Speaker 3 (00:06):
So it was not really easy to date. We've been
talking about this last week this week. You know, it's
hard out there for people who are singles. So what
we do is try to help you get a second date.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Let's bring Gina on Gina.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Good morning, Hi, Hi, thanks for the DM about this guy.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Bill.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
We want to talk about your date. How did you
guys meet? First of all, and then what did you
guys do?

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Yeah, so we we checked it on bumble. Okay, that
was I don't know, a couple of weeks ago. We
had we had a date almost two weeks ago, and honestly,
at first he didn't really seem like my type physically,
but there was something about him and then you know,
he just like warm me over with his personality.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
What did I say yesterday? He just said that that
if you're funny, you can win the ladies.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Confidence goes a long way. Apparently this worked. Okay, so
would you guys have dinner?

Speaker 4 (00:54):
Yeah? And we were laughing a lot. Sure, it was
great answer. Yeah, like We've texted a little bit, but
he's not moving anything forward. So I'm like, Okay, I think,
but you know what's he doing? Corey?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Here's what I'm thinking.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
So the NCAA Men's basketball Championship was Monday night. Yes,
he is still celebrating the Gators win because we're.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
All get your fans at heart.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
I'm all right, Corey, because we're all showing the love.
We're bleeding orange and blue. And he is still throwing
down right now. Wait to get a plug in for
your team. Yeah, I mean feasible. You never know.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I'll tell you I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
I don't know either, trust me.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I'll tell you what. Gina, We're gonna call him. We'll
have you on the line, we'll have you mute it out.
We'll try to get some answers. Can you hang on, Yeah, okay,
hang on the line. We'll do it. Next Second Date
updates Star one on one three, Well Variety from the
two thousands, the nineties, and today Star one O one three.
It's Marcus and Corey doing Second Date Update. We've been
chatting with Gina about her date with Bill. So they
went out to dinner a couple of weeks ago. Gene,

(01:58):
you said something interesting to me that he wasn't exactly
your type, but like he redeemed himself with his personality.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Is that accurate? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Absolutely, like physically not your type. I don't really want
to go into too many details, but like.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
You know, well, I don't want to be insulted. No,
not at all.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
But I'm glad that he was able to make her laugh. Yeah,
which which I think is great. The problem is now
since the date, he's really not pushing things forward. So
something happened. We're just going to try to figure out what, Gene,
you know, the drill. Go ahead and meet your phone.
Let's call Bill and see what's up.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Hello, I may speak with Bill please.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
Yeah, this is Bill.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Hi Bill, It's Marcus and Corey from Star one oh
one three. Good morning Bill.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Okay, hello morning.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
So we do a radio show here in the Bay Area. Yes,
it's a morning show. I don't suppose you listen on
the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
No, I'm actually I'm near to the area. This is
a radio station.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Yes, this is a morning show.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
We're delightful and you can listen to us anytime of
day with the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Heck of a plug folk.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Yeah, yeah, okay, do you have a second to be
on the air with us?

Speaker 5 (03:16):
What is this about?

Speaker 2 (03:18):
This is our dating segment.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
It's called second Date Update, and we are calling you
to talk about a date you went on to see
how it went from your perspective.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
It's a lady named Gina who said that she enjoyed
her time with you, would love to go out again.
She said you didn't ghost, but you're not pushing it forward.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
So yeah, I was going to say she's cool and right,
you know we've been texting.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Okay, why no second date?

Speaker 5 (03:44):
Well, you know, I can't really see us long term
because of her dietary habits.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
What are her dietary habits?

Speaker 5 (03:56):
Well, I hate branch dressing and I saw a dipper
French rising in the ranch. You know, I can't stand
even being around ranch dressing. I mean the preservatives alone.
That's just asking.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Okay, So Gina's kind of jumping in.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Here, Gina, But that's you're joking.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Right, Gina, Bill, Bill, Gina, No, No, I'm not.

Speaker 5 (04:27):
I'm not joking. Hi, Gina, that same thing with ketchup
and mustard. I just you know, I've been this way
since I was a kid, and I can't help it.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
She's not making you eat it though. Are you being
funny right now? Are you serious?

Speaker 5 (04:40):
No? I'm not being funny. I just you know, between
the preservatives and I mean the smell too, it's just
like when you smell that stuff, it's just like it's.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
You know, in a delightful way. I don't think you
can hold the ranch against her. Really, you're still trying
to piece this together. Yeah, you're still trying to hold
onto this feeding ranch. I mean, he literally can't be
around it.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
I mean I can't kiss somebody who has ranch in
their mouth.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
He's being serious, man, It's just this defensive as someone
who smoked a cigarette.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
It's worse, okay, because the smoke like goes out of
your mouth, but the ranch it just sits there between
your teeth.

Speaker 6 (05:18):
Okay, and let him hang hold yeah, Gina, Gina, Well
he's serious.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
I am clever, guess, kid, Like, this is the weirdest
treatment that I have ever heard for someone not wanting
to go out with me again.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
I want to not believe him, right like that.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
It's a good date though, right.

Speaker 4 (05:44):
Like it was a really good date.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
You didn't you trying to.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Hear the bill that you were into on date number one.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Just can't wrap my head around right. Well, if somebody
said to me they don't like Ranch, we're not going
to be friends, I think it's over. Yeah, you're great,
Thank you. I have to go.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
I don't even know how to wrap this up. You
know what, we'll let him go.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
You're great. Don't tell him that I use a one
on my grilled cheese.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Oh he'll lose his mine. Thank you for listening every morning.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
Thank you guy,
