Speaker 1 (00:04):
Makes the Valley's Best Mixed Mix ninety sixth nine. I'm Priscilla.
It is time for What's Trending, brought to you by
Hila at River Resorts and Casinos. So Chapel Roane is
giving us a lesson in believing in yourself after she
shared that her former label tried to stop her from
releasing her song Pink Pony Club. And we know it's
one of the biggest hits right now. So what happened
is she tried to release it back in twenty twenty.

(00:25):
Her record label, Atlantic Records said it wasn't good enough
and they dropped her. So she went back home, rebuilt
her brand, her career, saw the song grow organically, and
now look at her selling out biggest crowd at Lollapalooza
and all because.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
She believed in herself.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
And it looks like Adele is believing in her acting skills.
She's said in concert that she was going to take
a break from music, but could she be going into
acting because allegedly she's been taking intense acting lessons from
a top Hollywood coach for over a year.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
I would love to see Adele in a movie I
think that'd be super cool.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Somebody that's not super cool, just kidding. She's amazing, Halsey.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Uh. She does share that she gets roasted all the
time for her viral Blink one eighty two cover.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
That she's sang in a mall.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
I'll be honest, I've seen this several times, and I
always thought it was an impersonator or someone like trying
to be her, and that's who was getting roasted.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
I didn't realize it was actually her. Listen to her sing, toy,
it's telling your choices side mine, so toy sound side Halsey.

(01:40):
I love you. I'm so glad that your voice is evolved.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
The video's hilarious because she's in these tiny little shorts,
her hair is like bleached. She's trying to get like
the four people listening to her sing along with her,
and they are not biting, and it's just like the
secondhand embarrassment.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
But look at where she's today.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Okay, on the way, we have your sip of the day,
and this woman is claiming that she taught her dog
how to speak English, and I can't decide if the
dog is speaking English or if she's a little cuckoo
we'll share it with you just around six forty. It's
The Valley's Best Mix, Mix ninety six nine. I'm Priscilla.
Your chance to go to our iHeartRadio Music festivals coming
up with Mix ninety six nine's road Trip playlist at

(02:19):
eight thirty. But it is time for your sip of
the day, that little sip of fun to get you
through your morning while you sip on your coffee. And
this woman is claiming that she taught her dog how
to speak English.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Listen to this. You say good morning, can you say
how are you okay?

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Is the dog speaking English? Or is the woman kookie?

Speaker 2 (02:43):
You say good morning?

Speaker 3 (02:47):
Can you say how are you.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Not?

Speaker 1 (02:50):
End one?

Speaker 5 (02:50):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (02:51):
Are you?

Speaker 2 (02:51):
I think both A dog is speaking English and she's kooky.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Uh, the producer said said earlier, She's like, that is
so creepy. I do not want my dog to speak English.
I don't even want my dog to bark, so I
would agree with that. I don't need my dog to
be more human than she already is. Thank you, miss
On Mixed ninety six nine in the Valley's Best Mix,
I'm Priscilla, So sid we just bought a house like
a couple months ago. Officially moved in, trying to get settled.

(03:18):
It's it's been a journey.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Yeah, how's it going, because I know you're having a
hard time furnishing it.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
Well, I know that's the thing. It's so funny.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
I bought a house, but I can't afford to furnish it.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
But that's not true.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
You're being frugal, we're being mindful of how we spend
our money. Well, I would let me backtrack. My husband
is being very very mindful. I would have done furnished
it and had everything done if it was up to me.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
Yeah, And I don't blame you because it's nice to
have everything set up and everything feel like there's a place.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
Well, the problem is is there is all these little
things that are not done yet. My husband said the
other day, this doesn't feel like home yet and I
need more time to adjust.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
And I said, well, let me slap in the budget
on you. Thank you.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Like, for example, our front room, you walk in, it's
this grand room and that's where I want to put
a dining room, and then I also want to put
like a little couch set up, and he's making me wait,
and so now it's it's completely empty.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
It literally is just there's nothing in that room.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
I was like, well, yeah, it feels like an empty
house because you won't let me put anything in here.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Exactly.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Have you been keeping an eye out for big tables
because I will see an ad every once in a
while and I go and look at it.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
I am, I am, but I also my biggest fear
is like finding something I'm in love with and I
just can't buy it yet.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Yes, Michael thinks.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Yeah, Michael said, I have to wait to buy it
until October. That's when the budget will be fresh, so
that's a whole month, and then we have we haven't
gotten our shutters yet, so we're like living in a
house of temporary Like I'm not kidding. These things a
construction paper iron like just like it's just like accordion together.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
So it is a thing. But we're gonna get there.
It'll be awesome. It takes time, give me a couple months.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
But what I'll do is I'll put some pictures on
Instagram of what we've done so far. Do you want
to check it out at makes ninety six nine FM.
It's excinety six nine in the Valley's Best Mixed Priscilla
Here it is time for our jaw dropper of the day.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Snock girl, I think you drop something my jaw. Okay,
so sid that you know the website Temu right.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Oh yeah, you can get anything on there, right.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Yes, it's one of those websites where it feels like
a Forever twenty one, but everything's cheap two dollars. People
are buying like full furniture for like four dollars, right, yeah,
off or the off brand.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Yes. Well, this girl ordered a croissant shape lamp, which
very cute. I would do this, by the way.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Yeah, because my daughter actually has these little pouches, these
pocket purses that are shaped like a tomato or a banana.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Super fun.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
Well, she gets it one day and she lights it,
goes to work, comes home, and she realizes that there
are hundreds of ants at this croissant and she's like,
wait a minute, is this a real croissant that is
just dipped in resin? And so she decides to take

