Yeah, the first date. You know, we hit it off
on Hinge. We talked about liking live music, good food.
We were talking about food, and there's this Mediterranean restaurant
over in Oakland that has, like, you know, the type
of food we were talking about, great wine lists. They
got the little Papa dishes, you know. So we went

there and had like these little lamb meatballs, really good
patatas bravas, which I don't know if you know what
that is, ortoes with like a little sauce.

Yeah, phenomenal, all right, you will so good. And I
was just in Barcelona not too long ago, and this
place like nailed it, like they they got it down
just right. Probably had a little like like Spanish red wine. Sure,
you know, great conversation. Date went well. I feel like
we just got like lost in the conversation. That's how.

That's how like smooth it flowed, okay, And you know,
I don't know. She said she had gone to like
a recent trip to Portugal, so again we bounded on
all this food and culture, and I thought everything went awesome.

the date, but there was a hug important.

It was just like a hug. I don't know. It
was just like, ah, you.

you use your napkin like a normal human.

like we talked about similar travels and we were talking
about what we're planning to do. But it was really
difficult watching him.

he didn't use it at all. It just like sat
there completely unused, and like we're having tap us. There's
lots of like sauces and finger foods, and when he
needed to wipe his hands, he just like licked his
fingers and then like kind of wipe them on his
hands like a ten year old. And then there was

at one point in the date, he had some kind
of sauce on his face and he just like reached
up with his thumb wiped it off and licked it.
But my brain was just screaming, dude, use your napkin.
And I didn't feel like correcting him or anything on
the date, Like I'm not his mom, but come on,
it's like low key disgusting.

Kind of reminds me of when a kid like wipes
their nose with their sleeves.
