mayor of Buffalo in nineteen seventy seven, guy named Stan Mkowski,
proclaimed July twenty ninth as National Chicken Wing Day to
celebrate thousands of pounds of chicken wings being consumed by
Buffalonians and now become a nationwide phenomenon as it should be.