(06:11):
this and this's a whole TikTok about it, by the way.
At Mikes ninety six to nine FM, she decides to
take this croissant, break it in half, and taste it.

Speaker 5 (06:22):
Hang on, I guess This is one way to truly gnar.
It's literally food.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Her lamp is a pastry.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Timo dipped a croissant in resin and put a light
in it and sold it and mailed it.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
It seems like a fire hazard to be somehow like.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
It seems dangerous. Yes, I don't know, honestly, though it's
kind of epic.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
It's a jaw dropper for sure.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
If you want to see this resin lamp croissant thing,
it's on our Instagram right now.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
At Max ninety six nine FM.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Okay, on the way, we have your chance to go
to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights. Plus one bag
of hot Cheetos almost destroyed a national park. So this
is a warning to everyone getting ready for hiking this
fall season.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
We'll do that just around seven to twenty five.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
It's make ninety six to nine in the Valley's Best Mix.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
I'm Priscilla.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
It's time for What's Trending, brought to you by Hila
River Resorts and Casinos. So I mentioned that one bag
of hot Cheetos could break down an entire national park,
and I share this with you on the heels of
hiking season because it is about to get cooler and
people are gonna be outside a lot more. But according
to this National Park in New Mexico, someone dropped a

(07:47):
bag of hot Cheetos and the processed snacks basically foster
microbule growth. I'm not a scientific enough, but you know
what I'm trying to say that attract cave crickets, mites, spiders, flies,
and then they form this temporary food web and then
it creates like this mold inside of the ecosystem. It's
basically like this little bag creates an ecosystem within the

(08:10):
forest or the national park, wherever you're at, and then
disrupts everything. It really is starts from the bottom, So
make sure you keep that in mind and remember leave
no trace policy anywhere you go. Stanley's Barbie Dream Quencher
collection sells out in hours, which is wild because it
was four hundred and eighty dollars, but it was eight
limited edition tumblers. Now if you're like, oh, I missed it,

(08:32):
didn't even know that was happening, well, you can try
and get each tumbler as they're released next week, but
they're gonna be sixty dollars each and two of them
will be released each day until the final one.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Last night was the VMA's which is amazing.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
There was so much fun, a lot of people on
the red carpet. I loved Chapel Roone. She was like fiery,
Katie Perry looked awesome.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
She is in shape. I hope I look like she
does when she's in her when I'm in my forties.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Taylor Swift, I don't love her outfit, but I think
she was like giving a vibe and an energy and
all of that stuff. But last night, Chapel Roone won
an award Best New Artist, and then she was kind
of asked, like, how do you feel about this?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
How does this make you feel?

