Fox, Happy New Year, HappyNew Year, I'm Ryan Lee. What's
going on? Not a whole lot? Man? How often or how long
should we continue to say Happy NewYear? First of all, it's funny.
I talked about that on My kidsshow last week and I said,
by the end of this week,I'm not saying it no more. Yeah,
I'm thinking like the fifteenth of themonth, like halfway through January.

I think it should be a wrap. But some people there, like earlier
in February, still saying Happy NewYear. No. If I have not
seen you, you got up untilthis week. Other than I'm not saying
happy more me either. After thefifteenth, I'm done. After this weekend,

Year's resolution? I don't make NewYear's resolutions. I think we've talked about

it shouldn't take life that I wantto change something. I should be able

of procrastinate a little bit, likeI know I should get something done.
Not a procrastinator, but some thingsI have procrastinated on, and I'm just
like kind of shocking myself, like, wait, I still haven't done that,

that I've been saying I need todo, So I'm gonna do it now.

I liked it? Personally, CatWilliams reminded me a lot of myself.
Really, you may relate to this. I felt like Cat Williams just kept

it a hundred whatever he felt hesaid. Whether people are like, oh
my god or not, it couldhave been shady, but it's the reality
and it's the truth and it's therealness. And as a virgo, I
can often say sometimes we just saywhat everyone's thinking, whether people get offended
or not. And when I waswatching him, I'm like, yo,
I respect that. It reminded mehow sometimes you're like, right, so

shady and I'm like, but it'sreal. Yeah yeah, I mean truth
hurt sometimes, and uh yeah thatbecause that Kat Williams piece. What did
you think of? What? Whatdid you think of the interview? I
mean, shout out to Shannon Sharpand Club Shaha for the forty plus million
views and just a matter of days. Now, don't get a twisted I

mean he has other shows or podcastswhatever it's called on there where he got
millions of views, but forty millionin just a less than a week.
That's unheard of thirteen million in aday. That's nuts. That's nuts.
So I'm happy about that because ShannonSharp's been around for a while and I'm
said on the way that he lostthat other job. But anyway, yeah,

I thought it was Kat Williams.I mean, he's a comedian,
like he kept it one hundred like, Okay, I'm not with the shading
other people and talking about other people, but you know, he's a celebrity.
Celebrities get away with way more thanpeople do. And he spoke his
hard he spoke his mind. Now, I want to ask you this because

I know you've been in the industryfor a minute, and I know you're
probably gonna give me the politically correctanswer. Oh, But because you've been
in this industry for a minute,you see a lot of things and how
a lot of things play out.Do you believe that a lot of things
that he was saying about other comicsand other celebrities was true. There's truth
behind everything. Now, I don'tknow how much is true, but I

will say that there is truth prettymuch in a lot of things that he
said. And I'll just have toleave it there fair enough. Yeah,
And I mean, let me saythis I don't know. I'm not in
that world. I haven't been aroundthat long. But what I will say,
as somebody who studied psychology as youdid to yourself, a lot of

people that he discussed in that interviewhave come out and have all said things,
but not one person said he's lying, he's not right, He's exactly
right. One of them exactly right, said a lot that's when you know
them. Let me just be quiet, okay. And I was just also
kind of well, Tiffany had us, she kind of spoke out on it,

but I was really surprised that noone actually came out and was like,
you're lying, that's not true.How dare you say that about me?
I'd never stolen a joke from anothercomedian, no one. So I
was just like, okay, KatWilliams, No, yeah. So a
lot of people are saying he's donethis before, many years ago on another
interview, and that he just doesit every time he's about to have a

major tour or something like that.I don't know if that's the case or
not, but I did see somesnippets of an interview he did back in
twenty sixteen, and it was someof the same familiar type of stiff talked
about other people and whatever. Butat this point, come on, he's
Kat Williams. He's been around formany years. He's established. I was
just in Vegas recently. He's allover billboards everywhere on the strip. So

it's like, does he really needto do That's kind of what he was
saying in the interview. He literallysaid, I don't need this attention.
He don't do radio as I meanhe did with Wanda and then but see

Mm hm, that whole situation.I really can't comment to you because I'm
just like, hmmm, because sheretracted the accusations and then now this man
is being convicted hmmm hmm. Okay, Now I'm be honest. I did

not know that she retracted. Yeah, oh that was some months ago that
that happened. But now I'm like, really, what's what's really going on
and what is the absolute truth.There's three sides to every story. People
say this side, this side,and the truth. I'm be honest now
not knowing that that may change mymind as well, because in this Good
Morning American interview he fought still wasvery you know, fighting the results of

the outcome. But it reminded me, and I'm not laughing because it's a
serious matter. It reminded me ofwhen Jesse Smolette was also doing interviews and
they were dead this is what happened, or this is not what happened.
That's what Jonathan was giving. Sowhat are you saying like he wasn't fully

convincing or it was so deep.And it's hard because these are actors facts.
They can turn things that I don'tknow if I'm really watching a genuine
interview. I'm gonna say this,you probably will agree. I believe what
we saw with r Kelly that itwas real on that show when he sat

down and did the interview with Gail, Oh, Yeah, that was authentic.
There. I think that was somebodythat was realizing what role they were
about to go on that there andnow and was freaking out. Yeah,
you get the point. When Iwatched Jonathan, you didn't get that vibe.
But it could be true. Itcould be like, yo, I

did not do this. I wasshocked when they said guilty. How he
said it could be true. It'shard because I want to support the black
man, but you just never Ijust don't know. I just at the
end of the day, I willsay this. I hated for him.
I hate if he did do whatthey're accusing him of. I hate that
he did do that. I hatethat it got to that level. But

