Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning time
kiss on seven one good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
I don't know what is going on with the roads lately,
and maybe you two have had some weird experiences, especially
driving around early in the morning during the dark. I
could see how this would happen, but I just find
it odd that it's happened like every day in the
last couple of days. On my way into the office,

(00:26):
someone has gotten off the highway or going to go
onto the highway and they're going down the wrong way.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Just happened on my way in this morning.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
So I get off at exit twelve seventy one North,
and if you're familiar with the Kenwood area or you
go to the mall, ever, I got go to take
a right to get off the highway and go into
my office building. And for the second third day in
a row, this woman is driving her SUV down the

(00:59):
off ramp of seventy one and I don't know if
it's because of that Hesse Gas station there, and you think, oh,
if I just like go in and maybe there's a
left hand turn there, there's no left hand turn because
that's obviously the exit ramp, and I don't know if
it's because it's dark out, I'm assuming that's what it is,
and you're just disorientated.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
But I'm like, it's you kind of.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Panic because everything in your body is telling you, like,
this feels wrong. And luckily it's labeled enough with wrong
way signs that people usually stop. And it's obviously quiet
because it's you know, still early in the morning and
dark out, so it hasn't caused a problem yet.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Knock on wood, but why, I'm like, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
And I'm like, h like, do I like lay on
the horn? Do I wave at them? Typically they're pretty
much getting it right away, but it was definitely a
little jarring.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Maybe you've had a problem or two.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
You'll have to, you know, fill me in on Speaking
of problems, what's going on with JD Vans?

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Oh my god?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Did you see the videos yesterday of the trophy? I'll
have that and more coming up in the three Things
you Need to Know to get your day started in
sincey at six fifty. The best way to keep listening
so you don't miss that is by searching Kiss one
oh seven one on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
When you need to know She's got you.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
It's three things with tip on good morning.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
My suspicions were confirmed with that concert announcement. Hold on,
I'll have that for you in just a hot second.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
We're just before seven o'clock here on this Tuesday, April fifteenth.
It's tax deadline for Ohioans. You have until midnight to
file for Kentuckians. Looks like there's a little bit of
an extension. When I say little bit, I'm hearing until November.
I picked this up from our sister station seven hundred Wow.
Due to the flooding deeper ink it too Kentucky, so

(02:54):
I would confirm that just to make sure. But I
did hear that this morning. All right, Before we get
to the concert announcement.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
Let's start off with JD.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Van.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
So what's going on at the White House? Yesterday?

Speaker 2 (03:05):
President Donald Trump and Vice President Jade Van, Cincinnati native
as well, invited Ohio State to the White House as
the typically happens when a team wins a championship, and
as they're all sitting down getting or I guess standing
gathering around this table to take the picture, JD Vance

(03:25):
drops the trophy and you know this is playing in
the background. We are the champions, right, they're all gathering together,
and it looked as if he broke it, But upon
further investigation and review, it looks like the trophy does
break apart into two different pieces, and he fumbled the
base in the top piece, so the base fell and

(03:47):
hit the ground, and the crowd was like.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
There's this thing called spirit stick and it can never
ever touch the graft Art shipman.

Speaker 6 (03:57):
Your mission, should you choose to accept it and to better,
is to capture the spiritstick and drop it in front
of the entire camp.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
That's what it felt like. I was like, oh no, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
You'll see the video circulating aline second and three things
you need to know.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
It was confirmed yesterday.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
I'm so excited that Stevie Nicks is coming to the
Heritage Bank this summer.

Speaker 7 (04:25):
Nor can.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
I know. I let that play far too long, but
I'm so excited. This is huge and according to the
release dates, we're one of very few announced right now.
She said, more solo shows are on the way in
twenty twenty five. I can't wait to share these dates
and nights with you. But we've got Boston, Toronto, Saint Paul, Cincinnati, Columbia,

(05:13):
South Carolina, Tampa, Phoenix, Vegas, and Oklahoma City.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
She'll be here on August twenty third. Pre sale is
Thursday at ten am, and on sale for the general
public is this coming Friday. I'm one hundred percent buying
tickets to that show. I'm very much looking forward to it.
I should have looked up when the last time, if ever,
she's been here, but this is, to my knowledge, the
first I'm hearing of her ever being in Sincy.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
Don't quote me on that one.

Speaker 8 (05:42):
All right.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
And then lastly, in three.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Things you need to know, we touched base on Blue
Origin at the end of yesterday's show as the all
female Blue Origin space crew is getting ready to take
off and go into space, orbiting for just a few
minutes there come in total, the flight was just shy
of eleven minute and it's the internet had gone insane
for Gail King. But when she did land after kissing

(06:06):
the ground, she said this to me, it's such.

Speaker 9 (06:08):
A reminder about how we need to do better, be better,
do better, be better human beings. It's so nasty and
so bitriolic nowadays. And I mean, if everybody could experience
that peace that we had of there and the kindness
and what it takes to.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
Do what we did.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Her face before she went on that trip has said
nothing but regret.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
She looked like she was going to throw up upon this.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Crew was Lauren Sanchez, Katy Perry, Gail King, Amanda NuGen Aishabo,
and Carrie and Flynn. We had wondered, was Katy Perry
gonna sing? Was she going to sing Extraterrestrial?

Speaker 3 (06:45):
She did not. She is explaining why she did choose
What a wonderful world.