Speaker 4 (09:17):
I'm up here with like Miss Sabrina, and I'm up
here with like Miss Taylor, and I'm up here with
like Camilla, Like it's cool to be around like the
pop girlies and too for me. For a long time,
I felt kind of on the other side of that,
just because I'm a freak and like whatever, I feel like, Oh,
I really did earn my way here, and freaks deserve trophies.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Freaks deserve trophies, my girl, and she won them along
with Artists of the Year. Taylor Swift. Song of the
Summer went to Taylor Swift post Malone. I love that
she gave Travis a little shout out with video of
the Year.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
It was kind of cute.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
She's like everything that man touches is happiness and magic.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
Post Malone was awesome.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
Song of the Year was Sabrina Carpon and I really
enjoyed Teddy Swim's performance, like he was so good and
just listen to him be a powerhouse come following. I mean,

(10:29):
I can't imagine being born with a voice like that.
All right, it is time to hook you up with
tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights. All you
gotta do is play Priscilla's Pyramid. Give us a call
right now. Six oh two two, six oh nine, sixty nine.
That's six oh two two, six oh nine, six nine.
It's exciting six nine in the Valley's Best mixed Priscilla Here.

(10:51):
It is time for Priscilla's Pyramid. Sid is in the
studio and she's gonna help Jessica win her way into
Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Good morning, good morning. So it's super easy.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
All you gotta do is guess the word that Sid
is giving you clues to. Okay, okay, got it, all right,
here we go, start the clock, Sid, let's do it.
The theme for the record is video game characters.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Oh gosh, okay, all right, here we go. Okay, this
one is a gorilla and he smashes stuff. I think, yes,
Luigi's brother Maria.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yes, it's one more. And then this one.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
She's not a queen, but she still wears a crown.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
She wears pinky Yes, congratulation. You got the Universal Studios, Hollywood.

Speaker 6 (11:46):
Oh my god, my kids are in the car and
they're so excited.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Thank yeah. Great way to start the day. Thank you
so much, Jessica, thank you.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
All right, hey, Ty the way with our hot topic,
what is the pettiest thing you've ever done? And not
even maybe it's not even the pettiest thing you've ever done.
Maybe it's something you do petty every day. We have
this woman that we found on social media that is
going viral and she is so petty with her baby daddy.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
I kind of love it. She wins, it's so funny.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
Yeah, we'll do that in two songs, but first, let's
play some jelly roll and Leanie Wilson. It's next seventy
six to nine the Valley's Best makes Priscilla. Here your
chance to go to our iHeartRadio Music Festival. It's coming
up at eight point thirty this morning. But it is
time for our hot topic and sid. This woman went
viral for the petty thing that she did to her
baby daddy.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
I'm not gonna lie. It's kind of hilarious.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Well, my baby daddy as me for pictures of our son,
ask send it to him with my name watermark on
spens the time with him, and you can take your
own pictures.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Let's see that little boy right here. That's all my work.
And you ain't gonna be flexing like you daddy at
a year she said, you're not gonna copyright me. That
is hilarious.

Speaker 1 (12:58):
I just can imagine he's like trying to get photos
just for to post on social Yes, she's like, no,
thank you.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
I was looking. I looking at.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
The comments on it, and somebody said, when my one
of my friends found out that her husband was cheating
on her, and so she took his rare coin collection
and went to the convenience store and bought chips and soda.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
Oh my gosh, she didn't even get the money.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
She just bought snacks. That is petty, that's petty. Oh
my gosh. I was trying to.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Think of, like what I have done to be petty.
I do little petty things every day.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
We all do.

Speaker 1 (13:31):
But I remember when Michael and I first started dating.
This is so petty and dumb. I have evolved in
grown Okay. I used to like leave a lip gloss
in his car, or maybe a pair of earrings in
his car, just to see if they were still there
when I got back in his car. And you gotta
claim your territory, like if anyone else is in the.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Car, you know he's you, lady, thank you.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Then her lip gloss lives there, and I would make
sure it's in the same spot, because like it'd be
different if it was in the glove box and then
ended up in the cup holder. Then I'd be like,
why did it move?

Speaker 6 (14:01):
What?

Speaker 1 (14:01):
You know? Yes, you know, I don't do that anymore.
Ten years later, for the record, have you done or
do you do anything petty?

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
There was one in high school where I was talking
to this guy forever on and off, and I find
out one of my best friends who also has a
boyfriend is texting him inappropriate things. Oh and so I'm
you know, fired up. Yeah, my one girlfriend who's more
petty than me. She goes, let's get a fake number
and text her boyfriend and tell her that she's been
texting another guy.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
And so we did, and then he broke up with her.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
My god, I honestly know that I feel kind of
bad now actually, because they were like.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Gonna get gonna get married.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
It's giving when but were they No, she was messing around,
you know, it's giving.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
Snooky leaving a letter for Sammy dear see him.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
Ron was at the club Alma last night, Gamma last night. Okay,
if you have ever done anything petty, or you know
someone that has, or maybe just something like so tiny,
we want to hear about it. Six oh two two
six oh oh nine six nine. That's six oh two two,
six oh oh nine, six nine. It's six ninety six nine.

