Producer Blak and.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
His girlfriend we're talking about having kids. So I got
a real life doll. It goes to the bathroom. You
took her to Walmart yesterday?

Speaker 4 (00:45):
I did.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
And you know how many people stop me to talk
to me about it? Did they know who you were?

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Two people knew the bit.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
What they say?

Speaker 4 (00:54):
They said, they said, this is so much better seeing
it in person.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Did they take a picture with you?

Speaker 4 (01:00):
No, they just they were with their family and they said,
I listened to y'all every morning, and that is hilarious.
Then one lady in a cart, like in a writing
cart goes, that is just so sweet. I said, do
you know what I'll do? She is, I don't know
who you are, but that is so sweet.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
If you see producer Blake out in public because he's
got to go out again tonight, please take a photo.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
On the Alabama Show, a woman got arrested for buying
and selling human bones on Facebook marketplace.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Why has anyone bought them yet?

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Yeah, she was buying and selling them. And guess where
it happened, Florida, Florida is it? Cop showed up and
they talked to the woman and she said that they
were educational bones, but it's legit, like skull fragments from
real people. And she said she has documentation where she
bought these.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
From other people. And they went and dug.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
Into it, no pun intended, and they said it's probably
archaeological archaeol whatever, like archa all archay, what you give.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Message archaeologist arcade, We got it, We know the world.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Anyway, she got released on bond. We don't know what's
going to happen. Next, why.

Speaker 1 (02:32):

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Oh my gosh? How much more do you have until
you graduate?

Speaker 1 (02:46):

Speaker 6 (02:46):
I just this is the first semester sot A few.

Speaker 3 (02:50):

tickets to Talladega?

Speaker 7 (02:55):
Yes, ma'am.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
All right.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
It is all parenting theme today, since we're trying to
help producer blake out with his baby and being any dad.

Speaker 7 (03:06):
I heard about that.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Oh my gosh, it's the most amazing thing ever. I
mean some might say that.

Speaker 5 (03:13):
All right.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Question number one, you need to help your baby. It's
multiple choice. You need to help your baby maintain a
healthy diet.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Which one of these foods is high.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
End calcium, yogurt, fish or peanuts?

Speaker 2 (03:28):
I say yogurt, that would be correct.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Next question and Super Easy Trivia all about kids today?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
You just won super easy trivia. Awesome.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
I've been trying to get my photo to go this
year and we never got tickets through.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yes, now they're free. He better go where he's in
the doorhouse.

Speaker 8 (04:16):
Yes, there's three things you need to know you with
the Elema show.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
To Zekis is opening another Birmingham location in Hoover at
Knox Square, which is right near the Hoover met and
it's said to open late April or early Many. I'm
a big fan of Tazekis. Their pasta solad is so good.
Just in time for Magic City Winefest, it'll be open,
so get ready. Scientists have found the perfect way to
wake up refreshed and less groggy, and here's some tricks,

(04:46):
producer Blake. The trick is to let the sun in
exactly twenty minutes before your alarm goes off.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
So while you're asleep.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
It says leaving them open all night can make it worse.
So automatic curtains are the only practical solution, and you
can find those for about one hundred and fifty bucks.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
I mean, if I was up when the sun came up.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
I would love that.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Got I know we both wake up before the sun
even comes up.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
What's the point.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Yeah, there are a lot of celebrities now coming out
and bashing the Blue Origin mission, with Katy Perry, Gail King,
Jeff Bezos fiance, and several other women.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Have you seen this?

Speaker 3 (05:23):
I have seen people start bashing it, yet Olivia mine
she actually did before the mission.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
She said, there were so many other important things going
on in the world right now.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Wendy's on their page Love Wendy's shared a photo of
Katy Perry where it said Katy Perry now back from
space and Wendy said, can we send her back? And
Kasha responded to that because Kesha and Katy Perry have
some drama of a photo of her drinking and Wendy's
frosty smiling, And then Olivia Wilde shared a picture of

(05:57):
Katy Perry kissing the ground when she landed in space
and said, well, at least a.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Billion dollars bought us some memes. I guess billion dollars.
People are fired up. They are so upset. We'll find out.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
I know.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Gail King has responded to the haters and some more.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
We'll talk about that in the in the next three
things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
But that's three things you need to know more at
the Alabama Show dot com.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
The Alabama Show on to Men, It's amazing free on
the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Good morning, Rachel. What's your issue for Ask Alabama?

