Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Yes, let's go.

Speaker 3 (00:03):
It's a beautiful day here in Nashville Thursday morning, just
after six o'clock.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 4 (00:08):
Lady Gaga is a step closer to getting an egat.
She received her first ever Emmy Award, the twenty twenty
five Sports Emmy Awards was in New York City a
few days ago in Lincoln Center, and she took home
the statuette for her performance during the Super Bowl pregame.
So the pop star has already won a Grammy, an Oscar.

Speaker 5 (00:28):
Now she has an Emmy.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
She needs a Tony, and she has an egot, which
is wild and she deserves it because she's done a
little bit of everything all over the place. So it's
only a matter of time before she gets herself a Tony.
So congrats to Lady Gaga. The All American Rejects played
in East Nashville last night in a girl's backyard.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
I'm so upset and I'm so sad.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
They leaked the address early, like somebody had leaked it early,
so they cut off the line pretty early on because
they couldn't fit the amount of people that had lined
up to go inside.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
Obviously it's someone backyard. Yeah, like there's only so much space.
This is something that.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
They've been doing for a few weeks now all over
the place. They've played in a bowling alley, other backyards.
They're kind of holding on to this idea of not
overcharging you for concert tickets, which is a wild thought
considering that's what everybody does. They basically said, you know,
we don't want to overcharge you for parking. We don't
want you to have to go on a payment plan
like you have to do to go to Coachella. We

(01:24):
want you to be able to see your favorite bands
for free or for very little.

Speaker 5 (01:29):
So they did. They played in East Nashville.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
I lived vicariously through everybody else's videos because I was
not there.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
We thought about going, Ricky and I and Zach we
were texting last night, like yesterday afternoon, should we go?
We found out the address, Yeah, and we ultimately realized
that we're too old.

Speaker 5 (01:42):
Well, you ultimately realized you were too old.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
I had a birthday party that I went to, so
did Zach. And Zach went to go see Halsey last night.
He had tickets to Halsey, So I was like, oh,
do I go after this. While I was sitting having drinks,
they sent out a thing being like, the line's too long,
we're catting it, and I was.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
Like, well, that's that on that I'm going to go
home now.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Airbnb has ruled out an anti party policy ahead of
a Memorial Day weekend. They're using their proprietary anti party
technology again for listings across the country as of this week,
so they're blocking certain bookings.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
They said that this should help.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Reduce the risk of disruptive parties, which are banned on
their platform. You're not supposed to have parties and Airbnbs,
even though people still do it, and.

Speaker 5 (02:24):
Obviously there are a lot of rules.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
So they are just trying to crack down on the
idea that people think they could just rent out a place,
destroy it from a World Day weeken.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
And leave. So just keep that in mind.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
If you happen to get caught up in that and
they don't let you book something, it might be a glitch.

Speaker 5 (02:39):
Just call them. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Thank you, Ricky. How about we do this.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
How about we play the all American rejects and we
all collectively.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
Together oh, I love that idea.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Just do we just pretend that we were there last.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
Night and seeing it in the studio.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yeah, let's do it.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
Here we go gives you hell as we start things
up on this Thursday morning. We do have those sounds
tickets on the way. Within ten minutes you can win
those for the first caller of the day. Right here
on the river.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
One O seven five the river heiky zach and.

Speaker 5 (03:06):
In the morning ran in in Glasgow, Kentucky. Good morning.
I always love when people.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Call in to one of seven five of the river
from Kentucky because it's crazy to me that we reached
that far.

Speaker 6 (03:17):
Oh at y'all station is one of my favorites.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Is it coming nice and clearly there for you or like,
does it like a cloudy stormy day disrupt the signal
or anything?

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Not?

Speaker 6 (03:26):
Typically, I mean it has that's on a regular basis.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
It's great, Okay, good.

Speaker 7 (03:30):
I'd love to hear it.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
I love that so much. What are you doing today, Rhannon, Well.

Speaker 6 (03:34):
I'm gonna go watch my girls perform in their school
talent show.

Speaker 7 (03:38):
All and what's good talent?

Speaker 6 (03:41):
My daughter, my oldest daughter, is singing a song by
Imagine Dragons, Okay, my middle girl is walking on stil
What that's.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
The coolest thing I've ever heard.

Speaker 8 (03:52):
Thank you.

Speaker 9 (03:53):
She appreciate that.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
She wish I could do that. I'm only four eleven.
That would really solve a lot of problems for me.

Speaker 6 (03:59):
That would help I would have a lot Does she like.

Speaker 9 (04:01):
Practice walking around the house and her stilts are like?
Where does she learn to do this?

Speaker 6 (04:05):
She walks around the house. She asked for them for Christmas.
I was like, well, that's an odd request. But I
got him and she as soon as she picked him up,
she was balin.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
Wow, I love it.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Does she show any other like, you know, clown like interests.
Does she juggle or anything like that?

