So, Chris Brown was released on a six point seven
million dollar bail by a London court yesterday after being
charged with assault from a nightclub incident in twenty twenty three.
He apparently had a warrant and was arrested in Manchester
last week.
Speaker 3 (00:32):
Initially was denied bail.
Speaker 4 (00:34):
I don't know what changed, but the judge granted his
bail and now he can continue his world tour. He
does have to be back in the UK for court
on June thirteenth or risk forfeiting the six point seven
million dollar bail.
Speaker 3 (00:50):
That's what changed. He was going to be locked up
and then Chris Brown's team said, hey, what if what
if we come to the table with six point seven
million dollars? Can we get out jail? Then listen, we
got the money, We know what you want. Head LANDSA

(01:11):
we've been talking about how Sacramento's own Joe Hunter was
on the show. We knew that he made it to
the final three in last night's season forty eight finale.
Joe is the first ever resident from the Capitol Region
to via finalist on Survivor. Remember he's a forty five
year old, nineteen year veteran of the Sacramento Fire Department.
(01:32):
Joe had some amazing challenge wins and the leadership skills
to make it to the final three, but in the
end fell short of taking home the million dollar prize. Man,
But what a great show out from Joe Hunter, and
congratulations to the winner of Survivor season forty eight, Kyle Frasier.
(01:53):
You'll probably see Joe Hunter around a lot. He's been
in a couple of a's games. I know he's thrown
out a first pitch before. You would have watch parties

Miami mansion, Reid and one of the photos is of
his bathroom mirror. There's writing on the mirror. He wrote
to himself on his mirror. You a legend. You're an
icon puff daddy and upward.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Motion words of affirmation on someone's mirror. That's not uncommon.
But read it the way Diddy would read it. Okay, okay,
you a legend. You're an icon puff daddy. That's good.
You a legend. Take that, Take that, take take that.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
More.
Speaker 4 (03:06):

written with dry race marker.

Speaker 5 (03:14):
He write love himself? Like love He's like.
Speaker 3 (03:17):
It says afimation. It says love you love Diddy. Let's
do this. You go to the women's bathroom down the
hall and write some words of affirmation for the ladies
in this building. I'll go down to the men's bathroom.
I'll do the same thing. But Gina, you have to
give us the words of affirmation to write. So what
(03:39):
what should was that write on the women's mirror, on.
Speaker 4 (03:42):
The women's mayor about kickballs and kick names. Well, that's a.

I've been a new bacteria discovered in China's space station
in a space station, Yes, okay, so a group of
scientists examined swabs from inside China's a space station. They
found a bacteria not known to inhabit Earth. And they're
calling the microbe pretty resilient, with the ability to cover
(04:29):
itself in a biofilm that's like a protective shield. So
now they're trying to figure out how to protect the
health of the astronauts on the space station and how
to keep this bacteria from making its way down to Earth.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
Dude, space germs sounds so scary.
Speaker 4 (04:44):
I don't know about you, but it's very much giving
the last of us. Yes, it's giving, Like this fungus
is gonna come down and infects us and cause a
whole nother apocalyptic Uh huh, what do you mean You
found alien in bacteria in.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
The space station? Yeah? That was one of the big
fears when they started doing like space exploration, like, hey,
what if the shuttles and the ships that go up
there brings some space germs down to Earth, Like we're screwed.
That's been a fear for a while. Now, well it
might be happening.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
They found a new bacteria and they're like, we don't
know what it is. What freaks me out is that
it covers itself in a biofilm, like this bacteria.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
Is resilient, puts its shields up. Yeah. Literally, Oh my gosh.
What does this mean for Katy Perry? Is she okay?
Is her and Gail King and Jeff Bezos fiance are
they okay?
Speaker 4 (05:38):

Kim Kardashian finally earned her law degree, so she did
a program that allows people to qualify for the Bar
exam under the mentorship of a licensed attorney. Her family
threw her like this big surprise party for her in
Beverly Hills yesterday, where her mentor said that Kim dedicated
eighteen hours a week for forty eight weeks a year
(08:51):
for six years straight to get here.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
But as you should, like, being a lawyer takes a
lot of work. I have friends in law. It's round
the clock, year after year. I know it's a lot
of work.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
But she also like she's Kim Kardashian, and she travels
so much and she's so busy doing other things, Like
that's impressive that she found the time, Like she literally
didn't sleep.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
No, very very impressive. Happy for her. But she's not
a lawyer yet.
Speaker 4 (09:17):
She still needs to pass the State Bar exam to
actually be able to practice law in California, but she's
definitely one step closer. There you go, So getting that
done a Headlin's you got Strawberry all right?
Speaker 3 (09:28):
Well, locally there's a lot of barbecues and fireworks this
Memorial Day weekend, but there's also the annual Memorial Day
Service at Mount Vernon Memorial Park and a tribute at
the Sacramento VA Medical Center. There's also a lesser known
but very meaningful event. It's the Candlelight Vigil at the
Sacramento Historic City Cemetery, and a unique option is the
(09:51):
annual Memorial Day Flag Display at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery,
where thousands of flags are placed to follow to honor
fallen service members. So there's a lot to do this

There is a specific order that you should shower in
that is the best order for healthier skin and overall.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
Better for you. Okay, I'm down for an expert opinion
on how I shower.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
So they say, first wash your hair, shampoo and conditioner,
then wash your body after that, and then if you're
gonna shave, shave last.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
Who's showering different from that? Are people showering in any
other order? That's the order, that's the shower right. How
much should they pay.
Speaker 4 (10:51):
These people to come up with that brilliant exsistance?
Speaker 3 (10:54):
I'm kidding, And imagine being the researcher that's watching people shower,
like this guy's doing it all wrong. He's putting the
soap on his body, then he's getting in the shower,
and they didn't even say anything about when to wash
your face. When do you do your face? I do
my face very last. I do my face first. You
go first first? You got to Oh yeah, maybe it's
a guy thing. Why do you wash your face lasted?
(11:16):
Not first?
Speaker 4 (11:16):
You use the same soap for your hair and your
body and your face.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
Yes, but it's it's soccer.
Speaker 4 (11:21):
It wasn't so you just put it on everywhere, all
at once, all the same soap.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
You've washed your behind before your face.
Speaker 4 (11:30):
You're assuming he uses a washcloth. I don't think he does.
I have a loofah exactly.
Speaker 3 (11:35):
Oh God, but I washed my face. Why A attacking me? Now?
I washed my face with my hands, like shampoo and hair.
That's with my hands. Body is with a loofah, and
then I go back to my hands for my face. No,
I'm not picking.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
I'm not picking.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
Am I showering wrong? Am I being re?
Speaker 1 (11:52):
No?
Speaker 3 (11:52):
I use a loofah too. Honestly, it's weird that your
face will be last. That is weird? Is that weird?
I feel like I have to wash from the top down?
Speaker 4 (12:01):
Yeah, so why would you not start with your face,
which is on the top.

I don't like it.

said that the moment of reaching the finish line and
seeing the support from fence and families was just so emotional.
I could only imagine how high emotions were as of now,
