(01:30):
Jennifer Hammond from Fox Too, who'sfresh off a plane. We're gonna talk
lions rams because there's just it's sodelicious. There's just so much to unpack.
But I want to know so fresh, yes, and I want to
know what was it like on thefield in Houston after Michigan won the title.

(01:51):
Okay, so I'm just gonna start, thank you, thank you.
Zech I'm just gonna start by saying, yes, it's a changed championship in
the eyes of all, okay, and get all the trolls off my back.
It's not. And I'm gonna no, I disagree, but whatever,
I know, this is what peopleare saying. So what I'm saying is
it was cool as heck to beon that field with the confetti falling.

(02:14):
And when we first walked out,the confetti was like a blizzard, right,
You couldn't even see twenty feet infront of you. It was so
cool and I love that team Ilove. And one of the things John
Jansen, who was a part ofthat ninety seven championship, said to me,
he said, you know what it'sit reminds me of our team because,

(02:34):
yeah, I heard your interview withthe quarterback before the game. Quarterback
friends with defensive backs, kicker hangingout with d Lineman, because that doesn't
always go on. You know,it's a little bit clicky in the locker
room. You're always in your differentteam meetings. And at the end of
the game, actually before the game, this was the cool part. I
stood in the tunnel where there werelike those strobe lights going where the team

(02:55):
was walking out, and Jim wasat the front and he said, walk,
We're going to walk, and theywere like growling and making these wolf
noises, like these pack herd gettingready for the fight noises. And one
thing that really struck me as beautifulwas JJ McCarthy had his arm around Mikey

(03:17):
Sandra still oh. And then atthe very end of the game, there's
a great photo I just saw somewhereon social media where JJ's holding the trophy
and in the front of him,I think it's Will Johnson or Mikey.
It's one of the DB's and BlakeKorum holding hands, Oh, reaching out

(03:38):
to each other. It's just it'ssuch a beautiful team. Team was a
beautiful moment. I don't want towant on and on and on about it,
but I had goosebumps. There werea lot of goosebumps that night,
you know what I liked. AndI got goosebumps when they showed John Harbaugh.
I just thought that was a sweetmoment. Brother. And in the

(04:00):
middle of the game, in themiddle of the game and Jim is in
his stance with the headsets on,and John walks over head coach of the
Ravens. They have a bye thisweek. Yeah, AFC H East East
Champions. Actually they have the numberone seed in the AFC, right,
okay, And so he goes overand taps him, and Jim Harbaugh kind

(04:21):
of looks and they probably ready tobe pissed off it right, like bothering
me, but then sees its hisbrother pulls off the headset and it was
just a lovely moment. I haveto say, it was pure joy.
It was that kind of childlike joy. And there's probably only two people that
could tap Jim Harbaugh on the shoulderin the middle of a game on the

(04:42):
sideline and both of theirs, bothof their names are Harbor. And it
was kind of funny because after thegame, when we were just getting out
of the field, John was withhis wife and he was taking a picture
of her and I said, doyou want me to take one of both
of you? And he's like,oh my god, that would be great.
And then I took a couple andI said, I just I work
in Detroit. I cover the Lions. I said, kick some ass.
I love your team. They did. I always like he's a great guy.

(05:02):
John Harbaugh's yeah, great, theyare John and completely different. Now
I don't know that they are allthat different. Although I don't know John
Harbaugh, but but hearing him talkin the I think he's Jim the personalities
Jim in the last week though hehas and not even the last week.
I think throughout the season, andbut more so in the last week,

(05:24):
the run up to the Natty andthen after they won it. I mean,
did you hear his welcome back Likehe led the rally from Schambeckler Hall
last night, he sounded like aCarnival Barker. I mean, he was
like and now number ninety four alongthe defensive line. I mean, he
was like fired up and then hewas running across the crowd and like high

(05:44):
fiving people. It's it's vintage JimHarbaugh. I think, wow, do
you think that we'll get to thattopic. There's some resolve in the fact
that he's like, fu, lookwhat I did. Satisfaction. I'm sure
there's great satisfaction. Yeah. Well, and I know that the players are
like that, and no, nonemore outspoken than Chris Jenkins number ninety four,

