cruise ship departed Australia.

cruise ship departed Australia.

Soon it made an unplanned turn, so the ship received
a distress call from a disabled catamaran about one hundred
and seventy miles.

So there was one that sent a distress call. It
was about one hundred and seventy miles off the coast
in the South Pacific.

Journey through rough seas, the crew successfully found and then
rescued two couples and their three dogs. One of the
one of the survivors said that the catamaran had lost
its mast and the engines during a.

like that.

Despite the severe weather in the emergency detour, the Carnival
Splendor was able to stay on schedule, so the rescued
passengers and their dogs safely aboard the cruise ship. They
received medical attention, they got food, they got water, and
they turned what would have been a near tragedy into
an unexpected vacation.