Speaker 5 (04:21):
You went right to clown?

Speaker 6 (04:23):
Yeah, she picked up some balls she would master yeah quickly.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Stilts is one of those things that like a clown
college or a clown school or something that you know, you're.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Working at class.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Talking about.

Speaker 7 (04:38):
I've never seen a clown off stilts.

Speaker 10 (04:42):
Lived.

Speaker 5 (04:42):
I've also never even seen a clown college.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Oh, you guys are all insane. So this is a
very normal thing.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
I don't know if it is, but we love it.
We are fascinated by it. That is such a cool talent.
Good luck to both of your girls because I'm sure
they're both going to do amazing and have so much
fun tonight. And know that you are the first caller
of the day on one of seven five the River.
You're going to get to the National Sounds this weekend.

Speaker 11 (05:07):
Yay, Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (05:09):
You're so welcome.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Have you heard of a clown college before?

Speaker 12 (05:12):
I have actually the.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
Name one? Like, where is it?

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Harvard clown College?

Speaker 1 (05:19):
No?

Speaker 5 (05:19):
Actually, I'm literally just looked it up and.

Speaker 9 (05:21):
I said, you have a better chance of getting into
Harvard than the Ringling brothers, Bartam and Bailey clown College.

Speaker 8 (05:26):
Oooh yeah, I didn't even know there was wanted to
do that, but we are easy guys.

Speaker 5 (05:31):
Where is this Kyle College?

Speaker 13 (05:36):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (05:36):
My god, you see what I deal with.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
All right, we're gonna put you on hold to get
all your information for this baseball game. Congratulations and best
of luck to your girls today. We can't wait to
hear how'll go.

Speaker 6 (05:45):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Isle of Fisher. You know the actress Isla Fisher. She
went to clown College?

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Which what is there? Multiple?

Speaker 10 (05:53):
Is there?

Speaker 5 (05:53):
Only the one? I need the details. You're not giving
me anything to work with.

Speaker 9 (05:57):
There's a lot of different ones. There's a website called
the school dot com.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Can I go for classes?

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Yes, yeah, Snelts class.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
I kind of want to go for Silts class.

Speaker 6 (06:09):
Sure.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
We have more of those sound stickets tomorrow and more insanity.

Speaker 5 (06:12):
Don't worry to Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
I'm so excited. I have a big announcement for you guys.

Speaker 7 (06:17):
Can we take guesses?

Speaker 5 (06:19):
You can't take guesses? Go ahead, guess once.

Speaker 7 (06:21):
Did you finally pick a wedding venue?

Speaker 5 (06:23):
No?

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Oh, pregnant?

Speaker 5 (06:25):
No, that was a hard No, yike, you try to
tell me something.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
I do have a big announcement though, I'm very excited
about it. I'm gonna tell you after we listened to
Gracie Abram, wake up.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
The kids, gather everyone around the radio. This is big.
This is something really big coming from Ricky.

Speaker 5 (06:42):
I'm really excited.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
Where we last left off on one O seven five
the River, Ricky said she had a big announcement. We
already crossed a couple of things off the list. She
and Aj have not said a wedding date. They're not pregnant.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
Did you buy a house, No, something better? What I
finally got a La Boo Boo. I'm so pumped about it.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
I've been searching for these freaking La Boo boos everywhere.
I've been waiting and waiting and waiting to get just
I just want one of two different versions. Like there's
three or four or five different versions. I just want
one of each.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
We have we talked about this.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
I think last week how badly you wanted a little
Boo boo for anybody to miss that, anybody that has
been living under a rock. Now I'm not aware of laboos.
Can you please reset for us?

Speaker 14 (07:29):
So?

Speaker 5 (07:29):
La Boo Boo is a little plush toy.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
They come in like little figurines and also a little
plush toys that you can link onto your bag, like
as a bag charm. And they kind of look like
little little funny monsters.

Speaker 9 (07:41):
They look like something went wrong in the factory and
that's what came out.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
I love them.

Speaker 7 (07:45):
I didn't like that, but they are.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Imagine it's so crazy popular right now.

Speaker 5 (07:50):
Yes, you cannot get them like anywhere.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
You have to wait on this specific app and just
like keep refreshing and waiting for them to drop to
try to get one. But if you don't get it
in like the second it drops, it's impossible. You can't
find them anywhere else. They're so popular that they have
fake versions of them called lafoufoos, and people are selling
those two people because they want la booboos so bad.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
And you're certain you got the real thing.

Speaker 4 (08:15):
I'm almost one hundred percent sortain. It shipped yesterday from California.
We'll see when it comes. I will open it live
on the show. Oh, you will go and we will
see which one I get. Because they're blind boxes. So
the way that it works is it's a box and
there's different versions that come in each box and different colors,
and they have different names, and so you open it
and you have to completely unwrap the box to see

(08:37):
which one you get.