(06:08):
the afore mentioned. He has beenso us against the world, you
know, through this whole thing,Michigan, everybody, everybody, We're gonna,
yeah, we've we're gonna show you. Look forget this Connor Stallion's hold.
Nothing to do with any of that, and they never should take it.
We just kept winning that. Yeah. I think it's great that they

(06:30):
outed it and got caught in theearly part of the season, middle of
the season whatever for that, andthen they could show we won on our
own because they are a really talentedroster. It's oh yeah, great,
And they're going to be good nextyear if JJ McCarthy comes back, because
they're going to return most of those, most of the players wouldn't he Well,
there's he needs a little big butthere needs a little bit big seasoning.

(06:54):
I think JJ McCarthy, Well,I wouldn't go to the NFL if
I were him. No, Iwouldn't either. He can make more money.
He can make a lot of moneyin an I out right in college
hangout? Yeah, exactly, whynot? So Michigan National champions, They're
gonna have a celebration this weekend. So have fun, but more pressing matters,

(07:15):
Yes, Jennifer, Yes, okay, so you were in Houston.
I was at the game on Sunday. That No. It's funny though,
because the game Sunday was like didit feel feel like a formality? Yeah?
Only because and what I think theywere practicing crap for the playoff game

(07:36):
because they were I heard the crowdwas great. Oh yeah, they were
loud. There's they've been really good, great all season. But maybe the
Lions because they've never hosted a playoffgame before. We're kind of practicing.
Because there were fireworks going off inFord Field right by us, Like really

(07:56):
yes, but wait wait wait butthey raised a banner, didn't they?
Was that part of the banner?Ceremony. No, no, when we're
fireworks going, I don't know. And I'm like, are they practicing?
Because this is annoying, and whyare there fireworks inside of a dome?
The little Jewish grandmother doesn't want fireworkson her notes. They always buck me.
I mean I'm sensitive. Well yeah, see hello back to my little

(08:18):
Jewish grandmother. Hey, I'm Iam eleven percent little Jewish grandmother. And
fireworks and loud. There were peoplein front of me. There was one
guy in Houston who just kept puttinghis arms up in the air and I
had to like lean over his armsto try to see the end zone because
we were in the best seats inthe house. Sorry press area. But
it's like sometimes it's just too noisy, right yeah. And then so it's

(08:41):
like, okay, well there's goingto be fireworks. Well I don't,
I don't. I don't know ifyou could say really big fireworks. But
I know what's mean cracking, youknow, like the big streamers. No
it's not. Streamer might be atechnical term for a firework. I think
you're go go go googling, Zach. You know. The annoying part was
after the game, Okay, theydidn't know who they were playing yet because

(09:03):
none of those none of those gamesstarted until four thirty, So didn't watch
that stupidity between the Rams and theNiners. Okay, first of all,
I personally think Sean McVay was sopissed and thinking, great the game.
I want Carson Wentz to play likehe usually does. No, he has

(09:24):
a good game, and now wehave to go to Detroit and play the
Lions. That's how I feel.Whatever was actually RNDA. That's probably a
very very good point, But didn'tit just didn't you just feel like this
is this was coming, this isour destiny. And I think we had
maybe a conversation about it previously.I was big on the mantra of bring

(09:46):
it, make it Stafford, beathim, and exercise all of your demons.
If you're gonna win, you're gonnago forward face the guy who was
really the face of your franchise forwhat twewelve years? Yeah, and I
kind of loved it, and nowthat we're in it, I hate it.