Speaker 6 (06:31):
I am I wrong for only buying one of my
best friend's kids and Easter basket.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
Oh boy, that's why we do Ask Alabama. If you
ever have an issue, call in eight three three five
oh one.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Bama is the number. What's going on? Why'd you only
get one kid in easter basket?

Speaker 6 (06:47):
Well, so, okay, I'm the godparent of my friend's kids,
and one of our kids is nine years old, and
we really are just buddies, Like we do everything together.
Every time I go over to see my best friend,
her daughter just runs up to me and we came
out and we love to do all this kind of
stuff and I just love her. We're just really really dice.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (07:06):
So I made her a super cute Easter basket this year,
and I put a bunch of things in it that
we both love, like sidewalk chalk and hair stuff, and
it was just really cute other little you know each thing.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Okay, that's super cute. So tell me about the other kid.

Speaker 6 (07:22):
Well, her other kid is a teenager and he's a
little older, and I mean I just thought like he's
basically out growing easter, so I didn't really make him
an Easter basket.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Oh and he's a boy too, well, yeah, I.

Speaker 6 (07:35):
Mean like he's too old, and I don't know. I mean,
if maybe he's too old, he's wouldn't get one, shouldn't
get one. I didn't really know what my friend was doing,
so well, I took over at the easter basket to
my friend's house and she got really upset with me
and told me that if I'm going to do something
for one of the kids, and I have to do
something for the other kid and not leave them out.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
And I guess in.

Speaker 6 (07:59):
My mind, I would literally trying to do something really
nice and like above and beyond for her daughter that
I am buddy with, But it just sort of backfirn
on me, and so I kind of I guess, am
I wrong for them?

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Producer Blake, what do you think?

Speaker 4 (08:13):
I mean, it's fine that you got a nine year
old an easter basket? The other kids a teenager.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Grow up?

Speaker 3 (08:18):
Oh my god, grow up.

Speaker 2 (08:20):
When's the last time you got an Easter basket?

Speaker 4 (08:22):
When I was like seven, I had to grow up, buddy,
you're in your teen years.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Get older. Yeah, oh my god. I feel super guilty.
Like I have friends.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
I have several friends with multiple kids, and I always
have to I can't.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Well, you can't get one kid something and not the other.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
This is how my grandmother always was, and my mom
was with me and my brothers. If you're gonna get
one for one, you can't do it for the other
because think about how that kid's gonna feel spoiled.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Call the chew what would you do?

Speaker 3 (08:50):
Is Rachel wrong for getting one kid at Easter basket
and not the other? Eight three three five oh one, Bama?
That's eight three three five oh one two two.

Speaker 8 (08:57):
Six two Yelabama. Show to me free on the iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
App Marie, good morning.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
What do you think about Rachel getting only one of
her friend's kids in Easter basket and not the other.

Speaker 7 (09:09):
That's so wrong?

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Okay, thank you.

Speaker 7 (09:14):
My parents and my in laws gave my husband and
I something for Easter until they died and we were
in our thirties and mid thirties.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Oh see, Blake, you can still get Easter baskets.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
As an adult.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
That's great.

Speaker 7 (09:27):
And I'm sorry, Blake, your parents were horrible to you.
Stop getting Easter baskets at seven.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
I love you. Thank you for calling the show. We
appreciate you.

Speaker 7 (09:39):
This first time I got through on the topic. But
I'm sorry that's wrong. She should have at least brought
him something it gets card for a video.

Speaker 6 (09:45):
Game or something.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Absolutely, I love it.

Speaker 7 (09:47):
Thank you, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Crystal.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
What do you think about Rachel only getting one of
her friend's kids at Easter basket?

Speaker 5 (09:54):
I think she's wrong for that, and she should not
have shown up with one without for the other.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
If we keep giving all these older kids stuff, they're
going to grow up to be people that don't need that,
are going to be spoiled.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
As I don't die.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
I mean, at that point, they're all either spoiled or
they're not. And if you show up for Easter without
even something at least is like an egg with maybe
like five dollars in it, or a book, something more
suitable to their age, they're going to be left out
and you're always going to remember that.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
I like I show up with some advice. Hey, buddy,
grow up, get a job, get better.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Oh god, Crystal, do you have more than one kid?