Speaker 7 (08:38):
How much did you pay for this done little thing?

Speaker 5 (08:40):
Forty dollars?

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Oh I thought it'd be more, honestly, forty dollars.

Speaker 7 (08:44):
Yeah, for this little purse attachment.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
Yeah, forty dollars. I'm very excited.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
I will say sorry.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
Side note here, the mystery packaging drives me nuts. There
are things that my daughter, I know my daughter likes these.
Mariah Elizabeth Plushy's we go to Target and get them,
but they're mystery so like, and they're like, you gotta
collect them all, but you never know which one you're getting,
So then you're gonna end up with all these duplicates
and you keep.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
Buying them so that you get the whole set.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
And just so the Bubo fandom, they do swaps, okay,
So like, if you get a duplicate, you can swap
with somebody else for one that they have.

Speaker 5 (09:17):
They watch like that, so it kind of makes it
so that.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
You don't have to open every single blind box and
spend an insane amount of money. You can just swap
with somebody else. So I mean, there's ways around it.
I're happy that you're excited, but these are so ugly.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
I love them.

Speaker 7 (09:32):
I don't mean it rate on your prate. Hold on,
let me change my attitude.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Yay.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
They're very Ricky like it almost hands like a Jack
Skellington style face, like uh yeah, just that sort of
that beetlejuice vibe to it.

Speaker 5 (09:46):
They're like creepy and cutes, yes.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
Exactly, but also cuddly at the same time. This is
like Ricky's whole thing.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
I'm gonna post what they look like up on one
of seventy five the Rivers and Scrampage. You go see
it in the story, so you have an idea of
what these things actually are in case you're not on
the Little Boo Boo train yet.

Speaker 5 (10:02):
But I am so pumped. I cannot wait to get my.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
Join us next hopefully next week depending on shipping, I guess,
but the delivery date.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
It shipped out yesterday, so I don't know yet.

Speaker 10 (10:12):
But next week I'm gonna chat.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
Okay, but I'm just freaking pumped.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Guys, send your mornings with us. You don't miss the
unboxing of the La Boo Boo Live on the River.

Speaker 5 (10:21):
Three things you need to know, sweet.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Baby, we got a beautiful day here.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
And yeah, oh my god.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Seven o'clock on this Thursday morning, Thanks for being here.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 10 (10:34):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
All eyes are on the w N B A and
I love to see it.

Speaker 10 (10:42):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
This partially to do with Caitlin Clark and Angel Rees
who have crazy followings, and of course the other part
is all the other women who have just been working
their butts off to play the best they have ever played.
But opening the opening day game between Angel Reese's Chicago
Sky and Caitlin Clark's Indiana Fever averaged two zo point
seven million viewers on ABC, making it the most watched

(11:04):
regular season WNBA game since two thousand and The only
wa NBA telecast on ABC to have a bigger audience
was last year's All Star Game, which brought in three
point four to four million viewers. The WNBA and women's
sports are just on fire right now, and it's about time.

Speaker 5 (11:21):
That we pay attention.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
And I'm just so excited to see how much of
an impact they are making on just sports in general.

Speaker 5 (11:28):
It's phenomenal. So keep a watch on all of this.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
They are huge, both Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, and
I just love it. It makes me so happy. This also
makes me very happy. Shake Shack has added a new
side item for the first time ever, fried pickles.

Speaker 5 (11:44):
Oh yeah, and even though I.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
Can't technically eat fried pickles, I gotta try, so does Zach.
They're like, if fried pickles are on the menu, Zach's
wondering them.

Speaker 5 (11:54):
If there's fried pickles or Brussels sprouts, the man's gotta
have them.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
They're part of the summer barbecue line up, which means
that they're only going to be around for a limited time.
They've been available since Tuesday, so make sure you try
them out the next time you visit Shakeshack, get yourself
a burger and some Friday pickles.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
I gotta try these, I gotta see how they are.

Speaker 4 (12:11):
And the Nationale Public Librari's East branch location is temporarily closing.
They're going to be closed from tomorrow, so Friday, May
twenty third, through Sunday, June eighth, So if you have
any holds, make sure you grab them by eight pm tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (12:26):
If you can't get to them by tomorrow, any.

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Other holds will be available for pickup in the Inglewood
branch starting Tuesday, May twenty seventh. If you prefer an
alternate location, just contact the each branch library.

Speaker 5 (12:37):
They'll give you assistance on a request.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
Maybe there's a different site that you can pick them
up at, but check it out, call them, make sure
that it's all set, and then just be ready for
them to open back up on June eighth. I'm Rickaysachas
and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
Thank you, Ricky, appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
Right after Lowly Young Zach's fax We're gonna learn together.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
Schools wrapping up at school is in session here and
now learn and next in the river one seven five river.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 5 (13:06):
Right, Zach teaches something new. It's Zach's fax on one
O seven five of the river.