(10:07):
Well, I gotta be honest,I'm so tired of it already,
and I'm going against because I findit's so annoying. Ladies and gentlemen.
Just for clarification, Ronda just hadher hands on her forehead. I'm so
Sheila hamp in that terrible darkest moment, because I don't understand why anybody feels

(10:31):
the need to talk to Kelly Stafford, the wife of Matthew Stafford. And
I don't she Okay, I don'tknow her personally. Sure she's a very
personally. I'm sure she's a verynice person. But I gotta tell you,
if they tell me I can't getin the elevator because she's in there,
We're gonna have some problems. We'regonna have Issues'd be crazy, Oh

(10:54):
my god, And I'll be likeKelly, Hi, and I'll jump on
and the doors will close by Rondaexactly. But here's the thing that really
is is annoying is that she wasoffended when a fan posted something on Instagram
that the fans at Ford Field shouldnobody should be wearing a Stafford jersey and

(11:18):
so her response, which I lowkey love. I love that the fans
are organized. They're already like takingthis personally. Hell, yes you should,
right, this is your team.Relians are your team. Let's go
big picture here, folks. Well, it's funny because she's staffords ring move
on next, and she is upsetand but she uh, she's sorry for

(11:45):
that because Matthew loves Detroit and I'mjust hoping it's a good game and nobody
gets hurt. It's like, shutup, no offense, shut up,
nobody cares. Nobody cares. Andthen during her podcast, she loves Stan
Campbell but was upset that he playedthe starters because it was a wrong.
She feels it was wrong to playthe starters. And this is what she

(12:09):
says, that's because that's a man'sdecision and a woman wouldn't make that decision
to play the starters. I thinkthat's a little sexist, don't you think
a little? How do you knowI would play this? So she was
speaking like from an injury sensitivity pointof view, women are more sensitive and
as a mother, as a motherwoman slash wife of a star, and

(12:31):
she quarterbacks with saying she's not afootball coach, sharing okay, well,
sounds personal, sounds personal just becauseshe's because all she does is wants to
be famous and good for her, then go try out, then go audition

(12:52):
or go do something. But she'sriding the coattails of her quarterback husband,
Matthew Stafford, who, by theway, got for nears. Did you
see his mouth a little too big, a little something about his teeth a
little too big, a little toowhite, and he's so Hollywood. I'm
just gonna say it's that's Hollywood.I mean they live in LA but you
have to see. I have apicture hold on here in Michigan have coffee

(13:13):
stained red wine stained. Well.I just think it's so funny because we
don't speak like that though, becausehe's so he was so opposite when he
was here, and now that hewent there, well, I also,
oh, yeah, that's that much. I hadn't seen that angle that Ronda
has. That one looks almost like, oh, it's like maybe maybe he's

(13:41):
ors. I have no problem anybodythat wants to listen. I'm not proud.
I'd get some work done, andI'd admit it, I do.
I would like to get my teethwhitened. Teeth were fine before. I
love that. That's little pudgy doughboy mats. Yeah, and now they're
six looks. It looks like whenhe's talking, they're going to fall out
of his mouth and they're way toowhite. Maybe they know. I mean,

(14:05):
it takes at the end of thenight. But anyway, I want
to say one, just one,one thing about the home Matthew Stafford drama
situation narrative. I'm like you,I can't stand listening to its more to

(14:26):
say it's it's it's a lot.It is a lot. I come from
the school of I'm a Midwestern girl, born in Chicago, raised in Detroit.
When we root for players, they'reon our team. When they leave
our team, we root against them. Absolutely. I'm with you that justin
Verla, anybody that leaves all ofthem all all y'all. I was never

(14:52):
I never understood that whole Detroit ramsthat well, it's not stupid. It
troubled me. People are entitled totheir opinions. Now I'm trying to be
fair and balanced. I mean,I'm trying to be fair and balanced,
but it just and people tend tonot understand, you know. They'll say,

(15:13):
oh, good for Matthew Stafford,as if like the Lions didn't want
him. That was not the caseat all. Matthew Stafford didn't want the
Lions, they would have been reallyhappy. But it wasn't even a rebuilt.
It was a retool that lasted threeyears. I know he thought that
well because he had been through itwith five other coaches or four other coaches

(15:35):
or whatever he went through. Andpart of me wonders, in the darkest
of moments, in the quietest room, would Matthew Stafford say, had I
known it would have only been threeyears, would I have wanted to do
that in Detroit with the Lions?Because guess what a playoff win here is

