We're not the judge said, absolutely not.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
But I'm still trying to figure out and I tried
to google it, but I am not getting an answer.
If there is a mistrial for whatever reason, does that
mean that he's like off the hook or does that
mean they start the trial again. If you know the
answer to that, let me know if you've watched way

saw in you or noticed about you?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Then? I think I have a resting case, So I
think I would want them to know that I'm not that.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Very good answer. I appreciate that. Good job. You have
one more question and then you win those tickets.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
If you could only drink one other beverage besides water
for the rest of your life, which would you pick? Right?

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Sprite? Oh wow, okay.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
All right, only currently drink ice water?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Okay, all right, so Sprite's pretty close. It's like fizzy
water with wine or whatever. All right, Stephanie, you did it.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
You won.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Oh, thank you so very much. Of course, you've got
the pair tickets to go see in Munsick Glatland Cavalry
and you're gonna have a really good time.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Oh wow, that is awesome. Ninety three point one whiskey
when ninety three point one w p C.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Now, good morning, Happy Wednesday. It's the Michael Day Morning Show.
Michael on vacation this week. So I'm holding down the
flour here.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Uh. Baltimore County Schools, guys, this is a situation. So
the teacher there was a school board meeting last night.
The teachers were protesting. Apparently we're supposed to get a
five percent raise. Then they try I think the county
tried to drop it to one point five percent. Now

(07:44):
they're the current offer is two point seven percent, and
instead of getting it at the start of the school year,
they're gonna get it in January. The teachers are like,
uh uh, where's our promised increase. The counties like, we
don't have the money. The teachers are like, I bet
you do somewhere.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
It's getting messy, and I feel bad because it's the
end of the school year. You've got vinyls, you've got exams,
you've got all this stuff, and then you've got this
looming pressure of you know, what's going to happen here
with the union and what anyway, weigh in if you're
a Baltimore County teacher or parent or whatever, and you
want to let me know what you're thinking. Seven seven
nine sixty two is the text? Begin your message with higher. Hey,

(08:27):
so it gets to me here in the studio. And
then the there's a bill right now out there to
raise the federal minimum wage from seven twenty five to
fifteen dollars an hour. Like, let's be honest, guys, seven
to twenty five an hour?

Speaker 3 (08:39):
Are you out of your mind? That's not gonna work? Right?

Speaker 1 (08:41):
I just said last hour, how Maryland is the seventh
most expensive state. Now, I know that's the federal minimum
wage and our minimum wage is higher, but still, can.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
Anybody live on minimum wage?

Speaker 1 (08:50):
No?

Speaker 3 (08:51):
The answer is no.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
They said for a single person to live in Maryland comfortably,
you need to make one hundred and nine thousand.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
Dollars check couple smar Still, so I think I'm still breathing.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Ninety three point one WPOC. Good morning, It's the Michael J.
Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Michael's on vacation this week, but my name's Bethany, and
I'd like to hang out with you if you'll let me.
First of all, congratulations to Kimberly. She's going to Hot
Country Nights. Bob Delmont and Saint Pierre will have more
tickets for you later today to grab those, and then
of course our hot seats at eight thirty if you
want to win some tickets then too. A few minutes ago,

(09:31):
I was talking about BCPs and the contract situation, which
frankly is really hard to follow if you're not involved
in that scenario. But what I can tell you is
that people are really worked up about it, and rightly so.
Someone on tech said BCPs transferred twelve teachers this year
and eighteen teachers last year out of one school, making

(09:52):
all the classes at this particular school thirty plus students.
It would be incredibly hard to teach thirty plus students
and also for the students to learn. And I can
imagine someone said, Hi, I'm a teacher. BCPs agreed to
a three year contract. The raisin question is for year two.
There's a lot of minutia involving you know, which years

(10:14):
and contracts and this kind of thing. But this particular
person said, I'll be losing out on almost five thousand
dollars over the course of two years because of this.
It's not what's good for our students, and I agree,
and educators need better. So I'm thinking about y'all and
sorry that you're going through this, But I mean, like,
what do you what are you gonna do? What's supposed
to happen here? I don't know what the solution is.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Michael Jay's music sitting minute in sixty seconds. If you
don't know, like you own.

Speaker 1 (10:40):

that out?

Speaker 1 (10:51):
Check out Kelsea Ballerini's Instagram And speaking of Instagram, Kane Brown,
who's headlining our Saturday in the Country tickets around sale
now topoc dot com. He posted an adorable video of
him trying to take his daughter fishing and it was
a big fail. She touched the worm and she was like,
I want mommy, I hear you, girl. I don't like

(11:13):
to touch worms either.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
So funny.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
And then Riley Green shaved his mustache and people are
like why why did you do that?

