Hey guys, this is ww Superstar Tiffany strun and you're
listening to the Babyfaces on iHeartRadio. What's going on y'all?
Is WWE Superstar Kobe Kingston and you're listening to the
Babyfaces on iHeart Radio.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Babyby That's right, guys, that is the baby Faces podcast
on iHeartRadio. The official progress and podcasts of iHeartRadio Louisville
and Sports Talk seven ninety ninety seven to five w

(00:42):
A m Z Kentuckyana's number one four country. We are
here with a return guests and Tiffany Stratton, she is
the WWE Woman SmackDown Champion. Just want to let you know,
Tiffany that this is your second time on the show.
That officially makes you a friend of the show.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Wow, I'm honored. Thank you guys for having me again.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Thank you for coming out and hanging out with us.
But let's let's just go ahead and get it started.
I know that you guys just got off a London
tour or overseas in the UK. What was all that
like for you? Guys some interesting stuff that you did
kind of outside of the ring, and what'd you do
to past time there while you guys were away from
the country for a long time.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
You know, for the past I think it was three
weeks we were all around Europe, but I don't even
think we had really any time to do any sort
of sight seeing. I did do some sight seeing in
I think it was Barcelona. We went to like this
big church and it was beautiful. But other than that,

(01:45):
I feel like we don't really have much time. We
fly in, and we fly in I think it's Thursday morning.
We have all of Thursday and then Friday SmackDown, and
then we leave literally the next morning, so it's like
in and out. So we don't really have much time
to do that much. But it was super fun. I
love the international crowds. They're always so hype, and I

(02:10):
feel like America is spoiled when it comes to w WE,
so I would love to go more to Europe.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
I always say the same thing that America is very
spoil I guess since we get WWE around so much,
we don't get to appreciated as much as as you should.
One I have like two questions and one for you
tif right being you're so young, You're twenty five years old,
is your first year in the main roster. You're already

(02:44):
the WWE Women's Champion, which is huge accomplishment, and you're
not going into your first WrestleMania to defend this title.
How do you prepare mentally for a moment like that.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
That's a really good question, and I'm kind of figuring
that out as I go, because you know, I've never
done this before. I'm only twenty five, I'm three years,
three and a half years into the.

Speaker 5 (03:09):
Business, and I'm not only I have a title.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
You know, I'm not chasing a title, and I'm actually
the one being chased, and it's by Charlotte Flair, one
of the most decorated women we have on the roster,
So that in itself is a lot of pressure. But
I feel like right now, I am just trying to
be in the moment. I'm trying to bask and you know,

(03:36):
this being my my WrestleMania prep and I'm gonna have
the biggest match with my career in two weeks and
I'm just trying to stay calm with everything.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
That's a great way of just kind of taking things
in stride, because, like I said, the last time that
we had you, you haven't had the title yet. You
and actually you guys had just came off of coming
overseas from I think it was Perth when you had
the elimination chamber and yeah, breakout moment for you, and
then you ended up coming on here and saying that
Charlotte was one of the main people that you've always

(04:07):
wanted to face. So now you kind of have her
in the ring, and it's you know, it's no secret
to everybody. It's gotten a little bit personal, it's gotten
a little bit spicy. What's one thing that that Charlotte
is underestimating about you that you can't wait to show
her at WrestleMania.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
I think, you know, being so new into this business,
being so new as champion, I don't think, you know,
she really expected me to to stand up to her, and.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
I don't think she expected me to.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I guess almost clap back, and I think I kind
of look, all I have to say is it's live
TV stakes her high. We're going into WrestleMania. I have
the title, I want to keep the title, and I'm

(05:01):
gonna I'm gonna pull out every stop that I can,
and people want to see our match, and I think
that we did a very good job of getting people
wanting to see our match and invested in our story.