Speaker 10 (06:51):
It's not about me, It's not about singing my songs.
It's about a collective energy in there.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
It's about us.

Speaker 10 (06:58):
It's about making space for or future women and taking up.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Space and belonging.

Speaker 10 (07:04):
And it's about this wonderful world that we see right
out there and appreciating it.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
This is all for the benefit of Earth.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
I can imagine that it's a once at a like
once in a lifetime view, you know, to see it
with your own eyeballs.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
She did also take that.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Time to announce what the set list was gonna be
for her Lifetime's tour. You can see that online. Unfortunately,
no dates here in Cincinnati. All right, that is three
things you need to know for the fifteenth of April.
Coming up at seven twenty, We're gonna talk careers and
get some advice for a listener.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
You know, with the job being what it is right.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
Now, maybe you find yourself in this position too. Do
I stay at this job knowing that the money is
good and I'm afraid to leave, but I'm miserable.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
If that resonates with you, maybe you.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Have some advice for our talkbacker We'll get to that
around seven twenty. The best way to listen and participate
is by searching Kiss one oh seven one on the
iHeartRadio app. Good morning, You're waking up with Tiff in
the morning on Kiss one O seven one?

Speaker 4 (08:06):
How are you Tuesday, Texaday?

Speaker 2 (08:08):
You know, trying to do everything under the sun to
get them done in time.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
There are two types of friends, though.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
There are the ones that get them filed within the
month of January, and then there are those like you
and I that just really, you know, hang on.

Speaker 3 (08:24):
And you know what.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
You and I are very much like the people that
probably wait until you have zero gas as well, right
I pull into that gas station most days on fumes.
So you know, type A Type B friends. You gotta
have a mix of both. In this world.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
Kiss one O seven one's commercial free.

Speaker 2 (08:42):
I forgot where I was going with this, and that's
also called being a neurodivergent.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Best way to keep listening to Tiff in the morning
is by searching Kiss one oh seven one on the
iHeartRadio app. Coming up two songs from now. Would you
stay in a job that you hate just because the
money is good?

Speaker 3 (09:06):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
We're gonna have this conversation. We're also gonna help out
one of our listeners coming up next. Don't go far if.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning, h kiss one.

Speaker 9 (09:17):
On all right.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
I think this question is really dependent on the person
and your lifestyle. Would you leave the money for your sanity?
What's more important to you in the workplace, your your
sanity or the money. Before we get to anonymous, and
she said before she came on the radio, she's like,

(09:40):
please don't say my name. I'm like, I get it,
I get it. I was gonna try to get Julia
on the Job for this, but I figured, even though
Julia on the Job is our career expert, this feels
like a very personal question and we're looking for personal
opinions on this, so Anonymous is looking for some advice
on what or not she should leave the job for

(10:02):
her sanity or stay for the money.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
Good morning, what's going on?

Speaker 11 (10:06):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Oh my god, I have.

Speaker 12 (10:08):
Never done this before. This is so awkward.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
No, dall, it's always me.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Literally, it's me in this little box and I answer
the phones and it's just you, and isis what do
you think?

Speaker 3 (10:17):
What are your thoughts?

Speaker 13 (10:17):
Oh?

Speaker 12 (10:18):
My gosh, hello, tips, I listen to you every morning.
I've just never made a phone call.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Well, look it up, all right, so walk me through
what's going on?

Speaker 12 (10:28):
Okay, So to set the table. I work in a warehouse, okay.
All of her management staff is very young and inexperienced. Okay,
and a few months ago we lost our operations manager
who oversees everything.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
So we have a bunch.

Speaker 12 (10:42):
Of managers running around like little Pechelan children. So the
problem is they are the problem, and there's no one
to go to.

Speaker 4 (10:52):
So I need everyone's help.

Speaker 12 (10:53):
I've went to the ethics committee, who won't even return
my phone call. So what I have is in a
direct supervisor who is playing favorites, telling most of us
that we're not allowed to clock in early. We're not
allowed to stay late. We're not allowed to try to
get extra hours. But there is one.

Speaker 10 (11:14):
Person, one person in the entire.

Speaker 12 (11:17):
Building who is allowed to clock in every day an
hour and a half early Monday through Friday and work
on Sunday.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
Okay? And so how are you feeling with that?

Speaker 12 (11:25):
They want to keep me where I'm at? I don't
want to be where I'm at. I'm burned out where
I'm at. But this same manager has basically rule over everything,
and there's no one to rain her in.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
H And do you I want to ask a simple question,
but do you like working for this company?

Speaker 4 (11:44):
Not anymore?

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Okay? So are you?

Speaker 10 (11:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 12 (11:46):
They pay me good girl?

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Yeah? And it's tough right now.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
So I hear out there. What is your question for Cincinnati?
Let's see if we can get you some help.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Would you leave the money?

Speaker 12 (11:57):
I mean, would you leave the money for your sanity?

Speaker 8 (12:00):
All right?

Speaker 2 (12:00):
You hang tight, Let's see what Cincinnati has to say
before I give my take on it. Five to one three,
because you very much might be in the same position,
so I figured it'd be great to connect you in
your wisdom five one three seven four nine one oh
seven one Stay for the money, leave for the sanity.

(12:21):
You can also talk back with Tiff on the iHeartRadio app.
That microphone is in the top right hand corner. Good morning,
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one. We're in the midst of getting
some advice for anonymous on whether or not she should
leave the job for her sanity or stay because the
money is good.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
Good morning.

