Speaker 1 (00:02):
Right here we go. It is that time on iHeartRadio
where we do have to chase down Florida Man and
or Florida Woman and follow all their exploits. We do
that every single day in this it's called WTF that
stands for what the Floor in. And today, Brittany, we
(00:22):
got ourselves a theme, the All Florida Woman edition today.
Well we'll see. Maybe maybe let's go first. I'm sure
at least one of them to a Florida woman she
is now an ex school principal and teacher because she
(00:43):
had herself a little underage house party with all kinds
of booze and weed. Brittany, I really need these teachers
or principals to get friends. They seriously their own age.
Stop trying to relive some former whatever and hanging out
with high schoolers. Like what are you even doing? You
were it was another teacher that was involved too, grown
(01:05):
women with careers and maybe even children of their own,
and here they are having an underage house party. Now
both former educators. The principal or ex principal is Elizabeth
Hill Broughtigan. She's the former principal of Theodore Roosevelt School,
charged now with felony child neglect, five counts of contributing
(01:27):
to the delinquent sab a minor, and one count of
holding an open house party here in the state of Florida. Also,
Carl Anderson is a now former teacher at the same school,
facing one run count of disorderly conduct and one count
of disorderly intoxication. They were prosecuted separately. But she had
this house party and there was all these underage kids there,
(01:50):
you know, like you know, high school kids or whatever,
between one to two hundred students. We're at this booze
and meat filled party. I got yeah. At her home.
There were fights, there was drinking, marijuana use. One kid
had a gun at the party. Yeah, you'd have a
security check, lady. One female student was charged with the
(02:14):
duy and a boy was found vomiting and shaking in
his yard. Oh good, all because of this house party.
I cannot no, no, yeah, these are not women. No no, no, no, no.
I don't know what they are, but they're not women. No, no,
gray sad excuses for human beings. You want to hang
(02:35):
around high schoolers, this is their thing as a grown adult,
like on purpose. That's wild. That's wild, wild, Yeah, this
one's wild too. A Florida woman held two boys at
gunpoint for fishing near her backyard, not in her backyard,
near her backyard. Now, pulling a gun on two boys
(02:58):
or even fishing in your backyard is very heavy handed, right,
But pulling a gun on two boys fishing near your backyard,
that's just too much. You know what the problem is
the problem is this. It's kind of like the It's
kind of like the armrest in the plane. Everybody has
more thought that they have ownership of things than they
really do, you know what I'm saying. Like people think
(03:18):
they on the sidewalk in front of their house or
the street in front of their house. No, you don't.
People can part there, you know what I mean. It's
it's the law. Look it up. You know. There's people
that think they take ownership of things that they have
absolutely no ownership of. Just because two boys are fishing
near your backyard doesn't mean they're committing any kind of
a crime against you, for sure, Definitely not one. You
need to bring a gun around some kids, that's no. Yeah.
(03:40):
Cops were called to a home and that's when they
found Donna Elkins, fifty nine years old, she called Donna.
She called nine to one one to report the two
boys were fishing near her backyard. She also told the
dispatcher that she had quote petrified them, she had stopped them,
and that they were laying on the ground. And the
nine one one operator said, what do you mean? She said,
I have a gun on him right now. Oh no, yeah,
(04:03):
I'm sure. Her husband at one point came in and
disarmed her, but that's not before the police arrived. Cops
got there, they found out it was a pellet gun.
But she did threaten to quote blow their heads off,
told them to get on the ground, which they complied
because they were afraid. She's now facing two charges of
aggravated assault, two charges of false imprisonment. She's going to jail.
Oh my, those poor kids. Yeah, I hate Donna. Oh
(04:28):
nobody likes Donna. No, this isn't the last Donna's gonna
hear from me. I'll tell you what I don't want
a Donna. I'll tell you that. You know, we go
lastly to a Florida woman. It's a theme, the all
Florida woman. Addition, last Florida woman in the in the set.
Here today we have a Florida woman who's also a
(04:48):
tarot card reader who swindled a man out of three
thousand dollars. Oh boy, apparently how did she him? Okay, right,
we need to know that, all right? Well, she swindled
a man on a three grand while claiming that she
would double his money. According to police, the victim reported
that the theft had happened on March eleventh. He had
(05:12):
found a tarot card flyer attached to his car. He
contacted the number. The woman, according to this, said she
would do a tarot card reading for twenty dollars. So
the guy went to her apartment where she had the
tarot card reading that's real professional, found sixty seven year
old Carmen de Miguel. According to this, the Carmen performed
(05:33):
the tarot card reading, but then said that she needed
a deeper spiritual cleaning procedure, so that would cost between
six to seven hundred dollars. The victim agreed to pay
some partial payment of that, okay, and that still wasn't enough.
Brittany then, according to this, she said that she would
double his money if he gave her three thousand dollars
(05:55):
in cash. So he's like, okay, that sounds legit, and
there was up until the you know, I promise I
can double your money. I feel like, you know, he
had a lot of cleansing to do here, a lot
of demons inside of him, right, Yeah, and so those
(06:15):
charges were appropriate. Sure. Yeah. Now she told police that
she was disoriented from her healing rituals and she really
had no idea what was going on. It's a lot.
I didn't mean to steal three thousand dollars from this guy.
I was disoriented from my cleansing rituals. Makes sense to me,
Freema girl, I guess, well, that was a lot of fun. Yeah,
(06:38):
it was for everybody except this dude who got swindled
out of three grand by a tarot card reader who
did reading in her apartment. Be he feels cleansed though,
Oh he's very cleansed. Indeed, it was money. But we'll
do this again every morning at seven thirty, nine thirty.

And man, you would think that when she flipped over
that tarot card that said he was going to get
ripped off that he would have paid attention