(15:56):
going to mean what a super Bowlmeant to LA. Like it, Actually,
it'll mean more. A playoff winhere will mean more to the Detroit
fan base than a super Bowl didto the LA fan base. That's such
a blip out there, Like footballisn't even one a you know, it
just isn't. And this is allabout the Detroit Lions. I love how

(16:18):
classy Dan Campbell has been throughout it. In Jared Goff trying to completely just
say, this is not about Staffordv Golf, And this is what Campbell
said when asked about all the storylines. Get I mean, I understand why
people will be fascinated by it.I get that, So I guess I
can appreciate if I'm sitting where otherpeople are yeah, I mean, I

(16:40):
understand it's one of these stories,you know, but I just it's a
reminder too though. And Golf knowsthis, you know, for example,
but we win as a team.Man, this is about the Lions versus
the Rams, and we went withthree phases here and he's a huge part
of that. And all he's gotto do is do his part and he
knows that. So just do whatyou've been doing all year, That's right.

(17:02):
Just do your job, doesn't matter, do you. Yep, keep
doing what we've done to get here. It's going to be a really can
I tell you something so funny?Yeah, you said you do you?
Did you ever see the movie withJennifer Aniston and she plays a stripper and
what's his name? Yeah, we'rethe Millers who plays her husband, her

(17:23):
fake husband, Jason Sea. Jasonshad the best line. It's like this
guy that the fake daughter brought home. Yeah, no regrets. Then he
spelled it wrong. And then they'releaving and he goes, you do you,
Scottie Pete Scotty p you Scotty P. And that's what reminded me.

(17:44):
You do you, Jared Goff? You do you? Jared Gy Scotty P
and Jared you do it was sofunny because Danny C when you said it,
I like that think it was youdo you? Scottie P. Dude,
that movie is so good. Ithink I want to go watch it
today. Is a great film, best line, great film, and I
just yeah. Anyway, okay,So getting back to the Lions rams you

(18:07):
were saying, as I so rudelyinterrupted, So I do I do like
to break down numbers, and obviouslythe big one is Stafford against the Lions
defensive backs. Right, this isthis seems to be the main area of
consternation for people who are fans ofthis team, Like he is going to
torch us and guess what he isgood? He is still very very good.

(18:30):
In fact, in his last sixgames he's been great fifteen touchdowns,
three interceptions or do we call himtutties? Fifteen tuddies and three iron t's.
Golf also having a pretty damn goodseason twelve tds, four iron t's
in his last six games. TheLions, though defensive backs have given up
five hundred and sixty yards passing tothe number one wide receiver the last three

(18:53):
weeks. Right, and that waswith Mullins and Jefferson twice and then ceed
Lamb with Dak But he is thenumber that I am choosing to focus on
the numbers. Detroit has gone twoto one in that stretch, right right,
So they can give up big, big, big yards, big passing
yards still win a game. They'vedone it with seven interceptions. Wow.

(19:15):
So they've been taking away the balland stopping the run and stopping the run,
and you get Stafford uncomfortable, happyfeet. Same with Derek Goff by
the way, and the Lions haveoutscored their opponents seventy nine sixty four in
that three game stretch where they've givenup those five hundred and sixty passing yards
to the number one receiver. They'veoutscored their opponents and if not for the

(19:38):
two point conversion, it would havebeen eighty one sixty four and they would
have been three and zero. Yeah, so I like the Lions' chances.
Yes, is it suspect? Sureis? They're kicking game tenuous. Absolutely,
But this is postseason, man,and it's time to just go big,

(19:59):
play your ass this off. Ilove the coaching staff in Detroit,
and I think they're gonna scheme thisbaby up. They know matt Stafford,
they know how to beat him,and they got this rush. This pass
rush is gonna be manighacal on Sundaynight. The crowd is gonna be insane.
They're gonna be so well loobed Rondaright, those tubgaiters and Crack and

