Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is t J, Jennet and Jay Rod's Second Date
Update on kJ one O three.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
All right, we're gonna help Zach from New West City
get another date with Alex this morning the second Date
Update because she's well, she's kind of gone cold turkey
since your date hunts.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Zach.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
First of all, you listen to second ad Update every.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Morning, so you know what you're in for, right, Yes, yes,
I listen to y'all every morning, man, and I just
wanted to let you know, Jay R you're hilarious.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Don't get me wrong.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
It's not that that you know TJ and Jennett y'all
are funny too. It's just that I get Jay Rodd.
He's like one of my boys.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Okay, well, well right, okay, let's talk about your date
with with Alex and see if we can get you
another date.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Tell us all about it, all right.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
So I got an induced to Alex at a work party,
and you know, we talked for a few minutes and
all that. But the next week my co worker asked
if he could give my info to ABS.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Oh nice.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
So so it was good and I thought, you know.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
She was attractive, so I gave him my info, and
then Alex called me and we went out.

Speaker 5 (01:07):
Okay, okay, so good, so far, so good.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yeah, how did the dates?

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Yeah? Did it feel good?

Speaker 4 (01:14):
I mean she started off by saying that, you know,
she usually doesn't call a guy or the blue, but
she loved my eyes and my smile. Yeah yeah, and
you know I was into her, and you know I thought,
you know, we'd be going out on more dates and
stuff like that. It's almost been like three weeks ago now,

(01:36):
and we actually talked on the phone a few times,
you know, even talked about going out again. And then
a week or so ago she quit asking my calls
or even called me back.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Yeah. Yeah, I hadn't got anything.

Speaker 4 (01:51):
And you know, she'll text me back and stuff like that,
but when I asked her about going out, she didn't reply.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Okay. Oh man, Okay, so either she's busy or you
screwed something up, Zach. And you listened to the second
add updates, so you know you probably screwed something. Now
you really do need Janet's help.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Ok Right, So I'm trying to see what I did. Okay, Zach.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
We're gonna get her on the phone and we'll just
ask her. Okay, well, we'll find out why Alex doesn't
want to seem to go out with you again and
hopefully get you another date.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Okay, thank you, thank you. It's TJ Janet and Jay
Rods Second date update on KJE three.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Okay, we have Alex on the phone for the second
date update. Thanks for coming on our show. Alex, Hey,
how you guys doing? Zach from Midwest City? You remember
going out with him?

Speaker 3 (02:33):
Right?

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Yeah, okay, I do, ok. All right, he called.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Us and said that you went through the effort to
get his number from his coworker. You said you loved
his smile, his eyes, the whole thing, like he was
feeling really good, and then you even interacted with him
after the date and then this cold turkey now you're
about a week ago. Yeah, you're just not interested.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
So yeah, don't get me wrong. Zach's the nice guy.
He's like you said, he's.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
Got the dreamy eyes, smile, he's super attractive. But he
does this thing that makes me crazy, like he'll make
a comment.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
And then he backpedals. What does that mean?

Speaker 5 (03:16):
So we met for a date and Zak told me,
you know, hey, Ax, you look great tonight.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
You know great? Right?

Speaker 5 (03:22):
You know, cool, But then he'd say, I mean not
that you didn't look great when I met you. I
just mean you look really nice tonight, but you but
you probably always look nice, Like just.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
Tell me I look great.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
Like I'm not going to get offunded by that, Like
I love compliments. You don't have to over explain yourself.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Wait, so you're saying because because he over explained.

Speaker 5 (03:48):
But he does this all the time, Like we'd be
talking on the phone.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
And he's seen something about how he loves his truck.
All right, you know cool, But then he say not.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
That your car isn't nice to too, like he always
does that.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
It's a deal breaker.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
I can't and a little exhausting, like you don't have
to apologize.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Apparently this is let's get Zach in on this conversation. Zach,
does that make sense to you that she wouldn't want
to go out with you because of this?

Speaker 3 (04:20):
I don't even know that I do that.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
Yeah, you did it on our date and every.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
Single time we talked on the phone, But I had
no idea.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
I didn't.

Speaker 4 (04:31):
I really didn't know when when you know, when I
say stuff, I want to make sure it's not offensive.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
But by complimenting me, Like, how would that offend me
when you tell me I look good?

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Because you might think that I thought you looked bad
the other time.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
Yeah, I'm sorry that It's just it's exhausting and it
is like it's it's it's to the point of super annoying,
you know.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
I just like it's but Alex so much that you
won't go out on a second date with him. You
don't want his dreamy eyes and smiles in your life.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
If that was enough.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
It's just I can't. It's too much. I mean you
have to No, I mean.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
You're trying to change someone's entire way of thinking.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
You just don't do that.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
And poor Zach because he cared about your feelings.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Yeah, dude, out there, that's crazy. That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
And it's not that I'm saying that you're crazy, but
just like that, all is right.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
There right there.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
You just said it. I got it.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
What do I do?

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Oh? Yeah, he said that's crazy. Not you're not crazy.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
The situation is crazy. Okay, Oh I caught it.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Okay, Okay, there there we go. Okay, Alex, all right,
we're gonna let you go, Alex. Okay, not that we're
hanging up on you or anything by alex By Okay,
I think I get you know, the thing that she's
talking about.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
But it's not like I'm mean any harm or anything.
I'm trying to be nice.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
I get that too. I get that too.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Just believe in yourself, say what you want to say
and go with it.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Hey, thank you, I appreciate your Hey, we're still boys, man,
we're good.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
Always. Oh you're not boys with me? Bisec I don't.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Yeah, I don't know what the add I hear that
a lot, and I think because we've got, you know,
in this ultra sensitive where you know what I'm seeing,
where you're just so afraid to offend people that if
you say something nice about someone, you got to hand
out participation trophies to the other people or the other
days that you I didn't say, you looked good? You

(06:50):
know what I'm saying like that. I mean one time
I saw a picture of someone. I said, wow, you
look great in this picture, and she was offended, meaning like,
well why not look great?

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Everybody I know?

Speaker 2 (07:02):
And yeah, so I don't know, I mean, what do you?
But I don't it would exhaust me. You already her
a little yeah, you know me I'm not afraid of
offending anybody. Uh okay, four oh five, four six oh
one or two seven? Is she being a little oversensitive
it's about this thing exhausting, yeah, Or is that like
you can't anytime you have a conversation with someone, have

(07:23):
someone backpedaling.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
We'll talk about the second date.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Update kJ Woddle three, t J Janet J Rod in
the morning.