Speaker 7 (13:09):
Okay, this is really cute.

Speaker 9 (13:10):
It's actually from the Merriam Webster Dictionary Instagram account and
they said, the can of napkin means little. The nap
comes from nape, which means tablecloth. So napkin is a
little tablecloth.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
That is cute.

Speaker 7 (13:24):
How cute is that?

Speaker 5 (13:26):
Adorable?

Speaker 6 (13:26):
Hey?

Speaker 7 (13:27):
Can I have a little tablecloth? And that's your fact.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Of the day, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
Or not using coupons on dates, it's one O seven
five the river. Some of you are probably like gasping
at the thought of somebody using a coupon on a date.
What But it turns out that more than half of
Americans say that using a coupon on a first date
is totally acceptable.

Speaker 5 (13:53):
According to this new story.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
I agree one thousand percent no, and then twenty eight percent.
They went as far as to say that it's sexy saving.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Money, being being smart with your money, of course, or
a frugal, little cheap dirt bag.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Oh my goodness, what.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
Do you think?

Speaker 6 (14:09):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (14:09):
Seven seven nine, one oh seven. Are you as aggressively
against this as Zach is? Or do you see the
good in it?

Speaker 3 (14:18):
If you use coupons in real life, do it on
show who you are on the first day.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
Don't want to send somebody's time, be yourself.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
This is getting heated already. I don't like it.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Okay, okay, okay, we want to hear your opinions six
one five, seven, three, seven nine. Let's know how you feel.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
One o seven five the River, Nicky Zach in the Morning.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
More than half of Americans say that using a coupon
on a first date is totally acceptable. According to this
new survey, it's Ricky Zacha Mano in the morning on
one oh seven five the River. Hot or not using
coupons on dates? Rachel and Brentwood?

Speaker 5 (14:50):
What do you think so overall?

Speaker 8 (14:52):
I'm hot?

Speaker 11 (14:54):
I think it really depends. Like for me, if I'm
choosing the thought we're going on the date for a
first date and then they have a coupon, cool, If
you're wanting to go to a certain spot just because
you have a coupon, that might not be such a
turn on to me.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
Okay, I understand that, because then it feels like you're
just going on a date to like save money essentially.

Speaker 11 (15:16):
Exactly exactly, but overall and at my point in life
right now, having kids, coupons on dates.

Speaker 8 (15:22):
Are super hot.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
Okay, all right, I like it super hot.

Speaker 7 (15:26):
You know you're not kids.

Speaker 9 (15:27):
You need a man that can find financially like afford
your lifestyle and take care of.

Speaker 7 (15:31):
Your children, not a man that's going to be a coupon.
Is it going to be? On the next episode of TLCS.

Speaker 11 (15:40):
We find the spots that have the deal.

Speaker 4 (15:42):
Hey, I like it, Rachel. I'm with Rachel, I'm with Kevin.
I think if you have a coupon, amazing. And what
Rachel said makes sense to me too, Like if there's
if I pick a spot and there happens to be
a coupon for it, amazing. If we're just going because
you have a coupon, then that kind of is.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
A little How do you feel do you put gift
cards in the same category as coupons, Like if you
go to a restaurant, he's like, oh, I have a
gift card.

Speaker 5 (16:05):
Oh Hell yeah. Use the gift card. Hell yeah, because
that means also maybe we can get a little extra
because you got the little wink.

Speaker 7 (16:14):
The gift card like dessert. Kevin, calm down.

Speaker 4 (16:19):
Rachel, thank you so much for calling in. We appreciate you.

Speaker 13 (16:22):
You're welcome.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Have a good day, Rachel, Jackie and Brentwood, good morning,
Welcome to the river. How do you feel about coupons
on a date?

Speaker 12 (16:30):
I think my first day is as awesome idea because
if you really think about it, that person is kind
of insight if you're not a waiteful person and howefully makes.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
Yeah, they're good with money, and Zach clearly having a
partner with a lot of money, it's important to you.
This is how you get money. Man, you got to
be smart with your money.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
It's a good being fintual decision.

Speaker 7 (17:00):
Understand that.

Speaker 9 (17:01):
I just don't think on the first date you're putting
your best foot forward by being like, Hey, I think
that you really don't deserve all of me, so I'm
just gonna give a all of me.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
It's just money.

Speaker 10 (17:12):
I'm just going to.

Speaker 9 (17:12):
Use a coupon on you. This is a cheap date.
I don't really like you that much. Oh, my gosh,
what it feels like to me?

