Speaker 1 (00:00):
More variety from the two thousands, the nineties, and today
it's Star one on one three. It's Marcus and Corey
doing second date update. Again, dating is tough, it is.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
It is not easy out there, and so we want
to help you figure out why you're not locking down
that second date.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Yeah, so you've been on our first date, like our
guy Rico Rico, are you there?

Speaker 4 (00:19):
Yeah? O, hey, yeah, I'm here.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Let's talk about your date. Man. So her name was Valerie, Yeah, Valerie.

Speaker 5 (00:25):
We met online.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
We went to my favorite restaurant in pala Alto.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Was it like a dinner?

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Yeah, yeah, it was dinner.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Great, what kind of food? Tell us everything speak slowly?

Speaker 4 (00:37):
It's a great Italian play.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Okay, I love Italian.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
Yeah, with like an awesome wine list, the waiters speak Italian.
I get the whole vibe, you know, low n like music,
all of it.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
Okay, look at him pulling out all the stops. How
did it go?

Speaker 6 (00:52):
Uh?

Speaker 7 (00:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:53):
First off, Valerie is beautiful.

Speaker 5 (00:55):
I think we hit it off, but then she goes
to me we even split the cheery through in half,
like it wasn't even split. I don't know, like we
didn't talk about anything crazy. Uh, huh, yeah, it seemed
like a movie.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Here's what I'm thinking, because you said Palo Alto, right, Rico, Okay,
he did, he did so. Vallery designs to take a
stroll through Gamble Garden, the Japanese inspired garden cut too.
She accidentally ingests with steria, and I don't know if
you know this, but whysteria can cause severe stomach cramps,
profuse spreading, dizziness, drowsiness, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Like any of that. You could have left that last
part out. People are heaving.

Speaker 7 (01:36):
There are just letting you know what happens when you
ingest with steria. It's very dangerous.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
I mean, I guess that's that's gotta be it.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Then I guess we're done here.

Speaker 7 (01:46):
Okay, she'll recover. That's the good.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
That's yeah, that's good.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
That's good.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Maybe she'll call when she's out of the hospital.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Rico, playing all the way through, my guy, the only
way to do it.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
I'll tell you what, Rico, Let's call her and just
see if we can get her on the phone, and
we'll have you on the line.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
We'll see what she says, see if we can grab
you a second date. Can you hang on bro.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Yeah, all right, let's do a song and then we'll
do it next. It is Second Date updated Star one
oh one three, Well variety from the two thousands, the
nineties and today it's Star one oh one three. It's
Marcus and Corey doing Second Date Update. We've got Rico
on the phone and hey, man, thanks for holding his date.
Valerie has ghosted, so they Rico pulled out all the stops.

(02:27):
In my estimation, you went to your favorite Italian place.
This is in Palo Alto. I do love it when
it's a whole vibe, Rico, you were saying, even the
waiters spoke Italian.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Yeah. Yeah, and it ended with one dessert and two forks,
so it had to be I love that.

Speaker 7 (02:43):
I love dear Zoo.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Let's try to figure this out. So Rico, mute your phone.
We're going to call Valerie right now.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Okay, okay, all right, here we go.

Speaker 7 (02:59):
Hello, may speak with Valerie? Please?

Speaker 5 (03:02):
Yeah, this is she.

Speaker 7 (03:03):
Hi Valerie, It's Marcus and Corey from Star one one three.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
What's up?

Speaker 6 (03:08):
Hey? What's up?

Speaker 4 (03:09):
Hey?

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Is this second Date update?

Speaker 4 (03:11):
It is it?

Speaker 7 (03:13):
Would you care to participate?

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Is Rico on the other line? He is Rico, say Hi,
go ahead and.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
Yeah, or he put it first himself as like, Rico suave. Actually,
you guys made my day calling me. This is fantastic.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
Actually you seem like you have a lot to say.

Speaker 6 (03:35):
Yeah, I do. Let me Let me give you the tea.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Because the date started out great.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
But at one point I got up to the restaurantter
dessert and another server not ours, sort of came up
to me and asked if I was on the first
date with that guy, and I was sort of surprised,
and I was like, yeah, why, And she told me
I was the fifth woman that he had brought in
and that month, but he has been there with a

(04:04):
different woman every weekend.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Hold on, I have to get comfortable. This has escalated quickly.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
Did you guys talk about whether or not you're seeing
other people? No, but it was like the first date.

Speaker 6 (04:19):
And then the server asked if Rico had mentioned that
he was a one woman guy. Server told me that's
a lie, and she had overheard him saying that to
two of his other dates, So she was just trying
to let me know that Rico is a real creep.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
What is happening right now?

Speaker 7 (04:39):
That's really bold of the server.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Rico An, So do you have anything to say?

Speaker 6 (04:45):
And you were so smooth you could lie so easily.
Can you smooth the silver for us, buddy?

Speaker 4 (04:50):
I mean, I gotta throw a white net.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Oh my god, dating we were excluded.

Speaker 6 (05:00):
I cast a wide net. You said you're one woman guy,
So those are completely I mean, hold on statements like
that's ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
It's not even many of her visits. You know, whatever
I do for my dating life, that's thing. If it
did get serious, then you know, I get rid of
all the other girls.

Speaker 6 (05:18):
But what are you like hosting your own personal version
of the Bachelor, and you like think you're the Bachelor.

Speaker 5 (05:25):
Like that's so discussed.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
I mean, like, I mean, I'm.

Speaker 6 (05:29):
You're dating other people, but don't like lie to my face.

Speaker 4 (05:33):
I didn't lie to your face.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
Who you go to Coast Town?

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Go to coast Like what the hell is that? Like?

Speaker 7 (05:39):
The growth?

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Technically, when it gets exclusive, it gets exclusive until then,
I'm dating. That's what dating means.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
Going yeah, well, I mean it's not playing, it's dating.

Speaker 6 (05:51):
Switch up the rest of dating then.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
So you get one you find one guy, and once
you find one guy, you go on the first date
and that's you never see anybody else again. Like, it's
not a date anything. What was the last time you went.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
On a date with?

Speaker 6 (06:04):
All Right, I'm exhausted and I make it clear that
I'm like seeing other people.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
How many people are you?

Speaker 6 (06:11):
Guys?

Speaker 3 (06:12):
You guys, you guys, not you. This is not a
match going now.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