(20:21):
all those crazies at Eastern Market, they're gonna start at noon. You're listening
to the same old podcast. I'mRon de Moss with iHeart Sports Network along
with Jennifer Hammond from Fox to sponsoredby Victory Lane Quick Oil Change. Okay,
so, but here's the thing.Matthew Stafford knows ford Field really well
too, so that's us that's kindof like an advantage for him in terms

(20:47):
of the noise, right, wouldn'tyou say? But maybe it wasn't as
loud when he was playing because theystunk. I remember one game that was
that loud when he was playing, but it was when the Bears off was
on the field on that Monday nightgame. That's probably the loudest it was
in Stafford's tenure there as a Lion, Right, don't you think Monday night
game against I. I I dobelieve that the Lions fans are going to

(21:14):
make him uncomfortable. It's going tobe loud. Obviously, they'll practice for
that. He's a veteran, heis a great quarterback. He's got a
ring, he's got weapons. PikaNakula, what did I called him?
Like Pinko dea Gayo rookie record, just like Sam Laporta, Cooper Cup Cooper

(21:36):
cough. Why can't I speak todaybecause you just got off a plane and
you're probably still drunk. But anyway, Oh, I forgot you're going through
dry January. I'm not. WhenI got to the and then my photographer
Brian Pininski was like, yeah,my wife and I are trying to do

(21:56):
dry January. Like, screw that, you're with me. We're all two
bourbons. That's so funny because okay, so the funniest thing, well not
funny when badly missed that extra point, I texted, see, I guess
so now we know why they wentfor the two point versions because and it
was so funny and the whole youknow, I mean, but in my

(22:18):
opinion, let that go again. We're done with that. It was funny
because on the postgame show, Iwas I was like saying, God,
they never should have let Matt Braidergo. Never should have let Matt Braider
go. And even it's like thetwo big kicks of the season at the
end of that game. The Cardsgame on Sunday. Oh yeah, okay,

(22:41):
so Lions rams uh Sunday night.I'm so glad it's Sunday. Well,
I wish it was. I don'tknow. I think it's going to
be great that it's a night game. Well fun for the fans, and
it wasn't gonna be sad. Theywere not going to put that on Peacock.
No one's coming to work Monday.By the way, it's hot,
dear Metro Detroit. MLKA day whenI do love Mlkday. Yeah, I

(23:08):
and Madonna is Monday night? Areyou going to Madonna? I didn't know
that. I didn't even know shetoday night. She'll probably be anchoring.
She is, Yeah, she's atElsa. She's she's still great now.
I saw her back in the ninetiesand I loved her, and now obviously
she's twenty eighteen. She's from England. What was it called before they tore

(23:29):
down the Joe. I think Ididn't know she was now from England because
you know her accent you would neverknow she's from Some people do that.
Oh god, it's so she stillhas Madge still has that. What about
her is real? Well that sheloves Detroit. She loves Detroit. Come
on, she come, yeah, she does. I don't think she She
says it when she's here, butwhen she's not, I think it's a

(23:52):
different story. So if I movedaway, would you be bagging on me
that I didn't love Detroit? IfI came back, you're part of the
other she now so by oh oh, look at Zach using my logic against
me. Well, I moved awayfor thirteen years and I still rooted for
my hometown team. And I neverrooted for the teams that I lived in

(24:17):
where I lived ever except when Ibecause I lived in Chicago. The only
team I didn't care if they wonwith the Cubs because they were in the
National League. You're kind of meanthey are my National League team because I
was born in Chicago. Forget theway hated the Bulls, hated the White
Sox. I couldn't stand the Bearsand the Blackhawks, and the Bears and
Bulls and black Hawks girl back inthe day. Actually, my very first

(24:40):
hockey game, I ever saw wasat the old Chicago Yes Stadium up in
the balcony with my brother, Godrest his soul. It was so freaking
cool man it was, and DennySivard was there. It was before,
it was after he was playing, and I had to autograph my jeans.
Denny Sivard was my favorite. Havethem did you? If? Only did