Speaker 5 (10:32):
I have four, and one of them is a teenager.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Has anybody only gotten one kid something and not the others?

Speaker 5 (10:39):
No, because I talked to people about that before. The
money doesn't matter to me. If it's a dollar item,
fine great. If it's nothing, that's fine, that's great. That's
even better. But you're not going to show up to
my house for one of my kids and.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
Not for all. Look at you, Mama Bear, Thank you
for calling.

Speaker 7 (10:56):
Yes, good luck, Carlin.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
What eat think about Rachel only getting one of her
friend's kids in Easter basket and not the other?

Speaker 1 (11:05):
I think being a teenager is hard.

Speaker 6 (11:07):
Yes, she needs to get him a little basket with
some candy.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
Maybe some ra definitely need that right now home. I'll
be real honest.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
I bought my little cousin, Hannah, who's twenty she's twenty six.
I bought her at Easter basket this year because she
had a baby, and I know everybody's given her baby
a basket.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
I was like, you know what, I'm gonna give her
a mom basket.

Speaker 7 (11:31):
Yeah, they all deserve one, even if it's small.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
I disagree. Oh God, I love you. Thank you for
calling the show.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
It's three things you need to know with the elem Show.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Magic City Wine Fest.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Get your tickets before they sell out at the Hoover
met May third, It's real close. If you have not
gotten your tickets yet, Magiccitywinefest dot com. You get to
try all the wine, see all the live music, and
have all the fun. Waffle House just launched a new
waffle for the first time.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
In ten years. How do you make a new waffle?
You make any flavor? Okay, what's the flavor? Strawberry shortcake?

Speaker 1 (12:09):
What gip?

Speaker 4 (12:10):
I won't that?

Speaker 2 (12:11):
Just give me a chuckle choop.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
The strawberry shortcake sounds delicious. It is season. Also, you
only get it for a limited time. But they did
post that on social media yesterday and everybody went nuts.
So everybody else is going nuts over the Blue Origin flight.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
We talked about Wendy's Kesha.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Olivia Wilde, everybody making fun of the celebrities going into space,
Katie Perry, Gail King, Jeff Bezos fiance, and everybody else.
Some paparazzi caught up with Gail yesterday and asked her
what she had to say about the haters.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
I really resent that people were calling it a rye.

Speaker 9 (12:42):
We duplicated the trajectory of Alan Shepherd's flight.

Speaker 6 (12:46):
Back in the day.

Speaker 9 (12:46):
But I say, anybody that is criticizing this, and some
of them are people I know when like so, I'm
a little surprised. I say, you should go to Blue
Origin and see what they're doing. I was one of
those people in the beginning too. Why are we spending
money on space? We have so much to do here.
Space exploration is not an either or, it's a both.

Speaker 3 (13:07):
Man.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Is she like not paying attention to what's going on?
She's like, no, space was important.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
I needed to go anyway.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
That's three things you need to know more at the
Alabama Show dot com The.

Speaker 8 (13:19):
Alabama Show onto me. It's free on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
All right, So, my what saw some today is that
producer Blake is now day one into being a brandy
father of a baby.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, give me give me this doll if you miss it.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
Yesterday I gave producer Blake a real life baby doll
because him and his girlfriend are talking about having kids.
You took her to Walmart with you yesterday. Yeah, how
many people recognized you in Walmart because of the baby?

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Two people recognized me and about ten others brought it
up while I was having a child with me.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
That wasn't real. What'd you say about your girlfriend? What
does your girlfriend think about this? She said, do not please,
don't bring it to church. You don't need to bring
that to church. You have to take the baby to
church tonight.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Yeah, so apparently you want me to get a family
photo with this baby doll.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
If you are listening to the show, oh, this is
great post. You got to keep posting stories and stuff
on the Alabama Show throughout the night tonight and today.

Speaker 2 (14:19):

him and tag the Alabama Show. And if he's not
with them, if he doesn't have the baby, take a
picture and send it to me too.

Speaker 4 (14:37):
Do you want me to show you how I been
carrying the baby around? I can post that right now now.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