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Because a lot of the ladies liked it.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
A lot of people suspected it was because of his
latest relationship. He said, no, guys, I shaved my mustache
every summer.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
Relax, no big deal.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
You can see his clean shaven face tomorrow night at
Pier six Pavilion.

Speaker 2 (11:37):

Speaker 1 (11:50):
There is Riley Green Worst Way ninety three point one POC.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Good Morning, It's Michael j Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Bethany holding it down because Michael's on vacation, Riley's going
to be He's the one that's going to be at
Pier six Pavilion tomorrow night. And I believe their tickets
still available if you want to go see him sing
that live too.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
All right, let's get into it.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
I brought this up like five thirty ish talking about
this a little bit, and people seem to respond. So
let's get to the bottom of it, shall we. Here's
what happened. A bride and groom get married. They've been
together five years. She says that he really helped to
plan the wedding. It was a joint effort, right, they like,

(12:34):
you know, they did the whole thing.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
They did the.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Flowers and the dress and the tucks and the whole
deal big wedding. At the reception, the best man is
a little tipsy and he declares how funny it is
that the groom wrote his vows using chat gpt last minute.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
Morning of the wedding. The bride is angry. She's hot.
She says it broke her heart.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
She said that they decided to write their own vows
because they thought it would be more personal than using
the traditional ones, and using chatchept's might as well just
have used the traditional ones. She says that, you know,
she's really angry. I don't know if I necessarily agree.
So this bride, it's important to note that she was

(13:20):
an English major in college and she loves writing, so
writing the vows for her was easy. And she said
she's not going to try to hold him as high
as a standard, but she wanted to hear what he
had to say.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
I think nobody asked me, but I'm going to tell
you what I think.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
I think if he's not a good writer, if he
put the prompt into chat gpt about what he wanted
to say to her, and CHATGPET just made him sound
a little I don't know, smarter and well rounded.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Like maybe that's okay. I don't know. What do you
guys think?

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Seven seven ninety six two Begin your message with higher Hay,
you find out that your spouse didn't write their own.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
Vows, they use AI. Are you gonna be mad? Or
is it okay?

Speaker 1 (14:04):
She said the vows were beautiful and they made her
tear up at the ceremony, so at least AI did
a good job. Here's Veranda, the house that built me
ninety three point one w POC.

Speaker 5 (14:18):
I know they say you can't go home again. I
just had to come back one last.

Speaker 3 (14:27):
Time, ma'am.

Speaker 5 (14:31):
I know you don't know me from madam.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Please handbrids on on the frock staves.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
From mine.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
Up these stairs in the little backbit.

Speaker 4 (14:47):
It's where I did my homework and I learned.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
It's Chris Young and Kane Brown Famous Friends. Ninety three
point one w POC.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
Good morning. It's Bethany Michael j on vacation.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
We're talking about this bra who found out it the
reception that her husband didn't write his own vows like
they promised they were going to, and instead he used
chat GPT and she said, the vows are beautiful and
they made her cry. But she, you know, her feelings
were hurt. She thought they were going to write their
own vows to each other. So a lot of people
weighing in on text thank you so much for participating.

(15:21):
Love to hear your opinions. Someone said, I'm a teacher,
this is perfectly fine. I know that you really have
to feed chat GPT the correct information in order to
get something good. And that's kind of what I was thinking.
The bride in this scenario, it was an English major
in college, is good at writing, and you know, she
was able to put all of her feelings out there.

(15:43):
And guys, we know that sometimes men really do have
a hard time expressing their feelings. So if he just
put prompts into chat GPT, that was like, you know,
here's what I love about her. Write me some vows
that sound good, Like, I guess I don't feel like
that's that bad. Somebody on texted I would be really
annoyed finding out after the fact if we were already married,

(16:05):
But then I would just use it long term and
be like when we're in the fight, be like, hey,
at least I wrote my own vows.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
I think that's pretty funny.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Someone said, if I were the bride, I would be
upset too, because writing your own makes it feel more
personal and it should come from the heart. But then
someone said, you know, if he isn't a writer, she
knew that at least he was an adult enough to
try to make it work and write, you know, make
it sound good, so he wasn't stumbling.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
So yeah, I don't know this. I don't know how
I would feel about that.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
I guess maybe he should have told her upfront if
he really wanted to be safe, And maybe he shouldn't
have told that drunk best man, as I feel like
he's the catalyst behind this whole thing.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