Speaker 4 (17:18):
Sh Wait, so you think that somebody should, like, do
you think they should take out a loan to go
on a first day?

Speaker 9 (17:24):
Not alone, but like, if we're going on a first date,
put your best foot.

Speaker 7 (17:27):
Forward on your very first date.

Speaker 9 (17:29):
I don't want to feel like I'm a knockoff that
you got off the clean question question.

Speaker 5 (17:35):
I have a question.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
Since you're saying put your best foot forward. If all
that person can afford is a restaurant that's not as expensive,
would you rather go to an expensive restaurant with a
coupon or go to McDonald's.

Speaker 9 (17:47):
I would rather go to McDonald's whatever they can afford.
Just don't give me a coupon.

Speaker 10 (17:52):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Okay, Jackie. We appreciate you listening and calling and being
part of this madness.

Speaker 12 (17:57):
Thank you, Thank you every day.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Thank you for listening.

Speaker 15 (18:02):
Thanks.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
I love I just I feel like you're insane.

Speaker 7 (18:06):
Zach.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Why what did I do?

Speaker 4 (18:08):
I just don't understand the thought process.

Speaker 9 (18:12):
Other than feeling like you're a TJ Max and you
just picked me off the shelf.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
I love watching Zach argue. It's my favorite thing. If
you want to join the conversation, Ricky, Zach and Man
in the Morning, Jamie and Nashville, where do you stand?

Speaker 16 (18:29):
Yeah, no, it's gonna be an absolute no for me,
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
I did have a singular person on his side. Go ahead, Jamie.
Why do you think that they should not use a coupon?

Speaker 16 (18:41):
It's like advertisement if you say, like some type of
genuine connection, like you're advertising what you can offer.

Speaker 8 (18:48):
So like absolutely not.

Speaker 4 (18:50):
No, Okay, So you want a guy who can offer
you a lot of money, much like what, Zack.

Speaker 7 (18:56):
I'm not even saying a lot of money.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
I'd be fine with a Taco Bell or McDonald's date
if that's all that you can afford. Just don't take
me to Jeff Harabies with a fifty percent off coupon.

Speaker 7 (19:05):
That is so embarrassing.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Yeah, no, embarrassing. That's not embarrassing.

Speaker 7 (19:10):
I don't even know embarrassing.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
I think it's equal.

Speaker 4 (19:13):
But you know what, Jamie, Zach, You're entitled to your
own opinions.

Speaker 16 (19:17):
James, I mean, like I didn't even I didn't even
go on like quote like our first date with my
husband of like almost like ten years now, for like
almost like three or four weeks, Like we just sat
and hung out consistently with each other and he's like, oh, hey,
you want to go have fushi. I'm like, yeah, that
sounds great.

Speaker 7 (19:35):
And he didn't use it. Now they're married, exactly.

Speaker 16 (19:41):
It's all about being authentic and advertising.

Speaker 3 (19:44):
And if you're advertising the fact that you're a person
that uses coupons and that's.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
Who you, that's what you're doing.

Speaker 16 (19:49):
Okay, I mean, hey, we can look at a financials It's okay, Jamie.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
Thank you so much for calling.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
We appreciate you, Jamie.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
Thank you, Brook in Colombia.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
Tell us your thoughts on coupons on the first date.

Speaker 13 (20:03):
So it's a no for me. But I have a
different perspective.

Speaker 7 (20:06):
Oh please.

Speaker 8 (20:07):
Even though I can appreciate coupons on different dates, I
think men typically want to be providers, and they at
least want to think that they could provide for a woman.
So I feel like if a man is okay with
just shamelessly using a coupon on a first date, that
might be a rich flag.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
My perspective is completely different because my wife is a
provider and and I'm bringing pennies to the restaurant.

Speaker 13 (20:35):
But you're married now, it's okay. Once you get to
a certain point. Yeah, I feel like they have they
have an image to maintain.

Speaker 9 (20:43):
I agree with that, Like the first date, do not
use a coupon the fifth date?

Speaker 5 (20:47):
Maybe yeah, maybe.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
I just think you're wasting time.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
If you don't show your true self on date number one,
you're wasting everybody's time.

Speaker 7 (20:55):
Kevin.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
I get that too, though. I think Kevin makes a
point there.

Speaker 13 (20:58):
I went on a date with a guy one time
and he was said, where do you want to go?
And I said Mexican and he was like, okay, well
let me check my banking information. And I thought he
was joking, and it turns out that was very much
a red flag.

Speaker 4 (21:11):
I agree with that though, Brooke, because don't offer to take.

Speaker 5 (21:14):
Me on a date and then have no money to
go at all.

Speaker 2 (21:17):
And that's fine.

Speaker 7 (21:18):
If we don't have money, we can hang out at home.
Just offer me to go.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
But a coupon is different.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
No, it's not.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
I just feel like it's a little bit different. But
it don't offer me to go to on a date
if you can't take me out of it.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
I don't think we're gonna change the X mind.

