WTF: Florida Man was selling meth out of a tent

They called him "Tent Man" because meth heads aren't very creative unless we're talking about their crimes

we do have to chase down Florida man and or
Florida woman follow all their exploits. We do that daily.
In this it's called WTF that stands for what the
Florida And we go first, Brittany to a Florida man. Yeah,

book them Dan. Oh, this Florida man. He was running
a meth amphetamine business out of his tenth Well, I'm
the overhead coster low, very low, literally very low, indeed,
very low overhead. No, you cannot too low. But according
to this, a undercover deputy bought an ounce of myth

from Daniel Heaty. He's fifty five years old. He's also
known as tent Man. Tent Man got that good myth? Yeah.
The sheriff said that Annual immediately was arrested. Detectives obtained
a search warrant for his tent. Doesn't take a long
time to search a tent, Brittany. They found two point

two more ounces of methan fetamine on top of the
ounce that he already sold to the undercover cop. He
also had thirteen grams of weed gummies, drug paraphernalia, and
he had about twenty five hundred dollars in cash in
his tent. Wow. I mean, yeah, he's doing some good business.
I mean, you know, with this metha fetamine business. You know,

it sounds to me like he could probably afford at
least a nice little apartment or something by Actually, no, Brian,
because there goes his rent right there. He's got twenty
five hund Oh and it's the first month's rent. It's
a last in a deposit. I guess is with me
a few more weeks and Daniel would have been out
of that tent well for real. Yeah, we go next

to a Florida man guilty he is because cops found
methan fhetamine in his underwear and he told the police quote,
there's nothing wrong with drugs. I hope those drugs were sealed.
Oh oh now, let me just tell you this. This

Florida man has a lot, and I mean like a
disordinate amount of facial and head tattoos. He's just got
a bunch going on up there. He has the you know,
the the pyramid with the eyeball in it that's on
the back of a dollar bill. Yeah. Yeah, he's got
that tattooed giant on his forehead. Oh he got money. Money. Yeah,

he doesn't have a job, but he got money. He's
Thomas Carpenter. He's forty one years old. He was originally
pulled over by deputies for a suspected traffic violation. Officers
soon discovered evidence of drugs inside of his car. He
also had a couple of kids in there. Some unidentified
woman was hanging out with this guy. Yeah, why not,
he's a pile. According to this, they found drug paraphernalia

inside of a bag. They also found some weed and
some fetamine in the car. Now where they're trying to
talk to Thomas, he was struggling to stay awake. He
kept fading in and out of consciousness, and his female
passenger told deputies that they had both smoked some weed
in the car, you know, with the kids in there.
Neither of the adults had medical marijuana cards at the time,
and the woman was let go. Deputies arrested Thomas, took

him into jail. He was in his mugshot there with
his heavily tattooed face, and then they performed a physical
search at the at the station there, that's when they
found eleven tied sandwich bags filled with methan fetamine in
his underwear. He had three hundred and twenty two point
one grams of methan fetamine. That's a lot of meth

(03:41):
in his underwear. Brittany, that sounds like a lot. And
that's when he told the police there's nothing wrong with drugs.
I mean those, other than the fact that those are
very illegal drugs. I don't know nothing wrong with it though, Brittany.
We go lastly to a Florida man. He was beaten

up and forced to strip down at gunpoint after offering
a ride to a convicted felon. Oh no, won't you
try to do a good thing? Yeah, it comes back
to bite you ran into a felon. No good deed
goes unpunished in Florida. Florida man's in custody after he
put another man through a nightmare. Basically, really, when you

think about it, According to this, there are deputies that
show them chasing a one Joshua Torres. This is they
were chasing him through backyards. This is in Seabring, Florida, Brittany,
about an hour and a half away from here. I
know this because that's where my in laws live. Anyway,
the guy was offered a ride, he hit the guy

(04:45):
that was, you know, giving him a ride, forced him
to strip down to his underwear at gunpoint, and then
he pulled the trigger twice. Yeah, thankfully, Yeah, nothing ever fired,
thank god. But hours later the deputies found Josh and
they made an arrest. He's now facing a bunch of
charges including attempted second agree murder, arm, carjacking, aggravated battery

with the deadly weapon, kidnapping, falls imprisonment, and possession of
a firearm by a convicted felon. What was his name,
Josh Torres. Oh yeah, I'm waiting for Josh outside outside
those prison gates right. Well, he'll be there for a while.
But boy, that is a lot of fun, isn't it.
What I mean, for everybody except the guy that got
beaten up and forced to strip down to his underwear

outside of his car. That's embarrassing. He wasn't even wearing underwear.
