the table. But the
kids who knew about gun safety and stuff like that
stayed away from the real gun, but the other ones
were just like, woh, that kind of thing. So this kid,

you have friends there. If you lost a loved one
