July eighteenth. He just announced that yesterday. It's got twenty
one songs on it. So here's tino a few more
number ones. Congrats to Alex Warren. New Jeopardy and Wheel
of Fortune episodes are soon going to stream for the
first time, so episodes will be available on streaming services
the day after they air when they do the next
season of both of these shows. This would be the

restaurant space. There's gonna be a dog area and outdoor.

Honors the venues past if this actually happens as well,
which I think is very nice. As we've learned from

they just they miss that venue so much.

That is where I'm at right now. I did something
Friday that has bothered me ever since. And it was
something bad, something well I guess like not terrible but
not great, regrettable. Yeah, I regret it, okay, And I
can't stop thinking about it?

Ricky mentioned a second ago that she did something this
weekend that's been haunting wherever since.

Yeah, Like you know, when you just do something that
you didn't mean to do and then you can't stop
thinking about it, you stay up at night thinking about it.
For me, it's okay, so it wasn't necessarily an awkward
thing for me or like a terrible thing. It was
a mistake, but it's haunting me. Friday night we went
to uh Sea Nightly they played The Ryman, and we

were so excited to be there. The end of the
show came. I was pumped, I was screaming, I was yelling.
I went to start clapping. So I put my drink
that I had. I had red wine in my mouth.
You know you can hold like the cup with your teeth, yeah,
So I went to do that, and when I went
to transfer it back into my hand, I dropped it.

But because the Ryman is like so tight, when I
dropped it, it fell into the pew of where somebody
was sitting in front of me and splashed everywhere, red
wine all over the place like it got all over me,
it got all over her, It got all over the
person next her, It got on my laboo boo, it
got everywhere. I felt horrible. I said sorry like six times. Obviously,

there's nothing you do at that point because it already
happened and it's the end of the show. But I
said sorry so many times, and I still feel so
bad about it.

Though I can't sleep at night.

I feel like red wine is also I'm just gonna
make it worse. Red wine is also one of the
hardest things to get out. So you should have offered
to buy her a new outfit. What you ruined her,

building is undergoing construction to be remodeled right now. It's
part of TC Restaurant Groups Entities, and they said that

the historical architecture will be preserved and combined into the
new space.

We want to know what your summer job was when
you were younger.

This was kind of inspired by a listener who had
called us this week and she was in the car
with her kid.

Her kid was going to work with her. She was
going to be paying her kid for how much work
he did.

Yeah, so we were like, oh my gosh, yeah, I
remember summer jobs. What those were, like, we want to
hear all about yours. I had very interesting random jobs
for the summer. Give us one, like my first one
that started in the summer during high school was at
a rye cleaner. Like I had to work in the
heat of a dry cleaner through the summer where.

It's hot as heck outside. There's no air conditioning or
anything like that.
Speaker 3 (26:10):
You just open up the doors in the windows and
that's the only way that you like survive. We did
not have a credit card machine because he did not
believe in paying for the credit card convenience fees. We
had to like swipe a piece of paper over it.
Speaker 4 (26:21):
I remember those things.

Yeah, ky zach And I just mentioned her her summer
as what do you call it?

I just like worked at the dry cleaner.

It was weird titles.

of like a little bit of both, because a dry
cleaner is just a very interesting place.

It was, and I used to have to be there
so early in the morning every Saturday and Sunday.

My worst summer job was selling knives for Cutco. That company,

cannot say enough bad things about that company. I did
not like the business model. I hated everything about that job.

