Speaker 1 (00:00):
You listening to Morning Drive with Christie live on demand.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
I will never forget growing up in Fremont.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Mc Hammer lived in the Mission Hills and I went
to his house one day or trick or treating and
he had security at the bottom of his driveway turning
the kids around. I expected the big bars from Hammer
and we got nothing.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Christy.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Security wasn't even giving out candy.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
Nobody was giving out candy at Hammer's house. But you
know what is still cool because I still love EMC
Hammer repping the Bay Area former Oakland a's bat boy.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Good morning, how are you doing?
Speaker 4 (00:39):
He little childhood trauma there with the treats in the fridge?
Good morning, Happy Friday against.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
One O three point seven. I'm Christie. That's producer Karina.
Speaker 3 (00:51):
At seven twenty exactly an hour from now, you can
win four free tickets to the Disneyland Resort. It will
erase all of your childhood trauma if you go to
the happiest place on earth. And I went last weekend
with my god daughters. It is a different experience with kids,
so go with your friends. Yeah, if you had a
good time, though, right, I had a great time. It
was so cool to see them so excited about everything
(01:15):
and everyone. But if you want to go with your friends, yeah,
go with your friends too, go with the adults that fun. Yeah,
if you just want to go with adults, you get
what I'm saying here with your friends because.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
They got alcohol in California Adventure there it is.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
Listen to win four free tickets.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
So if you are headed to work, thank you so
much for letting us come along. There are certain jobs
with a high probability of being yelled at.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Maybe you have one.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
What do you think is the number one job that
people get yelled at the most?
Speaker 4 (01:50):
I'm going to say a fast food drive through worker?
Speaker 2 (01:53):
No really, I.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
Mean there are a lot of viral videos about fast
food workers getting blasted.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
But no, oh, I would never guess that.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
So what about Okay, then finding a server at a restaurant.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
M Survey says, really, yeah, that's not even in the
top five. No way, failing at this game.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
What do you.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
Think is the number one job where people get yelled
at the most?
Speaker 4 (02:20):
Gosh, a correctional officer.
Speaker 3 (02:23):
Police is number five. I'm not yelling at a cop.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
I'm not not. Here's a pro tip.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
You want to get out of a ticket, be nice
to a police officer. Be nice and honest. That's how
I usually get out of my tickets. Number one customer service. Oh,
if you are working a customer service job, you know
we're sending you cyber hugs yacause that is the number
one job where people get yelled at the most. It's
not your fault. We know it's not your fault, but
(02:49):
you have to put up with all the emotions.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Yeah you do, Christy.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
What else is on the list? Then teachers coming in
at number two? Who is yelling at a teacher?
Speaker 3 (02:57):
I've seen a lot of kids yell at teachers and
parents yell at teachers.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Oh that's sad.
Speaker 3 (03:01):
Check your attitude at the door. These people are doing
the best work possible. Are number three members of the military.
I was in the Navy. We did get yelled at
a lot.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
Okay, I can see that from okay, like you're a
sergeant or somebody. You're superior. You're superior, Yes, okay, I
can see that. Okay.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
And number four on the list referees.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Referees a right up there with customer service and teachers,
because people feel like just because you got on that
black and white striped shirt, they could just take it
all out on you. Parents want to yell at you,
players want to yell at you. So if you have
any of these jobs this morning, like I said, cyber
hugs your way. And if you want to go to
the happiest place on Earth, yell it on a ride
or something. You know what I mean, let off some steam.
(03:44):