(25:02):
you fit in them? Them? You should know? I think I did.
I think I made them into Ithink I made them into cutoffs and
then moved on from it. Okay, so I'm not a real sentimental person,
Ronda. I'm not sure if you'vedetected that about me. Yeah,
I don't care, right, ButI do have some news other than the

(25:26):
Rams Lions. You win a date? I did? I did, But
well, you know whatever. Thisis the best news that I've that I've
heard today that did you know thatstarting February sixteenth, you can get Girl
Scout cookies ship directly to you?Did you know that? No? I'm
a thin mint girl and I was. When I saw this, I wanted

(25:49):
to have a parade. People dolove the Girl Scout cookies? Did you
get I think I never knew youcan have them directly? And said he
had to buy them from an annoyinggirl scout. But oh, I like
that part of it. Actually, that's the part I like the most is
that I can see, like oneof my favorite bartenders in Birmingham, his
name's John. He works at shiftin Birmingham. His daughter sells girl Scout

(26:11):
cookies. Or this's happened once,so I'm making it sound as if it's
like my great family tradition. Butshe was out, like in between the
bar and the restaurant, in thislittle simule area selling cookies and I was
like, oh, there's the cutestlittle girl scout out there, and he
goes, that's my daughter. I'mlike, oh my god, I'm going
out to get cookies. So Ibought cookies from her. But I like
and she was like thank you, please, thank you. Have a nice

(26:33):
day, and I was like Ido. And Plus it teaches the kids
the value of earning money and wantto sell them philanthropic. It's such a
huge thing. But I sold themost soap of the Seahome High School cheerleaders
in like nineteen eighty two to raisemoney for us to go to I was
going to call it training camp, but it was like cheerleading camp. Right,

(26:55):
but I mean to me, girlScouts should be more entrepreneurial. That's
a great word for you, along word for me, and should be
hanging out at the dorms at likemidnight or one o'clock in the morning.
You know, so a lot ofcookies. Oh. I was like,
going, no, no, no, no, no, that's where you

(27:17):
would sell most of your cookies forthe kids college kids of the munchies exactly
and so right, exactly. Yeah, that's great. Also, I just
want to say I'm sorry. Ihave a new job for Zach and I
don't know, but I think youshould consider it. Okay, can we
When when is Ze gonna graduate togetting his own microphone? This needs to

(27:41):
be a three He did when wewere in the other studio, but was
like no, they didn't want no, no, no. The other studio
was smaller and this is you knowwe're spread out. Oh okay, I
mean I have more room. Right. I feel bad he doesn't have his
micro microphone, but he can alwayscooch over and use mine anyway. I'll

(28:02):
share with Zach always Oscar Meyer lookingfor a new hot doggers to drive their
Wiener mobiles. You would make thirtyfive grand a year along with one hundred
and fifty dollars weekly allowance. Butyou'd have to visit forty cities and do
like social media and you know allthat crap. Thirty five dollars so I

(28:26):
only make the one hundred and fiftypart here, So heading an extra thirty
five thousand dollars great? But thedogs you could eat? Probably? Yeah?
I do I have to use myallowance on food? Or can I
just eat the hot dogs? Useyour weekly allowance for anything? But you
have to be driving that Wiener aroundfour day around, you know, just

(28:49):
like we do. I love everythingabout that. In fact, I'm texting
my son right now. He needsa job. He needs to get out
of the house. So yeah, you you would do uh yeah, visit
forty cities. You would host popup events, which would be perfect for

(29:11):
you. You're very personable. That'swhy I thought you would be perfect to
drive the Wiener mobile. I don'twant you to leave, but I'm just
saying it would be a fun job, right, Like, no, No,
that sounds super fun. I reallyappreciate it. Yeah, Oscar Mayer
hit me up. Did you everhave did you ever? I used to

(29:32):
have. I had a Wiener whistlewhen I was a little kid. Why
am I not a whistle? Theyhave little whistles, the Oscar, my
Wiener mobile whistles. And did it? Did all the guys come running?
Dude? I was in fourth gradestopping so twisted. God, you want
girl scouts outside of dorms late atnight? And you wondering when I'm whistling
from then when I'm in fourth grade. Well, at least two wet their