Speaker 14 (12:39):
I think, Honesvrey, she should leave her sanity and her
medical health is more important than people playing favorites, honestly,
because it just doesn't do anyone good. I'm in the
same boat and I'm deciding whether or not I want
to leave my job or stay, because I mean, mental
health is more important than a simple book.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
You sound very confident in your decision, so you'll have
to let me know when you do leave and how
you feel about that, and just know you've got a
team of people here to support you.

Speaker 3 (13:04):
What's your name.

Speaker 14 (13:06):
My name is Jordan. I'm from Hamilton, Ohio.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Thanks to the call, Jordan, appreciate you caller too.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
I think that she's just say for the money because
the world is bad anyway.

Speaker 12 (13:16):
But I think that you should try to give the
manager at least literally way, see if you can come
friends with her and they become a favorite.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Okay, what's your name? What neighborhood you waking up with?
Man Erica, Richmond? Erica? Thanks so much for the call.
I appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
If you're just kind of walking into the story, I'll
kitschip to speed here anonymous call.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
She she verst panics.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
She's like, I literally never call a radio station, which
I know is kind of bizarre. But since it's literally
you and I sitting down for coffee every morning, it
becomes less weird the more you do it, right, I'm
the one that answers the phones here, she says.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
I like this job. I like what they're paying me.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
I'm terrified because I hear the job market's a nightmare
right now. But my boss is driving me nuts and
I feel like I can't six or grow here What
do I do? And I figured you would have some
personal experience with this, So if I'm just catching you
five win three seven, four nine, one oh seven one,
or be our first talk back with Tiff of the
day on the iheard app.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
Hi, good morning.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on a
kiss one oh seven to one.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
Do you leave the job for your sanity or do
you stay.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Because the money's good? Right now? I thank you first
of all for listening. We're commercial free if you like
our music, And second of all for participating. I always
feel better doing a little temperature check of the room,
especially if I'm not an expert in a subject right now,
So this one not my expertise. That's why I'm kind
of leaning into you this morning. Hi, you're on the air.

Speaker 15 (14:42):
So my advice is that you can control your sanity,
but you can't control the money. So if you've got
to go paying job that's stan you really really well,
then you should stay. I mean, you can control your sanity,
can and control how much they're going to pay you.
With that being said, though, there's not a warehouse job

(15:04):
out there that you couldn't find something else similar with
a similar pay, with the better staff.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
You know what. You make a great point on that.
What's your name? What neighborhood you waking up with me?

Speaker 15 (15:14):
My name's George. I'm from Harrison.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
George, thank you so much. I mean to cut you off,
but I want to get at least one more call in.
Go ahead, you're on the air.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
I personally would leave for my sanity, but if she
wants to stay, because it sounds like she really enjoyed
her job prior to the changes. I would document everything.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Yes, every advice, document everything. Okay, what's your name? By
the way, what neighborhood you waking up with?

Speaker 9 (15:42):
Me?

Speaker 4 (15:42):
And Sam and Maine?

Speaker 3 (15:44):
Though, Sam, thank you so much for the call.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
I've got to run just because we've got like rapid
fire phone calls coming in.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
But thank you for taking the time.

Speaker 8 (15:52):
Take care you.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Too, my gal.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
We're split, dude, we are split fifty to fifty in
our calls right now.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Five three seven, nine, one oh seven one. If you've
got to.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
Take good morning, we're about three or four minutes away
from the three things you need to know to get
your day started. In Sinsi, a major concert announcement was
confirmed yesterday.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
Very excited on that one.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
But we're in the midst of getting some advice for
anonymous who had called and said, number one, it's odd
to call a radio station, but I listened to you
every day, so I feel like I know you, And I.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
Said, Gal, that is true.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
She said, I'm losing my mind at this job right now,
losing it, but the money is really good, and I
don't know what to do. Stay for the sanity, Nope,
leave for the sanity, stay for the money.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
Good morning. What's your advice?

Speaker 14 (16:40):
I Yeah, so.

Speaker 16 (16:41):
I actually just changed jobs because my last one was
so stressful, and honestly, it was the best decision I
ever made.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
Okay, walk me through what feeling you had when you
made the decision and how.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
You kind of got to where you are now.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 16 (16:57):
So, I think it was just like every day going
to work, it was just like that hit in your
stomach feeling of just being so stressed out, and I
honestly just felt like I couldn't do it anymore. Like,
mentally I was not okay okay, And so I finally
made the decision to change, And honestly, that is also stressful.

(17:18):
But I feel like once you get over that hurdle
and you find something that's really good, Like I feel
like I can breathe now, and it's like relief, okay,
and it feels so good.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
What's your name? Well, I'm glad you're feeling good, my gal.
What's your name? What neighborhood do you in?

Speaker 16 (17:34):
Katie from Cincinnati.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
Katie, thanks for the call higher on the air. I
think any job you're gonna have favoritism, any job you're
gonna have that one person that you just don't click with.

Speaker 13 (17:44):
It's everywhere.

Speaker 3 (17:45):
Say for the money, Okay, what's your name? What neighborhood
you wake up with?

Speaker 9 (17:48):
Men?

Speaker 14 (17:48):
Jorda and Borne.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
I like the efficiency on that one.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
A little behind the scenes in radio here, I run
the show by myself, so I have to like screen
our call, so when you're quick quick, it allows me
to get to a bunch good morning.