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Of Karna's Family Drama.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
If you missed Tuesday's episode of Karna's Family Drama, Karina
went out to eat at a Chinese food spot that
her family usually goes to in San Francisco, and she
told her dad Wan, do not post this because her
sister Cindy would be mad. She did not get invited,
and Wan posted it anyways, and.
Speaker 4 (04:29):
Somebody must have told her about the family drama on
Tuesday because she was working when we were talking about it. Oh,
Karina's talking about you. Look at this long text she
sent me.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Damn, that's an essay. What did Cindy say?
Speaker 4 (04:40):
She said lineex First of all, you forgot to mention
why I was so bummed. It's chineseas Chinese food. Mommy
called me over a week ago, asked me to bring
her some food and I had to bring her a
whole damn duck, and y'all couldn't tell me. Y'all went
to the Chineatos. So that's why I was mad, because
(05:01):
John ain't even ask me. I'm over it ideos exclamation point,
exclamation point, exclamation point. It's not that serious. Then why
are you texting me an essay? You know she still
doesn't talk to my parents over Chinese food. Okay, but
that's Cindy. She's the type that if I asked her
to do me something, oh, I'm not going that way.
(05:21):
I'm going straight to the house.
Speaker 2 (05:23):
Is that how she sounds?
Speaker 4 (05:24):
That's exactly because she does not sound like a grip.
She wanted to ask for like twenty favors, but you
ask them for.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
A favor crickets. Karina and Cindy are both steamed and
it's not from the dumplings. Will forgiveness beyond the menu
or just more MSG major sibling grudge We'll find out

Christie Live in Morning Trunks.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
The twenty free Disneyland Resort tickets, and eighty minutes of
commercial free music. Just a reminder before we hop aboard
the crazy Train. Today we are headed out to Solo, whole,
United Kingdom, where Ewan Valentine had his prized black Honda
Civic Type are stolen right out of his driveway. This
(06:40):
was his dream car, so he told the insurance company.
They paid him out and he went searching for his
dream car again. Yeah, luckily he found one seventy miles away,
and he was so excited. He brought the car home
and when he went to put some stuff in the trunk,
he was like, that's interesting. They didn't clean it out.
It's Mars bar wrapper. I love Mars bars. M there's
(07:03):
pine needles in the back of this car. I remember
my trunk used to have pine needles in it.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
Interesting, Oh, don't tell me.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
And then when he went to set up his bluetooth,
Uh huh.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
Why are my parents' addresses stored in the car?
Speaker 2 (07:19):
That was his car? Why did this man buy his
stolen car back? Oh?
Speaker 3 (07:23):
No, I spent thirty thousand dollars on the replacement only
to buy his car back. The thieves had switched out
the ven number, so he didn't know. And when he
took it to the dealership, they were like, yeah, this
was your car.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
Ye.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
He let the police know, and now they're working to
try and get him his money back. Good luck with that, Brack,
Luck with that.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
That is your daily crazy news story.
Speaker 3 (07:53):