(29:57):
pants. I'm going to tell youthat. My my friend Barb just texted
me and said there was a hugediscussion. Here's the news word on the
street in Detroit this week. Hugediscussion at the hair salon on opinions about
Stafford. Oh my god, isn'tthat just crazy? See? This is
why I just want them to win. They've just so They've got to win

(30:23):
this game. Okay, but let'ssay that doesn't happen. What is your
what does it say? What doesit say? I set up. I
set up my approach for the Lionsto win this game. Take away the
ball and get the pass rush onhim. Tell me, what what is
your recipe? How are you schemingup? How are you scheming up this
game. Get to Stafford and don'tlet him, don't let him sit in

(30:45):
that pocket and stop the run.And I think that that and Golf can't
turn the ball over if he makesmistakes, then I'm no same thing.
It's the same thing on both sides. Lions are really good at running the
ball. Obviously their offensive with thatmonster, and the offensive line needs to
protect Golf. You know what Ireally do love about the two guys that

(31:10):
probably know Stafford the best on thisteam. There's not many guys left that
played with her. I will tellyou who's left. Frank Romeo and Julia
Cora right, Tracy Walker, rightDecker, Taylor Decker and Frank Ragnow.
So the two guys that know himthe best, that protected him for twelve
years, his blindside tackle and hiscenter. And those guys are two of

(31:34):
the best players. One of themis a pro bowler this year two of
them should be is a Those guyshave the most to gain. They can
control this game upfront, they cancontrol the run game, they can protect
their new quarterback. I love thatthey If anyone has an emotional investment in

(31:57):
this matchup, it's it's and ragNow. Oh absolutely, and it's gonna
be magical to see them come outand beat their former quarterback. You know,
well, first of all, you'relistening to the same old podcast.
I'm around Demas with High Heart Sportsand not Work along with Jennifer Hammond from
Fox to sponsored by Victory Lanes,Quick Oil Change, Quick oil Change.

(32:21):
You know what I found interesting aboutthis matchup? And whatever? How Brad
Holmes revamped this roster in three yearsunbelievable, you know what I mean,
Like, really think about it,because if you go back, you go
back and look and go, oh, Stafford's gonna face all his former teammates.
I'm like, no, nobody's left, nobody. And then you really
think about it and how this rosterwas revamped. I would even go so

(32:45):
far as to say it's an overhaul. Oh yeah, when when three more
than three quarters of the team,I mean when, yeah, eighty nine
percent, that's when that changes.Got rid of half the team anyway,
and then you know, Patricia hisname is not allowed on this story.
Word it's awful. It's gross. But anyway, so what you are,

(33:08):
you're saying Lions are gonna win.I don't do predictions. I don't know
Lions twenty eight Stafford, twenty wow. Comes down to the kicking game.
No, maybe a two point conversion. What do you that be poetic?

(33:30):
Right? Well, you know whatthey did. I think it's gonna be
I think it's gonna be Lions withinthree points. And that spread is what
three and a half? It's basicallya and nine, it's three right now?
Very well, you always gotta havea hook, Rhonda, Well,
you know what they did at thebeginning. Well, I don't know if
you do. You weren't there, you were in Houston. But they made
a point of screaming out who wasSkipper reporting? And blah blah blah,

(33:53):
and you know, and yeah, well and meanwhile in Houston we were thinking,
God, wouldn't have been great ifthey would have trolled him and just
been like number sixty eight reporting aseligible. Maybe they'll do that this week
and the fans will go freaking nuts. But you know what, Dan Campbell
does not engage or take part inthose silly games. He is a beast.

(34:16):
He wants to win. He wantsto win. Well, Kelly Stafford
didn't agree with him with playing thestarter Sam Laporter, We don't know.
Well, no more later, butI feel like he's think. I feel
like that's gonna come right down togame day decision, game day decision.
Warm up on the field got suchthat too, is a topic if he

(34:38):
doesn't play either, So I thinkwe could see a little DPJ getting in
and some stuff. Man, he'stough. He catches the ball, he
hangs onto the ball. He said, not many catches, but they're memorable
catches. And Jamison Williams should beback. He was. He didn't play
last week because of that ankle, but I think they kept him out because,
you know, why play. Ithink it's going to be magic.