Speaker 8 (18:01):
I just want to say, not all money is good money.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Ooh, that sounds like it came out of a movie.

Speaker 3 (18:09):
What's your name? What neighborhood you in?

Speaker 14 (18:11):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (18:11):
My name is Alex and I'm from do Hi.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
Alex, thank you for the call.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
We're inconclusive this morning on the show of Yes or No,
leave the job or stay?

Speaker 3 (18:18):
And that happens sometimes.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
Well, what I like to do is get a lot
of different opinions and then you choose the one that
you think.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
Works best for you.

Speaker 2 (18:27):
I can't always offer you advice, but what I can
offer you is hopefully a little dose of confidence.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
That's what you get when you listen to the show
every day.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Try to install trusting your gut right, flexing that gut
muscle and your intuition and knowing what's right for you
doesn't mean that you don't lean on others from time
to time, which you pick and choose what works for you.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
And I hope that's what we did for Anonymous this morning.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Thanks for your participation, thanks for showing up every day,
Thanks for vibing out. Let's get to a little music.
Then we're gonna get to three things you need to
know to get your day started. In Cincy, I am
viraling about this concert announcement.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
I cannot wait. I've texted everyone.

Speaker 4 (19:06):
Sure when you need to know, she's got your old
it's three.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
I am going to ask you what your Eastgate Mall
memories are and there's a good reason for it.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
Give me a second.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
We'll get to that towards the end of three Things.
We're just before eight o'clock on tax deadline.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
Oh hi, Owen's you gotta get them.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
In Kentuckians, you've got an extension. I heard that from
our sister station seven hundred wow. Because of the flooding
down there, so or over there or down there, it's
down there. Temperatures Canna fairly mild in the fifties today,
mix the sun and clouds before.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
Where are we going?

Speaker 2 (19:43):
Oh yeah, let's start off with the major concert announcement
coming to Sincy. Right around this time yesterday, I was like, Hey,
I think Fleetwood Mac is coming. A Heritage Bank posted
a cryptic tweet and they confirmed the announcement as soon
as we got off the air yesterday that Stevie Nicks

(20:04):
is coming to Cincinnati. No, ya, don't tempt me because
I will play four hundred hooks on this show if
you'll let me.

Speaker 3 (20:24):
I mean, we might as well. It's just you and Iday.

Speaker 7 (20:32):
Uh Huhday.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
She can do the hits, right. If it's not Fleetwood,
it's just Stevie. I think she can do the hits.
She posted.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
More solo shows are on the way in twenty twenty five,
but I can't wait to share these nights with you.
Pre sale Thursday, April seventeenth at ten am. On sale
for the general pop this Friday, April eighteenth at ten am.
She's I'm in a Heritage on the twenty third. By
the way, there's not many dates.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
I feel cool. I feel like we're like like we're cool.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
Because It's Boston, Toronto, Saint Paul, Sincy, Columbia, South Carolina, Tampa, Phoenix, Vegas,
Oklahoma City.

Speaker 3 (21:14):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Bye, everyone else that always gets tours and we don't
so excited looking forward to that. We'll be purchasing a ticket,
all right. Second in three things you need to know
this morning, A congratulations to Page Buckers. I believe I'm
pronouncing her name correctly, but she was drafted overall number
one in the WNBA draft last night.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
Go into the Dallas Wings.

Speaker 17 (21:38):
Here she is with the first pick in the twenty
twenty five WNBA draft. The Dallas Wings select Page Becker's
unver City of Connecticut.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
Yeah, Yukon had a real I mean they won, right
and then just I feel like the team really loves
playing for each other. That is based off of a
clip I pulled from Good Morning America that I saw
while I was scrolling some of her stats.

Speaker 10 (22:05):
She is.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
Nineteen point eight and points four point seven and rebounds
four point five and assists. If you want to hear
some of the brands that are already partnering with her,
Big Ones, Nike, Gatorade, Bows, Duncan, Verizon. I mean, that
is a stacked lineup of sponsors. All right, Then, lastly,
in three things you need to know, new music is

(22:30):
a buzz these days. It could be because of Coachella,
could just be because it's the weather, and that's kind.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
Of where we're heading. You know. Warmer weather on the.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Way typically means more new music. Doja Cat has been
previewing her new album on social Here's a clip of
a song called Jealous Type.

Speaker 6 (22:57):
Full of.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
I like you know what it's giving Janet Jackson. I
like that.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
I don't have a to release date on the album,
but when she does release, it will be her fifth
studio album. That and by the way, that was my
Doosha Cats tour was my favorite tour of twenty twenty three.
That is three things you need to know for the
fifteenth of April. Okay, I need to know your Eskate
Mall memories. The Estkate Mall is making a hard comeback

(23:26):
and I'll explain why of course coming up around eight
twenty and TIFF's Community Corner can't wait to introduce you
to a business that's gonna, you know, contribute to the
return of the Estkate Mall. Well, but you can contribute
right now. Because I want to know what are these
Eskate Mall memories you have from growing up. You can
either contribute on Instagram at the Tiff to F's potter
like the Wizard if you're a visual person I was

(23:46):
there last week, or talk back with Tiff.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
We haven't gotten a single talk back today, be the
first one.