nine forty. That's when you can get your crazy news
fixed and online at Classic seven dot com.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Good Morning Drive with Christy Live on Classic Kids one
oh three point seven. It's time for the great debate.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Getting rich off your kids.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
It's happening every single day when you look at social media.
The top child influencer the little boy I think who
reviews toys Ryan, He is a multimillionaire. Really his parents
are right? But is that okay? Every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday have a new debate topic and producer Karina, you
said you've been watching a new documentary about child influencers.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Yeah, it's called Bad Influence, and it's about a mom
who got all these kids into YouTube, but it ended
up stealing a lot of their money.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
That's usually what happens.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Is it a good idea to throw these kids on
social media front and center? Plus there's just a lot
of crazies out there, And you can say it's kind
of the same with like kid actors, but I think
it's a little different with social media. Yeah, feels a
little bit more accessible. You know, you're doing it at
your house. People can figure out where you live. Where
do you stand on the topic of child influencers. The
(09:08):
kids slanging stuff on YouTube, dancing on TikTok while their
parents are getting rich. Do you think this is okay?
Maybe your kids want to be an influencer. Yeah, there's
a brother and sister that Little Ricky told us about
and they are boxing. Oh yeah, maybe you've seen these
little kids. I think they're from China and they are
whooping each other's but but they're like five and six.
Speaker 4 (09:30):
But they're making some good money from it.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Is it okay? Though?
Speaker 3 (09:33):
That is the question for this morning's Great Debate one
eight sixty six nine hundred one o three seven. Tap
the red microphone on our free iHeartRadio app. If you
want to join in, you can just leave a talk
bag here from your neck.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
Back to the Great Debate, Classic Kids one oh three
point seven.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Child's Influencers.
Speaker 3 (09:59):
There's a new a show called Bad Influence where it
talks about the dark side of kids online, dancing on TikTok,
reviewing toys, making money, who's getting the money their parents?
Speaker 2 (10:11):
Are they wanting to be front and center on social media?
Speaker 3 (10:14):
What do you think about child influencers? Do you think
it should be a thing?
Speaker 2 (10:18):
Maria?
Speaker 6 (10:19):
I'm against child influencers, and there's a lot of lots
furiously restricting that. But the problem is you really can't
legislate the Internet. There's no one country that you're talking
about ice to work for YouTube, and there's nothing you
can do. You really have to nip it off to
the button, say look this is a category that we
have to say we can't support this.
Speaker 3 (10:41):
I'm telling you there's a lot of crazies out there,
and it's different from child actors and actresses.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
You thought your kid online you're throwing up to the walls.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
Thank you so much, Maria, appreciate you jumping in. Ronnie,
how do you feel about child influencers online selling goods,
dancing on TikTok, making their parents rich.
Speaker 7 (11:00):
I don't know about band, but I think they should
definitely maybe kind of monitor it. But I don't know
about banning it. There's some good and so you don't
want to hurt the people that are trying to do
good because there's good in band and everything. So I
wouldn't say ban, but I would say you monitor and
make sure you know people don't go across the line
(11:21):
where they shouldn't go.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Good morning, Brian, thanks for jumping into this morning's great debate.
Where do you stand on child's influencers online on social media? Oh?
Speaker 8 (11:34):
Man, I'm old cool, Like I really feel like that's
the informative years of the kids, and I think like
the whole industry method that stuff up that let it
kid a kid get up?
Speaker 2 (11:43):
All right? Take it back to the toys arrest where
kids could be a kid. Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
I will note that vote. What do you think this morning?
Is the question for the Great Debate. Tap that red
microphone on our free iea radio app if you want
to jump in and join in. Always love to hear
your thoughts about anything, or you can pick up the
phone and give me a call here your thoughts. Next,
(12:10):
child influencers, where do you stand?
Speaker 1 (12:12):
Back to the Great Debate Classic Kids one oh three point.
Speaker 3 (12:15):
Seven Child influencers, where do you stand on the kids
doing YouTube and TikTok and their parents pretty much getting
rich off of it.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
That's the question for this morning's Great Debate.
Speaker 8 (12:29):
Darwin, you wanted to be a YouTuber? I dragged my
feet because I did not want him to do that.
I did not want him to like all of a sudden,
someone from out of nowhere comes to his school finding
out where he is. You know there's crazy people out there, yep,
And he don't need that extra incentive for the crazies
(12:51):
to come after your kid.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
Yep.
Speaker 8 (12:53):
When you start to make your child's main point of
view as making money an influencer, that just going to
change them, rob them a little bit of their childhood.
That's just not what I wanted.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
All right, A lot of people don't. Thank you so much.
I will note your vote.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Good morning, tim, Where do you stand on this morning's
great debate?
Speaker 5 (13:19):
You hit a button on me. My kids they watch YouTube.
The child influencers are good if the product that they're
peddling or whatever they're doing is wholesome. But some of
it is what they call brain right, one kid became
an influencer and it looked like his parents pretty much
quit their job and started working with him.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
Yeah, that's the thing.
Speaker 5 (13:41):
So child influencers, I think since they're still children, I
hope that you still have a good schedule for them,
and I hope that you are still parenting them behind
that camera, because that's a slippery slope.
Speaker 3 (13:54):
Okay, yes it is. Thank you so much. I will
note your vote. Got time for one more called Malino.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
What do you think?
Speaker 4 (14:00):
No, I think it's a bad thing.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
I think that probably the parents are monetizing on their
kid and the kitchen to be allowed to have their
childhood and display. All right, well, thank you so much
to everyone who jumped in on this morning's Great debate.
You can catch a new question every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Producer Karina, the people have spoken.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
And they have said no on the child influencer.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Let the kids be kids. Yes, all right, well, thank
you once again.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Hope everyone has a great weekend hanging with your kids
and not profiting off of them.
Speaker 1 (14:36):
And three points with Christie Live in Morning Drops.
Speaker 3 (14:52):

Speaker 4 (16:04):
Let's go, Jane.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
You let the police know and now they're working to

Speaker 2 (16:10):
But good luck with that, brag. Good luck with that.
