Speaker 2 (20:53):
Burning and Angel dway back there started this segment off
with you and Brandon. Now we have something pretty special
to wrap up this week's episode.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
You know, I think a couple of years back, we
did something that was all about collaboration of the local
music scene to put songs together. And that's really what
this is, right, I mean, it's not necessarily a local
music scene, but it features someone from local fame, or
should I say.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
A band from local fame.

Speaker 5 (21:20):
Yeah, and that's also in the Hall of Fame, that's right,
the Central Pennslvania Music Hall of Fame. We inducted a
couple of years ago. It's Hailstorm and Brooks and Dunn
has this concept that they call the Reboot Album, which
they reboot their original songs featuring other artists and bands
in the style of the other artists and bands. So
you know their popular hit boot Scoot and Boogie right, absolutely,

(21:41):
it's a country line dancing mutt, right, he'll do.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
And you gotta sing it with that twang in there,
right do you?

Speaker 5 (21:53):
But not this version right, this is rocked up in
the Hailstorm fashion with Lizzie and r J in company.
It Bootscoot and Buggie from Brooks and Dun Reboot two
album featuring Hailstorm.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Enjoy on the Local Show the River ninety seven three.

Speaker 6 (22:27):
Every Women Records You Tell Me.

Speaker 9 (23:23):
Still Happen.

Speaker 1 (24:55):
The Local Show on the River ninety seven three.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
That is Brooks and Done with our very own Hailstorm
Rock and Boot Scoot and Boogie from the Brooks and
dun Reboot two. That is such a cool collab man,
and never in a million years dream that one up.

Speaker 4 (25:10):
And I love that.

Speaker 5 (25:11):
Idea too, right because it takes songs that you know
as country songs. But if you listen to that, that
ain't a country song.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
No, no, no, And you know Lizzy and RJ had
a blast though, absolutely, yeah, for sure. All right, So
that's gonna do it for this week's episode of the
Local Show. But we've got the big night coming up
on Wednesday with the Central Pennsylvania Music Awards and Hall
of Fame Induction ceremony American Music Theater in Lancaster.

Speaker 1 (25:32):
There might be some tickets left. Possibly. I wouldn't sit
on this.

Speaker 5 (25:36):
I might have to check the website right now because
there's a little bit left. But yeah, it's like our
version of the Local Grammys. Doors open at five as
a red carpet experience. As a pre show, people dressed
to the nines. You can come as you as you want,
but a lot of people dress to the nines. Over
fifty awards given out and we're inducting August Burns, Read,
Anita Humes, The Innocence Mission, the Jordan Brothers, Mike Reid,

(25:59):
and the.

Speaker 1 (25:59):
Soulville All All Stars live on stage. There'll be live
performances as well. It's gonna be one heck of a night.

Speaker 5 (26:04):
We can't wait to see you there this Wednesday again.

the sixth annual cpma's and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony,