Speaker 2 (23:52):
The microphone is in the top right hand corner when
you search Kiss on the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 3 (24:07):
Hi, good morning.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on Kiss
one O seven one.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
We're gonna have ourselves a good time right now.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
Commercial for you, by the way, so you're walking in
the best point possible. Your chance to win Nelly tickets
coming up around eight thirty this morning. We're talking nostalgia.
Nellie fits into that. We're talking nostalgia at the Eastgate Mall.
Eastgate Mall is the keyword you're gonna need for those
Nelly tickets by the way, coming up in a few
minutes or so. I had asked you for your Eastgate

(24:36):
Mall memories, and there's a reason for it.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
We're gonna start off with our first talk back.

Speaker 11 (24:41):
Hey, TIF, good morning from the vacation beer Guy. We're
listening to you right now at the hotel and Columbus.
We just went to the Columbus Zoo. My fiance has
a good memory from East Skate Mall. I don't used
to go to Try County Mall, but she remembers the
bookstore and toy store right next door to each other. Okay,

(25:03):
and she also remembers Stephen Barry and when you could
go get a new shirt or sweatshirt.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
All right, Tiff, thank.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
You cold beer guy fit. First of all, thank you
for listening to me on your vacation. I can't believe
you've already knocked out the zoo and it's just after
eight am. That's what having a young kid will do
for you. Though, you two can leave me voice notes
about the Estgate Mall. A microphone is in the top
right hand corner.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Of the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
The reason why we're talking about it this morning is
that the East Skate Mall is making a comeback. And
if you can give me three or so minutes, I'll
explain why. And by the way, East Skate Mall is
the keyword you're going to need to win those Nelly tickets.
If you're a visual person and you want to get
a jump on this conversation before we even get to it.
At the Tiff two F's Potter Like the Wizard. It's

(25:49):
the last thing in my stories.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
You're waking up in the morning.

Speaker 2 (25:55):
East Skate Mall is making a comeback.

Speaker 3 (25:58):
Baby, I went there for the first time.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
If you are a visual person, you've got to check
it out. You may be wondering, Tif, what the hell
is still in the Eastgate Mall at the tip to
F's Potter Like the Wizard head towards the end of
my stories after the weekend recap, and you'll get a
little taste of the latest episode of TIFF's Community Corner,

(26:21):
where I visit random places that you've invited me to
and get to know the people of our neighborhoods. And
Ashley owns a small little bakery right next to the
right next to the Auntie Ann's. Someone may fun of
me for calling it Auntie Is it Auntie Ann's, How
do you guys say it Auntie Ann's Princils. Right next
to that is Oliver's Desserts. And she said, girl, we

(26:43):
are single handedly trying our best to bring the Eastgate
Mall back back at it well.

Speaker 18 (26:50):
Oliver's Desserts is named after my oldest son, who's now
taller than.

Speaker 3 (26:53):
Me and almost fourteen. Do you own it?

Speaker 2 (26:55):
I own it, and I made it from built it from.

Speaker 18 (26:57):
Scratch, and I'm self taught and I've taught others along
the way.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
And yeah, we make everything scratch.

Speaker 18 (27:04):
We do really cool cakes for whitings, fami showers, birthdays,
corporate and something special about us that we believe everybody
should be able to celebrate. We have gluten free treats,
we have vegan treats. We have vegan and wooden free
plus sugar free. So even up at the mall every
day we have something sugar free, something egg free, gluten free,
lots of options for everybody.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
Actually say less.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
When she said the words quote we believe everyone should celebrate.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
I said absolutely, That's why I love champagne so much.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
But you're telling me any dietary restriction you can make
a dessert for Let's go. So, like I said, if
you're a visual person, you can go ahead and get
acclimated with Oliver's Desserts on my social at the tiff
to F's Potter like the Wizard, but while I was there, because.

Speaker 3 (27:47):
You'll have to remember.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
This is my first time experiencing the Eastgate Mall. I
was not here during its prime, and as I was
walking by the majority of closed businesses, there were a
few still remains and it just brought me back to
the early thousands. Remember walking hand in hand with your

(28:13):
boyfriend at the mall?

Speaker 7 (28:14):
No legume.

Speaker 8 (28:23):
We know.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
So many memories at the mall. Got the hot topic
was in there? That's still alive and well? Of course
the Journeys is alive and well. Shout out to Ben.
I hope he's listening right now. He used to work
at Journeys. What else was still in there?

Speaker 9 (28:43):
It gets?

Speaker 2 (28:44):
The food court's still popping, and I guess people still
go to Number one walk like it's a big walking
community that goes to the Eastgate Mall. And there are
still thirty two businesses in there that I learned about.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
So here's what I want to do.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Let's Sarah hit it real quick.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
Five win, three, seven, four, nine, one seven one. What
are your Eskate Mall memories? I gotta know about this place.
Like I said, I walked in. Their own is desolate
and barely barely alive. Oliver's the Reserves is gonna bring
it back but barely alive right now, or talk back
with Tiff on that iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 3 (29:28):
That's a great way to leave me your voice notes
as memories.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Okay, microphone's in the top right hand corner of the
iHeart app. Good morning. You're waking up with Tiff in
the morning on Kiss one oh seven one. We're talking
about the Eastgate Mall this morning. And you may be
wondering why you can get caught up on my page
if you're a visual person. Just tapped through towards the
end of my stories at the Tiff to F's Potter

(29:52):
like the Wizard. We're gonna start off with their talkbacks
on your Eskate Mall memories.