Speaker 10 (21:30):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
I know.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
In my mind, it's the same things, like don't go
to a restaurant if you can't tip the server, don't
invite me to dinner if you can't afford to pay
for dinner.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
The coupon is like money, that's what it is. So
you can't afford it because you have the coupon.

Speaker 7 (21:42):
Well you can now with the coupon, but.

Speaker 13 (21:44):
It makes it seem like you're maybe not in the
same place at life. It's like, you can't afford a
dinner without a coupon.

Speaker 7 (21:50):
You're using a fifty percent off coupon to take me out.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Oh my god, Okay, Brook, we really do have to
go with Thank you, o hid.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Whoever's in the background there one.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
Ricky, Zach and Menno.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
In the morning, We're about to play Kevin Manho's Game
of the Day, presented by Genesis Diamonds.

Speaker 5 (22:11):
It's named that tune Lullaby Edition.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
I thought of another name for this game, okay late
in the week, but nighty Night for nightly because lola
by is like, you know, ninety nine bedtime.

Speaker 5 (22:22):
Yeah, we'll stick Withabye.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
I like ninety nine for nightly.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Okay, whatever, it's your game of the day, whatever you
want to call it. Kevin's gonna play a song. It's
a lullaby edition of the song. You gotta guess what
it is.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
If you can do that, You're going to see Nightly
with Jonah Murray at the Ryman next Friday night.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Turn up your radio.

Speaker 10 (22:39):
Here is today's clue. Do you have it?

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Ricky?

Speaker 5 (22:55):
I know what it is, but I can't think of
the name right now.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Six one seven, three seven, nine one seven.

Speaker 14 (23:03):
Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning take it to
see Nightly with Jonah Murray opening at the Ryman or
Upper Grass or Havin Mano's Game of the Day on
one oh seven five the River.

Speaker 5 (23:12):
We're playing Name that tune Lullaby edition.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Pierce in Manchester, How you doing good?

Speaker 10 (23:17):
There? Are you guys good?

Speaker 3 (23:18):
I really like your name. I've always liked the name Pierce.
It's maybe Pierce Brosnan could be the reason why, but it's.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
A cool name.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
How has it been living with the name Pierce.

Speaker 7 (23:28):
It's actually been great. I've not met another one, so
it's pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (23:31):
I love that for you. Pierce. Also not the point
of this.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
We gotta play cool for Lullaby again, and then Pierce
has to guess all right.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
We'll play it one more time. Pierce, hold on to
your guests for just a second.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Here we go.

Speaker 10 (23:44):
Today's clue.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
The man with the cool name Pierson Manchester. Name that tune?

Speaker 16 (24:04):
Is it Telephone by Lady Gaga?

Speaker 5 (24:06):
Nice?

Speaker 10 (24:07):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (24:08):
It is nice? He congratulations. We're so excited for you.
You sound excited too.

Speaker 5 (24:13):
So I love that.

Speaker 6 (24:14):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (24:16):
I am awesome.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
You're gonna see Nightley and Jonahurray May thirtieth at the Rhymen.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
Fantastic.

Speaker 3 (24:21):
Thank you, so congratulations, Pierce, Thank you for listening. Do
you like the man Pierce the veil? I feel like
I would if I was a named Pierce.

Speaker 5 (24:29):
It's funny. I've actually I saw a shirt that said
that a couple of years ago, so I bought it.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
I've not heard any of their music, but I bought
it simply for my name on the shirt.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
You should listen to their music because you might actually
like them.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Yeah, we like them. Yeah, all right, Pierce, Thank you again, buddy,
and have fun at the show.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (24:44):
Hang on the line.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
At what point did you know that it was telephone?

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Right before he actually said telephone? I went, oh, that's
what it is.

Speaker 5 (24:52):
It took me a second, like the third time you
heard it. Yes, three things, all right, a bit past.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Eight o'clock on this Thursday morning. I thank you for
starting yours with us. Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 5 (25:03):
Few album announcements to keep in mind.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
Twenty one Pilots said their album Breach is coming out
in September. Renee Rapp announced her album Bite Me comes
out August first, and Addison Ray aka Addison.

Speaker 5 (25:14):
Because It's what She's going by now.

Speaker 4 (25:16):
Has released her track list for her upcoming album, which
is going to have twelve songs, no features. So all
just you know, some updates. Lots of people making announcements
this week about their albums. I'm hyped about all the
music we're going to get. Southwest Airlines will require portable chargers.

Speaker 5 (25:31):
To be kept in plain sight while in use.

Speaker 4 (25:34):
It's a new policy that's going in ef fact May
twenty eighth, so very soon, and the hope here is
to eliminate the potential for fires because of lithium ion batteries.