(35:00):
I'm just so excited. No,he's fine. I'm on Ras Saint Brine.
A little rib thing, but Ithink he's fine. And he died
here. But it's a little shadeoff. Don't you think it looks much
more like Carolina Panther Do it's likeCarolina Blue? Oh? And CJ.
Gardner John Do say Deucey is back, CD, Deuce CD, deuce is
back. That's okay. I can'tsay Puka Nakula either. Deucey is whatever

(35:23):
his name is, his back.I'm back. Yeah. Well, and
he had a pick the other day, didn't didn't Campbell. This is I
was reading or saw something because Iwas in Houston that said Campbell's like,
go get me a pick, goget me a takeaway, and he got
it and he ran up. He'slike, here, I got it.
Yeah, it was a Nickamolins. He throws it to the every opposing team.
That's okay. But you know whatthough, that's and I know that

(35:45):
people like to say that and ridethat train. But at the same time,
I fully believe teams create turnovers.A pass rush creates turnovers. Mixing
up coverage is creates turnovers. Guyswho wore ballhawks like the Lions. They've
got four legit ballhawks in their secondaryback there. They create turnovers and seven

(36:10):
picks in the last whatever it wasI said games for the Lions in the
last three games. I'm loving it. I think that they had to do
this. Clients only have twenty threetakeaways. I mean that's it. Seven
have come. But they had ahuge stretch in the middle of the season.
But I'm just talking. They wouldn'tget them the season. In the
beginning they had twelve eighteenth in thefirst six games, they had twelve.

(36:30):
Then they had a long But theRams are worse, they only have fifteen.
They ranked thirty, eth so I'mloving it. Home field advantage is
going to be so glad it's indoors. Do you know what the Chiefs and
Dolphins are going to deal with. It's going to be twenty degrees this weekend
in Detroit, right, I know. And it's going to be the coldest
game day. Oh, because it'sat night. Coldest game in franchise history

(36:52):
at Arrowhead. How do you what'sthe temperature supposed to be like fourteen and
nine nine? I feel like I'vebeen in al than that, no I
know, but for Kansas City andthey're playing at night, you know,
it's going to be cold, cold, cold. I'm so glad for the
dome. Yeah, in in inFord Field, it's going to be perfectly

(37:13):
temperature regulated whatever it's called, climatecontrolled, seventy two degrees. All right,
Well, thanks, I think Ithink we'll come back next week and
bust this one down. No matterwin or lose, You're always welcome.
I just can't, all right, the season canon like this, not to
Stafford, not on my watch,Oh my god, not in my lifetime.
I can't. They will be throwingthose jerseys. They will be burning

(37:37):
those jerseys if that happened. Hey, And I'm going to say to those
that fan group that said no Staffordjerseys, I think I say, where
your Stafford jersey? Just put puta little tape x exactly. Jerseys expensive
and I'm sure people spend a lotof money and you don't have money to
go buy a jersey here. Youwant to show you can't. You cannot

(37:57):
root for him when he went tothe Rams and did all this lovey dovey
stuff and then all of a suddenboo him when he comes back. You're
a hypocrite, an absolute hypocrite inmycrits. Welcome in my boat. I'm
sorry. I just it's you can'thave both You can't have it both ways.
What do you want them to do? Root for them? No,
I don't want him to root forthem. But you can't be so you
know, like, oh, we'renot gonna wear his jersey. But yet

(38:21):
we were so happy when he wasnot traded but went to the Rams and
got the Super Bowl because he wasoury. I don't think, I mean,
I don't think those are the samepeople to use that you're a millennials,
shed some light on this for us. I don't think these are the
same people. The ones that aresaying don't wear your stafford jersey are not
the guys. Those are some ofthe same the Detroit Rams. You think
they're Detroit Rams fans. Yes.On that note, Jennifer, thank you