(15:12):
The Valley's Best makes Priscilla here in the middle of
our hot topic, and we're asking you, what's the pettiest
thing you've ever done. It doesn't even have to be scandalous.
It give me something hilarious. For example, we put this
on our Instagram stories at Mix ninety six nine FM,
and Sarah said, when she was in college, her roommate
owed her ten dollars for the Internet, but she only
gave her seven. So she changed the Wi Fi password

(15:35):
to ten digits long and only gave her seven of
the digits. And she said, I'll give you the other
three digits when you give me the other three dollars.
And then Terry said, when she was in fifth grade,
she was so mad at her parents for something she
can't even remember that she decided to put toilet water
in the iron so they would have to steam with

(15:55):
toilet water.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
That is such a fifth grade move.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
And then Kara said that when her boyfriend and her
got into an argument, she took all the light bulbs
from her apartment while he went on a walk to
cool off. And she even took the oven light, the
vacuum cleaner light, every single light in the house and
then just left the house with a bag full of
lightbulbs and stayed at a friend's house. I mean, that's
the level of petty I aspired to be. Always, if

(16:21):
you have something silly or petty that you've done in
the past that makes you laugh now give us a call.
We want to hear at six oh two two six
oh oh nine six ' nine. That's six o two
two six oh oh nine six ' nine. It's the
Valley's Best Mixed Mix ninety six nine. Priscilla here your
chance to go to our iHeart Radio Music Festival coming
up at eight thirty. But we're in the middle of
our hot topic and we're asking you, what's the pettiest

(16:43):
thing you've done? We have anonymous in Phoenix on the phone. Okay,
tell us what you've done.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
Hi.

Speaker 6 (16:49):
So one time when I was first dating my husband,
my now husband, we had his well, I guess his
ex has been sending himself trying to hook up and stuff.
And then I he told me, and so then I
had her on my socials. So I went and waunch
everybody from my story except for her, and I posted

(17:10):
not anything like explicit, uh, but I did posted a
picture of us in bed together, and she was so
so mad about that.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Ah, girl was standa listen, it works because Linco and
I are married. I mean, yeah, yeah, thanks for that.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
All right, let's move on to Lisa.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Lisa and Avendel, what's that petty thing that you have
done in the past.

Speaker 7 (17:39):
So when I would break up with my exes, I
used to take their email and their phone number and
sign them up for a bunch of like random sam
things Like I would take their emails and I'd sign
them up for like shats and bodywork, victorious Secret. But
I would do it like for months long. So like
if even if they unsubscribed, I would just resubscribe them.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
I'm like, oh my gosh, see that's cool because I
would want it. So that's my thing is like I
would want revenge, but nothing that's going to ruin your life.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
Just make it so inconvenient exactly.

Speaker 7 (18:08):
Yeah, I would just make it an annoying all right.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
We want to hear from you.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
If you have something petty that you've done, and it,
like I said, it can be something super small and hilarious,
give us a call. We want to hear at six
O two two six oh oh nine six nine. That's
six O two two six oh oh nine six nine.
It's six ninety six nine in the Valley's Best Mixed
Priscilla Here, we got Cassandra on the phone. We're in
the middle of our hot topic and we're asking you,

(18:32):
what's the pettiest thing you've done, Cassandra, what is it
for you?

Speaker 8 (18:37):
My sister in law has anger issues, so she ended
up putting my number on her debt collectors call no
calling me asking for her. So then I decided to
add her name to anger management.

Speaker 9 (18:53):
Classes too, applications for her to find a job for
for all kinds of things. And then they started calling
her and this she ended up having to change her number.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
Wait, that's so good though she started it, you know
what I mean, like, what are you gonna dope?

Speaker 2 (19:12):
So that's on her. How are you guys right now?
Are you guys in a better place?

Speaker 8 (19:16):
Nope?

Speaker 9 (19:17):
Been like that ever since I first met her.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Oh man, Well, at least you can handle your own Cassandra.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
Okay, oh yeah, I appreciate it. Thanks so much for
that call.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
Thanks Bunny. All right, don't forget your chance to go
to our iHeartRadio Music Festival is coming up at eight thirty.
I'm gonna have the next song for you for our
mixed ninety six to nine road trip playlist.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Plus, we have your tickets to the Phoenix Mercury Game
and commercial free music all coming up in about ten
minutes right here on mix.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
It's Mix ninety six to nine, the Valley's Best Mixed.