Speaker 19 (29:57):
Hi, Tiff, It's Sarah from Oliver's. I wanted to pop
on and say good morning, and we can't wait to
see everybody show up and visit us in the mall.
We've got some Easter stuff coming later this week and
it was so fun to have you in the store
and get to see you live out your childhood dreams.
So sending big, big, big love from the Oliver's Desserts team.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
We love Tim.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
Thank you, Sarah, and thank you for the talk back
with TIV you two can leave me voice notes, also
known as talkbacks. The microphone is in the top right
hand corner of the iHeartRadio app. I had taken TIFFs
Community Corner our latest episode to the Eastgate Mall. One
because I had never been there, so I missed out
on the childhood memories of the Eastgate Mall, which is
why you're sharing them with me this morning. And two

(30:40):
it's because all of his deserts is in there, like
we would love for you to come and check it out,
we promise, Like the Estgate Mall is still kind of
a thing.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
We're trying to make it happen.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
So I did, and you can go and peep is
social media if you want to see what it is.
What are some other Estgate Mall memories that I'm missing?
I walked by the hot topic. I'm happy to report
still alive.

Speaker 16 (30:59):
And what I worked on Eagle or American Outfitter is
one of those.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
They didn't teach you what to do.

Speaker 6 (31:06):
They no one talked to you, and you were just
stand in.

Speaker 19 (31:10):
Place for eight hours.

Speaker 4 (31:12):
I thought I was going to lose my mind.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
Yeah, and it was probably dark and smelled of perfume.
That was before, like American Eagle and Abercrandi Crombie went
through those really big rebrands that they did added in
the last like I don't know, five or six years
or so.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Shout out to Josh.

Speaker 2 (31:26):
He keeps sending me dms about his last day at
the Tri County Mall.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Also one I've never experienced.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
Before, just like so millennial nostalgia.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
I love it all.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Right, if you can give me three minutes. Eastgate Mall
is the keyword you're going to need for the Nelly tickets.
Speaking of nostalgia, coming.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Up next, you're waking up with Fifth in the morning
on seven one.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
Hey, they are good morning to you. H you have
a keyword for me? Hello, I was blanket. Good morning.
I'm hoping you have a keyword for me.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
I do east Gate.

Speaker 2 (31:57):
Congratulations, Gale your collar ten. You got the keyword you're
going to Ellie.

Speaker 15 (32:01):
Ooh awesome, thank you.

Speaker 2 (32:02):
You're so welcome. Congratulations. What's your name with neighborhood? You
waking up with me in?

Speaker 15 (32:07):
Yeah, my name's Olivia.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
I'm wreaking up in Hebron Olivia. Thank you for listening
to Tiff in the morning.

Speaker 16 (32:12):
Absolutely every morning.

Speaker 2 (32:14):
I appreciate that more than you know. My gal's just
me in this little box by myself. So did you
did you have experiences at the East Gate?

Speaker 17 (32:21):
Mall?

Speaker 3 (32:21):
Am I missing out onto something here?

Speaker 12 (32:23):
Oh it's been a while.

Speaker 15 (32:24):
But when we were younger.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Absolutely, I'm definitely gonna I mean, you've got to revisit
it because it's, you know, trying to make its comeback.

Speaker 12 (32:33):
Oh, I hope, so I really do.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Well, thank you for the call.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
If you took annel on these tickets, I will have
them for you tomorrow. And you know we're heading into
Good Friday and Easter weekend. Even if you have Good
Friday off, you can wake up with my show from
your bed by searching Kiss on the iHeartRadio app. Okay,
And if you're like Tiffany, I know that you're a
big old weirdo and I usually walk into some sort
of weird conversation every morning when I check in with you.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
Why are you talking about the Eastgate?

Speaker 7 (32:59):
Mall?

Speaker 3 (33:00):
Go to my stories right now.

Speaker 2 (33:01):
It's one of the last things once you tap through
a couple of them at.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
The tiff two F's Potter like the Wizard.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
In the meantime, we're still commercial free and we're just
a few minutes out from the three things you need
to know to get your day started in.

Speaker 4 (33:13):
SENSEI when you need to know, She's got you.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
It's three things with tif on all right.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
Katy Perry on that one.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
She did go to space. I'll have more from her
in a hot sec We're just before nine o'clock on
tax Day. Baby, I too waited until the very last
minute to file. You have until midnight in Ohio, Kentucky.
You've got an extension. I'd look into that one. I
heard that from our sister station seven hundred WLW. All right,

(33:45):
let's start off with JD.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Vans.

Speaker 2 (33:47):
What's going on at the White House. What happened with
that trophy yesterday? Did you see it? I was in tears.
So OSU shows up. They're national champions. You know, everyone's
crowded around whatever banquet table was in the front. They're
getting their photo taken with Cincinnati native maybe he's a

(34:10):
Bearcats fan, and he was like, I'm going to drop
this OSU trophy.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
I don't care. I don't like them, you know.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Maybe it was that we are the champions. That is
playing in the background. Everyone's gathered around the table.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
It looked as if.

Speaker 2 (34:23):
He was trying to, you know, adjust the trophy or something,
and from further investigation, it wasn't broken.

Speaker 3 (34:32):
It looks like it's in two pieces.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
But he dropped the base onto the ground, and of
course the entire crowd was like.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Oh no, oh, no, no no.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
It reminded me of this very important, iconic early two
thousands moment.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
See, there's this thing called spirit stick, and it can
never ever touch the graph.