Speaker 5 (25:42):
So Southwest said passengers.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
May have already seen notifications about this rule when they've
been using the airlines app Southwest is the first US
airline to restrict the use of portable chargers like this,
but several Asian airlines have taken this action earlier this
year to limit the usage. There have already been nineteen
in incidences involving these batteries this year so far. Last

(26:04):
year's record high of eighty nine is just absolutely insane,
So they're trying to make sure obviously that we don't
have any incidences, any fires on the plane, making it
safer for everybody. So just something to keep in mind,
you're going to have to carry your portable chargers out
in front of them and if you're using them, they
just don't want anything bad happening. And National Sounds are

(26:25):
doing something really fun this weekend. Not only is Sunday
Sunday Funday, which you can win tickets to go to
tomorrow morning with first Collar of the Day at six twenty,
but also on Saturday they're doing a wristband matchmaking night.
So the idea here is you pick a wristband that
is correlated to your relationship status. Blue wristbands mean you're single,
Green as if you're taken, Red means complicated, Orange is

(26:48):
you're a wing person for.

Speaker 5 (26:49):
Someone who is single. You pick one up right when
you get in.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
And you wear it, and then it's supposed to be
a whole little matchmaking situation.

Speaker 5 (26:57):
I think it's cool, right, I think it's great.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
And also I have a lot of friends who are single,
and I know for ladies it's really hard going to
match making events because a lot of women show up
to them and a lot of men don't. So this
being sports, I think you have better chances of men
showing up.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
It's a good idea to just wear those are own
life all the time people.

Speaker 5 (27:16):
That's a cross.

Speaker 3 (27:16):
No single people would be able to easily identify other
single people.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
I feel like that's a lot wouldn't be hitting on
married people or anything.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
You know, well, married people have wedding right, it's hard
to see all the time.

Speaker 2 (27:26):
I don't know, I just think it's a good idea.
I also think, while we're at it, name tags for
everybody all the time.

Speaker 4 (27:31):
I actually kind of like the name tag you. It
sounds insane, but I'm not opposed to it. Tickets are
currently on sale on their website if you want to
go to their matchmaking night this Saturday. I'm Ricky Sanchez
and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (27:43):
Just quickly glance at somebody and oh, I see that
your name is Ricky and that you're taken.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
You basically want to do that because you forget everybody saves.

Speaker 14 (27:49):
One Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning, one oh
seven five The River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.

Speaker 3 (27:57):

got us chatting in here yesterday. We want to know

soundtracks of all time, but I want to see if
any of yours are on this list.

Speaker 7 (28:11):

Speaker 2 (28:13):
That's a good one.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
The greatest show it's on here. Number four is the
greatest Showman.

Speaker 10 (28:18):

Speaker 5 (28:19):

Speaker 2 (28:51):
What makes us so good? Is it original music?

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Or no it's not.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
Oh, there's like songs by Chester Bennington on here, Papa Roach, Defto.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
Wow, Okay, it's pretty rock.

Speaker 15 (29:02):
It is one of those that you can just listen
to and not only does it bring you back into
the just listening to it, but it just kind of
gives you that everything's gonna be okay because I can
rock out today, forget about everything else that's going on.

Speaker 3 (29:17):
Yeah, I've never even seen the movie before. I'm now
I'm doing a deep dive on this movie. I should
watch it.

Speaker 15 (29:22):
You should.

Speaker 10 (29:24):
I will.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
Thank you for a calling. That's a good one.

Speaker 15 (29:28):
Have a good one, you too.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
I've always been partial to the Forest Gump soundtrack. It's
like a double disc. There's so many good songs on.
There's a bunch of classic music. Well, what's yours your
favorite full list?

Speaker 5 (29:38):
Mine is the Lion King.

Speaker 7 (29:40):
Oh, that's a good one, and that.

Speaker 5 (29:42):
Came out came out of number one on the list.
Oh my god, how good.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
Graz Now that takes you back. That is a time machine.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
Oh my gosh, Okay, we're all smiling.

Speaker 4 (29:59):
I think it's possible not to smile, so hopefully you
are too. Do you want to hear what else is
on this list? Or do you want to shout some
out that you also still love?

Speaker 2 (30:06):
I want to hear the list.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
You're you're a movie guy in this studio. So number
two on the list is Saturday Night Fever. Number three
is Titanic. Where's the Greatest Showman? Like Zach Yay? Five
is the sound of Music, and then there's Top Gun,
Star Wars the Bodyguards.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Wow, did we just do a mashup in real time
Star Wars it Whitney?

Speaker 5 (30:30):
We did entirely by accident.