I also hate to see that youcan really have a career and gone next
in a matter of hours. Okay, situation look at like so much so
many of these entertainment artists and thestars and stuff. It can be gone

in a matter of seconds. Howquick did what's the marvel? How quick
they put that statement out that hewas pulled after being found guilty, like
almost immediately. It's just crazy.I hate that part. Yeah, it's
crazy. I do too. Whatdo you can ask you, what do
you think of maccan good standing byhim, standing by him. I mean
she's a divorcee and she's you know, she has the right to be with

whomever she chooses. I mean,she's an actress. We don't know what
their history is. I don't knowif they you know, knew each other
for years. I don't know anyof that. But I mean, if
that's what she wants, and howis he going to be jailed? Like

think he's going to become no sentencing. No, I think it's a few
months where they're going to see whatthe sentencing is. My gosh, I

and I didn't actually see that GoodMorning in America interviews, so it's
kind of tough for me to commenton it. But the whole situation just
seems kind of like, wait,what really happened? And that's what I'm
saying. I will say this.I'm gonna say this my truth. We

don't know what went down that night, right right, but seeing the video
that was released of how they werecoming out the car, he was trying
to push her back in the carto see that she ran after him for
blocks to see him sprinting. Inmy opinion, whether he put his hands
on her that night or not,it gave that at some point in this

relationship you both were abusive to oneanother basically, and you may have gotten
in trouble for that night where nothingwent down according to him, but it
gives this was an abusive just likeother situations with people will bring up ar
Kelly again. You may have gottenaway with what happened in the early two
thousands, but the second time,Yeah, old J Simpson. You may

have gotten away with the alleged murderby you, but this time when those
people stole your items, they gotyou then. Yeah, And that's what
it's giving. When I watched it, I was like, hey, maybe
something to go down. It lookedlike and I'm not gonna just put it

how everything you work so hard forand stuff can be taken away in a

brought this up before another podcast,like in our society now it's no longer
innocent until proven guilty. You're automaticallyguilty until proved, until we can prove

that you didn't do it, andeven once we prove you're still tarnished,
your brand is still weakened. Yeah. I think that's one of the real
estates, he said on this podcast, because in this day and age that
we live in, from Diddy toall these people, we all just now
know what we believe. Even I'mgonna be honest, even some of them
comics Cat Williams talked about, Ohyeah, it makes you look at them

or now? I make sense ofwhy everything we saw in Hollywood was this
person and gatekeepers. Yeah. Yeah, Ay, it's deep. It could
get really dead. I try notto get too deep with it, but

I think that's the best representation ofsocial media in this cancel culture. And

gonna wrap this up. I don'tknow you have seen all the mess that
they're trying to say Taraji and Oprahhave beef with the color person. Yeah,
now they're saying Fantasia has beef withOprah. There was a TikTok that

went viral that this girl tried breakingdown this video but b roll footage of
them on the top of the EmpireState Building. Yeah, they're on the
press run and they're trying She's tryingto break down. Look at Oprah's body
language towards Saraji, look at Taraji'sface here, and be honest. At
first, I fully say, oh, shoot, they got me, and
so did everybody else on social media, and I like that. Now in

the press they have been addressing ithead on, and especially at the Golden
Globes. Gail was trying to discussit, and Fantasia kept saying, can
y'all let me say something, y'alllet me say something. Now, I'm
being honest, Gail was not tryingto let her say something at first.

But Gail Fantaser said what she said, and the best thing she says that
when they created this movie, theyall knew as a cast this movie,
in this movie, and the waythis one's portrayed is about healing for Seay
and just healing in the movie,and she says she knew when the movie
was gonna put out that the devilwas gonna how somehow try to stop it.
And she literally said, we arenot shocked by then. Now,

these are the accusations that are beingput out trying to somehow entering. And
I was like, and then Ithink Fantasia and Oprah and them were all
saying social media will take one nowadaysand just just blow it up. And
because there are so the volumes ofpeople who react and see this, we
believe like that it's automatically. Ohmy gosh, this is believable. This

is true, and it's really reallysad. That's sad. Yeah, So
you gotta be strong and who youare as a person. I mean,
you can put out anything negative aboutme, and when I know in my
heart that it's not true, I'mnot phased by it, you know what

a ton of stuff and I getit. But come on, at the

end of the day, when youknow in your heart who you are and
what you're about, that stuff reallyshouldn't phase you. Especially when you're celebrity
though, because you know you're gonnacontact. Yeah, it comes with it.
Yeah, they were just cold andtired on top of the literally that's
what they said. When you knowthat and then you look back at it,
you're like, oh yeah, okay, I can see that rater and