Speaker 1 (19:50):
Priscilla Here, it's time for What's Trending, brought to you
by Hila River Resorts and Casinos. And everyone is trying
to figure out what they're gonna be for Halloween. So
the list of the most popular Halloween costumes is out
in case you don't want to follow the trends, or
maybe you're looking for ideas, so Beetlejuice and the entire cast, Ghostbusters, Deadpool, Wolverine,

(20:11):
Inside Out too.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
That's gonna be a fun one Wednesday.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Adams and the Adams Family, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Jojo Seewah,
but I hope it's the Jojo Seawall version of Fashion
Week where she's like in this big black ballpuff she's ridiculous,
or the crazy dance that she does. Breakdancer Rachel ray Gun.
I was thinking about being her.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
I don't know anymore.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Taylor and Travis of course, and then the presidential candidates.
So if you need any ideas, there you have it.
Last night it was the VMA's. It was such a
great show. Love seeing the red carpet and all of
the outfits and then seeing some of our favorite performers
and artists win their awards, like Best Alternative went to
Benson Boone, Beautiful Things, Video for Good went to Billie

(20:52):
Eilish What Was I Made For? And then our girl
Hawsey performed her new song Egoay. She did such a

(21:17):
great job. It was so fun to watch. I enjoyed
all of it. We have a lot of the highlights
and the red carpet and performances on our Instagram right
now at MIxS ninety six nine FM. All right, your
next song to our Mix ninety six nine road Trip
playlist is coming up for your chance to go to
our iHeartRadio Music Festival. We'll do that in a couple songs,

(21:37):
but first the Marias run Your Mouth one of my
favorite songs out right now turn it up. Here they
are on Mix ninety six nine. It's the Valley's Best
Mix Mix ninety six nine. I'm Priscilla and it is
time for the vibe check.

Speaker 2 (21:51):
Sid. You're about to have a baby girl very soon.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Let's see if you would pass the vibe for mom
groups when your daughter is in primary school. I hope
so primary school? Who says that elementary school? Primary school?
I'm from England and Okay, so it says these are
the top signs that you're the annoying mom everyone is
talking about at school.

Speaker 3 (22:14):
See, I hope moms don't even know who I am.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
You know, No, you can't do that nowadays. I wanted
to be all about the kid. So here's the thing
it is. I know all the moms in my daughter's group.
But it's not about like us moms getting together to
chitty chat or like gossip. It's just like, it's good
to know the moms and have their numbers and then playdates. Right, yes,

(22:38):
all that fun stuff. But here are a few of
those tips. So don't complain about play dates. So you're
already out, Oh great, great.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
See growing up, I had the.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
Parents where they didn't make friends with any of the
other parents friends because they were so much older than
everyone else.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Yeah, no, you know, but it was kind of nice.
I think that's what it was.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Just in gen I don't think you would just send
your kids over to their friend's house and not know them.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
Now it's like, all right, who are your parents? I
get to know?

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Not sleepovers of course. Yeah yeah, but your played eight's
during the day. Just ride your bike on over and
it wasn't called a play date. I was just like,
go hang out with your friend.

Speaker 2 (23:15):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Here's the other thing. Not volunteering at events you get
talked about. So I'm okay, I must get talked about
because I've only volunteered like twice. I could be down
to volunteer. Okay, what about this gloating about your kid?
No one wants that kind of parent. I won't ever
do that. I love my kids and I think they're great,
but I'm never gonna act like they're.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
Better than everyone else. Yeah, that's I think this one's hard.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
And I've done this, and I wonder if I've gotten
gossiped about working from home during a playdate.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
What's wrong with that?

Speaker 1 (23:45):
It says that you should be attentive and that you
shouldn't be ignoring the kids, and that you should be
available at all times. And here's the thing, is like,
my daughter's almost nine, and so I think it's okay
if they just play.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
I don't need to supervise their play do I know?

