Speaker 1 (00:02):
Right here we go.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
It is that time on iHeartRadio where we do have
to chase down Florida.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Man and or Florida Woo man.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
And follow all their exploits. We do that every single
day in this it's called WTF. That stands for what
the Florida And we go first to a Florida man.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
This Florida man, Brittany. He's a true patriot.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
He dove into a lake to save a wounded eagle. Yeah, America,
the eagle is the best.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Yes, this Florida man, he saw an eagle fall into
a lake. Now he's an outdoorsman because he is a
Florida man, Brittany, and he knows that eagles can't swim,
so he dove right into that lake with almost no hesitation.
He hesitated only for a second to take off his shirt,
his flip flops and throw his phone onto the ground.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
His wife picked up the phone.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
And she started recording good, that's right, good, huh and
uh yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Just jump right in getting attacked by a bald eagle
and drowned right.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
He said.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
The lake was about one hundred yards and the eagle
landed right in the middle of it.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
He said, smack in the middle.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
How long is that going to take to get there?

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Well, I'll tell you what.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
He went right out there. Now he knew there was
a gator in that lake. He said, I wasn't too
concerned about that gator.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
That is crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Now, when he grabbed the eagle, it jumped up onto
his forearm and its talons caused some minor injuries to
his arm. He said, I barely made it to short
because I was pretty tired. But this is what he said.
He said, it's an eagle. It's a symbol of America.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Man, What about Dad's when the gator just swam right,
umped the eagle and swam off with it, right, or
he gets almost to the shore and it.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Like eats the eagle, like ah, man, No.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
I'm sorry eagle. But he had the right human come
across the right. Absolutely, I'm not jumping in. No, I'm
not swimming.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
No, not when I know there's a seven foot gater
in there. Oh my god, we go next to a
Florida man. Now, he tried an atm heist. He tried
to steal a whole atm with an excavator.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Right, those are hard, they're heavy, man, Right.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
That's why he had this excavator. But now, as you
can imagine, Brittany, that's gonna make a big mess. It's
gonna make a lot of noise, draw a lot of
attention to yourself, which is probably why he should have
chosen an ATM that was not near the police station.
Because this guy's just out there trying to pull an

(02:57):
ATM out of a gas station with an excavator.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
He's forty three years old.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
And obviously the police here the commotion because it's right
across the way and they see an excavator at the
convenience store dragging an ATM out of it.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
They're like, huh, we have some questions.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
The police officers went to talk to the man and
he was operating this heavy machinery. He fled the scene
when they tried to make contact with him. They did
find him. He was identified as a one Christopher Hughes.
They rebel identify him in a video and he admitted
to stealing not only the ATM, well attempting to steal
the ATM. He also stole the excavator that he used

(03:34):
to try to steal the ATM with.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
I was gonna say, because you know, somebody.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Owns that, and they asked him, They said, Christopher, why
would you steal an excavator to go try to steal
an ATM And he said, I would rather steal than
work for my brother.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
Okay, you know you don't just have to work for
your brother right somewhere, Oh.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
You heard what I said.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
I've only got had two choices in life, stealing or
working from her brother, and I ain't doing that. We
go lastly to a Florida woman. She's a postal worker,
and she got arrested on.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
A dui charge.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
The problem is is that she wasn't drunk when she
started her route. However, Caitlin died thirty three years old
while delivering mail. Happened upon a house party in Melbourne
and decided to.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Hang out for a while.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
She got drunk on vodka at a house party and
then continued along her mail route, where she was pulled
over and arrested for dui.

Speaker 4 (04:40):

Speaker 1 (04:42):

like with cars coming towards her.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Or radio personalities.

No, I can't. That's why I don't. I know. I
know my limits. I know my limits. I know my weaknesses.