Speaker 6 (34:49):
To me, our shipman, your mission, should you choose to
accept it, and you better, is to capture the spirit
stick and drop it in front of the entire camp.

Speaker 2 (35:02):
I mean, you can't drop the spears stick. You can't
drop the OSU National Championship trophy, can you. I'm sure
you'll see it when you're scrolling, all right. Second, and
three things you need to know this morning. Right around
this time yesterday, we were gearing up for Blue Origins,
first all female space crew into space. Twenty four hours later,
the internet is relentless with the Gail King memes. I mean,

(35:24):
that woman had regret written on her face until she
came off, kissed the ground and had this to say
to me.

Speaker 9 (35:34):
It's such a reminder about how we need to do better.
Be better, do better, be better human beings. It's so nasty.

Speaker 3 (35:41):
And so bitriolic nowadays.

Speaker 9 (35:43):
And I mean, if everybody could experience that peace that
we had up there, and the kindness and what it
takes to do what we.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
Did, you know it definitely you were regretting it, Gail. Okay,
you regretted it until you got back. You kissed the
ground after four minutes up there. No, it is cool.
It's cool, rightol, It's cool. I mean, yeah, it was
four minutes, but it was cool. It was cool in total.
The flight was eleven from takeoff to landing, just shy
of eleven. Katy Perry did not sing Extraterrestrial, which I

(36:12):
was hoping she did, but instead she's sang, what a
wonderful world.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
And here's why.

Speaker 10 (36:16):
It's not about me. It's not about singing my songs.
It's about a collective energy in there. It's about us.
It's about making space for future women and taking up
space and belonging, and it's about this wonderful world that
we see right out there and appreciating it.

Speaker 3 (36:35):
This is all for the benefit of Earth. I did
like that.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
She also brought up a little butterfly that had her
set list for the Lifetimes tour on it and you'll
scroll past that on the internet.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
She's not coming here unfortunately, so eh.

Speaker 8 (36:50):
All right.

Speaker 2 (36:51):
Then, lastly, in three Things you need to Know, Drake
is working on a new solo album. He hopped on
a live stream with Aidan Ross yesterday. I don't know
who Aiden Ross's every time, every.

Speaker 1 (37:01):
Time, every journey working on a new album right now,
it's what.

Speaker 4 (37:06):
Slat already solo album?

Speaker 13 (37:09):
Yeah, and then shout out to everybody that that's been
showing us.

Speaker 3 (37:13):
Love though for real.

Speaker 2 (37:15):
He just put out an album on Valentine's Day with
Party next Door called Some Sexy Love Songs for You.

Speaker 3 (37:21):
This is the one banger off of it. You hear
quite a bit. Who'sting it?

Speaker 7 (37:26):
Who's cutting it?

Speaker 4 (37:32):
I like it?

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Right? It's called Nokia if you want to search them.
All right, that is three things you need to know
for the fifteenth of April. Coming up at nine oh five,
your first chance of the day to win a Grande.

Speaker 4 (37:49):
It's time for Tuesday Tips on Tip in the morning,
Good morning.

Speaker 2 (37:52):
Abby does all the research so that we don't have
to and she picks out the best events and things
for us to experience. This week, whether you're solo, single,
you've got friends coming in from out of town, you
want to get your kids out of the house, you
want something free to check out, it's always a mixed bag.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
Good morning, Mike, Gal, what do you have for me?

Speaker 8 (38:09):
Good morning. So I'm so excited because tonight is mine
and Molly Wellman's second live filming episode of our podcast
since five o'clock Tails. And so we're going to be
at Sanctuary Social in Northern Kentucky from six to eighth,
live filming at six thirty to seven thirty. That is
a free event.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
We've had a lot of.

Speaker 8 (38:29):
People asked if this is ticketed and nok. All you
have to do is show up, and we're so excited.
They're gonna have great drink specials and a good conversation
with a lot of our fun friends.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
That's awesome. In Villa Hills, Yes, we.

Speaker 8 (38:42):
Went for a bunch over the weekend and what did
you think of the spot?

Speaker 2 (38:45):
Loved the food, in the the vibe of the place.
There's a really cool outside patio and if the weather
is going to permit for it, tonight'd be a great
spot to check out if you're looking for something in
the Kentucky area.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
I liked it.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
Yeah, it's a fun little spot.

Speaker 8 (38:59):
They have a great food and drinks and all the things.
And then if you are preparing and having people over
for Easter and you need to get some good wine,
Well Crafts and Vines does this on Thursday. They just
got one of the best wine bars in the city
from City Deep.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
They're in Mainstreaks in Covington, Kentucky.

Speaker 8 (39:18):
For twelve dollars, you can have four different tastes of wine,
and they have two different times, I think six and
seven thirty.

Speaker 4 (39:26):
You can go down there and.

Speaker 8 (39:28):
Try some wine, buy some for your Easter brunch or dinner,
and enjoy it. Good day.

Speaker 2 (39:34):
I love that, a little excuse to get a little
beverage in the afternoon.

Speaker 8 (39:39):
Yeah, such a cute little spot and they have a
plethora of wine like our own little Cooper Talk right
in Covington, Kentucky.

Speaker 3 (39:51):
I love it. What else do we have so Easter?