Speaker 3 (24:01):
I wouldn't think so. But again, I'm not a parent
just yet. And I'm not like out, you know, on
conference calls.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
I'm at my computer doing work while they're playing in
the loft or maybe they're playing in the kitchen.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
Yeah, I think at their school age, let them know
they're together.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
I mean, if they're like two, that's different. But then
it wouldn't even be a playdate. Both moms would be there,
ye you know what I mean. So I think that
this all sounds very like clicky yeah, and it is
not for me. So we need to create another mom
group for like non judgmentals, you know.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
Yeah, gosh, it's so much these days. I heard one
school by us. You have to have a Facebook page
now and if you're not part of the Facebook page,
then you missed out on like volunteer opportunities and you
have to volunteer so many times a month.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Oh, like it seems very wow. Part of like I
deleted my Facebook again. You're not going to know any
of the moms. Then it's The.

Speaker 1 (24:55):
Valley's Best Mixed Mix ninety six y nine and Priscilla
And last night was the vm MA SID. I know
you were watching it. You were all over social media
with it. Watching The Red Carpet so much fun.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
The Red Carpet had some good looks, had some interesting looks. Yes,
but the VMA's are always a little out there. Who
is your favorite outfit of the night, Sabrina Carpenter That
Marilyn Monroe dress?

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Yes, I loved it was amazing. Who is sus like?
I don't know if I dig this outfit or not? Taylor,
I know it even so good.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
I think it was the black short with the boots
over the knee. I don't think she needs to wear
a boot over the knee ever. Again, I hair and
makeup looked phenomenal. Was gonna say she looked smoking hot, smoking.
She is definitely in her Vixen era.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Yes, that's a nice way to put it. Let's be real,
but it for it.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
It was really cool because last night her and post
Malone won a lot of awards together for Fortnite Video
of the Year all that, and she actually brought him
up on stage and was gushing about how amazing post
Malone is.

Speaker 10 (25:57):
There is a very clear reason and why post Malone
is everyone in music's favorite person to collaborate with, and
it is because you are so ridiculously talented, you are
so versatile, and you're the most down to earth person, honestly,
so unfailingly polite. It has taken me forever to get

(26:21):
him to stop calling me ma'am.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
So do you want to say something, Austin.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
Listen, it's the yes ma'am at the end that was
so sweet. He seems really chill. In fact, our friend
broke over at Kane actually said one of the reasons
he's been really welcome into the country world is because
he has immersed himself in all of the areas and
he almost makes people feel like he's like he's lucky

(26:46):
to be there versus the other way around.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
Yeah, he's just happy to be there. He's always hanging out.

Speaker 3 (26:50):
I do wonder when this guy sleeps, all these collapse.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
That's true.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
I'm real, so congrats to him and Taylor. Speaking of gushing, though,
she was also gushing about her man, Travis ca.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
I know we've seen it online.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Like the actual images and everything, but the video and
the audio is so good. I'm gonna play it for
you in about ten minutes plus, I'm gonna have your
chance to go to the Phoenix Mercury game right here
on Mikes ninety six nine. It's the Valley's Best Mix
Mix ninety six nine. I'm Priscilla, So last night was
the VMA's and SID Taylor Swift won a lot of awards, right, Yes,

(27:24):
and she we all know she's been very vocal or
I would say public about her boyfriend Travis. Yeah, this
one pictures and videos, Yes, but this is kind of
the first time she's gushed about him on stage at
an award show.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
And it was funny because part of me.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
Was like, I don't know that that shout out made
sense in that moment, but I do love what she
had to say about him because you can clearly tell
she's in love with him.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
Listen to this.

Speaker 11 (27:49):
This video seems very sad when you watch it, but
it actually was like the most fun video to make.
And something that I'll always remember is that when when
I would finish a take and I and I'd say
cut and we'd be done with that take, I would
always just hear like someone like like cheering and like
like like.

Speaker 10 (28:09):
From across.

Speaker 11 (28:12):
From across the studio where we were shooting it, and
that that one person was my boyfriend Travis.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
I Like, I like what she had to say.

Speaker 11 (28:22):
Next, everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun
and magic, So I want to thank him for adding
that to our shoot.

Speaker 2 (28:30):
You know what, I can see that.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
Like, I definitely thought that too, because Travis Kelsey gives
Golden Retriever vibes. Yes, always, and they say the black
Cat and Golden Retriever are like the best match, and
I do think I know, uh, Taylor Swift. I was
gonna say trailer because my names. I know Taylor Swift
does have that goofy fun match your energy vibe, but

(28:54):
she gives off black Cat energy.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Yeah, she's a moody artist. And them doing that Fortnite video,
I'm there was a lot of takes and like she said,
it's a sadder video. But how fun when you yell
cut and Trus yellies in the corner.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Like you're doing amazing, sweetie.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