I was absolutely awful at I would have to do

I will say my longest running one is that I

The sum is also frightening to me.

work with her and like work in the kennel room

it would use the bathroom in the kennel, I would
make one of my other siblings clean it up because
I was not doing it.

of this week it hit number one. He's the first
male soloist to get an initial Hot one hundred number
one this year, so big congrats to him. He's got
a new album, You'll Be all Right, Kid, coming out

July eighteenth. He just announced that yesterday. It's got twenty
one songs on it. So here's tino a few more
number ones. Congrats to Alex Warren. New Jeopardy and Wheel
of Fortune episodes are soon going to stream for the
first time, so episodes will be available on streaming services

For me, it's okay, so it wasn't necessarily an awkward
thing for me or like a terrible thing. It was
a mistake, but it's haunting me. Friday night we went
to uh Sea Nightly they played The Ryman, and we

were so excited to be there. The end of the
show came. I was pumped, I was screaming, I was yelling.
I went to start clapping. So I put my drink
that I had. I had red wine in my mouth.
You know you can hold like the cup with your teeth, yeah,
So I went to do that, and when I went
to transfer it back into my hand, I dropped it.

But because the Ryman is like so tight, when I
dropped it, it fell into the pew of where somebody
was sitting in front of me and splashed everywhere, red
wine all over the place like it got all over me,
it got all over her, It got all over the
person next her, It got on my laboo boo, it
got everywhere. I felt horrible. I said sorry like six times. Obviously,

there's nothing you do at that point because it already
happened and it's the end of the show. But I
said sorry so many times, and I still feel so
bad about it.

remember summer jobs. What those were, like, we want to

that started in the summer during high school was at
a rye cleaner. Like I had to work in the
heat of a dry cleaner through the summer where.

It's hot as heck outside. There's no air conditioning or

You just open up the doors in the windows and
that's the only way that you like survive. We did
not have a credit card machine because he did not

I was absolutely awful at I would have to do
this presentation, I'd have to cut up any kind of
phone for I don't know.

What did you do during the summer to work?

I will say my longest running one is that I
was a lifeguard at Wave Country, which is out by
oppery Land like Opperland Hotel.

So I was a lifeguard there during.

The sum is also frightening to me.
Speaker 5 (27:38):
Yeah.

I just diood at the top of the slide and
was like, all right, your turn to go.

Would you say you were good at it or no?

I mean I didn't have to do anything. I just
stood there and said, all right, you go.

It was fun.

And you said longest running How long were you a
lifeguard there?

For two summers?

Okay? I thought you were going to say a month.

Yeah, right, and they asked me to come back the
next year. What was the other job?
Speaker 6 (27:58):
My mom?

She worked at a vet clinic for a very long time,
so during the summer we would have to go to
work with her and like work in the kennel room
with the dogs.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Okay, what does that entail?
Speaker 7 (28:08):
Walking them, playing with them? Oh cute, And every time
it would use the bathroom in the kennel, I would
make one of my other siblings clean it up because
I was not doing it.
Speaker 6 (28:15):
So I got to play with the dogs and take them.
Speaker 1 (28:17):
For a walk.
Speaker 4 (28:18):
That's not bad. Two of those are kind of on
this list here.
Speaker 2 (28:21):
I've got the top five summer jobs for teens dog
walker and lifeguard both on here.
Speaker 4 (28:26):
Okay, so you check both of those off. Car washing
is another one. Golf caddy.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
I feel like that requires a certain level of knowledge
about golf though.
Speaker 4 (28:35):
Why you walk?
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Yeah, you're supposed to, like help.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
If you were a caddy, I would die laughing because
if the person golfing asked for a specific club, you
would have no idea which one to pull out.
Speaker 6 (28:46):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 3 (28:47):
That's why it needs a certain level of understanding.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
Golf and then Babysitter is also on the list, which
is super.
Speaker 5 (28:53):
Yeah, I was a babysitter, Ricky, Zach and men.

It's the river, it's time for the daily double tap,
and it's about one of our favorite dudes, Ed Sharon.

Yeah, so Ed Sharon. He just came out with his
song Asizam.

And there is a lot of ways that he can
prove this to you, but obviously using this song is
a really cool way to do this. How all types
of music are interconnected, so different genres, different cultures, everything
kind of comes together, and he uses his song to
show that to you. It's really cool as he's.