Speaker 8 (39:54):
Obviously this weekend looking for something to do with the
kids Washington Park. I love that they're doing it on
both s Saturday and Sunday because sometimes people don't have,
you know, family in town or anything like that, and
so they're doing Easter eg hunts on Saturday and Sunday
from eleven to three, as well as like animals that
you could go and pet pictures with the bunny. You

(40:17):
do have to RSVP, but it is free and at
at Washington Park, and then Lavino has an Easter brunch
right there in ohtr as well, and it's only thirty
dollars a person or twelve dollars per kids, which I
thought is such a great price.

Speaker 2 (40:31):
Yeah, that's manageable for a family of let's say three,
four or five, especially the kids stuff, because anytime I
go to eat with a friend of mine and she
brings her kid, he eats.

Speaker 8 (40:39):
Nothing I know, and I'm like that that really is
a good price. Their food is delicious down there, and
then you don't worry about doing any of the grocery
shopping beforehand, you don't have to worry about doing any
of the cleaning up after, and you can enjoy the
day with the family.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Abby from everything since he does the research every week
so that we don't have to, it takes the price
sure off your plate there. And you can always check
her out on Instagram at everything sincey and of course
everythingsincy dot com.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
Thanks Mi gal, enjoy your Easter weekend.

Speaker 8 (41:08):
Thank you too.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning, h kiss
on us seven one.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
What's more important to you? Quick, quick, your sanity or
paying your bills at the moment, I know it's not
an easy answer.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
Maybe your gut told you one thing or the other.

Speaker 2 (41:26):
You're walking into the daily debrief every day around this time,
I revisit the one big thing I think we touched
on in the four hours of conversation. Gives you a
chance to get caught up, so you're never out.

Speaker 3 (41:36):
Of the loop. We would visit maybe some talkbacks or
calls that we didn't get you in that moment.

Speaker 2 (41:40):
And Anonymous hit me up in our seven o'clock hour,
I was like, listen, this feels weird for me to
call a radio station.

Speaker 14 (41:45):
Pine.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
I listen to you every day.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
So I'm curious on what we can do about the
situation with my job. And instead of getting a career expert,
I said, I think a lot of Cincinnatians and maybe
Tristators in general, are going through something similar where she
feels like she can't really grow on her job, she
doesn't really like her boss, her sanity is slowly going away,
but but they pay her really well.

Speaker 3 (42:12):
Am I get right now?

Speaker 2 (42:13):
It is like a hard time to maybe leave a
high paying, good paying job. So it's like, what are
we going to do when let's get to some of
our talkbacks from that moment we didn't get.

Speaker 13 (42:22):
To a few years ago, I actually left a job
because the manager and I felt like she was singling
me out and like pushing me out of the job
without firing me. So I just went ahead and last myself.
I actually ended up finding another job where I may
double the money then I did there and thinking, yeah,

(42:44):
so there's greener grass out there, Okay, a better opportunity.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
Well, thank you for the talkback with TIF.

Speaker 2 (42:49):
It's an alternative way to contribute outside of her phone lines.
The microphone is in the top right hand corner of
the iHeartRadio app. You hold that down and it's like
leaving me a voice. Now if you're a voice, not person.

Speaker 3 (42:59):
I am. I love them. We were split. It was
a heart.

Speaker 2 (43:04):
You'll have to go back and listen to some of
the calls, especially if this conversation resonates with you.

Speaker 3 (43:08):
We couldn't decide ultimately.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
You know, my piece of advice is you've got and
I hope that my show gives you a little taste
of confidence every day, right, a little dose of trusting
your gut and your own intuition and how do you
discover that? And we kind of work on that stuff
a lot on this show. So I highly recommend getting
caught up on the podcast search tif Tiff in the
Morning on the iHeartRadio app to listen at your leisure

(43:31):
in the meantime. Happy Tuesday, it looks like it's sunny
and nice outside today.

Speaker 4 (43:36):
You're waking up with Tip in the morning. Done, kiss
one O seven one?

Speaker 2 (43:39):
Have you getting some dms and comments on some of
my later videos on Instagram asking whether or not I
have filed my taxes? The answer is yes, I hit
submit on them a couple of days ago. But I too,
am a last minute person when it comes to that.

Speaker 3 (43:53):
We hit the deadline.

Speaker 2 (43:54):
Baby, someone in my life to pay a lot of
money for their taxes and I was like, whoa. I
felt really bad for them. So I'm feeling for you too,
if you're in the same boat. Kentuckians have a little
bit of a deadline. I mean, I'm sorry, what's the
freezing looking for? They push their deadline extension. Wow, I

(44:19):
blanked on what I was thinking about there, but I'm
sending you all the highest and kindest and warmest regards.
If you still need to file today reminder, Yeah, Kentucky's
got that extension. We talked about a lot of things,
a lot of them actually have visual elements to them
as well. So even if you weren't a part of
the full show today and you don't feel like getting

(44:41):
caught up on the podcast, you can still connect with
me on Social tap through a couple of my stories
and you'll get a sense of what we chatted about.
I mean, it was my first time experiencing the Eastgate Mall,
and I could see why we're trying to bring it
back at the tip to F's potter like the wizard, Hey,
hope you have a great day.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
Our shows back tomorrow at six o'clock.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
But if you can trade us a few minutes about
your time and you're like, actually, I could use some
extra money from this tax season. We have your chance
to win a thousand bucks at ten oh five, so
don't go far.

Speaker 3 (45:12):
Good morning,