Speaker 4 (30:34):
All fiction is also on here and the Lord of
the Rings trilogy.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
Okay, that all makes sense. It's hard to get past
that moment. We just had that music hit right the
zack started singing. You welcome if you want to add
to our list six one, five, seven, three, seven nine
your favorite movie sound trick.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
One Ricky, Zach and Menno in the Morn, Jerry.

Speaker 5 (30:56):
And Pegram welcome to one oh seven five The River.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
What do you think is the best soundtrack for a
movie of all time?

Speaker 11 (31:03):
It should have been number one.

Speaker 5 (31:04):
Mama, Mia, Mama, that is one.

Speaker 7 (31:08):
Such a good movie.

Speaker 5 (31:09):
You all there, You're right. Greece is amazing.

Speaker 9 (31:14):
I know, yep, it is, You're you are the one.

Speaker 5 (31:18):

Speaker 13 (31:38):
The soundtrack from Across the Universe.

Speaker 7 (31:41):
Oh, yes, I don't know what, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (31:44):
Yeah, the Beatles one.

Speaker 12 (31:45):
Right, Yes, exactly, it's so good.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
Okay, cool, Yeah, Beatles, of course, that's.

Speaker 5 (31:50):
A great edition. Jennifer, thank you so much for calling in.

Speaker 13 (31:52):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (31:53):
Katie in spring Hill, tell us your top movie soundtrack
of all time?

Speaker 11 (31:59):
So I was gonna say pull Fiction, but you guys
already said that was on the list.

Speaker 16 (32:03):
Sure.

Speaker 11 (32:03):
So I have two, which would be eight Mile and
Dirty Dancing.

Speaker 5 (32:08):
Oh, great choices on both like both of those.

Speaker 16 (32:12):
You're yes, I'm definitely a movie buff.

Speaker 5 (32:16):
I love that.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
I think both of those are great additions. I also,
nobody has said this, but I was also thinking Tarzan Collins. Yes,
such a good soundtrack.

Speaker 11 (32:26):
Every Disney New classic should be on the list, but
Tarzan would be the top of those.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
You guys got too far away from. But now I
want to go back and sing No the Tome of
My Lot.

Speaker 11 (32:42):
Yes, I don't know how that's not on the list.
It's definitely the top one.

Speaker 10 (32:46):
KD.

Speaker 5 (32:47):
Would you bind Kevin's version on the list?

Speaker 4 (32:49):
He just closed his eyes and saying that and everything
he got into it.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
When I opened itim, I realized that couldn't look me
in the face while I was doing it.

Speaker 5 (32:58):
I feel like it's the effort that.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 7 (33:02):
Would you like to perform some more?

Speaker 2 (33:04):
Thank you for calling?

Speaker 3 (33:05):
Yes, Zach, I would We're going to do a whole
thing on Instagram live. I'm missing the whole song. We
appreciate it.

Speaker 7 (33:11):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
If your hip wasn't messed up right now, I'd say
we should try like the lift.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
Oh my god, wait, fun fact that's AJ and I's
like trick. I can't do it. I can't do it
that well, but he can lift me. We did it
at a wedding. Let's try it, and now I'm trying.

Speaker 4 (33:25):
We before our wedding, our thing was I need to
nail it like, I really need to get it down.

Speaker 5 (33:31):
It's a really hard move to do.

Speaker 7 (33:33):
I feel like you should be wearing a helmet.

Speaker 5 (33:35):
A lot of a lot.

Speaker 4 (33:36):
Of core strength is used as the person that goes
in the air.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
Can I sing it at your wedding while you guys
are doing.

Speaker 9 (33:41):
The Yes, Yes, absolutely, that was a bad idea.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
Rickie, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Just about time it is time for the Daily double Tap.

Speaker 5 (33:52):
This video has over fourteen million views. The original It's crazy.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
It's such a great cover of It's so good that
Ed Sheeran actually found it and had commented on it,
so you know it's it's gotta special there. He commented
and said, yeah, she's insanely good. Eh.

Speaker 2 (34:11):
What's the girl's name again?

Speaker 5 (34:12):
Her name is Oh, sorry, it's Ellie Bank.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Ellie Bank. Okay, here we go today's Daily double tip's history.

Speaker 5 (34:21):
Do you have a tennis pain?

Speaker 17 (34:25):
Because I heard, oh, I could fly, I could fly
here in your role playing and I could live and
I could die hanging on to the way to sing
chick in all lie away every day.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
Don't know chayake, so don't.

Speaker 18 (34:49):
Come so I know that's right, don't.

Speaker 1 (35:15):
Man?

Speaker 2 (35:15):
That's really good.

Speaker 4 (35:16):
Yeah, and Sharon loves it himself and it's his song,
so if he's saying that it's good, sure, like I said,
something special and like I said as well, fourteen million
views on the original video.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
Geez, we don't normally double up on daily double taps here,
but here is more audio of somebody, an amateur, getting