Speaker 5 (05:16):
And now I'm.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Ready to put on the best woman's match ever and
I'm ready to go to war.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
Yeah, she definitely found out whose time it is? What
time it is? This this last run? Oh, talking about Charlotte, right,
we know that, I mean based on research and stuff.
I've been following you since NXC. I know that you know,
your mom was the one that told you, Hey, tiff

(05:46):
I think this is what you should do. And then
at that moment, you guys were watching Charlotte Flair, right,
so it was kind of like the model that you followed. Correct.
So again back to like the same question I asked earlier.
I know, you know she's she's your dancing partner now,
but the person, Tiffany, the person do you ever stop

(06:09):
to say, you know, I'm facing the person that pays
the way for me into into the into wrestling. How
how does that feel? Aside from you know, we this
is the you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Like, Yeah, I feel like I've accomplished a huge goal
and I did it within the first year being on SmackDown,
and she not only paved the way for for me
in my in my story, but she paved the way
for women in general in the business. She is she's
a needle mover, and she's, you know, one of the
best women we have on the roster.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
And this is just a.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Goal, a huge goal of mine that I've checked off
of my bucket list. You know, not only am I
holding the title going into WrestleMania, but Charlotte Flair wants
my title and and she's chasing me.

Speaker 5 (07:01):
So my job is to keep my title. And that's
exactly what I'm going to do. In two weeks.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
Now we have we'll just kind of jump past WrestleMania
because we are on here to promote WWE is coming
to Lexington here next month, June thirteenth. It's going to
be at rop Arena. We're excited to have you guys
back at Louisville or Louisville Lexton area where we live.
Tiffany is such a huge wrestling base. Everyone is come

(07:27):
from Ohio Valley Wrestling. You have people like Randy Orton,
John Cena, Bautista, et cetera, all down the road. Alse snow.
So it's something that we've always loved here. What's something
that you've loved in your time coming to work? If
you've ever come in to Louisville or Kentucky, have you
ever had any fun times here?

Speaker 5 (07:47):
You know, I.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
Travel so often, everything just kind of blends together the same. Yeah,
I can't really tell you I've done much at all
while traveling for work. But I'm really excited to come
to Louisville. And I've actually been there a couple of
times for gymnastics meets.

Speaker 5 (08:07):
I remember that. Yeah, when I was little, I used
to go.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
There a lot for some competitions that we had, So
you know, I've been there, I just don't remember.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Yeah, it's huge. Well, what can you tell people whenever
they come out, Whenever they're wanting to purchase tickets, you
could still get tickets takemaster dot com. I'll also go
to wwwe's website. Someone that's never been to a pro
wrestling show before, what can they expect? Whenever you guys
come to, uh, the Derby City and when you guys
come to Lexington June thirteenth.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
You know, we have something for literally everybody.

Speaker 5 (08:41):
We've got you know, see them punk on the show.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
We've got Roman Runs, We've got the Bloodline, We've got Naomi,
We've got Jake Cargle, We've got Tippy Time. There's I
feel like something for everybody. I feel like, if you
bring a friend that isn't a wrestling fan, they will
I guarantee leave a wrestling fan. Our shows right now,
it's it's just it's so exciting to be a wrestling

(09:05):
fan right now because it's so unpredictable with everything, and
being in an arena live with other wrestling fans is
you have to experience it for yourself. It's nothing can
compare to being there live with other fans and experiencing
the chance and you know things happening live like that.

(09:25):
So I guarantee you if you bring a friend that
isn't a fan, they will leave a wrestling fan.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
I agree, I agree, I have. You know, the iw
CD in in a wrestling community is huge on predictions.
I'm predicting, right, Who do Tiffany predicts will be the
next person to come after her for the title.

Speaker 5 (09:50):
That's a good question.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
We have so many, so many women on our roster
that I feel.

Speaker 5 (09:56):
Like it could be anybody. Yes, maybe Jade Cargo. Maybe Naomi.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
I know she's kind of on a little bit of
a revenge tour if you will. I don't know, maybe
maybe after Bianca's done, maybe with Russellmania.

Speaker 5 (10:12):
Maybe it's Bianca.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
Maybe it's a dream match.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Yeah, that's a dream match of mine as well. Maybe
even Rio Ripley.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Things, you know, they're very unpredictable. Unpredictable with how many
amazing women that we have on our roster.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
WWE SmackDown coming to Lexington or Repperena June thirteenth, So
Babyfaces Podcast we are with special guests ww SmackDown Women's

into level on the spectrum. Such a wholesome show with
autism and just trying to find love. Everyone's a little
bit different, and they set them up in these situations
and those people are just so bold and they're just
so like charismatic at the same time, it's very wholesome.
Of course, Love is Blind. Another another fun one, Brian,
